Mera policy number hai OG[protected]-00031391 Ye mera policy number hai jo maine ulhasnagar me nikala tha.uska tarikh 07032021 se 06032022 tak hai.maine mere bile ka claim kiya tha .To vahase Mrs.Sourabh Tiwari surveor aye the.Unhone sab check kiya.Lekin insumrance policy nikalete samay jahase policy nikala tha unhone mere bilke ka chasis number galat likha tha.To surveor aur maine usse puchha to usko bola ki update karke do to usne kiya nahi ulta muzse arrogantly baat kiya.to unka naam Suresh Gupta hai Unka Number [protected] hai.Abhi usko 1 se 1.30 mahina hone ki vajase muze mera claim ka paisa nahi mil raha hai. To krupa karke muze mera claim dijiye.Nahito eske age yah companyka mai insurance nahi nikalunga.

    Hello,

    I renewed my policy number OG[protected]-00007094 on 30/08/2021 and paid via Gpay. But, the policy hasn't been renewed as yet. The amount was ₹1482, UPI transaction number is mentioned in the screenshot.

    The amount has to be refunded, I will never recommend BAGIC after this incident.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I took third party insurance OG[protected]-00003688 for my second hand scooter on owner name. during that time my Email ID wad not updated. When I contact to customer care they raised the request but not given me service number and not updated email id. After that, again I contacted them, they told service request was not there, again I gave all details and got the service request number 03763974. After two days, I asked the status, they are asking me to download app and do it myself.
        They are wasting all my time and asking to download app. if I keep on downloading apps in the mobile, my mobile go slow and don't know how secure apps are! If i don't have smart, don't I get service?

          The complainant is a long-standing NRI customer, who has purchased Health Guard in 2012 and renewed it every year with no claims.

          This year, the company did not send a payment link and renewal link, so the customer was unable to renew the policy.

          The policy has lapsed, and Bajaj Allianz now refuses to reinstate it. They want the customer to buy a new policy, thereby losing all the continuity benefits collected over nine years.

          They are cheating customers. If they cannot honor policy renewal, how will they honor claims?

          Bajaj, if you are genuinely interested in resolving this, provide me a proper email address to send the details

                          I filed a claim against my insurance on Iphone XR. Which was filed on 8th October 2020 and as per the company’s T&C it was to be resolved in 28 working days and it is already 7th August 2021 and I already submitted all the documents online and also hard copy. And when I called them today, they told it is closed.

                            The agent who visited promised me 12 to 15 % annual return on my investment and told me that I need to only pay once and I paid 1.5 lakhs. But almost after one year, i checked the fund and noted that instead of getting a return, my fund value became about 1 lakh. Straight away loss of 50k. Its a huge loss for me over a period of 1 yr.

                            Upon contacting the company I was told to continue to pay Rs. 1.5 lakh per year for another 6 years and that i will get better return.

                            This is utter cheating. Why should I continue to loose 50 K per year?
                            Please do not fall prey to such cheating.

                                  My sister, an NRI, initially purchased a Health Care policy and an Extra Care policy from Bagic in 2012 and has subsequently renewed both each year. We have not made any claim under either policy. The renewal notice for both policies is sent via email every year. This year, we received no renewal notice for the Health Care policy (due March 2021). When we received the renewal notice for the EC policy (May 2021), we remembered that renewal premium also needs to be paid for the HC policy. So we reached out to the company, who now insists that a new proposal form and no claims form need to be submitted before the HC policy can be renewed. This is outright cheating on their part, because the delay in renewal was their fault and not the customer's. Why should we have to fill a new proposal form? Is this the company's way of ensuring long-term customers dont avail of continuity benefits? The CEO and Head of Customer Service have refused to reply to emails. On Facebook, we are assured the matter will be looked into but for two months, nobody has done anything. We want the policy renewed without the need to fill a new proposal, and with full continuity benefits
