I have renewed my two wheeler insurance policy on 10.06.2008 at Bajaj Allianze Office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. I have receipt Number:[protected]. My previous policy number is OG[protected]-00018057 valid from 13.07.2007 to 12.07.2008. I have not received my Policy till the date. on 21.08.2008, I called the Office on tel:[protected] and spoke to concern person name Mr Sheik Lal. He said that we will courier your policy today. When I did not receive the policy till 27.o8.2008, I called him again. He told me that your policy has been issued twice. I explained him that still I have not received my policy in my hand. I told him to check with there person and courier company, then he told me that he will be sending my policy again by courier right now i.e. on 27.08.2008. Today is 28.08.2008 and I have not received my policy and since the address is within the same city the courier should reach on the same day of dispatch.
This is just extra information that since it was a small policy of two wheeler so I went personally to the office for the renewal of insurance there I waited for 90 minutes before I got the receipt and I was told that since there is problem in there system so they cannot handover the policy right now instead they will courier me at my home. since they wasted 90 minutes there so they also told me that I do not have to come again and definitely they will courier the policy. This happened on 10.06.2008.
Please take appropriate action and do the needful so that Bajaj Allianze will not repeat this again.

I, SHYAM KUMAR, had got my Motor Car Insurance Policy renewed for the current year for Maruti Swift car
Registeration No, UP16AA9659.I had received a message on my Mobile No, [protected] that the Motor Policy
OG[protected]-00015818 has been despatched on 16thAUGUST, 2013.However, I have not yet this Motor
Policy document.
You may check up the details and if possible inform me the details for tracking the delivery of this
Policy from the Courrier Agency.If Policy is not yet despatched, it should be done immediately at my adress

    Sir,
    I would like to draw your kind attention regarding my harasement due to withdrawal of my policy within free-look period.
    When I received the policy bond found that the policy was not good as they mentioned during the registration of the policy.
    I apply to withdraw my policy on 12/04/2008 .The policy bond reveived date was 03/04/2008 and the free-look perion was of 15 days.

    I am not receive any cash/check from them till date.During this 5 month I asked the branch manager(Branch Located at Dimond Harbour, West Bengal) 100 times regarding the status of the withdrawal policy and all of the time he give me wrong information .Even 4 times I go the branch taking leave from my company to request him to accelarate the withdrawal process as long time spend but every time he hopeless me .
    As I am working In a MNC, 4 days of leave plays sigmificance value to me and my company.
    Can you please help me to withdraw my policy and get my money.

    Dear Sir,

    I, Mr. Aditya Nautamkumar Patel, was mist sold the policy by executive of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd. The agents who approach me for selling the product are Mr. Piyush Parikh (BDM) & Kirit Patel ( FSC ). They have sold the product stating that this is single premium product.

    Later on receiving that policy documents I approaching Mr. Piyush Parikh that the policy which have received is regular premium policy. He has assured me that this is single premium policy. One of my cousin have saw the policy and said that it is regular premium policy. Again I have called Mr. Piyush Parikh on many time regarding the same issue. Initially he given me time to come at my home and give me assurance but later on neither he has not received my call nor call me. I am not able to pay 60, 000/- premium regularly every year.

    Request you kindly look in to the matter other wise I can escalate the matter on higher authorities and IRDA for mist selling.

      Hi All,

      dont ever go for this Bajaj Allianz New Family Gain Life insurance policy.

      One of the cheating policy, as i invested 11000/-rs in first year of policy. i got statement from the company 30% of funds are invested and 70% unallocated portion is utilised towards the management and business acquisition expenses.

      all your investments are totally cheated by the company. An in 30% of fund invested they remove the mortality and fund maintenance charges around 1600/-rs with in a year


      so u totally get 1500 rs invested for 11000/- investment at the end of one year

      i am rajendra kumar, i invest 24 thousand in new family gain policy, i am very loss in this policy. therefore plaese dont invest in bajaj allianz new family gain policy.

      Bajaj Allianz New Family Gain policy - I Invest 48000 in my sister name, 36000 mother & 36000 father in 2008 But still i not get even one bond of three policy . I contact them many times then last month they give the policy Number of three bond but this year i didn't pay i have to get three policy bond. So please help to get my Duplicate Policy Bond.

      How come the Govt of India is allowing such cheating companies to Operate and take every customer for nice ride? There is saying, as long as there are people would like to get cheated, there will be cheaters.. so.. All companies like Bajaj, HDFC, Aviva, ICICI name any are in the same business of cheating one way or the other, . how can they show profits and grow if they are honest, it is a pity and sorry state of affairs that companies under the brand name like Bajaj engage in activities totally incompatible with thier image. It is high time that Govt of India makes policies such that deals are transparent and companies commit themselves with an assured returns. In the name of market flucatuations, they play at the cost of customers hard earned money and finally the market will always vary too much, , the companies take the benefit from such risks and get away with out any liabilities.

I invested around 16.5 lakhs and after 4 years i received only 12.5 lakhs. Now i am moving to the Indian Judiciary, IRDA, Insurance Ombudsman, and Media etc to retrieve my money back. I will up to any extend for that. Now i am calling up the public who has been cheated by this bogus company to come up and fight for that, so that we can save another Indian citizen from falling such fraud company.         FINAL SETTLEMENT&ONE MONTH SALLARY
        Dear sir,
        i was in bajaj allianz life insurance co. from 28 may 2009 to 20 may 2009. then i resign in bajaj allianz 20 of may.
        i submit my all reliving formaliti for my one month sallary, finall settlement & f&f but i dont get
        any response from bajaj allianz till date.

        Bajaj allianze company back office is not working now a days in well conditions. They work for the benefit of their personal benefit neither for consumer and nor sales dept. workers.


        I myself have worked to the company for 4 years as consultant and 4 months as sales manager my f&f is also in pending. They showing some silly reasons i.e., we have given extra salary you have to refund etc. where as the branch manager collected in the name of extra salary, I have paid to the branch manager Mr. Santosh. He did not given me the receipt neither he submit the amount to company. I am suffering for the mistakes of Branch Manager.

          I am a holder of a Bajaj insurance policy holder. (Policy no.[protected]

          This Policy started on 28-Aug-07, where from 1 premium was deposited thru cheque. The payment mode selected was an ECS debit from my Bank A/c. The same was filled up in form, it also told and understood by bajaj representative. After receiving the policy papers I see that the payment date is 28th of every month.

          After that i maintained the balance in my a/c for every month debit, due to some address issue i was not able to get my quaterly statement from my bank. The balance in my a/c was never insufficent or gone below 3000/- for a bounce back of ECS. And moreover on the payment date it is never out of balance, but then also I received a letter dt. 12-Nov-07 on 26-Dec-07 (after 45days of letter date) stating that the ECS was bounced due to some reason. That communication was sent to me after 5 monts of my starting of my policy.

          I have checked my A/c statement and cross verified that the balance was never insufficient on payment date i.e. 28th Oct 07, then how come it can get bounced, to my utter surprise and horror after 28-Aug-07(Cheque payment) there is no debit on my a/c and no policy payment being debited till date from my a/c. How this can be possible when I have opted for a payment mode and same was not been actioned by bajaj. To get the clarification i had written a mail to bajaj on 9th Jan 08 (mail enclosed below), but since that day there has been no clarification or justification for my complaint.

          At the time of filling up the form the bajaj agent went up to my bank and had taken the mandate, this was confirmed by him to me same day on phone (Deepak) who is not contactable now.

          Despite this all, as to save my policy from getting lapsed i forwarded my March '08 premium amt thru cheque 447997(citi bank) for amt. 3000/- on 7th March 08. But despite accepting this premium they returned it informing me about past payment and informing me of its lapse status. THIS INFORMATION LETTER WAS EXPECTED IN MONTH OF SEP '07 FROM BAJAJ, WHICH THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND.

          I asked the below questions to BAJAJ for clarifications. Even on calling the call centre, i get incomplete reverts. I am constantly following up with bajaj for a solution and even asking compensation, but the deaf ears has not given any clear response.
          I ADVISE TO ALL IS TO NEVER GO FOR INSURANCE WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

            Dear Sir,

            I have taken one Bajaj Allianz Life insurance last year 25th Aug 2007 through standard charted bank. I received one sms from SCB regarding a direct debit for this which would be debited from my Standard Chartered savings a/c on date 26th July 2008. But the premium due date is 28 Aug, and it seems the direct debit is one month early to this.

            Again I want to withdraw this facility as I don’t have sufficient amount in my account and want to pay it from other source like cash and/or credit card.

            As per the discussion regarding the same with Bajaj Allianz office they told, my premium is to be paid annually and there is no ECS system for this. But as per the document it looks I am committed for a direct debit facility (though I was never interested for this, and over looked this option while filling up the documents). They suggested I can cancel this from my bank and my bank told this has to be done by the Bajaj Allianz.

            I did have a discussion with Bajaz Allianz personnel in my SCB bank branch office (MGRoad, Bangalore-01) today. He told that it’s not possible now to cancel this and I could have informed him about the same 3 months prior to the due date. Please note that the due date is still 1 month to go. Then I was told to write an application regarding the same.

            Therefore I request you to kindly put this issue in a high priority and help me out regarding the same. I want to continue this policy and want to pay the premium by cash or credit card. Please consider this mail in your earliest convenience other wise my bank will charge me.

                  My self Pradeep Lamba, I did my car's Insurance from Bajaj Allianz.I paid the sum of Rs.10452/- by Cheque no 535549 ( HDFC Bank) dated 15.05.08.which was honored to your account on 19th of May 2008.I had a Motor Vehicle Cover note No BZ[protected] provided by Bajaj Allianz.

                  But till now i didn't got my insurance policy.i called so many times to Bajaj Allianz's agent office whose name is Royal Insurance agent(Not sure about Name), Ms Tanisha & Ms Ankita Khhanna were there.Every time they made me fool and told its fault of courier agency.I gave my full address on phone to them thrice but unfortunately till now i didn't receive my policy.They promised me to provide anti theft device & free service coupons as a gift.

                  Around 10-12 days back, I lost contact No of Ms.Tanisha & Ms Khanna, due to problem in my mobile set, But still i have their fax No[protected], So I called Balaj Allianz's Pitampura office (Ph No[protected], there also I found same process, I verified my address.But result is also same as Bajaj Allianz agent, Till now, no courier received.

                  This was the worst service experience for me from a good company like Bajaj Allianz in this competitive world.

                  I am confirming my address again to Bajaj Allianz.

                        Important part of the communication shared with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is mentioned below. I want to understand if the form one think in the form is wrongly filled by the customer & executives of Bajaj doesn't pay attention to the mistake and accepts it as it is; in such a case how should the company react to it.


                        First Email

                        I had purchased a policy FUTURE SECURE SIZE 1, details as give below

                        Date of commencement - 28 Feb 08
                        Frequency of payment - HALF YEARLY
                        Premium paying term - 18
                        Instalment premium - 12000
                        Date of maturity - 28 Feb 26

                        By mistake policy frequency was selected as HALF YEARLY, would request to change the frequency to YEARLY.




                        Reply From Bajaj

                        You can change your premium payment frequency only at the time of your policy anniversary year.

                        You should provide application for premium frequency change to your nearest Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Branch before one month of the anniversary year of your policy.




                        Second Email

                        I agree and as stated by you the premium frequency can only be changed before the anniversary year that too when the information for this change is made one month before. But here the question is not of changing the frequency of premium but rectification of the mistake. In the application form, the points to be noticed are –

                        i) Premium – Rs.12000/-
                        ii) Multiplier – Nil
                        iii) Premium frequency – Half yearly
                        iv) Amount deposited – Rs.12000/-

                        It was the initial payment subject to acceptance by the company. I am surprised how the company without looking into the details of the policy has accepted the same. The amount to be deposited against the set premium cannot be double whether the frequency of premium is quarterly, half yearly or yearly. In this case the premium of Rs.12000/- was intended to be made on annual basis and not on half yearly basis though wrongly ticked and that was why I made the request to rectify the mistake. And if this mistake cannot be rectified at this stage then please refund me Rs.6000/- extra paid towards premium immediately as the half yearly premium comes to Rs.6000/- only.

                        Please accept our apologies for inconvenience caused to you.

                        You cannot change the premium amount payable after policy issuance, you can only change the premium payment frequency.

                          I am a holder of a Bajaj insurance policy holder.

                          This Policy started on 28-Aug-07, where from 1 premium was deposited thru cheque. The payment mode selected was an ECS debit from my Bank A/c. The same was filled up in form, it also told and understood by bajaj representative. After receiving the policy papers I see that the payment date is 28th of every month.

                          After that i maintained the balance in my a/c for every month debit, due to some address issue i was not able to get my quaterly statement from my bank. The balance in my a/c was never insufficent or gone below 3000/- for a bounce back of ECS. And moreover on the payment date it is never out of balance, but then also I received a letter dt. 12-Nov-07 on 26-Dec-07 (after 45days of letter date) stating that the ECS was bounced due to some reason. That communication was sent to me after 5 monts of my starting of my policy.

                          I have checked my A/c statement and cross verified that the balance was never insufficient on payment date i.e. 28th Oct 07, then how come it can get bounced, to my utter surprise and horror after 28-Aug-07(Cheque payment) there is no debit on my a/c and no policy payment being debited till date from my a/c. How this can be possible when I have opted for a payment mode and same was not been actioned by bajaj. To get the clarification i had written a mail to bajaj on 9th Jan 08 (mail enclosed below), but since that day there has been no clarification or justification for my complaint.

                          At the time of filling up the form the bajaj agent went up to my bank and had taken the mandate, this was confirmed by him to me same day on phone (Deepak) who is not contactable now.

                          Despite this all, as to save my policy from getting lapsed i forwarded my March '08 premium amt thru cheque 447997(citi bank) for amt. 3000/- on 7th March 08. But despite accepting this premium they returned it informing me about past payment and informing me of its lapse status. THIS INFORMATION LETTER WAS EXPECTED IN MONTH OF SEP '07 FROM BAJAJ, WHICH THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND.

                          I asked the below questions to BAJAJ for clarifications. Even on calling the call centre, i get incomplete reverts. I am constantly following up with bajaj for a solution and even asking compensation, but the deaf ears has not given any clear response.
                          I ADVISE TO ALL IS TO NEVER GO FOR INSURANCE WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

                                This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional handling and rejection of cashless authorization of Health Insurance Policy No: OG[protected]-00002492 on 20/05/2008.

                                Following the acute chest and back pain faced by the patient, the diagnosis and treatment of the case(involving 3 days of hospitalization) was clearly stated in the communication from the hospital. Our family had to go through tremendous mental anxiety in the event of the rejection.

                                I will be taking this to conclusion and advise anybody to go for Bajaj Allianze insurance policies.

                                      My cheque has been encased on 16/04/2008 but I have neither got any call nor got any document. I have submitted the relevant document, i.e- VodarID Card and Class 10 Certificate along with the form and cheque. The sales person who has done my policy is not picking up his phone, whenever I tried to contract him he either disconnect my call or transfer it to someone else. I have already called the customercare executive and she told me that my policy is pending because the healt checkup has not been done, but at the time of doing the insurance the sales person i.e. Arun Kumar Rai, Emp Code-05408 informed me that as my mother's age is 49+ I need not do any medical checkup. So my question is that how a authorized sales person can provide wrong information and if he has mislead some customer why he is denying his responsibility and the second question is how a company can encased the cheque before the policy is approved. I called several times to the Nehru Place branch, New Delhi and asked for the Branch Manager no but nobody is entertaining me.

                                      Therefore I request you to take necessary action against such offence.

                                      I am not satisfy with bajaj allinaz insureance company My policiy no isOG[protected] . My house was burnt on 29/4/09. I have submitted all the paper accordingyour requirment, but still there is no response from your company .When somebody cames in your contecct for policies, you have big promises with clients, but when we claim for insured property, no body wants to liston .Can you live in a burnt house for so long . Six months are too much .Your surveyers compell us to fill the lowest amount in concent letters which is not enough & satisfy amount ( according to policy ), but after all this i have sent the concent letter before 15 days but still there is no response. (concent letter's amount was fixed by your surveyor). It is very difficult to live in this burnt house, this is effecting our daily routine life, our mind and our children. So I am requesting you to give me my suitable cliam otherwise I have to approech to media & court to take necessary actions.
