I have requested my hr and pf help desk for my uan many times but i don't get any proper response from them so i please request you to do the needful to get my uan no and my pf no for my further process i'm my life. Atleast if i come to know the status of my pf i would have been very happy. Now i need to know the status of my provident fund.

    I have raised a complaint long back my card no is 0083 and i am getting sms to pay rs4500 as the card itself is expired 8 years back simply you are charging and i have not received the other card i spoke to customer care several times and given complaint till now the charges has not been reversed. It is reflecting in the cibil you people should close this matter as early as possible. It is not a mistake from my side, it is the mistake done by the bank people.

But charges are not chaged... The i decided to ignor to use axis bank account... And swipe machin... I am not using the swip machin and currunt... From 1 year...             My due date of loan payment is 5th of every month and the same day i do payment but every month axis bank debiting Rs.590 unnecessary it is requested that kindly arrange to payback me all amount which debited in all these 2 year and it is around Rs.-7000.

              I have deposited cheque of sbi to axis bank Chikhali branch 2633 for clearing of rs 40000 but bank employees credited my account with wrong amount. When I contacted to branch for clearance instead of solving my query they talk with me rudely in abusing language . Now they froze my account without any information to me. Kindly do the needful for the same

                  Axis bank collection team has made every step to ensure they are violating my privacy. Though i have been paying the amount to the bank, the collection team comes home harasses my parents and create a scene at my residence, they give away information to who so ever is at home on my credit status. This has been happening for the past 3 months. These collection agencies are mentally harassing me and pushing me to take the extreme steps.

                  I have always been a loyal customer to the bank. 5 months ago due to emergency i had to change jobs. Due to which my payment cycle was disturbed. I had explained everything to the callers/ collection team/ bank but no body cares what it is. I want to let every body know i am in this position because if axis bank being irresponsible. I seek help to have the collection agency to leave me alone while i pay my debts. As i have a severe case of anxiety and diagnosed with clinical depression these things push me of the edge.

                  Atm cash not dispensed but amount debited from account.
                  I have operated the Bank ATM on[protected] at gurgaon spaze Itechpark. withdrawl of Rs.500/- again 500 amount. The transaction not complete screen show temporarily Unavailable but the amount of Rs.1000/- was deducted from my account. Kindly consider and concern Thank you

                  Credit card of february 2018 was not issued or dispatch till date to our registered address or email id and in the same statement double payment has been availed by the company from our saving account due to auto pay service activated, kindly comply with the same and provide credit back with interest for the same.

                  Many Charges due to the same has been debited in my credit card and saving account and same should be revert back with the interest as the above error was occured due to their wrong debit and not provided credit in time, kindly provide the eligible benefits to the old customer at earliest possible.

                    Dear concern,
                    Myself vikas kumar singh holding a salary account [protected] with you.
                    I have facing an issue from 27th nov 2018 with my account that my account is wrongly debited approx. Inr 38500.00 due to this my account balance shown negative balance & also my salary debited from my account which is credited on dated 30th nov 2018.
                    Another customer credit card number [protected] dues which is on lean is recovered from my account.
                    I don’t know how this type of mistakes is done by axis bank?
                    I have contacted cce several times with my complain id 46975438 but till now no feedback is received from your side.
                    As i have contacted with my axis bank branch manager, sector-62, noida but they told me that there is no helpdesk for credit card so plz contact cce.

                    Kindly confirm me which department is responsible for this issue branch or credit card dept. Because both the department are misguiding me.

                    I am so depressed due to this issue as i have many responsibilities.

                    Also suggest me how to pay my all dues like credit cards bill, mobile bills, electricity bill, house rent which are over dues & my daily expenses without money?

                    Whom is responsible for this over dues charges which is impacting my cibil?

                    I have not made any transactions where in such charges is due. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side.

                      श्रीमान मैं अभिषेक कुमार अगस्त महीने में asap account open करवाया था जोकि दूसरे दिन ही बैंक मर जा कर ओटीपी द्वारा केवाईसी भी करवाया फिर भी मेरा केवाईसी कंप्लीट नहीं. और मैं केवाईसी के लिए लगभग 5 से 10 बैंक जा चुका हूं|1 मेरा काम अभी तक पूरा नहीं हुआ है | मैं टेलिफोनिक कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करके अनगिनत बार कंप्लेंट दर्ज करा चुका हूं| कस्टमर केयर द्वारा बोला जाता है कि, कि बैंक आपका कंप्लेंट नहीं ले रहा है, आप जाकर बैंक में मैनेजर से कंप्लेंट कीजिए | और बार बार किसी स्क्रीन code को चेंज कराने के बारे में बोला जाता है | मैं इस अकाउंट में मनी ट्रांसफर नहीं कर पा रहा हूं और
                      मैं आप लोगों के रवैया से तंग आ चुका हूं | मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि मैंने asap account अकाउंट खोल आया है इसलिए मेरे साथ दुराचार का व्यवहार किया जा रहा है और एक अलग कस्टमर के निगाह से देखा जा रहा है | इससे मेरे मौलिक अधिकार का भी उल्लंघन हो रहा है जो मेरा समानता का अधिकार का हनन है|

                        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 1, 24000. This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues with 2 installment. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
                        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                            This is to report regarding the worst service experience from axis bank.
                            Axis bank is not providing to withdraw cash more than 1000.
                            It is frustrating since i cannot take my own cash.
                            Please take strict action against axis bank and blacklist axis bank.
                            Customer service team is not giving proper resolution.
                            I had raised request for atm cash limit enhancement to 4000 usd since i have to pay rent but axis bank has not responded.
                            This is the worst bank ever in human history

                              I have received a call from axis bank last week. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 6920. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                              Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no 5840019. I am waiting for confirmation o[censored]nsubscription of this service and also refund the money @1899. Since i have applied for cancellation of this service within 30 days, the refund should be without any detuction

                                Namaste

                                I am an account holder with axis bank and a credit card holder too bearing card no. [protected]. I have been a regular user of the said card and also repaid dues earlier.

                                I have been unable to pay the pending dues for 2 months and i acknowledge the same. I am to receive my payment on 17/12/2018 and can pay the outstanding dues on the same date.

                                Serious complaint:
                                I received calls from axis bank recovery department and use to convey my payment dates before. Today i received call from "[protected]" which shows a name of "nilam lande" at 10:34 am. I made my son speak to her. He conveyed his concern after which madam made him speak to her superior.

                                He spoke to her superior but he was not only rude. His method of communication is absolutely disrespectful and absurd. He used the word "tera baap", "tu kaun hai", "tu koi bhi ho", etc. My son made him realize that he was speaking to a customer and should speak politely but he didn't. He kept on his speech in the same manner.

                                My son even told him to put it in a mail so that we can revert on the same but he said he won't. He even said that he will send someone to our house for recovery.

                                As per rbi guildelines,

                                Decency: the recovery agent has to talk to you in a decent and civilized manner. No abusive language should be used.

                                I now want an apology from the same person on call or by email. I have convinced many customers to use your banking services and they have become your regular customers. I also understand that in-house recovery bank department has huge targets for recovery but this is not the way to talk.

                                I wrote to axis bank but they said "email id no longer valid - we have migrated to axisbank.com/support"

                                    This is rajkumar, this is regarding my axis bank credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]

                                    My father is in hospital suffering from kidney disease and many other diabetic complications, i had spend so much money for his hospitalization and mean while i lost job, in this scenario i failed to do the credit card payments,

                                    I had requested axis bank customer care people on phone and sent multiple emails to convert the total outstanding into emi so that i can pay the dues, but they never accepted and also they deducted 16k from my savings account towards credit card payments with out my concern.

                                    Now with not having any job i am not in a stage to pay the outstanding but we do want to settle this in a fair manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side, please send me the settlement letter

                                    Thanks for the response but, Hope you read my message, As i told i have been going through a financial situation where i am not in a stage to pay the outstanding,
                                    That is the reason I was asking to settle my credit card account, Please settle my credit card account,

                                    I am really in a financial problem, my father is in hospital and I have given the reports and bills to the recovery agent who contacted me for payments,

                                    Seriously i cannot pay, Wanted to settle my account, please settle my account, let me know the amount and send me the settlement letter so that I can pay

                                    I have been trying to reach about settlement of my Axis bank credit card but in between my wife got calls from these numbers [protected], [protected] for Axis bank payments and they talk rubbish with her and asked her to do suicide if we negotiate, I wounder how come you hire these kind of manner less stupid people and they are talking such a non sense with a lady, this is not a fare thing to do,

                                    I have been a good customer to Axis bank and I had paid very huge interests and I was good in payments, But now I because of my health issues and loss of Job I am not in a stage to pay, I have been requesting for settlement,

                                    I don't know how can some one talk to ta lady with that, If in case if she is sensitive and do some thing who is the responsibility?????

                                    Again i am requesting to settlement my account for 60, 000/- please send me the settlement letter,

                                      Description :
                                      I have transferred the funds of amount Rs. 46600 from axis bank using IMPS transaction but the bank has put my transaction on Suspicion and because of that i have to bear the cost of cheque bounce as this amount is for my Home Loan.
                                      I want Axis bank to pay for the amount which I had to bear for Cheque bounce.
                                      I have also attached the chat that I had with Axis bank Representative.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Not link my hp gas subsidy amount in my bank account given all require documents in 3 times at our nearest axis bank but no one is responded and i was also applied personal loan in our nearest axis bank and also taken my all necessary document for personal loan but as date not processed now told me you have another loan so that it was not process and i was also agree to settle the existing loan but no one is responding to give the settlement amount
