Fund not credit in credit card account is not my fault.

    Dear Sirs,

    This is SHAIK HIDAYATH SHAREEF from Bangalore .

    This all started sometime in DECEMBER this year. I booked a flat in an apartment in Bangalore and was given the contact of Mr. Murali ([protected]) from Analytical Investments (for AXIS BANK) by the builder. Mr. Amit met me and I explained him my salary, expenses and other expense details, based on which, he confirmed me that I have the eligibility of 23 lacs. Since this amount was sufficient for me to go ahead, I proceeded with an understanding that eligibility is already assessed. Murali told me that one of his colleague will come to take the documents and cheque for processing fee for this home loan. Then, I was approached by Mr. Murali ([protected]), who came and collected my documents as well as the cheque of Rs. 2950 for the processing fee. I didn’t hesitate in giving the cheque since Mr. Murali had already confirmed me about my eligibility. Mr. Murali took all these and went back. The verification process started and I waited for long time thinking that everything is going on well. Within a couple of days, I saw that my bank account was debited with the cheque that I provided to AXIS Bank for Rs. 2950. This gave me more confidence that everything is going on well.

    I called AXIS Bank’s customer care and she said that my eligibility is not there for the loan. I was taken aback. This comment came from AXIS Bank even though Mr. Murali had already told me that I had eligibility of 23 lacs, after the address and other verification process were done, after the processing fee amount was taken from my account and after waiting for such a long time. I argued with Renu about how could then Mr. Murali tell that I had the eligibility. If I didn’t have the eligibility, I am not a fool to proceed with the loan process and waste my Rs. 2950. She again told me that she will work with her manager and come back to me. She called again a couple of days but, all of them to say that nothing could be done and my eligibility is not there and the loan can’t be sanctioned. I got annoyed and asked her to return back my processing fee amount. She said the policy is not there to return the amount. I understood from HDFC and ICICI Bank that if they don’t sanction the loan, all the documents along with the amount is returned back to the customer. But here, neither did I get back my documents till date, neither the amount.

    When I saw nothing is yielding results, I asked Murali to give her TL Suresh number. he gave the number and when I called, he was driving and said that he would call me back. I waited for a couple of days for his call. One fine day, one Ms. Indu (I think this was the name) called me and said that her manager wanted to know why I had called him a few days back. I explained her whole story but, she heard and told me the same thing – the processing fee can’t be returned. When I requested her again, she said that she will talk to her manager and call me back. This never happened. To follow up, when I called and talk to her, she said her manager is out of station and she doesn’t know when he will be back. Today, after more than a week, I am still waiting for the manager’s call.

    Sir, as you see, this is a horrible experience. I was told that a panel has evaluated AXIS Bank as the best bank. I don’t know how. At least, I would never say that. You can see that they have given false information on the eligibility, collected the documents, taken the processing fee and then reverted back saying that eligibility is an issue. Till date, they have not returned the documents or the amount. Eligibility is the first thing that a customer takes care before giving any processing fee. But, AXIS Bank has cheated in this respect and has made some money out of this. I am not sure how many people would have experienced this with AXIS Bank. This looks like a good business for them. I don't think they have any business Ethics. How can they give false information to the customers and make money?

    Sir, I would hence request you to please look into this matter urgently and help safeguard the customers’ rights. You help will definitely ensure that AXIS Bank doesn't repeat such cases down the line with any other customer.

    This is for your kind notice that I had opened a Demat account (No.[protected] at the Axis Bank Branch at Port Blair But as the online Trading facility is not available over there, and I had sufferd a lot for the last six months, So, I want to close this account.

        Dear sir,
        I would like to draw your kind attention, that i have wrongly transferred rs.20, 000/ from my savings a/c being no. [protected] of axis bank to my another savings a/c of hdfc bank being no. [protected] on 15/12/2018 in place of a/c no. [protected]. Immediate after made this wrong transaction entire matter was inform both the bank respectively, but very unfortunately axis bank is not initiating any step to refund back the amount in my a/c, though hdfc bank informed me that only axis bank can refund back the amount in to my a/c.
        Please see this matter very seriously and give proper instruction from your end to axis bank.

        Since then around 20ty days have passed away and despite various visits and contacts at both branch.
        But very unfortunately HDFC bank is not initiating any step to refund back the amount in my axis bank account.

          I got an sms today stating
          "hello! Your a/c 5*6 has been debited by rs. 118 on 27dec18. The a/c balance is rs. *. Infor:sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction."
          I called on the above mentioned number, talked about it with "lakshmi" and she told me that it has been deducted by hdlf life and the bank can't help me. When i asked her to mail this to me or to initiate a request to close my account, she said i need to visit my home branch! Anyway i called up hdfc life and they told me that they haven't deducted any charges. Please resolve this case o[censored]nidentified debit.

            Hi,

            I have recently opened PPF account in Bangalore Bellandur branch. Recently I got a message that 500 got deducted but still the PPF account have not been linked to my account/internet banking.

            I have visited the branch and got to know that there is some task pending from their side and they will do in a while.

            I am still waiting for the information. Unfortunately I cannot connect to them with phone. customer care is asking me to visit the branch again.

              I was using axis bank credit card. Card no: [protected].
              When i was financially strong i use to pay bill in time regularly. Today my financial condition is very poor there are 7 people who totally depends upon my salary. My 2 sister are suffering from night blindness my mother and father are heart patient, i am suffering from seizure disorder.
              From month of oct-2018 i was jobless, my existing company are not paying me my outstanding payment.in month of december-2018 i joined new organization (Msgec), this organization is a start-up business.
              Axis bank credit card department are continuously asking me for payment even i explained about my financial problem. Axis bank credit card department are telling me do or die but give us our payment, they are continuously calling me, they are telling me they will send me legel notice and will spoil my career they are abusing me on my financial problem.
              I am asking for time limit so i can pay there amount.
              The call from axis bank are giving me mental harassment, in case if i meet with accident or some other mental problem which will cause to death only axis bank is responsible for that.

              As i mentioned my financial condition is very bad. I had newly joined a startup company my exiting company is not paying me salary. I promise I will pay all the pending dues but I can pay 500/- each month from Month of February-2019 till my outstanding is not cleared. In future if my financial problem will solve I will pay reaming outstanding in full payment till then please support me.
              I hope Axis Bank will understand my problem and corporate with me

                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 63328.

                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as am job less and facing very difficult days in life.

                I can able to give 35% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 3 installments. More than 35% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                    I am axis user a/c no [protected] since 3 years but after 3 years i can say this is worst bank i have ever seen. Followings are the complaints:

                    1. I have done a transaction on 22dec 2018 through imt (Instant money transfer) and got a reference id[protected], but the person was not able to withdraw the amount as whenever he is trying to tack out the money he is getting a message that 'transaction has been canceled" even i have checked that the transaction was cancelled but still i didnt find any solution. I have called multiple times to axis bank but every time customer care person told me different process to follow. I don't understand why this structure is so complicated??? If internet banking and otp is there then why the other person has to go to atm??

                    2. I have applied for axis bank credit card which was free for lifetime. I got message from axis bank that auto debit system is set up with your axis bank credit card. I don't understand when i have not raised any request for this then why i got such kind of msgs. Without any credit card how these guys can be made auto debit linked to my account.

                    I am really pissed off with their services. If my problem will not resolve. I will shut down my account with axis bank.

                    Please help me in this matter, and resolve the problem i would be thankful to you.

                    My amount is debited from account .i swap the debit card in andhra bank atm money is debited from my account but money was not withdrawn from atm debited amount is 10000 .

                    As i wasn't knowing much about this services and it has already deducted @1899 which is not required in this a/c as it is salary a/c . Since when call was recived i was at office and i didnt knew about this service which is of no use of me n i dont require to pay this much amount . Kindly do help me in refunding the amount as early as possible.

                      I will appreciate your support my wife has withdrawn more than 2 and half cores from my nri account as i am the primary holder and she is secondary holder all the transfer were done online without my knowledge all the money was transferred to her a/c in axis bank bandra.
                      At present she has opened a account in axis bank panjim branch a/c [protected] is from goa panjim branch. She is leaving today for india appreciate your support to block all transfer and also block her from doing more transfer.

                      Pls confirm and advice what can be done to stop her from doing more transfer. I am working in congo for united nations just arrived in kuwait today will be in mumbai after 8 to 10 days. Appreciate your reply asap.

                          Sir, i subrato banerjee holding an a/c:-[protected], i have done a transaction on 22dec 2018 through imt (Instant money transfer) and got a refrence id[protected], but the person was not able to withdraw the ammount as whenever he is trying to tack out the money he is getting a message that 'transaction has been canceled" even i have cheacked that the transaction was cancelled but still i didnt get my money back.
                          Please help me in this matter, and resolve the problem i would be thankfull to you.

                              My account deducted rs 177 two times without any information. I enquiring in bank but bank say that there are new rule for diposite cash in account. Means there are only 4 time you diposite cash in your own bank account. But bank not send me any mail or sms about it. I notice deduction this time but at many time i ignore deduction. I told bank that there are no any mail or sms receive regarding this

                                So, one of you agent called me and ask to get credit card, i said i already have credit card and he was "sir you can other one its free no joining fee its lifetime free". So accept and he came home and said card will neo credit card. So we fill form and after few days i get text for vistara card so i called him about this and he said “that’s fine sir don’t worry card will come to you that’ll neo. After few day i got vistara credit card, so again i called him and he was like “sorry sir but now you have to use vistara only”. Now i don’t want any of your card and what is solution for this?                                   I am not able to place a request for cheque book. its showing lein reason code.
                                  Before 6-7 days, amount of 481 has been deducted from my account. No amount is pending to deduct Still customer care executive are saying your account balance is in negative. they are saying to visit branch to resolve this lein issue. If we are properly maintaining our account then why you are not updating the correct information with you & making customer fool.

I have given all the information to him then he transaction from my account[protected] of transaction upi rs. 25000, (fino bank sativali branch Maharashtra ac no. [protected] ) rs 25000 (bank of Baroda surat branch Gujarat ac no [protected]) & 25000(not clear this transaction ) and 25000 (not clear this transaction i contacted the customer care about the about debit the customer care informed me that if the transaction has not been done by you it will be reversed immediately axis bank and they said that you report the matter to cyber crime as it is the case of fraudulent withdrawal. I reported the matter to cyber crime, dipka Now from near axis bank dipka korba . it has been informed me..
