I would like to close my account because earlier it was salary account now it is savings account so i can't bare that deduction of consolidation charges already 2 times deducted above 1000 rupees, i can't keep minimum balance so please considered this is my closing request and stop my service today onwards. Now i will transfer my balance to other account. Further i will not keep balance in that account. This is request and closing letter.

    Hi team,
    My name is mitul jain and i am the axis bank account holder. I strongly believe there is someone who will look into it, as a matter of fact i see a deduction on my account for approx 5, 500/- as consolidated charges.
    Now here is the catch, i visted nearest branch in the first week of jan as i hold this account for more than 2 years but somehow i was not using the account for last 1.5 years. So there was the bank executive by the name of anmol, i met at ashok vihar branch, new delhi and i ckearly asked the gentleman, that i am planning to continue again with axis bank kindly check and lemme know if there are any outstanding charges on my account. The executive mentioned that as i have checked there are no outstanding charges rather than -15/- which was the active status of the account. Yesterday i deposied 6000/- to the same account in order to maintain balance in my account but i was shocked to see that bank deducted 5, 500/- without notifying or taking my consent. This is something which is not digestable as i am a student and 5, 500/- is a huge amount for me which i cannot bear to lose.. I request bank to reverse the charges asap...       Hello, my account has been deducted two times with the amount 500 on 15.12.2018 and 4595 on 12.01.2019 and also the 18% gst on it. I want my money back, i dont hav3 demat account with axis bank nor i have bounce cheque nothing then why did they cut my money. I have normal salary account with this, i just want my money back im not business man 4594 is a very big amount for me, im adding the deduction screenshot.

      I have read it already, but why such big charges, and why didn't you guys notified me or sent me any messages about this if something was happening, you cant cut my money suddenly without giving any notification even if im using any service which is chargeable you giys must notify me so that i can stop that. I just want my money back I won't suffer for your laziness or i will complaint further and close this account. Refund my money you cant cheat people like this

        Hi,
        My customer id is[protected].
        In the last two months they put more consolidated charges, if i ask the bank customer care and the bank operational manager they are not explaining properly.
        If you can able to answer me or if you do reimbursement i’ll be fine. Other wise i’ll close my account.
        You are doing this for a valuable customer..
        Becoz no one is giving proper responses, in the customer care also they are not responding to calls and in bank also they are not giving proper explanation.

          Few hours back i got a message from axis about my money was debited 1000/- + 180/- rs for consolidation charges and tax amount to demart account. I never heard this world before this message then how could i activate to my account and from one hour i'm keep on trying to contact customer care number but no proper response could you people get my money back to my account by morning or else simply i refuse to pay loan amount and credit card bill amount

            My axis bank account number - (Protected) has been debited by 1899.00 rs for one assist membership.

            I receive phone calls from this no -91 (Protected regarding one assist service but i do not accept this sevice without my approval they deducted money from my account.

            So i contacted one assist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
            I am totally disappointed with one assist service and i want my money should be refund as early as possible.

              Hi i'm pramod i am using axis bank for more than 2 years now and suddenly now they have deducted rs. 3, 347 as consolidated charges, without any prior notice. Please help me get my money back.
              3, 347 is a big amount for me. I am a person who depends on salary amount for everything, and this is my salary amount which i had kept to pay some of my bills.
              Before deduction my a/c balance was rs. 7870.37 and after when they deducted rs.3, 347 i transferred my balance to my other bank account to be on a safer side.
              Please help me on this.

              My account was salary account before and after sometime my salary stopped getting credited in this account because i changed my company, and without any prior information the bank just changed this into Rs 10, 000 min balance SB account so that they can grab the money of the poor people easily in a legal way and in a unhealthy manner.

                Gujarat multi gas base chemicals pvt ltd. Company is a client of your bank for the past 26 years. And we hold a savings a/c and salary a/c of our employees. I wish to bring to your notice that, your bank staff of branch of mehsana (Bhimnath house radhanpur road mehsana).
                We are opened the salary a/c of our employees in your bank at 26th dec, 2018 for salary purpose, and we deposited salary in our employees a/c on 7th jan, 2019 but, out of them our employee mr. Dipkumar rasikbhai patel /a/c no. [protected] did not get his salary in his a/c till the 12th jan, 2019. For this issue we called to branch manager mr. Ravi gandhi, mr. Najarbhai and dayaram multiple times in a day but still they didn’t give any response to us.
                I request you to instruct your staff for their responsibility and services and also for apologize letter to our company. And credit the salary in a/c of our employee as soon as possible.
                This misbehavior to the customers spoils the image of your bank and your services.
                Kindly take the corrective actions regarding this issue.

                    I was charged a consolidated dp charges of rs. 278.84 and the same has been deducted on 11th jan 2019.

                    I don't have any demat account opened with axis bank. I request you to return the deducted amount asap.

                    I have attached the statement deduction screenshot and demat account status screen shot where demat account is not active.

                    Kindly refund the amount asap and also, stop it from being deducted again and causing trouble. Awaiting your response.

                      Dear customer care / administrative team;

                      I, mr sujoy singha going to rise a serious concern against your survey park santoshpur branch, kolkata.

                      One of your customer care executive (Miss sharmistha chanda. Ph: [protected]) of this branch came to my residence & request me to open a savings account of your nearest branch.
                      As a preferred customer of hdfc bank, i was agreed to open a savings bank account by my name & my wife name too.
                      My wife clearly told her that she can only open an account as per her post marriage name (Mili dutta singha) which has been agreed by your bank executive. Registry marriage certificate is the only document to prove this name.
                      Without any clear knowledge about this process, your executive collect 15000/- chq with other document which carrying pre marriage name of my wife mili dutta. Few days later, my wife also submitted registry marriage certificate photocopy as a document.

                      Now present condition of this savings bank account.

                      1. Account open almost 30 days before. (A/c no:[protected] / ifsc:utib0001143)
                      2. Rs 15000/- deposited in this account.
                      3. Account holder name neither belongs to the name of mili dutta singha nor to mili dutta.
                      4. Unable to access the debit card to withdraw the amount.
                      5. “mili dutta singha” this name can’t be process as an account holder name without same name voter id/aadhar card/pan card document. (Asper bank authority)

                      After this incident we have decided to close this account immediately.

                      Now you bank customer executive miss sharmistha chanda’s activity mention below.

                      1. Some time she doesn’t pick up wife phone.
                      2. If she pick up the phone, telling i am busy today with another customer.
                      3. Some time she is telling i am not in office today
                      4. She missed the commitment to come to our residence to process for account closure.
                      5. Ever she doesn’t bother about this issue.

                      My wife personally visited 3 times in this branch to close this account, but she failed to process anything due to absence of that particular person who can only resolve this issue.

                      My simple questions to axis bank administration that

                      # as a private sector bank, what type of customer service you are providing?
                      # what type of managership quality have in survey park branch manager who doesn’t aware about an incident happening since last one month?
                      # what type of irresponsible customer executive controlling this branch?
                      # how you can harass a lady such a way for a long time.

                      I want to close my wife’s account & refund the amount with immediate effect. Please do the needful as early as possible. Else i will process for higher step.
                      I am also not interested to keep a relation with this bank.

                        I have been fighting for the amazon vouchers since last year. I bought 2 amazon vouchers worth 4k from my reward points which never got delivered to me because you guys did a typo while registering the email.

                        I have tried endlessly on phone, chat and email. I only get assurance and no action from axis bank support.

                        Every time i reach axis bank customer care they provide me with a new reference to track because the previous executive has nothing to provide me in response apart from wait for 24 hour/48 hors/5days. I have accumulated more than 10 such reference number. The latest three issue reference numbers are: 47968004, 43773519, 47581461

                        The email id error has long been corrected but still i have not got the delivery of the vouchers. Request you to do it at the earliest.

                          I have made 2 transactions through the debit card in the foreign country. After a few days, there have been deductions from my account an amount of rs. 9 and re.1. Why these amounts have been deducted after my transactions and not during the same. And under what rule of the bank, it has been done. I need a refund for the illegitimate amount so deducted.

                            Dear Axis bank I have tried to contact customer support they told they don't take care of consolidated DP charges. I have raised a request on consumer complaint forum but you are not at all focusing on the issue. I have sent a mail to the axis support but the mail id is now showing is invalid. The customer care number shown in the back of the debit card are invalid. Please don't frustrate your customer to such an extent as we have our personal job also to take care of.
                            I have mailed at every email I'd present online but none it was valid then even I registered my company at www.axisbank.com/support but there are was no response is there any system in your bank please. I have done a mistakes taking your bank card. contact me soon at kta.[protected]@yahoo.in to resolve my problem.

                            I have an Axis bank Visa Platinum card of Vistara, the number of the card is 4308 3200 0127 9747.The complain which I have is, it was told to me that if I spend rupees 125000 then I will get a free ticket until now I have spended 250000 so I should get 2 free tickets but I have got none when we talk to vistara for this matter they say us that its not a matter you should talk to Axis Bank.It was also said that I will get one extra ticket on the card renewal but that I didnt even received that.The third complain which I have as you said that on every ticket I get 1000 points, I have 4 tickets but I didnt got any points till now.is there any sort of responsibility on Axis bank or not because you just give fake promises and cant fulfill it

                                Hi this is akshay gaur, i have ordered a product on amazon.in and same day i cancelled it so the refund is not yet showing in my axis account, my alternate number is [protected] i have raised this complain because i dint know where is my money 12999, i have visited call center many times but they always helpless, both of them axis bank and amazon denying the refunding request, the are blaming to each other. The date of placed order is 06/01/2019 and till now i did not received any amount. I already told them that i will escalate the case in consumer court, but as usual they are helpless i will share my rmn of amazon [protected] and refund reference number for that transaction is [protected]
                                Please help me i do not know where is my money, i want it back return with interest. Hope as soon as possible, other wise i will also go for media escalation. And news support also, i hope consumer court ill help me out for getting my money

                                Mumbai staff Apurva (credit card) she is taking very rudely with us, using bad language, she don't no how to talk with customer.

                                  Dear justices & public,

                                  We are a pvt ltd company registered in india and opened an account with axis bank, srikalahsti branch located in andhra pradesh on 14th may 2016, and not registered for sms alert or any other services as they given bloody worse reasons or explanations for deduction, and also maintaining good balance as per the banking norms.

                                  I recently logged into my account and shocked to see there is no balance at all and it has been showing balance payable to bank as 'minus 13, 000 rupees and more' though i kept required funds as per canor account guidelines.

                                  Here's proofs attached for your perusal.

                                  So, please let me know if you are willful to justice in this case... But, i have no other option than filing suit against bank on the same..

                                  P. S. : as this is the most suitable website and popular platform to complain, throughout my experience with axis bank i would like to convey a message the public better not to open an account with axis bank — axis bank is the only cheaters and delusive/covinous banking company in india as far as i heard. — ie., freedom of speech & right to express section 19 (1) & 19 (2)

                                    I had recieved a call on 26.12.2018 they said they will offer me a job at these bank and asked to me pay rs 2000 which i had paid. After they said that telephonic interview will be conducted which got clear and asked to me again pay sum of rs 8500 which i had paid that as well. After they said your interview will be conducted but before that they again asked to me pay sum of rs 18500 which i rejected and said to refund my money back. For which they are not responding. Kindly please take some action againt this. And kindly help me in getting my money refundable.

                                    I got a call on 26.12.2018 for the job interview. But first they said a sum of rs 2000 has to be paid for which telephonice interview will be conducted which i paid. Then they again said to pay rs 8500 for verification of documents which i again paid. Then again they asked me. For the training fees of rs18500 which i refused to pay and asking to refund my money back. But they are. Not answering so kindly please help my family is stresed plz sir.                                       I lost 610 inr without my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
                                      Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
                                      And i don't want this again in future.

They misguided me and without my permission, without any otp 1899 rs debited from my account with relationship no. 6074680. Please cancel this policy and refund my money.
