Dear Sir,
I am ex Employee of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company limited. I had applied for my PF settlement 2 years before. But still date i have not yet receive my PF claim. My PF claim member ID is:STATUS for Member ID: PUPUN[protected], and the Claim Id is: PUPUN[protected].

I check my claim id when it was displayed like this:

You received my PF form on 12 Augast, 2007.

And I got also cinfirmation letter from PF office ( above Address) on 2nd March 08. In that mentioned, my Provideint Fund was credit by cheque no 326507 in my sallery A/C No : [protected](UTI Bank, Sitabuldi Branch, Nagpur). But as per my Bank Record, It was not credit.

Kindly do needfull as soon as possible.

I have worked in Bajaj Allianz life insurance co. ltd in Moradabad from April 2007 to sep 2008.I submitted my claim form in Bajaj allianz's Moradabad office 4 to 5 months ago but I have not received my PF amount yet.I am in need so kindly consider it.

If your bank account is in Pune, then your PF amount will be credited to your bank account after 4 months from date of submission & if your bank account is out of Pune, then your PF amount will be credited to your bank account after 5 months from date of submission.

PF claim submittd on 10/5/2010 at the EPF office PUNE.

Almost 8 months have passed till now i have not received the claimed money ,and there is no intimation from the PF office when i will recieve the money. I have call several time and wrote so many mails to RO EPF but no reply.

    Hi,

    Hope this complaint will be resolved and action will be initiated against these kind of fraud companies.

    4years back we have invested 60000 in bajaj allianz and at the time of investment the agent promised us that pay 5000 every year for 3 years and after 3years of locking period money will be doubled!. from past 1year I am continuously checking and fund value is showing half the amount invested by us! this is certainly not acceptable and they are #1 in cheating rural peoples.

    My Mother policy number: [protected] - fund value 16936.93 and invested amount 30000 - NEW FAMILYGAIN
    My Father policy number: [protected] - fund value 16424.05 and invested amount 30000 - NEW FAMILYGAIN

    Please help us in getting at least 60000 of our hard work invested money from these cheaters.

    Please initiate some serious actions against these kind of frauds and help us to get our money please!!!!

    Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Cheating

    Dear Sir,
    i am an ex -service man ,who had invested the benefits of 24 years service in Bajaj Allinz life insurance.I had a bitter experience due to this,my agent was actually cheat me,as i was seeking for an employment after retirement,he convinced me that i will got a job if take a policy,also said that it is only one payment needed.I was not aware of the small letters below the documents and risk in investing such funds.I am even dont know how to check the current value of the policies not surrendred.the policy is BAjaj Allinz unit gain plus gold ,policy no:[protected],and century plus policy no:[protected].I had surrendered one policy for which i had invested 50000 and got only 26000.IF i got any compensation I will send you further details too.Now the request is too avoid such traping it is needed to shoe the terms and conditions readable and understandable easily.Hope you will take necessary actions as soon as possible

      Policy No.[protected] (New Family Gain)
      Sum Assured Rs.50,000/-
      Policy Commencement on 28/10/2007, Paid 03 Nos. installments. Due to financial problem, partially withdraw Rs.19,400/-on 04.03.2011. Online I am checking my balance units, as per the following dates.
      03/04/2011 Rs.10,164.65, 10/07/2011 Rs.9,687.29, 05/05/2012 value is Rs.7,776.91. Now the Fund Value is Zero. Contacted Customer care. They told "your policy foreclosed". Contact the nearest office for rest amount. The Operating Manager of Rourkela told your policy closed because your value is less than Rs.10,000/- & we are unable to refund any amount. My question is : 1) Why not you intimate me, & 2) why not refund my balance money before closing the policy.

      Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company — Non refund of money

      The Bajaj Allianz introduced product called Igain, wherein people can buy a ULIP though internet without the help of any agents. Once we check the website, we need to enter our phone number and related details. After repeated phone calls from the company representatives, I have purchased a policy on Dec.06, 2009. Due to some problems in their system, the annual income mentioned by me was read as Rs.60,000 instead of Rs.6,00,000 and hence the company refused to issue a policy to me.

      On contacting the company's Pune office, I was advised that I should buy their new product Igain II by making a fresh payment and the Company would arrange to refund the premium paid on the first policy within a week's time. Accordingly, I made the payment again on Jan. 13, 2010.

      I did not get the refund of first premium made till date, inspite of repeated phone calls and follow ups. Every time I make the phonecall, they assure me that the payment will be processed in a day, but nothing happens

      Please advise me how to get the refund. I want to charge the company for the interest I lost.

        i want to bring to your notice that i had been approached by personnel from delhi , regarding offering personal loan of rs. 20,00,000 against a policy for a premium of Rs. 1,00,000 annually for 20 years.


        i opted for this scheme by taking two policies ,policy no. [protected] dt 20.02.2013 and policy no. [protected] dt. 05.03.2013, I was told with 20 days the loan amount would get disbursed to me. But now these people are not releasing the loan amount but are insisting that i need to take one more policy from Kotak Life insurance for rs.22500 annually , only then the loan amount would be released. The persons who made this offer were: Mr. Rajiv Agarwal[protected],[protected],[protected] and Ms.Aman Siddiqui[protected],[protected].

        i fail to understand this, and ask for your advice in this regard. pl. let me know , whether i should go ahead with this proposal or whether i should cancel my policy for which i have paid Rs.100000 & Rs.10500 as premium in feb 2013 & Mar 2013 respectively.

        In case the loan offer was fake and was given to deceive me, i would like to cancel the policy and get the full amount of premium taken fradulently from me.

        i eagerly await your early guidance on this.

            I hereby bring to your attention an act of cheat done to me. I purchased an insurance policy No. [protected] of Rs. 1,00,000/- being one time premium as advised by the Agent of Bajaj Allianz Co. in Jan- 2008 in my name. The said amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- was paid in full at the time of purchasing the policy. The term of maturity for this one time investment of my hard earned money was told to me of ten years. Thus, the date of maturity of the instant policy was 11.01.2018.

            Now to my utter shock I am in the receipt of a cheque No.[protected] of Rs. 31,754/-. Prior to receiving this cheque I have had not received any communication explaining or advising me with respect to the said policy. But obviously, the policy upon maturity promised me much higher returns.

            Immediately upon coming to know about the above stated mischief and a fraudulent act, I lodged a complaint on March 7, 2013 with the Bajaj Allianz Co.’s customer care number[protected] requesting to issue me a complaint number. The Customer Care Executive with the name Mr. Sameer took on record my complaint and allotted a complaint number 39371402.

            I was assured by the Customer Care Executive that Bajaj Allianz Co. will act on your complaint and contact me on my number [protected]. Till date I have not received any call from Bajaj Allianz Co.

            I call upon the persons concerned to immediately act on my complaint doing the needful so that the above-discussed issue is resolved expeditiously. Also I request the persons concerned to promptly advise me how the promised sum of amount against my policy No. [protected] could be recovered.

            In the light of above, it is my humble request to immediately take action and do the needful.

                  To the concerned person,

                  I have a medical insurance for me & family in Bajaj Allianz. In their health & wellness card cover, they have mentioned that for more details on online health server please contact: Mr Abhay khare and his phone no is provided along with his mail address.

                  I contacted him for queries, he just told me he is not supposed to talk about it and he asked me to contact customer care. Even I tried to reach customer care, but it always puts me on hold or just ringing for that matter.

                  Because of this irresponsible act, I am severely hurt. No one seems to care about it.

                  I sincerely request the concerned authority to take severe action against these .

                  i was give request on 10 january for policy cancel, but i am not receive ant response, my complaint no is 32073572
                  Issue was closed on 28th Feb 09 with the following comments.
                  Call Centre executive informed Mr. Deepak that the policy is cancelled, he had closed and reissued his hdfc card informed him to have a word with hdfc ...Customer Service

                      I get two bajaj allianze policy no [protected] on dated 28.01.2010 and [protected] on dated 14.12.2009. I have surrender both policy because one day i went to Rewari office and asked for current value to see the value and i decide to close immediate both policy.I pay Rs.35000 and receive Rs.15000 after three year.Now my question is this that why the company investing our money where no profit ?

                        My Policy No.[protected] dated Oct 2006. Product Name `CAPITAL UNIT GAIN'. I have so far invested Rs.50000/- (for the first five years without any default). Many a times I approached Bajaj Allianz branch in Delhi/in Chennai to send me policy statements to my present address or to SMS the NAV of the policy. Till date, Neither I received any statement nor SMS through out these six years period. I have no idea about my investment at this juncture. So I am really fed up with this company, now I want to surrender my policy. Kindly tell me whether surrender charges for this particular policy is still exist?

                          When I opened a suidha account in Citi Bank their agents told me that they have a ULIP type of scheme but instead of locking period of 5 years this one has a locking period of just 1 year. Your money will grow and you can withdraw after 1 year without any penalty.

                          I had purchased this policy in June2011. The premium amount of Rs 1500/- of which was getting deducted from my CITIBANK salaried account on monthly basis.

                          Also I have paid premium for 19months (Rs 28500/-) and I am getting cancellation refund amount of Rs 19474/-. Where is the rest of the money that I have paid?

                          So how could they deduct 40% of the total premium paid amount?

                          On trying to call the Bajaj Allianz agent, I am getting no response.

                          I agree and subcribed. I kep asking them for the policy document which till date even after 2 years I haven’t received.

                          Then through other sources I came to know about this fraud with other consumers as well.
                          They will deduct as high as 40 % of the premium.

                          It was a huge mistake on my part that I trusted this fraud company Bajaj Allianz, even though my friends asked me not to invest in it.
                          Even the premium certificate appears to be fake.

                          Kindly advice how can I get my full refund amount.

                          I am left all stranded and cheated in this nexus!!

                          I am going to raise a complaint against it in Cosumer court by hiring a lawyer.

                          Beware of the false promises of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance company. They approach you with all the false promises for your motor/vehicle insurance, after collecting the money from you they deliver half of what they have promised you. They approach you with a low quotation at the beginning to woo you. Later they will find different reasons to collect money sighting various reasons
                          Last 1 month i am getting mails only and no response or resolution. why should i post online if you provide good service, you guys only post comments to show innocent public, how soon you response to your customer but i am getting only fake promises and false commitments only, people will invest in your company and at the time of need he will fight with you.

                                myself take this product as on 14/09/2007 by the copanies agent, According to agent Insured person may pay premium min.Rs.25000/- once single

                                year time.and the policy getting maturity after 5yrs. of locking period.But still now yesterday when I reached to branch [Saraidelha,Dhanbad] I become

                                  I surrendered my capital unit gain policy [protected]. They took a cancelled cheque leaf from me and told me money would be transfered to my SB account directly. I got a SMS after two three days saying my bank details recorded with them. On 20/01/2013 I got a SMS saying my cheque got despatched with some AWB number through BLUE DART. I contacted BLUE DART and they are saying it is a wrong AWB number. I tried calling the T.Nagar, Chennai venkatnarayana road branch. I was answered after making 30,40 calls. They are now saying cheque will be sent to them and I have to collect from them. I dont understand the process. Then why they collected a cancelled cheque leaf. Already this policy is a big cheater which god only knows why IRDA allowed. I tried calling bajaj allianze call center. After many minutes of singing a hindi song, it disconnects. Please help me in getting my surrender money back

                                      I have taken a Bajaj Allianz Sarva Shakti Suraksha policy at the time of opening salary account with Citi bank. I am paying 1500/- Per month.
                                      But Now I want to surrender my policy. When I called them to ask the procedure to surrender they are telling me, About 30-40% of amount which I paid as premium will get deduct under administration and surrender penalty. This was not communicated to us at the time of applying for policy. Also it is not mentioned about administration charges are so high (about 25%) anywhere.

                                        I am MOHD. AHETESHAM UDDIN s/o MOHD. AJAZ UDDIN . My father had taken bajaj allianz group policy on 07/03/2009 throug syndikate bank bharweli balaghat (m.p.).His policy no.[protected].He paid premium regularly but unfortunately he died on 08/01/2011. I have submited all documents related to claim. I paid second premium on the date 7/3/2009 by DD that DD no is[protected] at Rs. 2000. I paid that secound premium on the branch. But that DD is not paid in Bajaj Allianz by bank and they didn`t give me any intimation about secound premium.
                                        When I complain for our death claim that time also Bajaj Allianz not give any information about our secound premium that was not paid then at 24 august they tell us by conformation call that they your claim was approved that almost paid in 10-12 days but we did not get our amount. Then we do many complain to company and they give us many complain numbers ( 17872571, 18445857 , 18173386, 25928434 , 19382524,19745520,19790580,27950980,[protected] but we did not get any amount.

                                        We do not know that who is responsible in this case Bank or Bajaj Allianz. So please tell that who was responsible.

                                        Kindly solve our problem and clear our claim amount.
