Dear concern,
Myself vikas kumar singh holding a salary account [protected] with you.
I have facing an issue from 27th nov 2018 with my account that my account is wrongly debited approx. Inr 38500.00 due to this my account balance shown negative balance & also my salary debited from my account which is credited on dated 30th nov 2018.
Another customer credit card number [protected] dues which is on lean is recovered from my account.
I don’t know how this type of mistakes is done by axis bank?
I have contacted cce several times with my complain id 46975438 but till now no feedback is received from your side.
As i have contacted with my axis bank branch manager, sector-62, noida but they told me that there is no helpdesk for credit card so plz contact cce.
Kindly confirm me which department is responsible for this issue branch or credit card dept. Because both the department are misguiding me.
I am so depressed due to this issue as i have many responsibilities.
Also suggest me how to pay my all dues like credit cards bill, mobile bills, electricity bill, house rent which are over dues & my daily expenses without money?
Whom is responsible for this over dues charges which is impacting my cibil?
I have not made any transactions where in such charges is due. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side.
I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to my account.

I am very disappoint.
I have operated the Bank ATM on[protected] at gurgaon spaze Itechpark. withdrawl of Rs.500/- again 500 amount. The transaction not complete screen show temporarily Unavailable but the amount of Rs.1000/- was deducted from my account. Kindly consider and concern Thank you
