    I have been emailing websales and priorityhandle of Bajajallianz regarding the cancellation of a old policy as i have to book another Policy.
    I didn’t get any reply since a week eventhough i have been calling and emailing.

    My issue is the following
    i have recently purchased a travel insurance policy for my self, but later i couldn’t take another policy for my daughter.
    So i was contacted by your sales person and i bought new policy for myself and my daughter.

    So, now i have 2 policies for myself. Therefore i would like to cancel my old policy 12-9910-[protected]-00

    Please look into the matter and help me in cancelling the above mentioned policy and refund the amount.

                Company has not complied with my Service Request dated 23.20.2020 to link my adhar number to the car policy number OG[protected]-00051206. On this point several requests were made during the past couple of months but not yet linked putting a senior citizen continuously to hardship.

                          Hi. My Name is Nagesh B. Its related to my spouse claim. It was not settle down yet. I have submitted all the supported documents. My Self, My Mother and My wife got covid and for the same applied to get insurance refund. I am a private employee and my insurance coverage is 300000 which will cover my family members. My self and My Mother got refund around total amount 213, 231.

                          My refund is : 123687
                          My Mother 's refund is : 89544

                          This refund was processed by following many mails and many phone calls which was given lot of headache and disgusting.

                          My spouse claim was not settle down yet. I submitted all the supported documents for my spouse claim which is similar kind of documents where myself and my mother got refund but I am not understanding why there is a delay in my spouse claim. They are sending same mail again and again. I have given clarity on the document which they asked but still there is no progress or proper justification on my spouse claim like whether it will not be claim or reject or not valid or nothing. Just they are asking same document multiple times. Please help me on this. Any thing is fine for me whether it is refund or proper justification for my spouse claim.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to bring to your notice that I had done one policy to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. In December 2017 and till December 2019, made invest my yearly premium INR 49900 (Policy No. [protected]). As per PURE STOCK FUND ULIF02721/07/06PURESTKFUN116, account Value INR 153115.84 as on 09 October 2020. As discussed Mr. Amit Kumar Patra (Divisional Operation Head, Malda Branch, West Bengal) as well as myself went to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Malda Branch, West Bengal that they have denied to me provide loan, although am is eligible alteast 75% (approx. INR 1, 14, 800.00) of the invested amount till date which great displeasure to me, which was discussed earlier. I think, would be – a lower requested loan amount; the possibility of a consignor. Furthermore, they informed me that my premium has been due since December 2018, although I have the premium receipt of 2018 as well as 2019 which was collected from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. At present situation as COVID-19 pandemic is outbreaks in India from couple of months and have lost my job. Presently have no source of income. Looking at the present circumstances, it looks like that this would go on for as long as my father doesn’t recover as keeping unwell from quite some time now, the duration of which the doctor is unable to predict, but he insist have to go through my father medication a properly as scheduled. My parents needs me there as I am the only breadwinner at home and the only person to take care of them in a better way.
                            But, ashamed, the situation really is deteriorated day by day. For your ready reference, please find the attached for the premium receipt 2018, 2019 and Account Value INR 153115.84 as on 09 October 2020 which has been provided by Bajaj Allianz alongwith bond paper of the said policy.
                            I thank you for taking out time to read my request. I hope you will consider my situation and take a decision in my favour. I really felt glad and honoured at the same if you accept my request

                                I paid my renew bike policy no OG[protected]-00051839 on dtd[protected].
                                But i have not received my policy copy Many call to customer care but not send ploicy copy in my email id and. my payment details as under.

                                Dear Sir,

                                When I spoke to Mr. Mayur, he said that he has received the payment. He told me that he will send the policy copy soon, but I have not received the policy copy yet. Neither he is giving my money back nor am I late for the policy copy.

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is regarding my policy (Bajaj allianz) which i bought through policy bazaar. My first concern was how the autopay was set up as i did not ask to set up, later i realized when i made the payment there was a check box which was prefilled, that check box was for enabling the autopay.

                                    There are two policies under one plan and this complaint is for policy number [protected]. Ideally premium should have deducted for both policies as per due date showing on the home page (Bajaj allianz app), however payment of inr 3000 was deducted only for one policy on 04sep2020 and not for another policy (Policy number provided above). On 05sep2020, i informed policy bazaar team and bajaj allianz customer care team about the issue on there customer care numbers and dropped email also. On call they had asked me to wait for some time as system might deduct the premium in coming days. On 23sep2020, i received message stating premium of inr 4219 is due from my side, however actual premium amount is only 4180 and my policy was also showing as lapsed on mobile app home page. It means they have charged some interest or late fees and then i called up bajaj allianz on there customer care number that despite of proactively highlight the issue you have charged extra amount. Then on call we mutually decided that i will make the payment manually as i already waited for long time for auto deduction to happen and policy was showing as lapsed. I make the payment of inr 4219 as i was afraid that i could lose already paid premiums as policy was showing as lapsed and then payment got failed, however amount was already deducted. I again informed the bajaj allianz team about this issue and dropped email to bajaj allianz and policy bazar.

                                    On 28sep2020, i received a message that auto deduction of inr 4219 has been done. My concern is this when i was requesting bajaj allianz to deduct the amount/premium they did not do it (It could be because of technical issues), but now when i already made the payment, they have done the autodeduction.

                                    So far i have paid 4258 extra amount to bajaj allian in sep 2020 month. I want to cancel my policies and want all my money back with interest.
                                    Premium amounts are given:
                                    Aug: inr 7180
                                    Sep: inr 11438.

                                    I have also attached the emails i dropped to them and they never responded to my emails. I have already called up customer care team for more than 10 times and now i can not bear this pain. Please help.

                                    Policy Bazaar Team is also equally responsible as they are aware of the issue and copied in all emails. I have requested them too intervene and help me out with this, but they never responded back to my emails.

                                      I want to cancel my policy due to some reason but they arenot doing infact they deduct my money from my account as i mailed them many times, called them but no response from their side along with that their exceutive abuses us over the phone . I dun understand that why i faced so many things especially at this pandemic time so if you can help me that would be very helpful
