Axis bank has debited around rs 4000/- from my savings account without prior information on 15th dec'18 on any penalty amount in the name of consolidated charges and gst. Moreover, it has already deducted rs 150/- as negative balance few days back. If the bank itself deducts money in this manner, then what is the purpose of savings account? Why is there no check on this private banks? Kindly consider the complaint seriously!! And solve the issue asap!!

Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 3554 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.

    My cheque no. 510604 got bounce. As per bank there was a dispute in my signature. This was not informed to me. I was only got message stating cheque returned. Still i am not able to understand what is actual problem. It is very difficult to get on to your customer care and even after getting to them they make your life miserable by giving vage answers.
    I get hundreds of call just for credit card, loans etc which are not useful and for such an important activity there is no facility to inform customer.

      Dear sir i am utkal dutta mohapatra and my account number is [protected]. When it is opened it was a salary ac. But when i resigned my company after 3 month it was a general ac. That time i did not maintain balance. But after 1 year again i will join a company and thay also make it salary ac but now always cut balance from my account again again if i maintain 10000 balance till 3month. But it's happening again again totally they take from my ac near by 7000. With out prior information. So kindly refund my balance as well as possible. Thanks

          Axis bank has debited around rupees 4000/- from my savings account in the name of consolidated charges and gst plus rs 150/- as negative balance. Moreover, i am unable to contact them via phone. Webchat capital captcha is not working. It seems there is an issue from their side. Even their customer care number is not responding. How can they just debit any amount?? How can they just debit so much amount from my savings account?? Seems very unfair. Savings account is meant to save!!

            Axis bank has deducted my rs. 500-/ from my account. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account.

              I am axis bank customer.. I was not used a/c for 3 years, total lien balance shown rs.425, later i talked with bank officer he told only 425 rupees will deduct... So i funded with 12000 in my account, as he told 425 deducted... Now i have 11, 575 rupees in my a/c... Later one week after at mid night saturday 4299 rupees deducted + gst charges @18 % it is 880... Bank officer told me only 425 rupees will deduct... But 4299+880 deducted as consolidated charges and gst charges... Bank officer not told about these charges.

              Friends dont go with bank officers words... They won't tell all charges on a/c they will tell few small charges only...

              I[censored] guys not using a/c from long time... So many charges will impose on our a/c

              These bank officers deducting amount from innocent peoples... Not from vijay mallya and nirav modi... These guys dont have guts to collect from them...

              Pls dont frust bank officers, what they told... They will tell all lies only

                My salary is not credited from more than 3 years so after 3 years i start my account and paid charges to bank as not maintaining salary in axis bank and now from last 2 month my salary is credited and every month they charge 1000 rs approx when i contact to customer care they said not maintaining balance as your account becomes saving account but i didn’t get any communication from bank that they change my salary account to sacing account.

                  Hi my name is nitin bhandari. Since last two months axis bank deducted 500 rs as the consolidated charges. I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer court. Since last two months totally 1090 rs deducted from my account. This time i will drag you guys in the court. Then there you will see what happens when you unnecessary taking money of customers. And after that i will close my account.

                    Please i don't know why they are debiting also i am holding salary account... Without my knowledge how they are debiting the amount

                      I have a savings account in axis bank and today 200/- rs were deducted from my account saying consolidated charges. What the hell is happening here. If you would make me aware of every change, i would not have to face these nonsense transactions unknowingly but if you people would directly debit any amount (Which i wasn't aware) from my account, its not fair at all. Either change ur service norms or start updating your customers for every little change. I particularly doesnt like my things to get changed, if i am unaware and i hate these unexpected charges as well.

                      I had sufficient balance in my account but now the bank is saying that there is holiday on[protected] so I need information a out that is there really a holiday because in my calendar there is no holiday so i am screwed

                          I have approached the bank to unsubscribe from apy scheme.. Bank officials make us to wait for 3 hrs to download a form from apy website.. But the form download and signing takes only 5 min.. Bank officials said that they don't have the link for it. I m shocked to hear it from them.. Being an d. Manager, they couldn't get the link. We visited the branch on saturday, it was not much crowded..

                              We made a payment of rs600 for the completion of a primary exam super tet to be held in up after all the process we had to make the final payment.
                              We made payment through axis bank debit card acc no-[protected] pawan kumar sharma on december 14, 2018 at time approx.-21:45 pm
                              The amount got deducted but the payment is not done and we were not provided with any payment and reference id and the status is still payment not completed and the refund is not done till yet.

                                Axis bank was having a current account in the name of my laxmi advrtisment in chandrapur, nagpur road branch, for some reason the accounts were closed and the account went to minus.
                                In april 2018, i surrendered all the money and atm card was surrendered to the bank and the account was closed.
                                Payal joshi's bank employee told me to close an account immediately, but till date the account was not closed, instead of repeatedly going to the bank, the account went back to the minus. Now joshi madam says
                                You have to pay the money, i have made all the process of closing the account and now madam has said to pay the money. I will not pay any money now, the mistake is yours, now the court is ready for the notice

                                  I have been receiving continuous calls from your call centre. The attitude and language used are very derogatory.

                                  The lady caller has crossed all boundaries of decency and courtesy.

                                  She was adamant not to disconnect the call and kept arguing indecently

                                  I take this as an insult to me and my wife.

                                  I request immediate action on this. I also request such an act is not repeated.

                                    I have been using axis bank for while, internet banking option was enabled before 3-4 years.. It was working fine earlier but recently i am seeing strange error while logging. Moment i submit username and password followed by security question its allows me to get in for few milliseconds then following error is being displayed, with 7 possible reasons.. This is rubbish software development. Doesnt even give any clue about error..

                                    I went to branch on wednesday, it took me 30 minutes to explain staff about error. Strange thing is i am able to access internet banking from speed banking machine in branch.. Error is only applicable from desktop intenet browser.. I reproduced error in front of staff in their computer. They asked me to submit complain.. I did but no response whatsoever..

                                      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 103000 with interest bank said your due is 154000.

                                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, and business is not well, recently my father left so all burden is mine so i want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                      I can able to give 40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 6 months. More than this is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                        Many problem arise in customer care of axis bank there is no word only request to government of india to stop banking these type of fraud bank and worst customer care, person is not responsible of npa of bank but government of india is responsible for npa of india to given these type of worst customer care of bank if interested pls to call me for problem of bank
                                        1. One issue of credit card payment solve in two month
                                        2. Issue of cheques book solve with 2 month
                                        3. Problem of cheques returned i request to give all scan of cheques sign detail of cleared cheques and scan copy of returned cheques who is returned due to signature mis match.
                                        Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
