Hi all,

I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 63328.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as am job less and facing very difficult days in life.

I can able to give 35% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 3 installments. More than 35% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

    Hello, I used Axis Bank ATM to with 2000 INR twice from Andhra bank ATM dornakal branch on 7th December, 2018 evening. Transactions failed but amount was debited since I do not have Axis bank branch in my town I request bank to consider this online compliant.

      I am axis user a/c no [protected] since 3 years but after 3 years i can say this is worst bank i have ever seen. Followings are the complaints:

      1. I have done a transaction on 22dec 2018 through imt (Instant money transfer) and got a reference id[protected], but the person was not able to withdraw the amount as whenever he is trying to tack out the money he is getting a message that 'transaction has been canceled" even i have checked that the transaction was cancelled but still i didnt find any solution. I have called multiple times to axis bank but every time customer care person told me different process to follow. I don't understand why this structure is so complicated??? If internet banking and otp is there then why the other person has to go to atm??

      2. I have applied for axis bank credit card which was free for lifetime. I got message from axis bank that auto debit system is set up with your axis bank credit card. I don't understand when i have not raised any request for this then why i got such kind of msgs. Without any credit card how these guys can be made auto debit linked to my account.

      I am really pissed off with their services. If my problem will not resolve. I will shut down my account with axis bank.

      Please help me in this matter, and resolve the problem i would be thankful to you.

      My amount is debited from account .i swap the debit card in andhra bank atm money is debited from my account but money was not withdrawn from atm debited amount is 10000 .

      As i wasn't knowing much about this services and it has already deducted @1899 which is not required in this a/c as it is salary a/c . Since when call was recived i was at office and i didnt knew about this service which is of no use of me n i dont require to pay this much amount . Kindly do help me in refunding the amount as early as possible.

        I will appreciate your support my wife has withdrawn more than 2 and half cores from my nri account as i am the primary holder and she is secondary holder all the transfer were done online without my knowledge all the money was transferred to her a/c in axis bank bandra.
        At present she has opened a account in axis bank panjim branch a/c [protected] is from goa panjim branch. She is leaving today for india appreciate your support to block all transfer and also block her from doing more transfer.

        Pls confirm and advice what can be done to stop her from doing more transfer. I am working in congo for united nations just arrived in kuwait today will be in mumbai after 8 to 10 days. Appreciate your reply asap.

                My account deducted rs 177 two times without any information. I enquiring in bank but bank say that there are new rule for diposite cash in account. Means there are only 4 time you diposite cash in your own bank account. But bank not send me any mail or sms about it. I notice deduction this time but at many time i ignore deduction.                   So, one of you agent called me and ask to get credit card, i said i already have credit card and he was "sir you can other one its free no joining fee its lifetime free". So accept and he came home and said card will neo credit card. So we fill form and after few days i get text for vistara card so i called him about this and he said “that’s fine sir don’t worry card will come to you that’ll neo. After few day i got vistara credit card, so again i called him and he was like “sorry sir but now you have to use vistara only”. Now i don’t want any of your card and what is solution for this?                     I am not able to place a request for cheque book. its showing lein reason code.
                    Before 6-7 days, amount of 481 has been deducted from my account. No amount is pending to deduct Still customer care executive are saying your account balance is in negative. they are saying to visit branch to resolve this lein issue. If we are properly maintaining our account then why you are not updating the correct information with you & making customer fool.

I have given all the information to him then he transaction from my account[protected] of transaction upi rs. 25000, (fino bank sativali branch Maharashtra ac no. [protected] ) rs 25000 (bank of Baroda surat branch Gujarat ac no [protected]) & 25000(not clear this transaction ) and 25000 (not clear this transaction i contacted the customer care about the about debit the customer care informed me that if the transaction has not been done by you it will be reversed immediately axis bank and they said that you report the matter to cyber crime as it is the case of fraudulent withdrawal. I reported the matter to cyber crime, dipka Now from near axis bank dipka korba . it has been informed me..

                          Iam getting unsolicited calls from axis bank asking whether i would require personal loan and then they converse in tamil and force me to speak in tamil. This day i have got calls from the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. First the lady spoke from [protected] and she started conversing in tamil saying she is from axis bank. When i told why you guys are troubling and having my number on dnd, she gave the phone to another person and when i kept phone, he called from the numbers [protected], [protected]. I never had any banking relationship with axis bank and i really wonder how they make interstate calls asking to take loan and how they keep changing the numbers and keep calling. I can confidently say that the same team is calling and i can recognize the voice of the lady and the male voice.
                          Every now and then they keep calling from different numbers though i keep blocking them. First of all, how can they make calls when a phone is on dnd? Secondly how can they make interstate calls.
                          And how can they force me to speak in tamil when my phone is registered in a different state?

                            I am neha daud. I ordered a shoes from amazon and made payment online by debit card. Afterwards i returned those shoes and got the refund reference number for the transaction from amazon on 17/12/2018 but amount was not credited in my account even after 5 business days. I made a query against it on same day but till now it's not been resolved.                                 I am facing serious support issue with axis bank, i have two accounts with axis bank since 2008 & 2013.
                                I have raised multi pal request to close the inactive account but past one month no staff have supported me, even i have visited 3 different branches to raise requests but no solution has been provided to me. I raised complaint on twitter also but as usual i only get generic response from twitter handler, fake assurance has been given to me multi pal time and i am not getting the desired solution.

                                I am unable to withdraw my salary due to this glitch with axis and no one from axis is supporting.

                                I visited gwalior branch on 26th november
                                I visited ambala cantt branch on 3rd, 10th & 14th december
                                I visited zirakpur patiala road branch on 20th nov & 20th december.

                                My salary is already credited into new account with axis (Which will be activate only if my old account will get closed by axis) and i am unable to withdraw it, my another month salary is about to get credit and same will be again of no use if i could not get is withdraw.

                                Seeing urgent support on this matter from axis asap.

                                I had visited your 3 Branches and asked them to share the total payable amount and was ready to pay but none helped me with the resolution. I am chasing bank from past 1 month and begging for help, unfortunately noting work out.

                                I visited your Gwalior branch, Ambala Cantt branch and Zirakpur branch as well.

                                I met your Team in Ambala Branch Senior Manager Mr.Mayank Mittal and his Branch Manager which treated me very rudely and behaved that they own the bank... Such pathetic experience by a private bank which is into business because of customer like us isn't acceptable.
                                I visited to get a solution on 3rd December and have been told to get the resolution within next 2-3 working days, Unfortunately I didn't get anything on account of solution.

                                I again visited your branch to seek support and met Branch manager Who was a lady and called her colleagues to find the solution but due to her limitation she was unable to provide me anything on commitment part hence she again asked me to submit the forms which i submitted but its been a month now i am just waiting for the solution.

                                My Concern is why such delay which is causing pain to me without my fault.
                                Due to this freeze account my other account which needs to open as salary account is not activated and i am unable to withdraw my salary, None of you are bothered to solve the issue rather replying with false facts every-time i am trying to reach to Axis.

                                Still No closer on request. None of the Branch staff have connected back.
                                On 22.12.2018 when I tried to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app. After payment process it was shown rejected and the ticket was not booked but meanwhile the amount was debited from my account. Please refund the amount to my account and oblige.I am attaching the message sent by vk-AxisBk below for your doing the needful.

                                  With regards to your response, am totally unhappy & unsatisfied with your response and the service.
                                  Its totally a professional way of cheating the customers. However am not going to close my request at any cost and will move legally to get my money back.

                                  Hi I have been cheated by axis bank as they deducted my account without my approval for the Medi claim and for the same I requested them several times but they replied nothing. Finally when I called the executive of axis Bank he deposited 6000 RS against 6549 for not eleborat these things. I want justice against mental and physical harrassment.

                                    rs 500 note retained by cdm machine

                                    Today i tryed depositing 2500 into the cdm machine and i received a receipt that 1 note is retained by bank and rest of the 2000 note want to submit i cancelled the transaction and my 1 note is not came back from the cdm machine, i have call the customer care and lodge a complaint they told it will be solved my 3to 5 business day, please help someone....

                                    I am a customer of axis bank in sadshiv peth, pune branch. But i can't make payment online using my debit card and access mobile app for updation problem of mobile number. When i going to pay online using my debit card, it is not coming showing that the mobile number is not updated. But i updated my mobile number in branch several times but still the problem was not solved. I reported branch several times but they didn't help me regarding this issue. I called axis helpline number but didn't connect my call.
