I (Rahul Kumar Shamihoke) searched Term Insurance on Policy Bazaar and immediately got a call from an executive named Archana Pandey who explained all the plans available and on 9th December 2020 I purchased the Bajaj Life TermLife Insurance and paid Rs. 2, 470 vide Application Number [protected]. Further I shared the required documents and was told that there will be NO MEDICAL TEST required as your age is less than 40. Afterwards, I got the tele-medical call where I answered all the questions. Thereupon, I was told that there will be a medical test done for which I agreed. I gave my 1st blood sample on 18th December'2020 to their partner "Zoylo Digihealth Pvt. Ltd." for SST, SIC, CUE, EDTA. Next day I got a call from Zoylo Digihealth asking if I am feeling better as they have found some doubts in HIV report and they asked me for a re-test. I really got tensed and immediately got agreed for a re-test which was conducted on 20th December'2020. Now, again got a call saying that 3rd time also have to give sample for different tests CBC, ESR. Why 3rd time tests (CBC and ESR) were not done at the first place? Also, nobody from Policy Bazaar, Bajaj Insurance & Zoylo Digihealth informed the status of HIV report and I was very tensed. When I called Zoylo couple of times then they told me the report is fine. On 29th December I got a counter offer from Bajaj Insurance that premium amount has been increased to Rs. 4, 322 per month. I was not at all happy with 3 times blood sample taken and delay they made and finally asked them to cancel my policy and initiate a Refund. But surprised to get a response that as the medical test expenses are higher than the premium paid, it would not be possible to Refund the amount (Rs. 2, 470) paid by me. This is utter nonsense and not acceptable because at the time of booking policy NEITHER POLICY BAZAAR NOR BAJAJ INSURANCE told me or gave anything in written that in such scenario premium will be forfeited. Now, I have been chasing Policy Bazaar who said Insurance company has decided not to Refund and when I chase Bajaj they give me same lame excuse. I want to know when they found that in the first blood sample something is wrong then they should have not proceeded or should have told me that premium will not be refunded so that I could have taken the decision to cancel the policy without wasting their & my time. Please help me getting the hard earned money back

    Paid for Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance (family floater health guard platinum) on 23 Feb 2021 at 1 AM IST, but I have not received any policy document or policy number by email or any email from Bajaj Allianz. The money from my account got deducted and I have only received an SMS that 'Dear Customer, We thank you for your premium of Rs 46006.00 against BAGIC payment ID...

          I have a Bajaj Allianz future gain policy for which I pay premium of 2500 rs per month through Citibank credit card ccsi on 22nd of every month. For November 2020 double premium deducted on 23rd (2500 rs) & 24th (2500 rs) november. Immediately I raised a dispute through Citibank for double deduction and citibank provide me temporary credit of 2500 on 24th Nov. On December 4th I received message from Bajaj Allianz for regretting double premium...

            Dear Sir/Madam. I had first party insurance of my TVS Apache bike on 25th September 2019 from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. On 3 July 2020, my bike was stolen I had a police complaint done on time. After doing all the paperwork, the company dismissed my claim saying that I have availed 25% No claim bonus (NCB) while I am only eligible to take 20% NCB. After this I realized that I had a mistake, but this mistake happened inadvertently, not deliberately I am a common man not an insurance expert, but I understand that Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. hires educated & expert people in it's office. Why such educated & expert people didn't informed me that I have taken 5% more NCB before I filed the claim, why I did not get any email or call from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. saying that you have taken 5% discount wrongly return it. Did they remembered all this after filing the claim? I have been asked about this by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. by letter but I have not received any reply. In Insurance policy Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. have clearly mentioned on page no. 2 column 19 "19. NCB (No Claim Bonus) claimed by you and granted by us based on your declaration of no claim during your previous previous policy : -25 %." that NCB claimed by you & granted by us. Why they granted? (file attached) I request you to kindly issue a notice to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. in this regard

                    I have been emailing websales and priorityhandle of Bajajallianz regarding the cancellation of a old policy as i have to book another Policy.
                    I didn’t get any reply since a week eventhough i have been calling and emailing.

                    My issue is the following
                    i have recently purchased a travel insurance policy for my self, but later i couldn’t take another policy for my daughter.
                    So i was contacted by your sales person and i bought new policy for myself and my daughter.

                    So, now i have 2 policies for myself. Therefore i would like to cancel my old policy 12-9910-[protected]-00

                    Please look into the matter and help me in cancelling the above mentioned policy and refund the amount.

                            karanataka bank they charged 590rs, 5 times total 2950rs amt, the name of Dirdb charges, I asked In bank they told Baja finsev they charged but I cleared emi 0 remaining, (DIRDB) means wat where my money gone plz help me.

                              Company has not complied with my Service Request dated 23.20.2020 to link my adhar number to the car policy number OG[protected]-00051206. On this point several requests were made during the past couple of months but not yet linked putting a senior citizen continuously to hardship.

                                This refers to my complaint registered with you vide your SRN no,[protected]n nov.2 2020. While a sms has been received on my mobile-[protected], no further information is available. I still don't have any clarification with regard to the policy apart from receipt no . Further I am receiving multiple sms/mail asking me to renew the motor policy.
