I (ANANDAKRISHNAN ) a policy holder of CAPITAL UNIT GAIN SIZE ONE , bearing no: [protected] of the above mentioned company. I have paid all my premiums (Rs 10,000 x3 years) from 2006 to 2008.Now when i made an inquiry with the companys personal care executive, I came to know that the present value of the product is merely Rs 29,000 ,which is Rs 1000 less than what i paid ( even after five years ) and further I came to know that I also have to pay an amount of Rs 6000 as surrender charges, which is ridiculous. Even a govt. run firms like post offices offers 7 to 8 % of interest on recurring deposits. It is very ridiculous to have Rs 29000 for investing Rs 30000 for five years and even paying Rs 6000 as surrender charges. The SENSEX of BSE is at 20 K much much higher than that of 2008.Therefore this is nothing but a clear cut case of cheating and looting the ordinary public( customers) by a MNC. There is no justification for charging such a huge amount of Rs 6000 as surrender charge for a product which is having a value of Rs 29000. i suggest all Indian citizens to beware of such blood sucking companies and be alert .

THIS IS SAGARENDRA MOHANTY FROM ORISSA COMPLATION AGAINST BAJAJALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD THAT I HAD NOT RECIVE MY SALARY FROM MY DATE OF JOINING DT-14.08.2008 TO TILL WHEN I ASK ABOUT MY SALARY THEY TOLD ME THAT U R TERMINATED FRO THE MONTH OF JANUARY OK BUT WHERE IS MY SALARY FOR 6 MONTHS .WHAT CAN I DO.HELP ME

    Dear all,
    Insurance Policy No- OG[protected]-[protected]valid upto 21/03/13), Claim Intimation No- OC[protected]-[protected]dt 27/07/12).
    I have purchased a second hand car 5months back from Deepmotor, Vashi, but the car was stolen with in 12days of the purchase. In this short period car was not registered on my name, just papers were ready & going to be submitted. I made FIR and after some time I mailed to the Police commissioner Navi Mumbai for help but car not found. Then after some time I received the RTO reply for its theft. Also I closed the car Loan by taking another Personal Loan. After this I submitted all the documents & both the original keys of the car to the Bajaj Alianz representative Mr. Anand/ Mr shereesh. Now two weeks back a reply has came that they cannot process the claim since A) to me (current owner- Pradeep Kumar Sharma) I didn't have a valid Insurance-Contract with them & B) to original owner (Mr Mafatlal J Shah) that MR M.J.Shah didn't have Financial/ Insurable Interest. Note:- Mr M.J.Shah has intimated & claimed for the insurance on behalf of me on humanitarian grounds to help me out from this crisis, he didn't have any legal interest in it. Facts (for which I have all the proofs) :- A) Car was fully insured at the time of theft. B) Car was theft/ Stolen proof's C) Car was finally purchased by me D) Car paper transfer was signed (by the original owner & current owner), ready and going to be submitted to RTO. Can any body help me in this regard. I am ready to go in the consumer court, please help me.

    Today, I request you all to please avoid & be careful while taking insurance from Bajaj Allianz. Since my car was stolen in Jul-12 & Insurance is upto Mar-13, since they don't want to pay the claim, they are doing things like that. They have blocked my login ID in "Consumercomplaint.in" which they previously deleted.
    Today I once again prayed to god for the Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company to be closed within 2-5 year with heavy financial losses. And I will keep on praying the same...Thankyou Bajaj Allianz for not processing & accepting my Theft Car Claim (Intimation No.OC[protected]-[protected]...

    Finally done Consumer court case against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance at Central Mumbai District Forum.
    Hope & pray now, I will get my Insurance claim for my Theft car, when its insurance was active.

        I shyam lal arora S/o kishan arora address :18E/115 CHB JODHPUR RAJASTHAN I got call behalf of IRDA delhi, Mumbai. they told me about my bonus which has been declared by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd & they have given me written letter of IRDA where it is mention that Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. declared bonus they take security amount in favor of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. to release bonus amount in my bank account but after giving security amount they issued my fraud policy without my signature, then I have complaint in IRDA Token No:[protected] Date of Complaint : 24-Jul-2012, I have submit all related document under my compliant but I didn't get any good response form Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. Its humble request to investigate all related document under my forgery compliant.....

          I own a car and it is insured with bajaj allainz and 20.12.2012 is the due date, I renewed the policy online through bajaj Allainz website, amount was debited from my account to company account. At the end it displayed as error, I contacted customer care immediately and they said policy will be placed if the amount was credited, inspite me mailing several times, I didn't got any reply nor positive mail from the company.

            I purchased the Bajaj Allianz 2-wheeler insurance policy on 2nd December 2012; I still haven't received the hard copy of the policy. Its been 17 days and still no response. Calling the toll-free number serves no purpose as I've been put on hold for prolonged time without any response.

              I have surrendered my policy on 8th Dec 2012, still money not credited in my account? WHY?
              Where as the same day I surrendered some more policies with other insurance companies, those are already credited in my account,
              What is the special in your company?
              Is this spl in your company is simply eating peoples money? Why I asked this question is I paid 5 premiums (5 x 10K = 50K /5years), you people said the surrender value is 45K around. After 5years for my money you give that value?

              The surrender request was received on 08/12/2012 and the payout has been processed from our end on 17/12/2012 hence there is no delay in surrender process.

              This Policy is issued on the basis of the information given and declarations made by the Policyholder in the Proposal Form, which is incorporated herein and forms the basis of this Policy, where in you have opted for “NEW UNITGAIN” with regular premium and frequency selected as yearly. A copy of the terms and conditions of the policy was sent to you along with the policy documents and you were given an option to review the terms and conditions of the policy.

              On review of the terms and conditions of the policy if you were not satisfied with any of the terms and conditions and if you found that the terms and conditions of the policy did not contain the representations made to you at the time of purchase of the policy you had an option to return the policy within 15 days of the date of receipt of the policy documents by you.

              You are our valuable customer however the Company is bound by the terms and conditions of the Policy and the same cannot be deviated.

              Since you have never opted for free look cancellation of the policy and you continued to pay subsequent premium and enjoy the insurance cover also, we have no other option but to presume that you were satisfied with the policy as issued. Hence, we regret to inform you that the policy cannot be cancelled as per the terms and conditions as the freelook period is already over.

              We once again reiterate that the Company is bound by the terms and conditions of the policy as issued to you and is able and willing to perform its part of the obligations under the contract.

              In the facts and circumstances as mentioned herein above, it is stated that the Company is not in a position to redress your grievances as the grievances raised by you are not in consonance with the terms and conditions of the Policy.                       A person named K.Ravi (Ph no. [protected]) has called me and sent an agent on 06-dec-2011 for the renewal for my bajaj alliance two wheeler insurance.
                      I have submitted all the requested copies and paid an amount of Rs.700 /-. He said that the renewed policy would be sent through mail and also by post within a month. But i didn't get any thing like that.The same person called me few days back and sent the same person to collect the payment again. When i asked him about the previous years policy, he has changed his word and asking me to take a new policy.
                      I have got a bill signed by him as an evidence.

                        I am MOHD. AHETESHAM UDDIN s/o MOHD. AJAZ UDDIN . My father had taken bajaj allianz group policy on 07/03/2009 throgh syndicatebank bharweli balaghat (m.p.) .His policy no.[protected].He paid premium regularly and his 2nd premium also paid throgh dd at 27/3/2010 that dd no. is[protected] of Rs.2000. payable at syndiket bank tatkal bima scheem payable at co banglor. I have submited all documents related to claim.company say that my claim has been settled on 24/08/2012 but claim ammount does not received.Regarding to this my complaint no. is 27950980 on 28/09/2012, 28778714 , 29863475 on 8/10/12.

                          Hi there,

                          I am working with ADP Inc.,Chennai. I subscribed Bajaj Alliance Insurance policy (monthly) in the month of July.Later on, I found paying 1500 every month wouldnt be possible, since my family expenditures were growing high.

                          I called up one of the citibanker (Ms.Hema) regarding cancelling my policy and she asked me to drop an request letter to Operations,Bajaj Alliance Insurance,T.Nagar,Chennai .But there was no acknowledgement received regarding the same.I dropped a line to Hema again and she explained to me saying that i need to send the request through courier and not through post.I did not but i did not hear back.Finally,when my salary was credited today,they have taken 1500 as usual.

                          Can you please advice on this?
                          May be a right address,email address or phone number would be appreciated.

                            my name is sukh sagar i had resigned on 9th august 2012 from bajaj allianz. after so many mails and phone calls co. not given my full and final which ( 5 years gratuity, 25000 contest amount of foreign trip amount, 20 days salary almost 15000 and 2 month earned leave) when i asked my branch manager mr. yatin sharma, he demanding me money to release my FNF. please assist me

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I was taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz four year back and assured by agent that you will get the assured money Rs 60000.00.I had invest 20000.00 per year for 03 months .But after 04 years i had received only 45000.00 from Bajaj Allianz .After complaining to Cuttack office , their response was not very positive and confirm they will call back to me after study my case .but still i have received any call from their side .

                              Kindly suggest me what i will do against this complain ?

                                  Im ganesh from chennai, age 39. I have cheated by bajaj allianz insurance company and agent they marketed Traditional Policy - SUPER SAVER Life insurance agent call me several time and marketed thier cheating product . they told to pay only 5yrs premium and you will get 8 lacks after 5 th year they put some calculation and canvased me. they said you can withdraw after 6 year. i told them my age is 39 yrs and you take insurance only for 10 to 15 yrs. they agreed. i took policy based on the information they given. i received the once i received document the term is 30 yrs and i can only withdraw the amount after 30 years in the middle i cant withdraw the amount.

                                  my age is around 40 after 30 yrs my age is 80 how i can pay the premium in retired age 80 yrs. they really bajai allianz people cheated me saying false words. and the document is completely different from what they told. once i received the document im not able to reach them. only the voice mail i received. i went to the t.nagar(other) branch and they said you cant withdraw till the policy end date mean after 30 years. they don't have commonsense that how i can pay till 80 yrs.

                                  they agent name and code in the document when i give compliant to bajaj they said they left the job and they cant help you . im not able to contact the agent after that. , they forcing me to pay the premium. they really cheating the people. i have lost my hard earned money 23 thousand for 1st premium . My humble advice don't go with bajaj allianzes they really cheating innocent Indian people. go with LIC or ICICI.

                                  Is there any way to get the money? or any one have been facing the same problem ?

                                    I have sent my PF withdrawal form on 17th July but till I have not received any reply from the company. I even didn't know the position of my form. I have forward mails 15 times regarding inquiry. Once i sent my brother to office, they replied your application has been lost, so send new application.The new application has been sent but they are not replying now. What should i do now?

                                    I have sent my PF withdrawal form duly filled on 17.7.12. PF no: MH/34020/08261.
                                    Emp Code: 76591. Till today there is no reply.I sent mails number of times but no one is replying it.

                                    While sending the mail it shows sent but next day it is bounced. I don't know why it bounces next day.

                                        I have opened the Bajaj Alianz ULIP Policy: [protected] in tieup with CITIBANK.
                                        I have not received the Initial Policy document yet even after 1.6 Years. I had complained 3 times till now. but problem is not solved.
                                        I think Bajaj allianz has some hidden agenda to cheat its customers.
                                        Can some one please tell me how can I withdraw my policy at this time ?
