    Duplicate policy was genarated during the renewal of my car insurance.
    Called them through the customer care on 05th of Feb 2021. The duplicate policy was cancelled immediately. The refund is still being processed. Whenever i call them, there is no proper update. Have called them close to 100 times to get the status, and there is no process. They claim that it is different team working on it and they can't get in touch with them. If people working at bajaj allianz customer care can't contact them, then how can i?

    In Feb they said they will process the refund in a week.
    In March i realised that the refund is not processed and i called them.
    They said, since they don't have my bank details. They were not able to process my refund. I have provided them the details. Now they are telling that the refund is processed on 18th of Feb. I responded to them with my bank statements and now they are telling that they will process the request again.
    I've been waiting for this request from 5th of Feb 2021(4 months).

      In 2011, when I just started working, I created a salary account with Citibank and the guy offered me a Bajaj Allianz insurance policy with 8.5% YOY returns and 4 year maturity period.
      Since then, a 1500Rs amount has been deducting from my bank account every month and it's been 10 years.

      I am now shopping for a new life insurance policy and I checked with the Bajaj team to close this existing policy but I was told by the Bajaj team that the policy is for a 20 year maturity period with near-zero/negative returns.

      This is a complete scam, even an uninformed policy buyer would not have made this kind of policy purchase.
      How do I move forward here and close the policy without getting charged the enormous fees on my investment?

            I had bouth a policy of bajaj allianz from axis bank but due to some financial reason I have sumited a cancellation request but your company reject my request and said that policy cancellation time is over
            I am suffering from some disease so that i can't go to bajaj office but I was mark a mail to bajaj allianz on 30 march, Because the policy cancellation time was running out. But there is No reply, after 2-3 days I asked your company what should I do then he said that please mark a mail by register mail idm my mail id which is mentioned on bond paper is wrong so i can't mark a mail by register mail id finally I went to bajaj office on 05/04/2021 and submit my request but today your company reject my service request

            Please accept my service request otherwise i will go to court/ombudsman

                I held policy number [protected] but I was called by an agent of Bajaj, called Pooja Pandey, and she persuaded me to take up a new policy number [protected].

                I received a soft copy from email on 29th November 2020 from email address 'policy.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in' but could not open it using my date of birth. I replied back to the policy.bond email address above but it was returned. I then asked Pooja to sort it out. I have since tried on many occasions to find someone in Bajaj or for Pooja to sort things out and give me information and for me to have access to the website. I am not able to log on either. I have compliant a couple of times to telephone no. [protected] and each time I was told to log in 24 hours later and I would have access. Not luck so far. Please HELP. I do not know what else to do or who else I can contact.

                    I brought a Bajaj Allianz Goal Assure policy from policy bazaar on 19 march. However on 22 March I decieded to revoke and not to go ahead with this policy.
                    I have raised refund from policy bazaar as well as bajaj allianz but nothing has been done till now. I wrote emails also but there is no proper response.

                    I request to give my money back. the policy seller person told 100 % refund within 30 days.

                    There is no proper customer handling service from bajaj and policy bazaar.

                      I (Rahul Kumar Shamihoke) searched Term Insurance on Policy Bazaar and immediately got a call from an executive named Archana Pandey who explained all the plans available and on 9th December 2020 I purchased the Bajaj Life TermLife Insurance and paid Rs. 2, 470 vide Application Number [protected]. Further I shared the required documents and was told that there will be NO MEDICAL TEST required as your age is less than 40. Afterwards, I got the tele-medical call where I answered all the questions. Thereupon, I was told that there will be a medical test done for which I agreed. I gave my 1st blood sample on 18th December'2020 to their partner "Zoylo Digihealth Pvt. Ltd." for SST, SIC, CUE, EDTA. Next day I got a call from Zoylo Digihealth asking if I am feeling better as they have found some doubts in HIV report and they asked me for a re-test. I really got tensed and immediately got agreed for a re-test which was conducted on 20th December'2020. Now, again got a call saying that 3rd time also have to give sample for different tests CBC, ESR. Why 3rd time tests (CBC and ESR) were not done at the first place? Also, nobody from Policy Bazaar, Bajaj Insurance & Zoylo Digihealth informed the status of HIV report and I was very tensed. When I called Zoylo couple of times then they told me the report is fine. On 29th December I got a counter offer from Bajaj Insurance that premium amount has been increased to Rs. 4, 322 per month. I was not at all happy with 3 times blood sample taken and delay they made and finally asked them to cancel my policy and initiate a Refund. But surprised to get a response that as the medical test expenses are higher than the premium paid, it would not be possible to Refund the amount (Rs. 2, 470) paid by me. This is utter nonsense and not acceptable because at the time of booking policy NEITHER POLICY BAZAAR NOR BAJAJ INSURANCE told me or gave anything in written that in such scenario premium will be forfeited. Now, I have been chasing Policy Bazaar who said Insurance company has decided not to Refund and when I chase Bajaj they give me same lame excuse. I want to know when they found that in the first blood sample something is wrong then they should have not proceeded or should have told me that premium will not be refunded so that I could have taken the decision to cancel the policy without wasting their & my time. Please help me getting the hard earned money back

                        Policy Not Issued Even After Successful Online Payment

                        Paid for Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance (family floater health guard platinum) on 23 Feb 2021 at 1 AM IST, but I have not received any policy document or policy number by email or any email from Bajaj Allianz. The money from my account got deducted and I have only received an SMS that 'Dear Customer, We thank you for your premium of Rs 46006.00 against BAGIC payment ID 16246630. Caringly yours Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.' .

                        No previous policy number with Bajaj, this is the first time and so far the customer care experience is very bad. Already emailed [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in many times, called on customer care number many times. Have been contacting customer care since the transaction day who asked me to wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 21 days that I have not received any policy related email !

                        If someone from Bajaj Allianz is reading this, please provide me with my policy number as well as the policy document via email within the next 24 hours. You already have all the details on the payment mentioned above, as well as contact details on your record.

                                I have a Bajaj Allianz future gain policy for which I pay premium of 2500 rs per month through Citibank credit card ccsi on 22nd of every month. For November 2020 double premium deducted on 23rd (2500 rs) & 24th (2500 rs) november. Immediately I raised a dispute through Citibank for double deduction and citibank provide me temporary credit of 2500 on 24th Nov. On December 4th I received message from Bajaj Allianz for regretting double premium deduction and refunded processing. I received one premium amount refund (2500rs) from bajaj Allianz on 4th Dec But the second premium amount (2500 rs) not credited in policy account.
                                I talk to customer care of bajaj Allianz they replied they recieved one primium on 24 Nov and refunded the same on 4 Dec and told me to contact Citibank(bank fault).
                                I talked to Citibank also they said double amount deducted from merchant (bajaj Allianz) on 23rd and 24th November. And citibank also provide me transactions reference number for both transactions.
                                Again I talked to bajaj Allianz customer support and provide them all proves of double deduction including their text msg screenshot. But they are not responding properly. I wish to Charge a heavy penalty against Bajaj Allianz for misguided and mental harrasement of mine. I want refund of 2500 rs or credit in policy account.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam. I had first party insurance of my TVS Apache bike on 25th September 2019 from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. On 3 July 2020, my bike was stolen I had a police complaint done on time. After doing all the paperwork, the company dismissed my claim saying that I have availed 25% No claim bonus (NCB) while I am only eligible to take 20% NCB. After this I realized that I had a mistake, but this mistake happened inadvertently, not deliberately I am a common man not an insurance expert, but I understand that Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. hires educated & expert people in it's office. Why such educated & expert people didn't informed me that I have taken 5% more NCB before I filed the claim, why I did not get any email or call from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. saying that you have taken 5% discount wrongly return it. Did they remembered all this after filing the claim? I have been asked about this by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. by letter but I have not received any reply. In Insurance policy Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. have clearly mentioned on page no. 2 column 19 "19. NCB (No Claim Bonus) claimed by you and granted by us based on your declaration of no claim during your previous previous policy : -25 %." that NCB claimed by you & granted by us. Why they granted? (file attached) I request you to kindly issue a notice to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. in this regard
