First of all thank you. Myself Rakesh Tiwari Mobile No.-[protected].
1.) My policy No.[protected] for paid 30,000.00 Rs in 3 instalments during 3 years.(10,000.00 Per year)
2.) My brother’s policy -[protected] is paid 1,50,00.00 Rs in 3 installlment during 3 years(50,000.00 Per Year)
During the time, lots of cheating come to know so that I Went to Pandari Raipur Contact No[protected]C.G.) just want to surrender my policy. But when I know the process for surrendering my policy they told me you will get only 18,000.OO + Rs. and 1,12000.00 +Rs. From Second Policy on 17/0ct/2012.I told please complete the surrender process today. They has given excuses like lots of documents and say to us will complete the process tomorrow. Document required for submission is Cancelled check mention with required format and policy.
When I went on 18/10/12, they have told me share market has down and your refund amount is decrease -500 Rs. And also receive message from Bajaj-LM that your request no 29618291 is pending for some requirement from your side .Please visit our nearest branch or call.
This is the worst company which gambling with customer money. I have loosed 50,000.00 Rs total from both policy.
Please take some necessary action so that customer harassment can be stop. This type of Fraud agents which are selling silly policy to cheat with customer.
