Non refund of amount & bad service

I have cancelled Bajaj Allianz health insurance policy no. OG[protected]-[protected] months back. The said has been communicated via email & received confirmation saying amount of Rs.2181 has been sent. But so far I haven’t received any credits by cheque or by ECS. There is no response from grievances cell for my last 5 mails also when i called up the customer cell they are telling that amount is already credited. Can someone help...

We made several correspondences individually as well as small group wise but we finally frustrated due to Bajaj Allianz improper action. SIR, I HAVE TAKEN A POLICY CAPITAL GAIN ULIP PALN FROM BAJAJ ALLIANGE FROM BHAGALPUR, BIHAR.
I HAVE MENTION IN MY APPLICATION FORM OF PREMIUM TERM 10 YEARS BUT BY WHEN I GOT MY POLICY PAPPER I FOUND THAT POLICY TERM IS 20 YEARS. I VISITED AT BHAGALPUR AT LEAST 10 TIMES BUT BY THE BRANCH MANAGER SAYING CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Bajaj allianz is cheating me for not paying the outstanding medical bills. Last year I went to U.S.A had the bajaj allianz travel policy with sum assured of 50, 000USD. I opened a Unit Linked Capital Gain Policy for Rs.25000/- my Policy date is 06/09/2007. The information given in my policy was almost wrong including my Address, My Employer name

fraud case

I had applied for Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain with provisional acknowledgement ref no 19527 dated 24/05/2007 of Rs 1,00,000.00(sum assured 10,00,000.00---doc 28/05/2007) with form no 86613183. (DD : 293664 drawn on PNB). But i recieved a policy no [protected] with opening balance of ony 10,000.00 and sume assured 1,00,00.00.00. Where exactly the rest 90,000.00vhave been ustilised by this bank (no idea!).

Fraud done by IC (Agent) of Bajaj Allianz

I have taken a life insurance policy from Bajaj Allianze two years back (Policy No. [protected]) from their IC(Agent) Mr. Santosh Chaudhary (IC code No. [protected]). The first premium was deposited by me at the time of taking policy (Rs. 20,000) in the year 2006. At the time of second premium i was posted in Joshimath (Badrinath) which is around 400 Kms. away from Dehradun, as a result it was impossible for me to deposit the premium myself....
