lack of attention toward insurance claim

i met with an accident on 30th jan 2008, i have given my car to bajaj in feb 24th due to i was in coma for 9 days & on bed for four n half month, one major surgery done on my right arm & one operation yet to be done.in this period now its 8 month & i didn't get my car back not even any feed back from bajaj guys.

dont ever go for this Bajaj Allianz New Family Gain Life insurance policy.

One of the cheating policy, as i invested 11000/-rs in first year of policy. i got statement from the company 30% of funds are invested and 70% unallocated portion is utilised towards the management and business acquisition expenses.

This Policy started on 28-Aug-07, where from 1 premium was deposited thru cheque. The payment mode selected was an ECS debit from my Bank A/c. I have taken one Bajaj Allianz Life insurance last year 25th Aug 2007 through standard charted bank. I received one sms from SCB regarding a direct debit for this which would be debited from my Standard Chartered savings a/c on date 26th July 2008.
