Hello,

I have recently availed home loan from axis bank. The service offered from intial application submission till loan disbursement is pathetic. They do false commitment everytime and doesn't give proper checklist to process the loan before proceeding further. Having said that, they force customers to opt for purchasing loan protection/insurance cover during disbursement stage. They have made me purchase an insurance for 10k and adjusted it in my loan amount. I argued with them for about 2 hours without fail and statement from them is that without any insurance over, loan will not be disbursed. The behavior of staffs in pondicherry loan branch at st. Ange road is horrible. My application no: ph_lnphg_floating_bre/ 8998099. Never opt for axis bank home loan. Insurance cover for home loan products is not mandatory by law and no such circular from rbi as well but axis has printed it in sanction letter threatening customers to. Purchase it at last moment during disbirsement process. Pls look into this matter

    The account is in the name of pijush kanti setua and nibedita setua.
    I have got the new chip debit card in the month august 2018 where as new card is pending for nibedita setua.
    While enquiring to the bank and customer care, they informed that they had sent in the month of august but not received.
    Hence request you to resolve the matter, send the chip card in the name of nibedita setua without any financial implication.
    Your immediate attention will be highly appreciated.

      My name is rahul arora and i am associated with axis bank for the last 12 years.
      I have 1 saving accounts and 2 current account and 1 credit card in the same bank.

      For the last few months i was disturbed due to some family problems as my wife concieved and there was some complications during all her pregnancy so my attention mentally physically and financially was there only.

      So due to this i missed many installments and due to that i got many fines.

      With a humble request i am mailing you to plz reverse all my fines and i am ready to pay the due amount thereafter as it has become really tough for me to pay the amount with fine as i am financially weak due to the problem i faced.

      Fine:

      2. 13-6-18. - 700 rs late payment fee
      3.[protected] rs debit interest

      1. 11-7-18. - 300 rs bounce charges
      2. 13-7-18. - 700 rs late payment fee

      2. 13-8-18. - 700 rs late payment fee
      3. 18-8-18. - 1468 rs debit interest

      1. 10-9-18. - 300 rs bounce charges
      2. 13-9-18. - 700 rs late payment fee
      3. 18-9-18. - 1580.96 rs debit interest

      1. 10-10-18. - 300 rs bounce charges
      2.12-10-18. - 700 rs late payment fee
      3. 18-10-18. - 1601 rs debit interest

      Total amount in fine is rs 14527.89 rs

      So plz reverse the fine as i am not in condition to pay the fine atleast.

          My money of rs. 10000/- with 5*2000= 100000/- being deposited into cash deposit machine - at axis bank - shikrapur branch 03/01/2017 at 12 noon, during the process network failure happened and notes were retracted (Pull back) and i didnt receive acknowledgement nor it is credited my account.

          My money of Rs. 8000 with 4x2000 was being deposited into CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE at Axis Bank Shikrapur branch on 03.01.2019 at 10am, during the process network failure happened and notes were retracted pulled back and I did not receive acknowledgement nor it is credited my account.

            Hi axis bank,

            I have an credit card of axis bank, ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 0114, i had done one transaction in 10 dec 2018 amt of 10976 rs.

            I called your help line number on 27 dec to convert my one transaction in emi of 6 month. Your representative guide me properly and said now emi is done. 1st emi will be charge on feb 2019. But today[protected] my full billing amt is debited from my account 16167 rs. Why??

            I checked my unbilled amt also so emi charges is also charge, then i called your help line number again. Your representative ms. Somaya attend my call, i explain my issue and asking to refund excess amt which is debited from my account. She raise an complaint for refund complaint number is # 47661503.

            Please refund my amt, below i attached screen shot

              I had applied for a credit card and the application got rejected after 2 days of apllying. Is this how u provide service to a customer. Having a priority account in your bank and even maintaing a high balance and even could not approve a credit card for a priority customer even after all the documents and the credit history being ok.

                My name is raheesh ahmad. I have a shaving account in axis bank from more than 10 years. This is regarding that i opted fixed deposit in bank for 5 years term. Fd account number [protected] which is matured on 1st jan 2019, however still amount did not credit in my account. There is no communication from bank also about the reason of not credit the amount.

                I contacted the bank branch located in btm and they are saying without the original fd receipt they can not closed it.
                I have provided the scanned copy of the receipt but they are pushing to visit the bank with original receipt. This is really ridiculous and unnecessary bank creating the problem.

                I hope that my problem gets solved at earliest and fd amount will be delivered to my account

                  Today i have received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis rupay card ending. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                      I have made imps transaction today for the amount rs.1000 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. Second time again i transferred same amount its credited in her account and transaction completed successfully.
                      But my first transaction in suspect state so iam requesting you to refund that amount to my account. I have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                      I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                          In the month of august'18, five fraudulent transactions of rs. 64, 898 happened in my account without my knowledge & without generating otp. Axis bank, surat said that they have sent messages of debited amount to my number, but i didn't received any single message. Axis bank refused to give my money back by showing their policy that they can't give my money back because i haven't blocked my debit card in 7 days from the date transactions happened. No one checked account everyday & we only trust on sms & email we received about debited amount from our account. How can i know about this fraud & how can i block my card, when i don't even received otp message.in september, 18, while checking my account statement, i got to know about this fraud. Please take action against bank & ask them to pay my money.

                              I am putting the customer id given on my cheque book to register for internet banking. But it is saying invalid credentials. Because of this i am not able to generate a password. What do i do?

                              My mobile number is not registered with my account currently. But that is not supposed to bother in internet banking. As for internet banking you just need the login id (9 digit customer id on cheque book) and the password which you generate.

                                Hi Team, I have taken a loan for 750000 on oct 17 for 36 months, which gave total amount of 8.9L including interest if i pay that for 36 months. But I have planned to close it by one year. Now I have already paid for 8.5L amount and even though the EMI is around 2 K per month. In that case do i need to pay the complete amount shown in the initial statement which is not correct right? please clarify.

I want compensation of rupees 6 lakhs which i have spent in last 1 year for going abroad, so that i start some work in india

                                  On 15th December I opened a new saving account by explaining my purpose that i have to transfer my international tuition fee till 31st December behind opening this account to the branch head Mr. Harmandeep singh. And the manger said ok we are doing international transactions in branch. After that till 24 December i deposited all the fund needed then on 26th of December i submitted an application in bank for transferring my fee, they said ok within 24 hours your fee will be transferred, which was not deducted. When i went to the branch they told me some rejections are made by the head office i was worried whether i did some fraud . So by giving me apologize bank staff told me to wait for one more day, I said ok no problem but my fee will be transferred before 31 December. After that from 26 December to 31st December i daily went to the bank but my fee is not transferred due to which my admission is cancelled, all my hard work go wasted. I don't know what was the problem but i think axis bank make joke of my career and hard work. I want to explain that my father is a labour and we had very small agriculture land and my we have sell it to meet my dream and we have take money on intrest. I have spent over 2.5 lakhs till now. Now i want strict actions will be taken against the bank and i need compensation of rupees 6 lakhs so that i start some work here.

                                    With reference to the above subject, the money in my axis sb account [protected] has been debited repeatedly.

                                    When i visited the branch regard this, they told me that money deducted for exceeding transaction limit. How would we come to know about your latest policies? Have you intimidated the decrease of transaction limits?? Without any intimation, without any notice how the hell you people going to deduct customer's money? This is not first time or one time. You axis bank repeatedly doing the same.

                                    1950rs deducted as consolidated charges, 350 as gst, 1250 for no bal maintenance. Till now i lost nearly 4000rs in axis account.

                                    Refund all the money as soon as possible and close my account without any closing charges. I'm so irritated about your banking policies and high levy charges.

                                      It is been a month i am trying to get my atm card and update my communication address but axis bank pathetic support system has no effective channel to do so and yet i do not have any debit/atm card to withdraw my money.
                                      I am so badly pissed off with your services.
                                      I can't even see my credit card balance and what amount is left.

                                      Even your customer service rep are not helpful.

                                      It is more than 10 working days now and no one is picking the call.
                                      That's what my complaint is.

                                      I have no clue when will I get my card and now I am not even able to access my credit card as it is expiring today.

                                        There is a new debit card showing active in my net banking a/c but i have not received it till date. If as per rbi guidelines it is mandatory to replace the older card with new chip security card then it should reach to customer and customer itself has enabled/activate the same. But this is not the case here.

                                        You are requested to send it to my address asap so that i can use the services...
