I took an motor insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz for the period from 19th March 2008 to 18th March 2009. The policy no. is OG[protected]-00033749, which was taken in the name of my father, Mr. Satish Chander Goel. While taking the insurance policy, the agent didn't communicated any excess clause to me under which whenever i have to file a claim, i need to pay Rs. 6400/- as processing charges in addition to Rs. 500 normally claimed by the Company. The total insurance premium paid by me is Rs. 6483/-. The cover note given to me at the time of acceptance of the insurance policy didn't specify this clause and the column mentioned in excess column was kept empty. I tried to contact the customer care department also and i was send the scanned copy of the inspection report which mentioned this clause. Unfortunately, one copy of this report was also given to me but i misplaced that to verify the details as per my copy is reconciling with the scanned copy sent by the Company. But i clearly remember that this clause was not mentioned in the inspection report and neither it was communicated to me. I have tried to convince the customer care department and underwriting department about this fact but all in vain. I request you to take necessary action against this complaint.

    This moth oct. 2008, i joned in the Bajaj allianz 's New Family Gain ULIP plolicy, they told me the return may be 40% or above. Premium amount -5000/- per half yearly. No. of installment is 6(six). Please share any knowledge regarding how much it may sucure and what may be the return %.

    I have taken Bajaj policy (Family gain) before 2.5 years back and i am not getting any benefit for this policy. My account value is less than my premimum coontribution. Today i had got a call from Bajaj customer care to pay the premimum. They don’t forget to call at the time of Premium due date but don’t give any benefit. I am totally in loss for this policy as compaired to other policy like reliance where i am getting benefit. They always show the yearly report that they have given 40.% return at the time of selling the policy. The report is fake. Once u take the policy u will realise it after 1 year but u cant do anyting at least for 3 years. My kind advise is to not take any policy from Bajaj. I[censored] want then go for LIC where u will not be in loss anymore.

    Really Bajaj Allianz cheats the customer. I have taken policy as "Family Gain" from Bajaj Allianz. Now i want to surrender my policy after completion of three year. But they are asking charges as 25%. At the time of joining no one told me this. Also my fund value is around 19000 and I paid premium of 30000 so far. If I pay 25% surrender charges again then it will get 14000 in hand. So there is more than 50% loss in this policy. There is no use of calling customer care or registering complaint. If I call customer care then they will send me PDF of account summery and tell about the insurance benefit. This is my mistake that I Choose Bajaj Allianz. At this time i need money, but i won’t get at least my invested amount properly.

    Total premium paid - 30000
    Fund value -19000
    Surrender charges - 25%
    Take home money - 14000

    So don’t go for Bajaj Allianz or any policy from private company. I[censored] want policy then go for LIC where they will give u assured amount.

      I am a holder of HDFC Bank Credit Card. Bank offers me a plan of Family Care in collaboration of Bajaj Allianz and sell me mediclaim policy on 21st June 2008.
      Bank has deducted policy price from my credit card. I have got a sms from Bank that policy documents are sending to your postal address on 2nd July 2008. But i have not got any document. I have complained it to my bank credit card department then they have gave me policy number OG[protected] and said that documents are sending to ur postal address.
      Today, 3 months and 20 days has passed away but still i cannot get my policy documents.

      Bank Documents — NOT REACHED

      we have sent bank documents to 3 destinations in maharastra the courier no.1;CBE4488774, no.2;CBE4488777 no.3;CBE44887788, plz let me know wewether it has been despatched or not?

          I have invested in two policy of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company of Rs. 65000.00 and the present value is Rs. 23000.00. I have not completed first three policy year. I have decided not to pay any premium further due to poor performance of the policy. If I pay the full three year premium slab I have to pay an amount of Rs. 70000.00, but there is no gurantee that I will get the money back.

            My car met with an accident in the evening of 7/09/08.There was heavy rainfall that day and the road had many pits. My car’s wheel went in a pit and the engine stopped working. I called a mechanic from alfa motors immediately. Even they could not start the car and they had to shift the vehicle with the help of a crane to the workshop. I informed the insurance company on 9/0908 as there was a major problem in the vehicle. One after another 2 surveyors examined the vehicle. They dismantled the vehicle to know the exact problem. After the survey they went. And even after repeatedly asking telephonically they did not give any answer. On 26/09/08 I posted a letter to know about the status of my claim. I received a letter from the insurance company on 30/9/8 which was dated 26/9/8.They refused my claim giving the following reasons -
            (1) The vehicle was dismantled at the workshop prior to their examination
            (2) The vehicle was deliberately moved from the spot of accident
            I sent an explanatory letter to them on 1/10/08 but they haven’t replied till date. The contents of both the letters sent by me is below

            Sub: Regarding non-processing of repair claim.

            Dear Sir,

            Kindly refer to the above mentioned subject. I wish to inform you that my car registration number RJ-14-8C-9638 was insured from your office.I submitted a claim on 9th September in your office through my repairer Alfa Motors. I met a minor accident during a heavy rainfall in jaipur, my car went in a pit near shyam nagar pulia and some parts of the car were damaged and the car could not be started .I called a mechanic from alfa motors. Since the mechanic could not also start the car it was shifted to the workshop of Alfa motors by the help of a crane .On 10th September your company appointed a surveyor for inspecting the car. He took the photographs of damage part of car and he asked the mechanic of Alfa motors to open the engine in order to assess the problem. He took some photographs of engine parts also but he did not say anything about settlement. Next day on 11th sept another surveyor came, he also took some photographs of opened engine parts of the car and of accidental portion. About the settlement, he verbally agreed to pass some parts which were costing about Rs 5000/ against my claim of Rs.50000/.For the last 15 days I have repeatedly requested you to pass my claim in toto but I have not received any reply till date. Due to your calleous attitude the repairing of my car has not been started.
            I request you to consider the matter sympathetically and urgently as I am a doctor by profession. My work requires a lot of traveling as I am attached to a number of hospitals. Without my car my work is being hampered to a great extent and I am suffering considerable monetary loss in addition to the inconvenience caused. Kindly pass my claim in toto so that the repair work gets started in the workshop of Alfa motors .If no action is taken within 7 days from the receipt of this letter I will be forced to take legal action and you will be solely responsible for the same.

            Dear Sir,
            I have received your first letter on 30/09/08 in which you repudiated my claim towards accident repair of my vehicle no. RJ148C9638. The reason you have pointed out
            1-dismantled vehicle before inspection,
            2- deliberately removal of the vehicle from the spot of vehicle.

            I had sent you a letter previously in which I mentioned that dismantling of vehicle was done with instruction of your surveyor. As you very well know that I am a doctor professionally and attached to more than fifteen hospitals and clinics. I am honorary consultant everywhere that means if I do not work I am not paid-No Work No Money.Do you think that I will dismantle my car in order to get a claim and in turn suffer larger monetary loss by not being able to work as this car is the only mode of transportation. Secondly, I have no knowledge about the machinery of a car.
            In my previous letter I had mentioned the place and type of accident. As you know it was the pulia connecting Shyam nagar to Nirman nagar where my vehicle went down in a pit having lot of water in it because of heavy rain. My vehicle stopped working in the middle of road. Do you think in this situation, I should have first come to your office and waited for your action? In how many cases involving private vehicles do you get a spot survey done ? There is a heavy traffic on that only connecting road and I did not know the cause of sudden stopping of vehicle and I had no idea that it is not going to restart. I immediately informed Alfa moters and they had taken necessary action. You are blaming me in your letter that I have deliberately removed the vehicle from the spot to hide facts . This is a serious allegation. I am a busy person and when my car stopped in the middle of the road without any apparent reason, thinking that it is some minor problem I called the workshop people. How could I know that it would require Insurance people.

            In your policy it is very clear that claim matter will be settled with in seven days. Now after twenty days, you are informing me that you have rejected the claim, without giving any satisfactory reason. I have lost more money than claim amount because of your callous and irresponsible attitude and still today my vehicle is lying as such as you left there at Alfa motors.
            I have suffered financial and mental trauma because of the insurance company. In this situation I am left with only option to have help of judiciary.

            Car — about claim of accidental loss

            dear sir / madam

            ihave not recieved the policy papers.
            I have submitted my car for claim coverage
            it was cash less Insurance policy . your surveyer is not giving proper claim. garage woner promised me to do this on 15 march 2008. after this he is giving me my vehicle on 18 march but vehicle is not in satisfactory condition.the garage owner sasys that surveyer is not accepting the damage.

                      As i was cheated by a employee of bajaj allianz executive as he told me that this capital gain unit is for 3 years and without my knowledge he convert in ti lifetime policy and now never received my call after booked me. I was cheated but the pain is even company didn't care for their customers as given so many complaint no one is there to attend me and my call.                       I have also concerned about the complaint as I am holder of policy No. [protected]. Since, the company is very regular in reminding about the payment due from the customer but not giving feedback of his account though mailing address. This should be looked into and atleast the balance at customer's credit according to prevailing market rates should be informed to him atleast once in a year.

                      there is a lot of misrepresentation and plain cheating at the time of canvassing for policies by the employees of bajaj allianz. it is very shameful that a reputed company like bajaj is allowing its staff to canvass for policies by using all shady tricks. the policy is full of jargon and confusing language that no one can understand it. it is designed to confuse and confound the policy holders. another trick is to mix up insurance and investment and the policy holder is unable to understand the exact nature of the policy.

                              I M Rahul Bhadola have done insurance from your company & registered my claim in feb 08 but till date i dont have any information from your side, any revert from your side even you guys are not to bother to call your customer, i was hospitalise for around 2n half month, after that i m trying you guys to settle my claim but no response from your side.even i dont know about any progress or any communication from your side.



                              i m suffering a lot from this accident & one major surgery happened in my right hand, went in coma for 7 days. but instead of this i M paying my car loan EMI regularly without any bouncing.

                              after a long search i found one of your survaier name & number who's is involved in my case but after 2 month n around 20 days regular communication from my side that gentleman is not able to tell me any solution.

                              Still i have not received my Car & your insurance guy's is also not responding properly now you tell me what i have to do with you ?

                              As i already mentioned i m suffering from critical stage after my operation, if you don't have humanity than i cant say any thing but i m also marking this mail to IRDA or IRDA guys.


                              Dear IRDA guys, please help me out from this issue, i m very much upset & not physically fit but still struggling from life if you guys help me on this i m grateful to you.

                              I purchased a policy from your Co on 21 Sep 2007 amount deposited is Rs 10000/- annually. Other installments are deposited on dates 07 Nov 2008, 14 Jan 2010 and 16 Nov 2010. I deposited Rs 40000/- till date and value of my policy on 12 Mar 2011 is Rs 38937.26/- and today 14 Mar 2011 is 39564.91/-. Before opening this policy your agent told me that this policy will grow atleast 60% annually but in ground I loose my basic amount.

                                I have renewed my two wheeler insurance policy on 10.06.2008 at Bajaj Allianze Office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. I have receipt Number:[protected]. My previous policy number is OG[protected]-00018057 valid from 13.07.2007 to 12.07.2008. I have not received my Policy till the date. on 21.08.2008, I called the Office on tel:[protected] and spoke to concern person name Mr Sheik Lal. He said that we will courier your policy today. When I did not receive the policy till 27.o8.2008, I called him again. He told me that your policy has been issued twice. I explained him that still I have not received my policy in my hand. I told him to check with there person and courier company, then he told me that he will be sending my policy again by courier right now i.e. on 27.08.2008. Today is 28.08.2008 and I have not received my policy and since the address is within the same city the courier should reach on the same day of dispatch.
                                This is just extra information that since it was a small policy of two wheeler so I went personally to the office for the renewal of insurance there I waited for 90 minutes before I got the receipt and I was told that since there is problem in there system so they cannot handover the policy right now instead they will courier me at my home. since they wasted 90 minutes there so they also told me that I do not have to come again and definitely they will courier the policy. This happened on 10.06.2008.
                                Please take appropriate action and do the needful so that Bajaj Allianze will not repeat this again.

                                Registeration No, UP16AA9659.I had received a message on my Mobile No, [protected] that the Motor Policy
                                OG[protected]-00015818 has been despatched on 16thAUGUST, 2013.However, I have not yet this Motor
                                Policy document.
                                You may check up the details and if possible inform me the details for tracking the delivery of this
                                Policy from the Courrier Agency.If Policy is not yet despatched, it should be done immediately at my adress

                                  Sir,
                                  I would like to draw your kind attention regarding my harasement due to withdrawal of my policy within free-look period.
                                  When I received the policy bond found that the policy was not good as they mentioned during the registration of the policy.
                                  I apply to withdraw my policy on 12/04/2008 .The policy bond reveived date was 03/04/2008 and the free-look perion was of 15 days.

                                  I am not receive any cash/check from them till date.During this 5 month I asked the branch manager(Branch Located at Dimond Harbour, West Bengal) 100 times regarding the status of the withdrawal policy and all of the time he give me wrong information .Even 4 times I go the branch taking leave from my company to request him to accelarate the withdrawal process as long time spend but every time he hopeless me .
                                  As I am working In a MNC, 4 days of leave plays sigmificance value to me and my company.
                                  Can you please help me to withdraw my policy and get my money.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I, Mr. Aditya Nautamkumar Patel, was mist sold the policy by executive of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd. The agents who approach me for selling the product are Mr. Piyush Parikh (BDM) & Kirit Patel ( FSC ). They have sold the product stating that this is single premium product.

                                  Later on receiving that policy documents I approaching Mr. Piyush Parikh that the policy which have received is regular premium policy. He has assured me that this is single premium policy. One of my cousin have saw the policy and said that it is regular premium policy. Again I have called Mr. Piyush Parikh on many time regarding the same issue. Initially he given me time to come at my home and give me assurance but later on neither he has not received my call nor call me. I am not able to pay 60, 000/- premium regularly every year.

                                  Request you kindly look in to the matter other wise I can escalate the matter on higher authorities and IRDA for mist selling.

                                    dont ever go for this Bajaj Allianz New Family Gain Life insurance policy.

                                    One of the cheating policy, as i invested 11000/-rs in first year of policy. i got statement from the company 30% of funds are invested and 70% unallocated portion is utilised towards the management and business acquisition expenses.

                                    all your investments are totally cheated by the company. An in 30% of fund invested they remove the mortality and fund maintenance charges around 1600/-rs with in a year


                                    so u totally get 1500 rs invested for 11000/- investment at the end of one year

I contact them many times then last month they give the policy Number of three bond but this year i didn't pay i have to get three policy bond. So please help to get my Duplicate Policy Bond.

                                    How come the Govt of India is allowing such cheating companies to Operate and take every customer for nice ride? There is saying, as long as there are people would like to get cheated, there will be cheaters.. so.. All companies like Bajaj, HDFC, Aviva, ICICI name any are in the same business of cheating one way or the other, . how can they show profits and grow if they are honest, it is a pity and sorry state of affairs that companies under the brand name like Bajaj engage in activities totally incompatible with thier image. It is high time that Govt of India makes policies such that deals are transparent and companies commit themselves with an assured returns. In the name of market flucatuations, they play at the cost of customers hard earned money and finally the market will always vary too much, , the companies take the benefit from such risks and get away with out any liabilities.

                                      i was in bajaj allianz life insurance co. from 28 may 2009 to 20 may 2009. then i resign in bajaj allianz 20 of may.
                                      i submit my all reliving formaliti for my one month sallary, finall settlement & f&f but i dont get
                                      any response from bajaj allianz till date.

                                      Bajaj allianze company back office is not working now a days in well conditions. They work for the benefit of their personal benefit neither for consumer and nor sales dept. workers.


                                      I myself have worked to the company for 4 years as consultant and 4 months as sales manager my f&f is also in pending. They showing some silly reasons i.e., we have given extra salary you have to refund etc. where as the branch manager collected in the name of extra salary, I have paid to the branch manager Mr. Santosh. He did not given me the receipt neither he submit the amount to company. I am suffering for the mistakes of Branch Manager.

                                        I am a holder of a Bajaj insurance policy holder. (Policy no.[protected]

                                        This Policy started on 28-Aug-07, where from 1 premium was deposited thru cheque. The payment mode selected was an ECS debit from my Bank A/c. The same was filled up in form, it also told and understood by bajaj representative. After receiving the policy papers I see that the payment date is 28th of every month.

                                        After that i maintained the balance in my a/c for every month debit, due to some address issue i was not able to get my quaterly statement from my bank. The balance in my a/c was never insufficent or gone below 3000/- for a bounce back of ECS. And moreover on the payment date it is never out of balance, but then also I received a letter dt. 12-Nov-07 on 26-Dec-07 (after 45days of letter date) stating that the ECS was bounced due to some reason. That communication was sent to me after 5 monts of my starting of my policy.

                                        I have checked my A/c statement and cross verified that the balance was never insufficient on payment date i.e. 28th Oct 07, then how come it can get bounced, to my utter surprise and horror after 28-Aug-07(Cheque payment) there is no debit on my a/c and no policy payment being debited till date from my a/c. How this can be possible when I have opted for a payment mode and same was not been actioned by bajaj. To get the clarification i had written a mail to bajaj on 9th Jan 08 (mail enclosed below), but since that day there has been no clarification or justification for my complaint.

                                        At the time of filling up the form the bajaj agent went up to my bank and had taken the mandate, this was confirmed by him to me same day on phone (Deepak) who is not contactable now.

                                        Despite this all, as to save my policy from getting lapsed i forwarded my March '08 premium amt thru cheque 447997(citi bank) for amt. 3000/- on 7th March 08. But despite accepting this premium they returned it informing me about past payment and informing me of its lapse status. THIS INFORMATION LETTER WAS EXPECTED IN MONTH OF SEP '07 FROM BAJAJ, WHICH THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND.

                                        I asked the below questions to BAJAJ for clarifications. Even on calling the call centre, i get incomplete reverts. I am constantly following up with bajaj for a solution and even asking compensation, but the deaf ears has not given any clear response.
                                        I ADVISE TO ALL IS TO NEVER GO FOR INSURANCE WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
