My name is r. Balaji. My axis bank account number is [protected]. I have deposited an amount of rs. 62500 in axis bank deposit machine number 0s3rh17001 through my debit card. While depositing rs. 57000 was taken by machine and rs. 5500 was came back for the reason that unfold notes.. I waited for the add cash option. But the machine was strucked and the receipt came as transaction was unsuccessful.. But the amount of rs. 57000 not credited in my account. Please take necessary action for refund of my amount to my account at the earliest..

    I received a call from a fraudulent company today saying it's from Axis giving credit card. After some time, it asked me to share the OTP for which I did (which I should have not done). Well when I got to suspect the call, I reached customer care for the same. the customer care executive was very lenient in receiving the complaint. He said it dint lead to any fraudulent incident so he is unable to register it as a complaint. I was really amazed, how could these guys be not helpful in such cases. Even I dialled the number twice, they said it's the complaint of credit card department, you shall contact them, so they kept on transferring calls but none of them any solutions. The customer service is really pathetic and non helpful. It's really easy to be your customer.

      I have opened my account at Diamond Harbour, WB Axis bank as prime acct on 17 Feb 18. During opening they told me your prime acct would be free of cost maint & card charge for prime acct. But with in 9 months they have cut Rs 590 for card charge and not maintaining min balance 10, 000 that's why Rs 2225+400 GST also cut from my acct. They told nothing to be refund.       Dear Sir, I have an Instant Account with axis bank they regularly charging consolidated charge Rs.30 including tax when I have closed SMS alerts service not using physical cheque debit card.

        Me and my husband using credit card of axis bank from last 2 year
        But recent we have some health issue and we are so much busy from last 2 month and my card bill amt is 28500 before month and before two month i got call from axis bank they tall me your bill pending from 1 month and your payable amt is 35600 around..
        After that i am visit in axis branch of s g highway ahmedabad.
        They told me you need to pay first 11000 inr and after that we make reverce of your extra charges amt,,
        Then i pay 11000 inr before two month but i m not getting any kind of money is revrce in my account now my bill is 25000 around,, so please solve my problem.
        Otherwise i will go in the court and complaint against the bank,

          I booked a round trip flight from delhi to mumbai (Pnr fdr5jz) from the indigo website amounting to 5, 996 inr on 8th august 2018. However the payment did not go through, as the booking was put on hold and eventually cancelled because of non-payment. The money was however deducted from my account. After the money was not refunded even by october i put forth a complaint to axis bank. I have also spoken to indigo who let me know that the mistake did not take place from their side. However my complaint has not been resolved yet and i have received no response from axis bank. I have attached relevant screenshots, please look into this. Thank you.

                I beg to state that, my name bhagaban parhi, my credit card number -7694 (Last 4 digit), i am suffering more problem because 26th december debit 25960/- due to fraud (Dispute) from my credit account. After some time axis credit department backend team called me, he said that dont worry, your amount hold now i have raised request and your card is block, after card block your amount is not debit. After this conversation i am relaxed, but 20th jan i have received text msg on my phone banking number your debited amount 25960/-

                I C.Prem Kumar From Tirupati. Yesterday (26/02/2019) I receive one message at early morning 2 19 am that my credit card is used. But I am not used the credit. So bank automatically block my card..thanks for that, so I request you to please resolve this credit card fraud case at earliest, I am total upset with this transcation. During transcation time I have not received any single sms from your end. This is totally mental harassment to me. Please check these transcation and do needful.

                  I have this axis bank asap zero balance account. And i checked it today after credited it with 900 inr and i received a message that my account has been credited with 900 and balance is 0.00 i then checked my account balance it showed -76 inr. How can be there is negative balance in any account (As rbi guidelines doesn't allow that) and also earlier 37 rupees have been deducted.

                  How can this happen? Somebody help me about this? How to get my money back?

                    My money 1900 got deducted but cash not received. I have been lodging complaints on various channels since morning but no resolution yet. Pathetic banking service. Not trustworthy at all. I even called up your support, she said the money will get reversed in sometime but so far nothing of that sort has happened. Is this being done purposely?? Do you aim to dupe customers this way.

                    Kindly reverse my money immediately.

                    I still haven't received refund of 1900. No calls from your side yet. I have repeatedly been following up with your support teams however no resolution yet. They are only giving false hopes of getting the money refunded. It's been 7 days now and you are still sleeping.

                        Axis bank atm being far from my home i went to corporation atm and raised to a request to withdraw 1900 which failed but the amount got deducted due to your technical error. I am really surprised and disappointed, did not expect to get fooled. At second try i tried withdrawing 1500 which was successful. I called up axis support for help and reversal of 1900 but so far i have not got my money back. Please help me get my money credited immediately.

                        The helpline nos. Given by Axis bank are never reachable it says thank for choosing Axis bank and gets disconnected. All my attempts to reach out to the bank is going in vain. I called up your landline no. and reported the problem. However I am still struggling to get my 1900 back. Kindly help resolve at the earliest and credit my money back. Complaint I'd is [protected].

                          Kyc record [protected] registered with central kyc registry has been updated by axis bank. This mesage is received by me this has not been applied by me in axis bank. Also don't have any acount in this bank. The adress in this is also wrong. I haven't gone to that adress also it is done by fraudulent person. Kindy put a query and stop all further process on that kyc number.

And i tried all numbers of axis bank customer care but nobody responding and also not giving right number of one assist service exicutive.                                 We are frustrated with staff working in medavakkam branch, chennai, there is no manager in that bank. I’m having current account in axis bank with swiping machine and went today for cash deposit around 2’o clock. They said can’t deposit today, so use deposit machine. I used machine and while doing machine went out of service amount is not deposit to account and same time amount not returned. I informed to staff to check that, no one taking responsibility to check that, each one saying other name to check. One of staff, her name is deva priya from medavakkam branch, chennai. She is speaking like rowdy, i have query she is staff to trained like speak rude. She is telling ‘go to home branch and deposit amount in that bank, why u came here to deposit’. My query is all axis bank generalised to deposit in anywhere right? Why i have to use home branch only to deposit? Why can’t deposit money in another branch? Daily i’m doing business transactions more than 1 lakh per day. So cannot use saving account and opening current account. I don’t want to condinue my account in this bank. I want to close account and swiping machine. Can you send a persion to dismantle the machine and tell me the procedure to close account. I want to close the account bacuase of your staff deva priya from medavakkam branch, no manager to complaints. If any action is not taken against staff, i’ll file complaints in consumer court. For your kind information today deposited money ₹54900 not yet done. It’s strugged in machine. Have raise the complaints.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I, chirag ganeshwala, emp id : 129536 working as a cso with textile market branch (Sol id : 301) since oct, 2016.

                                  I have resigned from the post of cso on 1st sep, 2018 since i have applied for us visa. On 29th dec.2018 was my last working day but unfortunately, the visa got rejected on 26th dec, 2018. So i decided to revoke my resignation & on 28th dec, 2018 and same revoke is approved by the my immediate supervisor (Mr. Ramesh patil - bh) on same day. I. E. 28/12/2018 and cluster head also approved the revocation on 29th dec, 2018. But also on 29th dec, 2018 our hr head - mrs. Diana gourge’s last working day. Hence it is not approved in our system.

                                  On 31st dec, 2018 when i tried to log in my system, my all ids were disabled. And we mail marked to hr-manisha tupe & gujarateast circlehr for activate my all ids. On that day 31st dec, 2018 manisha madam confirmed me the said notification reached on 29th dec, 2018 late evening and approved the same on 31st dec, 2018 morning. And already shared the mail to concern person for the activation of my ids.

                                  Despite of that confirmation, she replied me by telecon your ids will activate by 5th dec, 2018.

                                  After that on 5th dec, 2018 suddenly she replied me that you are relieved in the system. They are not bothered about my career.

                                  At present i am availing staff home loan from our bank of rs.24, 65, 000/- & due to releiving from the bank, my salary account got lien marked by them with rs.48, 62, 431.48/-

                                  If i lose the job it will though for me to pay emi and i am the only earning person in my family & this will also affect my financial condition adversely.

                                  Request you to kindly check the issue centrally & help for the same.

                                    I have a salary account in axis bank which i transfer to some other bank and after that axis bank has freezed my saving account and are continuously debiting from my account for not maintaining the minimum charges. I have gone to nearby branch of axis bank and they too have not helped me and are telling to go to the home branch. My account now showing negative money which is against as per the rules of the rbi but axis bank without any fear of rbi is doing such trouble to its customers and people should stop putting their money in such fraud banks.                                       Hi my name is rajat sawhney

                                      I have opened a saving account in axis bank [protected] following customer id[protected].
                                      When i have opened a account i have been told that this is 0 balance account and there will be no maintainence charges.
                                      As of now 5000 rs have been debited from my account. For me it is unnecessory charges and im not going to pay for dat.
                                      I want my money back
                                      Whatever d consolidated charges it is please refund it otherwise there is no fun of having a saving account where your savings are not safe.

                                      Refund my money on urgent basis.
