B S N L Vijayapur Kanataka — Refund of deposit ( Rs1898.43) after disconnecting Broad band)

After the modem became U/S I requested BSNL Vijayapur to cancel the phone service & broad band service wef 31/10/2021 and refund the deposit on 24 Oct 2021. Accordingly the service was stopped and the invoice was generated. The particulars are Acct #[protected] Invoice# SDCKA[protected] on 01/11/2021 showing refund of Rs 1893.43 due on 20/112021. Subsequently I met GM on 2/12/2021. Till date I hae not recieved the refund.
