Dear Sir/Madam,
I took third party insurance OG[protected]-00003688 for my second hand scooter on owner name. during that time my Email ID wad not updated. When I contact to customer care they raised the request but not given me service number and not updated email id. After that, again I contacted them, they told service request was not there, again I gave all details and got the service request number 03763974. After two days, I asked the status, they are asking me to download app and do it myself.
They are wasting all my time and asking to download app. if I keep on downloading apps in the mobile, my mobile go slow and don't know how secure apps are! If i don't have smart, don't I get service?
