bahwnish — voltas 1.5 ton Ac 3 complaints in 4 months and still the same problem

Hi Sir/Mam, This mail is regarding fraud been done in your company.I did a complaint on 7th june from number [protected] for voltas AC. Your technician came in and said cooling problem is due to ac cleaning needed so he did that and took 650 rupee saying that wont be giving any receipt, The number of technician was [protected] and name was salman. We were out of town and didn't used that ac for few days.When we used it 3 days ago it was not doing any cooling.We called voltas again and a tech came from another company this time saying that this is gas problem and cleaning was not needed he asked for Rs 2200 and said that they will take the ac on 30th june my complaint was done on 29th june NO one appeared yesterday.Today a new tech came and he said he need to check the AC again for problem. the company unique and the other one are fighting over who will take care of this and i dont know what the HEll is happening . I called Voltas and i want voltas to fix this. Hi Team, Please check the mail trail and fight i am had with voltas people for selling garbage product to consumer. and the after sale service who damage the product and them just vanish saying its the fault of the previous engineer who did it. i have done complaint for this AC thrice in past 4 months and been looted by voltas for the same. gas leak problem still persists 1.1st complaint engg came and just serviced the ac and said it will resolve it 2.2nd complaint was done and engg said its gas prob and filled the gas. 3.3rd complaint which i did today engg came and said gas leak is still there and never got resolved and the coil is the problem. what were the previous 2 engg doing fooling us? or did the new engg is fooling me saying coil is the problem. help me with the same either fix this product or take it back Regards
