This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional handling and rejection of cashless authorization of Health Insurance Policy No: OG[protected]-00002492 on 20/05/2008.

Following the acute chest and back pain faced by the patient, the diagnosis and treatment of the case(involving 3 days of hospitalization) was clearly stated in the communication from the hospital. Our family had to go through tremendous mental anxiety in the event of the rejection.

I will be taking this to conclusion and advise anybody to go for Bajaj Allianze insurance policies.

      I HAD APPLIED FOR "CHANGES IN PAN data"- (correction of surname)
      with supporting documents, submitted "ORIGINAL-PAN CARD" along with application in APN CARD CENTRE:5APE700 - ON[protected]DATED).

      PAN CARD NO:- AEOPT2608H

      TILL NOW I DIDNT GET MY "NEW PAN CARD".
      EVEN STATUS IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE IN utitsl.co.in - website.
      it is showing nbo record matching or no data available.
      i request concerned authorities to look in to my isdsue. plesase acept my requst and retify my problerm.

      i am prince raj. i have applied pan card before 8 month and till now i have not received my pan card. after calling agent ramesh which was working in valachery, chennai. he gave me pan card ANWPR6648G. BUT TILL NOW i have not received my pan card. please do the needful for me.

        This is to inform u that I applied for a Health Card for my mother on 12/04/2008, but till date I have not received any insurance document or the Health Card or even the policy no. I am providing u the following details:

        9) Salesperson Name-Arun Kumar Rai, Emp Code-05408(Nehru Place, New Delhi)

        My cheque has been encased on 16/04/2008 but I have neither got any call nor got any document. I have submitted the relevant document, i.e- VodarID Card and Class 10 Certificate along with the form and cheque. The sales person who has done my policy is not picking up his phone, whenever I tried to contract him he either disconnect my call or transfer it to someone else. I have already called the customercare executive and she told me that my policy is pending because the healt checkup has not been done, but at the time of doing the insurance the sales person i.e. Arun Kumar Rai, Emp Code-05408 informed me that as my mother's age is 49+ I need not do any medical checkup. So my question is that how a authorized sales person can provide wrong information and if he has mislead some customer why he is denying his responsibility and the second question is how a company can encased the cheque before the policy is approved. I called several times to the Nehru Place branch, New Delhi and asked for the Branch Manager no but nobody is entertaining me.

        Therefore I request you to take necessary action against such offence.

        I am not satisfy with bajaj allinaz insureance company My policiy no isOG[protected] . My house was burnt on 29/4/09. I have submitted all the paper accordingyour requirment, but still there is no response from your company .When somebody cames in your contecct for policies, you have big promises with clients, but when we claim for insured property, no body wants to liston .Can you live in a burnt house for so long . Six months are too much .Your surveyers compell us to fill the lowest amount in concent letters which is not enough & satisfy amount ( according to policy ), but after all this i have sent the concent letter before 15 days but still there is no response. (concent letter's amount was fixed by your surveyor). It is very difficult to live in this burnt house, this is effecting our daily routine life, our mind and our children. So I am requesting you to give me my suitable cliam otherwise I have to approech to media & court to take necessary actions.
        We hope we have solved your problem.

            I have cancelled Bajaj Allianz health insurance policy no. OG[protected]-[protected] months back. The said has been communicated via email & received confirmation saying amount of Rs.2181 has been sent. But so far I haven’t received any credits by cheque or by ECS. There is no response from grievances cell for my last 5 mails also when i called up the customer cell they are telling that amount is already credited. Can someone help me filing Consumer complaint regarding the same.

            sir/madam,
            i have directly deposited a cheque of Rs 7747 on 17/01/09 at your A - 3 Sector - 4, Noida office vide singed receipt of your executive yogesh ( mobile : [protected]) for renewal of my health guard policy no OG[protected]-00000858. The cheque was cleared from my bank account but no policy was issued even after one and half month and on 10 times enquiry from your executives Mr ajay misra ( mobile : [protected]) & Mr samsher (mobile : [protected]) and (mobile : [protected]) they have promised to convey me of the following enquiry, But even after 15 days no one inform me about the problem. In the mean time i have filed two online complaints Ist complaint no : 32736448 date 02/03/2009 & IInd complaint no : 32738140 date 03/03/2009 with bajaj allianz but no one have care for it. Later on i have called many times to your executive Mr samsher regarding the above & reminded him about my previous 20 calls, then only on 12/03/09 he told me that wrongly their executive have received less amount cheque against my policy. Therefore as per his advice i send another cheque of Rs 764 on 13/03/2009 which was received by Mr samsher him self and the cheque was cleared from my bank account again but even after expiry of 24 days i have not received my policy.
            The all above drama of the insurance company mentally harassed me lot. I am being senior CA in practice from last 18 years have not faced so much mental harassment from anyone. After considering all the above facts i request to the insurance/Govt authorities to take suitable action and panelized them.

              Levis — rusting levis button on T Shirts

              i have purchase a T-shirts of levis last month worth 1200/- bugs from another town. I have been shattered by the quality of product that levis is making these days, as the button of the brand new piece got rusted itself and had spoiled the shirt.

                  Iam vishal pandey resident of 46-a cpwd enquiry old wellingdon camp race course opp.prime minister house New Delhi 110003, bought a car insurance policy from bajaj alliaz general insurance co. on date 31/aug/2007.but unfortunatly my car got an accident on date 08/april/2008.car is damege from both front and back side .i call the co. for claim they told me that come with ur car to our authorised workshop at okhla new delhi, but the insurance co. representative said that we can not give u the full claim o[censored]r car . sir i dont know what is this, i am having full comprehensive insurance of my 6 month old car.kindly help me regarding this i am waiting for ur reply.

                  This is the pvt co attitude. Actually in Bajaj Allainz all surveyor r in house surveyor and they are not technically qualified. Some time they behaves like god and show like that they have power to reject any claim with out any reason.

                  This is very state forward claim from front and back side of new car. And its like accident happened daily in ncr very common and normal.

                  According to me customer should go to ombudsman and after that consumer court and also complained in IRDA about such type of attitude of ins co so that they can not done in future with any other person again

                  And must demand harassment compensation from ins co.

                    If you put some money with Baja Allianz then just assume you lost that money.Their fund management is the poorest in the market and their charges are the highest in the market.They even put service charge for service charge!!!

                    Yes. bajaj is terrible policy...When others charge just 4% service charge for withdrawal...these people charge soo much that you won't gte any benefit even after keeping years...better put in some FD...don't ever go for their ULIP.                       Sir/Madam,



                      I am unfortunately a Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance IC, IC code: [protected], SM: Mr. Satish Prasad (Koramangala-6th Block Branch).



                      On 31st March at 5:30pm I have visited Koramangala branch to take a single premium policy of Rs.50, 000. But Mr. Satish Prasad and Branch Head also forcing me not to take single premium policy but to take other regular policies. I told them I will get them some more policies but let me take single premium at this time for my IT. I am also working for a business development company but I had never face like this any where.



                      I was repeatedly telling them I’ll not get convinced at this time, I want to take only and only single premium. I was paying Rs.26, 000 by credit card and Remaining Rs.24, 000 by cheque. Cashier has swiped the card, in the mean time I asked Mr. Satish Prasad to give me the actual name of the policy. But he was giving me another regular policy name not single premium policy name. Is he doing business like this? I had to VOID the transaction because Mr.Satish Prasad didn't want me to invest in Single premium. I'll never ever do business with you guys any more. I have more then 2Lakhs with you guys will it be safe????

                      I am not getting my arrears(commission) may be I didn’t give business for 1 year but will you guys do like this with me, show shameful it is. I could get minimum 50 lifes from my office now I am going to spread news how you guys are doing businesses.



                      I am not going to leave you guys like that. Call me or email me ASAP to avoid complaints and businesses. If I won’t get response from you people I am going to spread (in Orkut, Linkdin, Sulekha and where ever possible) what shameful way you guys do business. Now you imagine how frustrated I am..

                        We, Bajaj Allianz policy holders from Kuwait made several attempt and sent several request for getting our policy. We made several correspondences individually as well as small group wise but we finally frustrated due to Bajaj Allianz improper action. Hence we decided to form an Action committee and approach relevant authority including you for our policies. As you know, we are away from our country and we have our own limitations to reach personally.

                        The main inspiration to decide to take Bajaj Allianz policy is their reputation in Indian market. Unfortunately, our experience with you is totally not up to the expectation of our thinking and we felt them lack of professionalism to handle customer's issues. This could be some kind of ignorance from some section of people who are least bothered about reputation of their company.

                        As a NRI, we submitted Bajaj Allianz insurance application with full supporting documents including authorizing our representatives in native to receive our policy in the absence o[censored]s. In fact, the application itself is giving such facility for NRI. Also, we are unable to come for any medical checkup as we are away from our country and most o[censored]s visiting India perhaps once in two year or more. Hence it is not practical to go for medical check up. Before taking your policy, we checked with your branch office (Who verified our application) that if we need to go for medical, please return our DD or reject as we are unable to conduct any medical here. After approving our application in Trichur, we assumed that all formalities are now over and we wait for our policy.

                        Our policies are pending more than 7 months without having any proper reason or some kind of silly reasons. It is not good for any organisation that majority of applications are pending such a long period. The more interesting thing noted is, whenever we registered any complaints, you are giving track id. There after no action. If we send any reminder, again we will receive another track id from different person for the same issue. If we send several complaints for same issue, you will issue track id from different persons again. Some o[censored]s received 5 track ids from 5 persons for the same issue, but no action till date. We never seen such a bad system to track or solve customer's issues.

                        It is our right to know whether we will receive our policy or pay back our amount within reasonable time. We sent almost 5 emails to Bajaj Allianz from our Group but they ignored our emails. We sent seperate list showing pending policies. We hope we would receive proper answer from you soon and issue our policies at earliest date. There are more than 300 applicants are victim and totally frustrated and now under agitated stage, please do take immediate action without any further delay. We hope you will take an urgent action on the above critical issues. Please find First batch of pending list as shown below. There are more lists under way. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

                          I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINT, I HAVE BEEN ALSO CHEATED BY BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE,
                          THERE IS NO TRANSPERASNCY ABOUT THE RATE OF INTEREST AND PROCESSING FEES,
                          I REQUEST ALL OF YOU THAT WHILE COMMUNICATING ABOUT THE PROCESSING FEES AND RATE
                          OF INTERSET TAKE EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THE SO CALLED EXECUTIVE ON BEHALF OF THEM,
                          AND DONT SIGN THE BLANK AGGREMENT, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON IT ABOUT THE EMI

                          It was happen to me also., I have taken a bike through Bajaj Auto Finance, in the year of[protected], EMI are completed, RC handed over to me. they said that they need time to receive NOC from Pune it take some time to reach & took 2 months time from me, after 6 month also they did not turn up to me, meanwhile I applied for a Loan for Laptop, & they sanctioned it & delivered it, in the month of March 2008 (Financial Year Ending time they send me a legal notice stating that lost Emi is due, Pay Immediately or else you will be Prosecuted in Court, I Have showed all evidence& Bank Manager certified Copy to Bajaj People, they said that they send the details to Head Office to close the Issue. Still I am getting Notices & Calls for the same., My bad Luck that I am being a Customer for Bajaj. I don`t Know When they Are going to send my Vehicle NOC.

                            SIR, I HAVE TAKEN A POLICY CAPITAL GAIN ULIP PALN FROM BAJAJ ALLIANGE FROM BHAGALPUR, BIHAR.
                            I HAVE MENTION IN MY APPLICATION FORM OF PREMIUM TERM 10 YEARS BUT BY WHEN I GOT MY POLICY PAPPER I FOUND THAT POLICY TERM IS 20 YEARS. I VISITED AT BHAGALPUR AT LEAST 10 TIMES BUT BY THE BRANCH MANAGER SAYING CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE.

                              Bajaj allianz is cheating me for not paying the outstanding medical bills. Last year I went to U.S.A had the bajaj allianz travel policy with sum assured of 50, 000USD. Unfortunatly I felt seek there and hospitalised for 15 days. Now after one year I am getting regular bills from the hospital mentioning that bajaj allianz denied to pay that outstanding bills. Regularly I am sending e-mails and making phone call to bajaj allianz for those bill but they are making me fool saying your insurance amount 50, 000USD has been freesed. But according to hospital they have not paid those amount which bajaj is claiming that they had paid to hospital.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have bought a policy of Yours in March 2007, i have paid a premium of Rs.20000/- at that point of time. My money was invested in two Funds namely Accelerator Mid Cap Fund and Equity Index Fund II and i have allocated 789.2988 units and 780.3516 units of both the fund respectively. While allocating the funds you have deducted Rs. 500/- from both the Funds i.e Rs.1000/- has been deducted from total premium amount and you have allocated units for the value of Rs.19000/-. Today when i saw my account statement i found that you have further deducted certain charges through out the year and total units that is available as on 08/02/2008 was 720.146 and 715.3981 of Accelerator Mid Cap Fund and Equity Index Fund II respectively. If i consider the intial NAV as on 08/03/2007 i.e 12.036 and 12.174 i have suffered a loss of Rs.832.032 and 790.74 on both the funds respectively, and if i consider the NAV as on 08/02/2008 i have suffered a loss of 1093.16 and 1078.09 respectively.

                                Do LIC also deduct such charges every month from the premium paid by the insurer.


                                Their agent did not tell me anything about such expenses at the time of making policy.When i contacted customer care today their representative told me that everything was written in the Policy Bond, so that means we have already informed you.

                                Could you please tell me sincerly, have u ever read the terms and conditions written in the agreement when you are investing in Shares, Mutual Funds, LICs etc

                                Following are the numbers from where i received all the slang calls are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].I am giving this feedback as i want disciplinary actions to be taken against him.These people wil screw the name of your organisation hopefully very shortly,with this type of attitude towards work.
                                I look forward for a reply with spreed of action.Else i have to go to the consumer court and if required i have to lodge this case of yours to every buisness feedback websites about your employees filthy behaviour to highlight your organisation with what type of people you all are hiring and hopefully i have to take all possible legal actions against this filthy incident.

                                Before I share my experience with these two organization I would like to mentioned the representatives with whom I tried to solve the problem ( with proof )

                                Me holding the Policy ( OG[protected]-[protected] which I did the renewal at Bajaj Capital at Raheja Arcade, Koramangala. For that I maid the payment by cash .
                                Now from 05-june-2007 I am trying to get the claim amount for the same policy. The reason what the Bajaj Alliance is saying ( Over Phone ) the cheque given by Bajaj Capital is returned.
                                Mentioning all these I have send the Registered letter to Mr. Shanmugam, Mr. Anand, Mr. Rudresh and Mr. Lohith. So far there is no written reply for the same. The last person I spoke is Mr. Ramesh and I have mentioned him I have to put all these in the news paper since no action by any one so far. As he requested I waited one more day for the call from Mr. Jayaprkash.
                                Now I need help from publics or any good advocate. The same time I want to make all the publics to aware the services given by these two. I request you to please send this letter to all your email friends.
                                Any other insurance company can also share my experience with bajaj Alliance when they approach new customers. I have the proof for the letter which I have send to the representatives.

DL-4SBC-5534 BY MAKING CASH PAYMENT.I am satisfied with the performance of vehicle.But the matter of concern is that the staff of Gautam Auto has made mistake in my registration paper like RC and Insurance, he has registerd all those things Rishi taj and Rishi Rai but my name is RISHI RAJ.I have made several requests to Mr. Lashkar who is the person dealing to me but he is not ready to correct his mistake.

                                Now you tell me how do I show my paper if somebody ask me to show as all papers have different names.

                                I have worst experience with Bajaj Allianz, I had enrolled for policy ( Policy no. [protected]) 3 months back, but still I did not get any policy document but they are deducting premium every month from my account through ECS. Bajaj Allianz sucks. If I call there toll free number they don't respond properly.I am really fedup with the service of the Bajaj Allianz .
                                I advise all the new people who want to enroll with Bajaj allianz not to go for it. If they there is so much delay in issuing policy imagine what will happen when you apply for the claim. Insurance is not only the investment, it is protection that you give to yourself and your family from unfortunate situations. Don't make your family suffer later because of poor service and negligence of the Bajaj Allianz.
                                I have heard lot of such incidents from customers of Bajaj Allianz and lot of people are unhappy.

                                Myself Awanindra Kumar Sinha has purchased a unit gain policy of bajajallianz life insurance company as I purchased it under system of 10000=00 premium and to pay min 3 years and lockin period is also of 3 years. But due to some reasons it was not made possible for me to pay my premium for my policy. So as I want to get refund my first premium of Rs.10000=00 as I paid it by cheque which was cleared. I purchased the policy on 28/11/2004 & my policy number is ( [protected] ).
                                Sir I want the answer as earlier as possible that when should I get my money back, because many times I visit your office at Ranchi (JHARKHAND) as I purchased this policy from here only but your representatives are not taking any interest in my policy and they directly said that the money will not get refund. That's why at last time Iam practicing to get my money easily. It doesn't matter that what amount should I recieve from your side .
                                If you took more days for giving me your answer then I have take legal action that I will register a case in consumer court.

                                I took a Bajaj Alliance policy through RMP on 26/9/2007 from Dubai. At that time I paid Rs.110000 as first instalment. On October 2008 I knew from BALIC kannur centre-Kerala that my policy has been already rejected. But I didn't get any information from the side of RMP & BALIC. Later I knew that on 28/7/08 BALIC issued a cheque worth Rs.11000 to UTI Bank (cheque no.555967) but I didn't get the cheque yet. Because Mr.Sankar, the Regional Manager of Chennai RMP InfoTech unnecessarily holds my cheque & reluctant to send me the cheque. The Executives of BALIC, Kannur centre-Kerala & I made a lot of phone call & email to Mr.Sankar. But he is not willing to send me the cheque. I don’t want to continue my business with these types of people. I like to direct business to bajaj alliance. Last 1 & half year my money is not growing it's on a dead condition because of RMP.                                 LIC — Deduction of medical charges

                                Hi , I applied for Term Policy for 25Lk in Jan 2009 , And proposal amount of 18K recived by LIC. Medical done in Feb , but since then nothing recived any acceptance form LIC till June 1st week . SO I decided to cancel my proposal & sent letter to LIC , Thane branch.
                                They accepted the leter and return a chque after deducting 1700 rs for medical. I asked them , if it is not my fault why should I suffer this chrges. There is delay from LIC , not from me. And In Jun I took HDFC medical term Insurance as LIC did't accepted my policy.

                                My queston is as Proposal is not accepted , And as for almost 4 month no reply from LC, am I not have right to cancel the policy and get refund of all money.

                                Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Policy — Error in the Policy

                                Hi,

                                This is with regards to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Policy no. [protected], I have received the said policy but with lots of typo errors . I had sent an email to your customer care dept. to which I received a response saying
                                As an id proof you would need to submit either of the following:
                                ? Voters id card
                                ? Pan card
                                ? Pass port
                                ? Leaving certificate of school.

                                Please let me know why should we keep giving proofs when all the details are already provided and there in your records. When I received the policy it had the copy of the forms filled by me which clearly states all the errors pointed out .
                                Inspite of filling all the details in number of forms your people are so irresponsible that they do not even check what they have typed. Following are the errors in my policy.
                                1 The name should read as Miss. Chandrika Gopal Anchan and not MRS. (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

                                2. Mr. Gopal Anchan is father of Miss Chandrika Anchan and not husband (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

                                3. The Surname should spell as ANCHAN and not ANCHAL or ANEHAN .(Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)
                                And after all this they ask us to provide again with some id proof. I wonder what for. Do your team not have the records of the policy holder???

And now i cleared 3 insaltments every year 10, 000 last payment id did 2009 residencey road cears plaza. In between this i shifted residence and lose my pancard.                                 I purchased Bajaj equity growth fund 3 years back for 25K each and today i suffer a loss of 10K. When i asked them how to get back the amount, they gave some dream NAV number like it will shoot 300% on odd days. The truth is harsh and bitter.

                                I would recommend nobody opt for the policy from Bajaj allianz. Their customer care service is below par and they disconnect calls without showing the courtesy to hold conversation after saying "Hello, We cannot hear you, so we regret to disconnect this call" - A damn one liner!!!

                                I made such appeal on the ground that the above policies were issued in March 2009 but the policies documents were mailed in the month of Dec2009 (08 Dec), on the policies documents a lot informations were incorrect, like our Date of birth, Driving licence etc (hence policies returned back to your Gurgaon Branch).

                                Bajaj Allianze is a fraud insurance company. Please everybody check the amount when you surrender the policy. You will found that Bajaj Allianze deduct so much amount from policy . i.e. If you have took the policy of 12000 RS. per year & made the payment regularly for three years and if you surrender the policy, the will deduct RS.10, 000/- as service charges & will send the cheque of only Rs. 28, 000/- .
                                Bajaj Allianze is black spot for the name of Mr. Bajaj. So I have opinion that Consumer court may be check the deduction quantity of Rs. from Bajaj Allianze on every Policy. & They will found, Bajaj Allianze looting the Common Man's money from the fraud of Policy. I have heard that In Ahmednagar District of Maharshtra, Bajaj Allianze have distributed the policies to Teachers & after one year Teachers found that Bajaj Allianze have distributed fake policies.                                 it also deduct lot of money from my account also the return i got frm them in last 3 year s same as the amount deducted best way to invest money s buy land or flat dont invest in these companies for 3 year of investment of 75000 i got only 12000 profit and they deducted around 11000 charge frm my account now i feel i got chitted by bajaj so beaware of bajaj and finaly bajaj sucks :(

                                I am a holding a bajaj allianz policy No:[protected].Which is registered on my customer portal with all details confirming.I have all online card payment receipts as well the receipt sent to my my home address.Now conflict is that same policy is with another customer with policy bond.Whenever i enquired bajaj allianz about my policy documents they didnt send it.But all payment receipts they sent on my registered mail and home address.Now the other customer is a surrendered this policy and is looking for payment.I have made a complaint for this issue with bajaj allianz and because of which amount is on hold.The conflict reason for is because of same name of other customer too.I have all supporting mails which were sent to there customer support and bajaj allianz employees with whom i was co-ordinating for my documents.I have already sent all my online payment details to bajaj allianz.The insurance company is saying that other customer will file case against me to threaten me instead of finding out how this mistake happened by there team. I am looking forward to get all my payments made.I need all my payments made to bajaj allianz.what is needed to get all my payments.?

                                But when I left the office I am getting sms from LM-BJAZLI that request No[protected] is pending for some requirement from your side.

                                (1) 30000 Rs but they are returning only around 12, 000 Rs.from my policy

                                I just want to say here at-lest they have to return customer basic price whatever he had paid.That's the Rule and Policy.At the time of Policy Processing they informed us only benefits and at the time of returning they tolds it rules and you already Sign, you can complain any where in India for the same. They are gambling with Customer Money.Govt need to close this so that this type of fraud is not happening.

                                Sir, Respectfully I request you take some serious action so that harassment of customer should stop.
                                I am writing this review regarding two products I had subscribed with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Two products cover Equity Linked Insurance and Life Insurance respectively.

                                Product: I haven't seen any positive benefits of any of the product so far while agents selling these products will show it as best investment available in India if not world. I waited for 6 years to improve rates of equity linked product and it's still in negative - I can't believe stock market is running so negatively since last 6 years. It means, their selection of stock is not at all wise so not able to generate positive returns. On top of it, regular monthly charges for maintaining the portfolio is highest of all. I am surprised why can't the agents tell you cleary while selling the product?

                                In terms of customer service, it's the worst I have ever seen. To surrender the policy, my wife went in person during her visit to India (we are in UK currently) and they asked for exactly same signature as I had done 6 years back. When I had sent new form through post, they asked for authority letter. That's not all, representative in office even would not talk to you over phone.

                                In summary, never go for Bajaj Allianz for any kind of life insurance product. I believe ICICI and HDFC are far better than this.
                                Very Very bad.

                                  I have invested in capital unit gain size one policy of Bajaj Allianz through RMP on[protected]Cheque number 994338)from trivandrum, kerala district but till date, I have not received any receipt copy of my money or any policy. I just know my policy number which i got from one of your agents(Policy number: [protected]). I have also made an enquiry at Babaj Allianz office at pune but they are unable to give me any positive response / information. Each person at customer helpline gives some excuses like system is hung or system is busy and sort.
                                  Then i made an enquiry at your trivandrum office. They told me that initially the policy was sent through speed post docket no:1022. This never reached me. I again made a complaint to Trivandrum Bajaj allianz office, then they said it is again sent through registered post RL2044. But still I haven't received anything from your guys. I having been going around post offices to check what is happening and the post master showed me some files from which it is evident that these letters never reached them. Its almost 3 months now and there is no clue till date.

                                    I opened a Unit Linked Capital Gain Policy for Rs.25000/- my Policy date is 06/09/2007. The information given in my policy was almost wrong including my Address, My Employer name
                                    and my annual CTC. I asked for the change of policy with actual information. Since from September I called so many executives of Bajaj, I sent many mails to Bajaj Alliance regarding this, they too send a Token ID. With this also I went to Bajaj Alliance Office in Chennai and I handed over my policy. Upto this time I havent got any response, whenever I call Bajaj Alliance people in Chennai , they say that the document has been couriered, it will reach you in two days. This is the only information that I get from them since September 2007.

                                    Almost six months is passed since I took the policy, but none of them is ready to respond to it. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Now i dont have my Policy with me even. Please guide me as how to resolve this issue.

                                    This is to draw your attention with the policy which I have taken from Aviva through their agent in the month of Oct., 2007. I have asked the agent to give us Aviav Little Master plan but the agent sold us some other plan. On receipt of the policy, I found out the policy which I received was not the policy we asked for.

                                    After sending at least 20 reminder to Aviva, I am getting the below written answer every time. This is happing for the last six months.

                                    Kindly inform us what to do as Aviva is using my money for the last six months and not returning it.

                                    This is with the reference with you letter dated Nov. 26, 2007 against a
                                    Policy No. JSG1735478. We have taken Aviva Little Master Policy in the
                                    month of October. But the Aviva agent had sold wrong policy which we got
                                    it
                                    cancelled within a week once we received the policy and requested for
                                    Aviva
                                    Little Master policy. I also received a SMS on 11th Feb. 2008 that my
                                    Little Master Proposal no. NUP11360824 has been received but no policy has
                                    come to me so far after waiting a month.

                                    I paid Rs. 30, 000 for the policy in the month of October and till now I
                                    have not received the policy though in the month of Feb. 2008 Aviva has
                                    taken Medical also.

                                    I request you to return my money as I can not wait for my whole life to
                                    receive the Policy and would not like to have any policy of the company
                                    who
                                    does not care for their client.

                                    If I do not receive my month within a week then I am forced to take a
                                    appropriate action against Aviva.

                                    The agent who is dealing my case for the last four month is Amit and his
                                    Mobile no. is [protected].

                                    Please note now i do not want Aviva policy and I need my month back with
                                    Interest from Aviva for using my money for six months.

                                    I have one policy (Policy No [protected]; Date of Commencement 09th August, 2003) from Bajaj Allianz.Initially I have the half yearly mode for this policy but after one year from cmmencement of this policy, I gave a request on 11th March, 2005 to change this to Yearly mode and on same day you change this to yearly mode and issue a letter to me for the same and after this I paid once for yearly mode.After this I received a 'PREMIUM INTIMATION' letter from you on 27th June, 2005 to pay the premium in which you mentioned very correctly that our mode is yearly mode.So I paid for this within time limit but the receipt (Serial No 2082349 and Dated 09th Sepember, 2005) that you issued for this, you mentioned half yearly mode and you you carried forward rest of amount from the amount that I paid for my policy to consider that it's in yearly mode.When I contacted to your customer care then you told me that it happened due to some mistake.It'll be in yearly mode and you'll receive the correct one from next time.
                                    But again the next Instalment Premium letter (Dated 19th December, 2005) that i received, you mentioned wrongly the same half yearly mode.Then again I contacted to customer care for the same and I told that please correct this and only after this I'll pay for next premium.Then your customer executive informed me that it'll be resolved very soon.Since that time I contacted atlest 50 times to your customer care and every time you made false promises to me that it'll be resolved in next 15 to 20 days. But I'm still facing the same issues.

                                    Last time I contacted on 06th September, 2008 (Complaint No 582237)to your customer care for my same issue (With Mr Iqbal and Priya) then again I reeived the same false promise from both them that someone will contact you very soon to resolve this But I haven't gat any call from any one of your officer.Even you charged me some interest as a fine but I replied on same time that it's your fault, so why should I give fine.As per the IRDA rules and regulations, if you break your premium due to some provider's fault then service provider is responsible for this.

                                    On today when I again called your toll free no then one of your executive Shraddha told me that from Bajaj Allianz, some one had contact me but when I replied her that its not true because no one has contact me then she disconnect my phone.

                                    Due to your faults, I'm loosing my Bonus and other facilities from last 3 years, so please do some needfull so that I can continue my service with you.

                                    As I mentioned above that I'm already struggling with this issue from last 3 years, so please resole this very soon.

                                    Hi, I had raised for health insurance of my sister through bajaj allianz web site and they sent one of their executive, C. Rajkumar, his Mobile no#[protected], by one red car. collected all the documents and check of Rs 4000. The transaction already done and the amount has been debited from my account one month back, but i neither got reciept nor health card. the transaction details are as follows.
                                    10/10/2008 Cheque No.946032 paid TO BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSAURNCE CO LTD, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK 4000.00.

                                    Can you please help me out, what steps should I take against the issue?

                                      I had applied for Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain with provisional acknowledgement ref no 19527 dated 24/05/2007 of Rs 1,00,000.00(sum assured 10,00,000.00---doc 28/05/2007) with form no 86613183. (DD : 293664 drawn on PNB). But i recieved a policy no [protected] with opening balance of ony 10,000.00 and sume assured 1,00,00.00.00. Where exactly the rest 90,000.00vhave been ustilised by this bank (no idea!).

                                      I recieved another policy document in 3rd week of Jan 2008 of the same product with policy no [protected] (doc 28/10/2007) and form no [protected] and with premium of 90,000.00 (sum assured 90,00,000.00), for which i never signed a document and never applied.

                                      My question is that when i applied for 1 lack Rs. why this bank gave me polciy fro 10,000.00 and later with fake documentation how they generated anew policy.

                                      Due to late submission of my premuim of 90,000.00 i have lost a huge benefit in the ongoing unit linked insurance policy. I demand for compensation for the difference o[censored]nits of 90,000.00 which was applied late by this bank (fraudness).

                                      My second question is from where did my signature appeared in the second form ([protected]) when i never signe dsuch form.

                                      I demand for the originals of the policy document.


                                      Expecting immediate action in this matter.

                                        I have taken a life insurance policy from Bajaj Allianze two years back (Policy No. [protected]) from their IC(Agent) Mr. Santosh Chaudhary (IC code No. [protected]). The first premium was deposited by me at the time of taking policy (Rs. 20,000) in the year 2006. At the time of second premium i was posted in Joshimath (Badrinath) which is around 400 Kms. away from Dehradun, as a result it was impossible for me to deposit the premium myself. As third party cheque is not accepted by the company my wife has paid the premium to Santosh Chaudhary (agent) Rs. 20,000/- in cash. After some days he has given us the receipt of the premium but it was not mentioned that the premium is deposited by cash or cheque. They told us to deposit the premium again or they will lapse our policy.
                                        After one month we got the letter from Bajaj Allianz that our Premium cheque has been bounced, then my wife and son and informed that we have given the premium in cash not by cheque and also sended the same information to the head office in pune by mail and informed them about all this on phone also. After some days when i back to Dehradun on leave I visited the Bajaj Allianz office and given the complaint against their Agent, and they showed me the cheque which has been bounced, it was the cheque of Santosh Chaudhary account and my signature on it, I told them that i don't have any account in that bank.
                                        We tried to contact Santosh Chaudhary but he was missing. We requested the Branch Head and higher authorities of Bajaj Allianz to take some action against their Agent, but they have not taken any action against him and also forced us not to take any action against the company or Santosh Chaudhary. After 3-4 month we finded Santosh Chaudhary, but between that period company have not helped us, then we took him to the local office where Santosh Chaudhary had given in written that he has taken our money and deposited the cheque of his account and will pay back our Rs. 20,000/- very soon. At that very movement his wife has given us the cheque of Rs. 20,000/- of her own account (cheque no. 018124 Dated 16-08-07 o[censored]TI Bank). But when we have deposited the cheque in our account, cheque got bounced and bank told us that the payment on cheque was stopped by the account holder. Then we have sended the notice through our advocate to them, but it was returned back to us with the information that they have left the house.
                                        We have sended several mail to the company higher authorities but they have not replied to any of them. After that in accordance to the law right of information (paid the fee for it in form of postal order) we have asked some information about santosh Chaudhary but they have not even replied to that letter.
                                        One year has been passed but company has not taken any action against Santosh Chaudhary. It seems that the company is helping Santosh Chaudhary in his frauds.
                                        We request you to take action against the company (Bajaj Allianz) and it Agent.

                                        all such of fraud is going on behalf of staff so it is requested that the transfer policy should be imposed on agents and employees interstate transfer should be mendatory for all employees if yadi koi na nukur kare to usko kik-out ker dena mangta whether wo kitne bhi top level ki chair pe kyon hi na batha ho. ye to khulam khulla gunda raj hai Bajaj life ke kai RMgr ne Dummy ISR banay hai unke real bank a/c ICICI me khol rakhe hai papers per unke nam se RM Buiness Dal Rahe Hai aur unke salary pe free me withdraw ker rahe hain one RM have 7 t0 13 ISR this drama is going on from several years but no one is taking action against such culprits, on original form name of LA is genuine but photo is anothers person because they lost the original photo if the client dont have iD in that case dummy id is producing fraud a big fraud and bundle of fraud is the mirror image of bajaj. i will say dont take any policy of such fraudfull employee bearing company. State level officers are also taking share from the under level officer.

                                        I am also facing similar issue. I paid to one of my friend he is manager in Bazaj Aliance. Still not paying my money. I don't know what to do. It is almost 7 month gone.
