i am heby abraham,iam 1200/-rs continuse paying 3yeras in bajaj allianz lifeinsurace policy. starting time the company saying 3 yeras 1200/-rs premiun deposit after 3yers company retern 50,000/-rs. then iam contact the cochin bajaj allianz office the company saying only 18,000 my money.iam no retern the money. please my complaint accept then the genuine solution.

        Hi,

        I had an insurance with bajaj allianz. This is a ULIP, so I get tax exemption under 80C. I was told to pay the premium for 3 years and I paid premiums for 3 years. When they asked me if I wanted to pay one more premium, I refused and asked them not to contact me again. But during last 4-5 months they are constantly bugging me with their SMSes at least once in 3 days. My policy number is [protected].

          Hi All,

          I have been cheated by Bajaj Allianz Insurance company.One of the agent misguided me about the Family Assurance Plan policy #[protected]
          and made a loss for me.I have paid sincerally all the premium from 3 years (Rs.30,000) amd now my fund value is 18,674(as of[protected] and i have planned to surrender my policy and i am not even getting Rs.18,674 and on that again they are charging Rs.2089 as surrender charges.I have already informed in MEDIA suvarna news and no use.Auhust 29th 2012. i will surrender my policy and looking for atleast half of the amount what i have paid.my hard earned money went into to vain.

          There is nobody to help me.Now still IRDA is sitting eyes closed.This is not only my story but almost all the people have faced heavy loss form BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY.

          I WANT TO AWARE PUBLIC NOT TO INVEST ANY AMOUNT IN BAJAJ COMPANIES.BETTER OPTION IS LIC OR POSTOFFICE SAVINGS(GOVERNMENT).

          Dear all

          Always for tax Saving and investment products go for endowment policies where there will be fixed returns and investments will be for long term. No one can should expect returns from from ULIP policies in first 3 to 4 years due to charges. And whenever taking a policy from any company think about the claim ratio of the company.
          If investments are to be made for short term please go for Mutual funds rather then ULIP life insurance policies where We can expect more Returns

          If any one want to invest in any financial products in the market like Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD's, car insurance and health insurance (Bangalore Only) call us on[protected] and we would be happy to help choose you best products in the market

              Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. — Cheating

              APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC.
              Bajaj allianz insurance company is formed by a bogus and cheating masters, their main aim is to cheat the public some how. Dont invest any Money with them.I am a victim of these fraudsters.4 years back I invested 16. 5 laks.These monsters given me false statements and lot of correspondence i have done. finally i got back only 12.5 laks. As per IRDA rule they are not allowed to sell the product outside india. But senior managers from these monster company touring gulf and other countries and trying to cheat the peoples and selling their fraud products. I am a victim. Now I am moving to Govt of India, supreme court SEBI, IRDA, Insurance Ombudsman etc. and I will go to print and visual medias india and Gulf as well,in order to retrieve my hard earned money and save another Indian or any person falling a prey to such companies. SO I APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC THAT DONT INVEST SINGLE PAISE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY.

              The same thing happened to me, i am in dubai one of agent from bajaj allianz visited to Duabi. i paid Rs 25000/- for three years. now they give only 58040/- that too facing problem to credit to my account for the last two month. i lost 23% of my capital.

              i call every day and mailing to customercare.[protected]@gmail.com but no response.

              I ALSO APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC THAT DONT INVEST SINGLE PAISE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY.

                My name is Manoj gupta. I met an accident while driving the car.The car hit the car from the front & the other car from back because the front car stop suddenly to save the bikeman . I was alone in the car. So I tried to start the car. The car started after three four attempts and I drove the car till home which is not that far from that place. I had no idea of the damage at that time.

                The next day, I submitted the car in the Samara Hyundai Showroom situated at okhla which is not more than around 6 kms from my residence.

                The hyundai representative told me about the damage and told that most of the things would be repaired in claim after survey by bajaj alliance. My vehicle no DL3CBF6580 repotted for accidental work dated[protected] claim no oc[protected]-00007949 surveyor mr. kanan mishra.

                Now it has been 28 days and my car is not yet ready. I dont know where the delay happened but your surveyor and Hyundai representative are not behaving professionally to handle everything properly & he asked for some black money . I talked with Hyundai representative and he said the next day that the survey has been done and there are problems , back side is not done .

                After 28 days he told that the front side is done under claim & the back side is not repaired under claim when u gave the rishwat to (kanan mishra) then only it is done.

                Now can you please tell me if all the damage is caused by Accident why is back side not included in the claim? Today he told that back side is also not included which is hit majorly and broken.

                      Sub: Grievance against unjust settlement of Insurance claim against accidental repairs of Honda city car DL 3C AK 7116 insured under Honda Assure Policy No. HBA/00039444 and claim No OC[protected]-00002291 dated 26/01/2012

                      Surveyor: Ravi Kant Mahajan of Jabalpur, MP

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have a grievance against M/S Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. unjust settlement of Insurance claim against accidental repairs of Honda city car DL 3C AK 7116 insured under Honda Assure Policy No. HBA/00039444 and claim No OC[protected]-00002291 dated 26/01/2012 .The settlement was carried out by them as reimbursed by them for accidental repairs carried out at M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd ,Jabalpur, MP( Authorised Honda repairs workshop) and request you to kindly look into it and take suitable action.

                      To take delivery of the vehicle, I was forced to pay Rs 1,16,532.00 against an accidental repairs bill of Rs. 1,27,723.00 only issued by M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., the insurer has thus paid a meagrely amount of only Rs 11,191.00 against the accidental claim of Rs. 1,27,723.00 .

                      I am not only aggrieved by the unjust settlement by the Insurance Company, but also by the attitude of representatives of the Insurance Company at various levels due to their delaying tactics & callous attitude.

                      What shocked and aggrieved me further was the attitude of the Mr. Pathak, manager at M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd, Jabalpur, who refused to provide us with the copy or Insurance settlement stating that he does not have the copy of the same but forced us to pay the bill balance amount as per so called calculation by the Surveyor: Ravi Kant Mahajan of Jabalpur, MP

                      When we requested for the copy of the report from the appraiser, we were directed to contact. Mr. Krishna at Bajaj Allianz Bhopal. Mr. Krishna when contacted required us to SMS our email address on his mobile. We complied with it. However, receiving no response we again contacted Mr. Krishna. He now directed us to write to Head Quarters of the Insurance Company.

                      We lodged a complaint with Mr. [protected]@hondacarindia.co.in on Mar 29, 2012 as suggested by the lady handling insurance at M/s. Pearl Honda, Noida (Where I was normally getting my car services). The same was however not delivered.

                      Finding no way to reach the concerned people, a copy of the complaint was sent by speed post and registered letter to M/s. Bajaj Allianz, Pune on 7 Apr 12. No reply to same has been received till date.

                      I would, therefore, request for relook into the case & just settlement also. I will be forced to resort to other means at your cost if the case in not settled in a just way at the earliest.

                      The case is under

                      On 26th Jan I was travelling with my husband (who was driving the car DL 3C AK 7116) from New Delhi to Jabalpur. This car was thoroughly checked by M/S Honda NOIDA for health before the journey. We were travelling on Bhopal – Jabalpur state highway. It was pitch dark and raining. The road was fully covered with water. About 75 KMs from Jabalpur, around 1830 hrs while crossing one of the bridges the underbelly of my car hit the road very badly (as the pit on the road was not visible). The car came to halt immediately and would not start. My husband waved for passer-by to stop. Fortunately, they stopped. The car was pushed to the roadside with the help of passers-by and left locked for the night. We moved to Jabalpur with the help of passers-by. On 27th Jan informed the Insurance Company and M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd, Jabalpur, MP (Authorised Honda repairs workshop at Jabalpur). We were asked to get the vehicle brought to Jabalpur. We therefore made arrangements for physical towing of the vehicle and brought it to the Splendid Honda workshop at Jabalpur on 27th night. 28th Jan. being holiday, the surveyor (as arranged by Bajaj Allianz) arrived on 29th and surveyed the vehicle. He observed a leakage from the engine oil sump and hardness of the engine movement. He took the photographs as required. He further observed availability of still some oil in the sump, proper condition of the pump and NO deposit in the oil. His observation was that engine was not seized. He got the chamber changed with the new one. On next day and after filling oil the car was started. There was unnatural, unacceptable noise from the car. The same was informed to both M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd, Jabalpur, MP (Authorised Honda repairs workshop & the surveyor. The engine was opened by M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd, Jabalpur, MP (Authorised Honda repairs workshop to indentify the damaged parts. We had to wait for more than 20 days for the parts to arrive. The vehicle was finally made over to us on 23.02.2012 with a total bill of Rs. 1, 27,723.00 only vide Invoice No. 1101643 dated 20 Feb 2012. We were informed that being Honda Assure policy passed claim amount will be paid by the Insurance Company directly to M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd ,Jabalpur, MP & we should pay the balance (Rs. 1,16,532.00 only vide receipt No. R/11001604 dated 20 Feb 2012) as calculated by them the surveyor and M/s Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd, Jabalpur, MP (Authorised Honda repairs workshop). We paid the required amount for taking the delivery of the vehicle. Though we had requested for a copy of the report from both surveyor & Splendid Honda, the same was not provided to us. The manager at M/S Splendid Motors Pvt Ltd., Jabalpur, MP (Authorised Honda repairs workshop) informed us that they are taking the required amount on the basis of advice of appraiser.

                      It may be informed that the car was in perfect condition before the journey as tested at M/S Pearl Honda, NOIDA vide invoice no. 1107192 dated 25 Jan 2012. The accident caused the damage & insurance company is responsible for reimbursement for repairs as per laws.

                      Bajaj Allianz — Force Issuance of Insurance

                      This was a complete shock of my life.

                      I had purchased a washin machine in september 2009 from samsung. I took a 0% finance scheme from Bajaj Auto Finance for which i had given thme 8 PDC's

                      But to my shock and surprise on 28th oct i recvd a envelope from Bajaj Allianz that there is a Group Insurance policy has been issued to me of Rs 100000 for which i need to pay Rs 469 per month for another two years.

                      My concern is that if i never signed any insurance doc and was not given to bajaj allinaz then how can a policy be issued to me. When i spoke to the people in Bajaj as per them there were docs recvd by them even thogh i never signed any docs.

                      So i would request you to please look in to the matter as i am not getting any proper response from Bajaj Allianz or Bajaj Auto.

                        I am A salaried person and for a salaried person its very tough to save because lot many responsibilities are there.
                        And Bajaj Allianze make use of it.
                        In 2008 i took the Life Insurance policy from bajaj Allianze ( Employee of Bancassurance Standard chartered Bank/ Bajaj Allianze new friends colony ) of Rs 30,000/-.Just to secure my family. And next month another employee of Bajaj Allianz approach me and calculate the money require by my family after my death. So, he suggest me to take one more policy of Rs 50,000/- But i didn’t not received any policy Bond.
                        After making many complaints no result was there. I stay in Meerut so its tough for me to come daily delhi at Bajaj Allianz office in delhi.
                        Every time they gave me different excuse . Firstly they told me that we have sended the policy by courier and we need to confirm by courier agency and out data. Later-on they realize that policy is not delivered.
                        After making so many visits to their office they ask me to write the letter regarding my complaint.
                        But No use….
                        I decided that if I am Alive than i am not been able to get the correct response. So, i request them i don’t want any policy. than they told me that i need to pay 1000 rs to receive the policy bond, than only i can make it return. She told me that there is some free-look period of 15 days after receiving policy in that time you can return your policy. But you need to give 2000rs for 2 police.
                        I said Ok their executive took 2000 rs more from me and didn’t give any receipt and told me due to system problem receipt can’t be generated we will send the receipt with courier.
                        After regular follow ups i didn’t received any courier. Than after my last visit in c.p office. their manager asked me to write simple application that you are not happy with the service and want your money back. And within 15 working days you will receive your total amount Demand Draft by courier.
                        And now its 4th year i have marked so many complaints but no used…..
                        I am mentally depressed now because My hard earn money Rs 90,000 ( 30,000+ 50,0000) are with bajaj Allianz and they are not ready to return my money…..
                        What should i Do now please suggest me.

                        They are indeed a fraud company. They have cheated us for a lakh rupees. We have not received the policy document that was due in July 2012 and the agent never answers the call. Really wonder how this company is still in existence when it has already looted millions. These cheats should be punished and their business should be immediately shut down.

                          I had taken Bajaj Allianz Super Saver Policy. The agent who contacted me had explained to me that after 5 years there is not going to be any penalty for withdrawal of complete amount. Recently when I went through their policy documents and contacted their customer care I was shocked to find that what has been explained to me is completely different from the policy documents.

                          If I try to cancel the policy now, I will get only 30% of the premiums paid (excluding first year premium). That is I had paid two years of premium which amounts to 1,00,000. So if I surrender policy all I will get is 15,000.

                          I had asked the policy for 10 years and these people had sent the documents for 15 years. Now as per the policy documents if I continue to pay the premium of 50000 till 15 years, at end of 15 years all I can expect is 8,35,200. A mere return of 85,200. An effective rate of return at 1.6% per year. Even savings account earns 4% interest.

                          When I contacted Bajaj Allianz customer care, this is what they had to say regarding surrendering the policy

                          "The Policy can be surrendered after completion of three Policy Years provided first three Years? premiums have been paid in full.
                          The minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value (GSV) will be equal to:
                          GSV = 30% X (Total premiums paid till date less premium paid in the first Year less any extra premiums and additional rider benefit premiums, if any). The Company may also declare a Special Surrender Value (SSV). SSV will be calculated by multiplying SSV factor to the Paid-Up Value, per Section 10, at the time of surrender. The higher of GSV and SSV will be paid as the Surrender Value."

                          I requested them to provide me the SSV factor company has declared for 2011 and 2012 (as policy had started in 2008), they refused to do so. I don't understand why they cannot provide this figure.

                          Has any of you received information regarding the vested bonus announced for super saver policy holders?

                          This policy has to be named super destroyer not super saver. The agent had offered a 2g gold or some other electronic appliance if I take the policy. I came to know that IRDA prohibits this kind of gifts and is illegal.

                          It looks like there are lot of innocent victims like me who have been cheated/mislead/duped into buying this policy from Bajaj Allianz. If you are one such victim and like to take some action please contact me. Collectively we can approach IRDA.

                          I have learned hard way that best insurance policy is pure term insurance policy. It is better to keep investments and insurance as separate.

                          Cash Gain Annual Premium Policy No.0240068576 Survival Benefits alone sent wrongly to old address but your support representative said it is a strategy to delay customer payment as we have updated our address 6 years back and all communications from Bajaj Allianz are coming to new address only. Only cheques sent to old address and your representatives say that it is intentionally done that way to avoid any legal action for non-payment at the same time to delay payments to customers due to lack of funds.

                          I don’t believe this as a loyal customer of Bajaj Allianz for over 20 years with several policies taken.

                          Resolve our issue by making survival benefits immediately
                          Unfortunately I too have invested in June in this cheating plan. Regret that now.
                          i am also dealing the same problem. i was told that i need to pay only first 3 years and end of the 5th year get everything.

                          please help me how you got the money back from the.
                          I have also been cheated; I took two policies for 50, 000/- premium one for self and the other in my wife's name. The promise made was to give a return of over 8% and hence Super Saver!; The branch manager in Bangalore personally misled me after receiving the policy and when I complained of a small sum assured and other issues. Instead of showing me the exit clause, he assured that this can be withdrawn after five years and I would stand to lose the first year premium, should I discontinue. This real, while paying premium, I checked on the surrender value and shocked to learn such facilities with returns is not available and realized that all these days, I was in a fool's paradise, being fraudulently sold the policy by the agent and the branch manager. I have been following up on the issue with customer care at Bajaj Allianz, and the only response is 'customer' we don't care! They are snow-walling all my problems stating that I did not get out in time and I have paid premiums demonstrate that I was interested in the policy. This despite the fact of informing that I am retired person and do not need a saving instrument or insurance of small amounts. I am really feeling helpless and let down by the company; it is so stupid to go by business house names as Bajaj. After seeing all your mails, I see that there is a deliberate fraud being done on people. Their senior management is not accessible as their email addresses are not available on the company website, almost confirming my misgivings about Bajaj.
                          I have the exact same issue. The agent sold me the policy the same way and promised a gold coin as well. I didn't get a gold coin and the policy seems to have come undone
                          I have the same issue. Today I contacted the customer care just after completion of five years of the policy and same reply. I have been paying 30000/- per year which amounts to 1, 50, 000/- today. And if i want to discontinue the policy they say I'll get a mere 55000/- only. They suggest to continue with the policy which is even worse. The policy term is 15 years which means I pay 4, 50, 000/- and guess what the sum assured is : 3, 07, 000/- . They are saying additional benefits and bonus will be included. Whatever you add up, it won't fit for the lost 1, 50, 000/- extra what you pay.

                          Complete fraudulence on behalf of Bajaj Allianz . The company itself is so selfish that they don't give a damn about anything.
                          I am also the victim of same Honey trap.Initially Company executive provided me all False information and now as per the customer executive they are not aware what there sales person told in to the market. They are fooling the people to make Money.

                                The Issue has been solved and the free policy has been delivered. But the consumer don't know that how to get back the complaint. I have spoke to the consumer directly and he promised to close the complaint by this week.

                                  I had bought a Life Insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz in 2010. The Policy No. is [protected].
                                  I have been telling the BALIC for last one week that the permanent address, that is being shown on the customer portal is wrong. I have left this address on 9th July, 2010.
                                  Last year also, i had sent the address change application for both current as well as permanent addresses with proofs to BALIC. The current mailing address was changed, but the permanent address remained same, i.e, old one.
                                  The executives of Bajaj Allianz have been saying that, the permanent address cann't be changed. I had tried my best to made them understand that the permanent address, that is being shown on the customer care portal and BALIC record, is old one, which i had left in July, 2010. Now i want to get it changed with new permanent address, but the executives say that they cann't change my permanent address. Is it possible for a person to reside on the same address for whole life ?
                                  And i don't understand why it cann't be changed ? The address that is being shown is somewhere in the database. And the database can be updated. It is foolish to say that it cann't be changed.

                                  Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                    I have purchased Bajaj Allianz Insurance three policies from the Nashik branch company consultant Mr Amol Shinde in Octomber 2011 for amounting to Rs 7,00,000/- . I was suppose to receive the policy documents within one month, but as i didnot receive the documents i contact the company consultant and was replied that the documents will be delivered shortly. I did not receive the documents after two months so I again contacted him but the reply was that the documents are already posted and will we shortly delivered. But as i did not receive the documents after another two months period i gave a written complaint to the branch manager and was handed over with the POD number of the post & was asked to make enquiry in the post office. After i visited the post office for enquiry i was replied that the company person only has the write to enquire as the document is posted by the company. I reported the reply of the post office to the company and after making enquiry with the company after fifteen days was replied that the documents were found in the company office it self and will be delivered by hand shortly. but even after that i did not got the delivery of the documents and i final met the manager of the company and discussed the matter. the company manager know has admited to hand over the documents with in a period of ten to twelve days. I have given then time on the condition that they should either hand over the documents or return my funds with interest from the time of investment till today. Know the period of twelve days is over and i have still not received the Documents. Please tell me what action should be taken against the company officials and the company.

                                      I bought Santro car second hand car from my friend. and when i bought that
                                      time car was on name of my friend itself. after purchasing car i was applied
                                      for name changed in RC book in the month of april 2012 & name was change in

                                      after that i am into process to change my name in insurance policy but due
                                      to unavoidable condelance happen in my family i am out of station for 20
                                      days and on 3rd june i met with an accident but that time name was not
                                      changed in insurance policy so when i registered for claim, Bajaj Allainz
                                      General Ins co repudiated claim on the basis of insurable interest.

                                      So please help me in this matter? because as per insurance policy, insurance
                                      contract is between insured vehicle and insurer so there is no point of
                                      insurable interest between parties. i expect positive reply from you.

                                        ,I wrote first grievance letter on 27/02/2012 for non-receipt of policy document and their simple reply(quoting date 28/02/2012) is received from company without any proof for delivery of policy document. After that I demand proof from company, by 2nd grievance letter dated 06/03/2012,that provide copy of delivery report and proposal form signed by me.I wrote third grievance letter on 17/05/2012 after discussion with divisional manager and gave option that above policy convert in to single premium or refund whole premium amount with interest due to not provide policy document nor provide proof of policy document served by company. I wrote 4th letter on dated on 26/05/2012 to divisional manager for provide policy document of above policy no.[protected]. After not received any response within 10 days, I wrote 5th and last grievance letter for resolution to head office grievance officers Mr. Praveen Bhat and Pawan Mahajan and sent to their e-mail addresses on dated 27/05/2012 and also grievance sent to bimalokpal by e-mail.
                                        Today provide only delivery report after several complaints but not provide copy of proposa form, saw the delivery report signature this is not my sign ,where delivered the policy document this is company's responsibility.Kindly match my signature with proposal form.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have not recived my doc delivery through ABW No[protected].The agent who was suppose to
                                        deliver me the mail talked to me day before yesterday on telephone and told me that probably my document has been misplaced along with some other documents and that he would see what can be done about it.I would like to
                                        lodge a formal complaint as follows.

                                        The document that has been misplaced is my PAN card.I may take some more trouble and make a new card,but what is the guarantee that the old misplaced card is not misused by somebody?Also ovenite courier services is
                                        being used by IRCTC :railways,PAN services,etc.These all documents are very important and If they are not delivered on time to the customer,it cause lots of mental and physical harrasement.
