Congratulations on achieving yet another escalation on your pathetic service which is well known across my network of friends and family.

I had given my brother's bajaj avenger with reg ts09fb1243 on monday morning and the executive calls up in the afternoon saying the servicing is completed.

Later he also claims that the breakpads have gone bad and replaced them without asking me if that was needed or not within just 4931 kms from the time it was taken from the showroom.

Today when i went to the service center the bike was covered all in the dust, no washing was done, the lock was broken for which they did nothing and when asked about washing his response was that the motor was not working.

This is how the service was given at your service center and they charged full amount for no reason.

Next time i would prefer doing service myself rather giving it at your pathetic service center which does nothing and charges the customer money.

If your people are not getting paid enough and you are planning to get the money by faking people. I would like get a charity opened on your name and get this to mr. Rahul bajaj that this kind horrible service is being given to the customers of hyderabad.

    Hi bajaj,
    I took this bike pulsar 220bs4model prior 7months ago however i am facing issue every week or sum or the other day i am fed up of this bike the problem is the dipper light automatic get off and the fuse is also bust.. While i driving pune to goa the starter was also not working i gave jumpstart and started the bike but i was scared if the bikes get off again it will not start again.. Because i was driving in ghat. When i vistied the gems bajaj showroom they ignored my issue or elz they will give you jazz's i informed them the issue of my bike but they said they want money in adavance to take bike n check... I said them once u repair my bike &check exactly wat is the issue then i will pay u... They said we will be able to take to bike without advance the same thing i informed to futuristic bajaj in my village they were ready to bike bike without any adavance... I want asap response on this issue or elz i have report this consumer forum... I took pulsar its only because i love bajaj but the way they treated my issue as nothing... I did not like that... However i have cancelled many rides with pulsar mania as well.

      Hi, i am utpal from bengaluru karnataka. I purchased bajaj 220 street in the month of march 2018 from perl motor jp nagar store. From very next week i had started facing the issue of self start in the bike, visited the perl motor minimum twice every month and they are lest bother to update the issue online for the parts changed or service done.

      I request bajaj auto to take quick action on this and compensate the issue which i am facing presently. Either bajaj auto replace my the defected bajaj 220 street or refund the money. I am reachable on [protected]
      I can not keep this bike, please take this very seriously.

        I gave my bajaj rs 200 bike for engine repair to gsm bajaj khandsa road gurugram, i waited for around 50 days to complete the service and cost me around rs 18, 000. When i got the bike the engine sound was terrible, bike stop by it's own while driving and rpm was not functioning properly. It was big danger for me to drive at night since engine stop while driving and light goes off which makes complete blindness for me. I gave back the bike to recheck what they have done wrong. They took another 4 days to figure out the issue and it cost me rs 2000 again. Valve was changed in previous engine repair 15 days ago and they charged money again and labour charge was also applied even though it was a complaint for not doing their job properly. Now there is leakage of engine oil and rpm is still not functioning well. I have wasted so much money and time. Please tell me what can i do. They ripped me off. I don't want to go there anymore but still i have to go there again since engine oil is leaking 2 days after the servicing.

          I have dropped my vehicle for accidental service on nov 2017 in jaikrishna bajaj, coimbatore. Due to unavailability of spares, i received by vehicle ready on march 2018. After the service, the bajaj officials asked to wait for 30days for the reimbursement. But even after two months i haven't received my money back from the insurance company. I have raised a compliant in bajaj service centre mentioning my issue. As there was no response from the service centre, i have raised the same issue in insurance company. As per the info from the insurance company, the bajaj service officials haven't submitted the claim reimbursement details, invoices with the insurance company till date. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

            I bought bajaj avenger 220 february 2018. From last 2 months i am facing self start issue.. This bike is kickless so i have to push it everytime. I already went 5 to 6 time at service center. They always says this time we have resolved but no my issue still is not resolved. They even can't able to find exact issue.. Sometimes they say it's a manufacturing defect. One part is not compatible.. Sometimes they says battery is low. Even battery is not low. I don't know what to do. I am already fedup. This is my worst experience in bajaj auto. After a lot of research on internet i have found there's something one way clutch relay issue with new bajaj avenger 220 cruiser - 2018 model. Many people are facing this issue. But i am still not sure what is the the exact issue.

              My name is sandeep mishra i have a bajaj 220 2009 model. When i entered in service station, (Anita bajaj, sitapur road lucknow) they refused to take my bike for servicing and said that bajaj refuse us to give services for this model on dated 07.10.2018.

              Spare parts are not available. I want to know from bajaj what is the life of a motor vehicle and how he can stop to provide the services.
              If they are not able to provide spare parts they have to mention this during sell as they can not provide spare part after 5 years of the model so that we can stop to purchase bajaj bikes.
              It's a serious issue with bajaj where as with other brand spare parts are always available.

                They plead like anything when i came to buy the bike once paid advance ……. They will hell on earth…

                  pulsar 220f engine not working properly

                  But when i told this to showroom people they said this is normal and everything will be alright after some riding,

                  I have pulsar 200 ns model bike. I had nokking sound from engine. On november 2017 i gave my bike to the grand bajaj service center, kunnamkulam for repair. They told me the parts are not available and made me wait for 3 months and paid rs 5000 as labour charge only and parts apart.
                  After the repair i found engine oil leak and abnormal sounds from the engine. I inform them then they say wait for some kilometres to run after they fix oil leak. Then i found the nokking sound on 2nd gear shortly. Always when i go to them they repair little and ask to check.
                  But i had to go abroad for my job so i keep my bike at home till next vaccation.
                  Now i came back last month and i gave my bike again on the same grand bajaj service center to fix the problem. They said again wait for the parts. And wait for 2 weaks for the parts. Now they have the parts and they cannot fix the problems. Everyday i go to them and ask. They are saying they cannot fix the problem.
                  I complain to their senior service manager, he says that he is telling to the works and they are not listening and asking me to tell or scold them to make. Also do what ever i can do. Before going to customer court i thought i have to complaint in bajaj direct. Before i send mail to bajaj bit still no reply.
                  What i have to do or can you do anything on this matter

Several times i asked to that out let deposit my amount and give registration no. But he is not taking seriously. Also i told to the banerjee bajaj regarding this issue and asked for resolution but they are unable to provide any solution because they do not have any control over their.
                    That outlet cheating with customer and many of them are involved.

                      Gives electric shocks, when turned on, it starts vibrating and then quickly turns off, there is also the problem of leakage, the wheels are broken, grass inside of it hasn't been changed since the time of the purchase fungus has started growing over it.Also the cooler smells like dead fish and needs instent repair.

                        4. Average dheray dheray kam hona shru me 65 aur us ke baad lagaataar kam hoata gaya jo 30 kmpl par aakar ruka.
                        5. Clutch me play (Gharrr ke sath jhatkay lekar aagaye badna)
                        First service se phalay bike broblum door karna ke liye aligarh me aap ke service center par 2 baar mai khud bike lekar gaya but koi bhi solution nahi hua.. Har baat unhonay ek hi baat kahi ki ab ye parayshani nahi aayegi.
                        Us ke baad phir se first service ke liye 08/06/2018 ko pichle sabhi problem ke sath lekar gaya tha us ke baad bhi koi samadhaan nahi hua,
                        1st service ke baad bhi wahi sari problem barkarar rahi mai phir se service center par lekar gaya to unhonay petrol tank ke dhakkan se ek rubber valve se uska valve kat diya aur bola ki ab he problem nahi aayegi lakin bhi bhi problem solve nahi hui. Aur us ke baad bhi average bhi service ke baad 65 kmpl se 30 kmpl par aakar ruk gaya..
                        Mai dubara service center bar bike lekar gaya to unhonay bola se sari problem aap ke service me door ho jayegi aap ko 2nd service karanai padegi.. To mane kaha ki abhi to 2nd service ka time to hua nahi hai to unhonay kaha nahi aap ko service karani he panday ji tabhi problem door hogi.. (2802 km aur din lagnay 150 25/09/2018 ko unhonay service kar do jiska job card no. Rjc[protected] hai. Lakin us ke baad bhi koi samadhaan nahi nikla say problem asitis rahi balki ek problum ke baray me aur pata chala ki bike clatch chodnay par jhatky le rahi hai to unhonay kaha ki clutch plate me kuch play hai to mane kaha ki aap ese sahi karo to unhonay service manager mr veeresh sharma ji ne kaha ki ye tecnikal problem hai ye ase hi rahaygi is ke liye hum kuch nahi kar sakty sari ct 100 me yahi problem aarahai hai to many in se kaha ase kase ho sakta hai. Lakin unhonay koi sunao nahi kari aur bola jaaiye aap complaint kar digiye. Is liye bahut majboor hokar mei ye complaint aap ko likh raha hu.

                          Don't buy bajaj bikes.in one or two year bike go to mislead. But i'm facing problem till i purchased. Not a satisfactory product. Service is also super bad. Many problems in bajaj bikes like pickup, starting, clutch plates, break, engine overall bikes has many problems. So don't purchase bajaj bike and aware everyone about this. Choose other brand honda, hero

                            Yesterday i have visited to dewan bajaj service center for servicing of my bike discover 100 t. My bike having starting problem, it is not starting several times.

                            Once i received my bike after the service.in first seen, i have found it is not even washed, no engine oil change and no co tuning.

                            While i described all these pending unserviced items to manager. They behave rudely with me and said that we have done the service of your bike and you have to pay service amount to release the bike. I have paid rs. 908 just for the name of bajaj brand service.

                            Is this the customer service by bajaj.?

                            You are just making a fool in the name of bajaj by your dealer.

                              I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 cc some 20 to 25 days ago but the piece is defective as there is starting problem and it stops any time. While checking the same on youtube it shows carbonator problem. I took my bike to sn automobiles sopore jammu and kashmir for necessary replacement after i urged for the same he hardly took my bike and told me to come after 4 days. After 6 days he called that bike is ready when i go there and took my bike after i ride my bike for 3 min the problem was there. They did not do anything with the bike and is therefore a cheating case. If they did not do anything with my bike how could they call and tell me bike is ready.in the mean time the battery too is not working now which was perfectly ok when i deliver my bike to them. My bike is still pending at their work shop with the stauts as it was.
                              You are requested to either solve my problem immediately or keep your bike with u and refund my money otherwise i m ready to approach consumer court.
                              This approach of your dealer has irritated me alot. Despite clearly asked to replace the defective part he didn't do the same.
                              If bike has some manufacturing problem please arrange to replace the same as soon as possible.
                              Hope your goodself will take the matter on priority and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              With due respect, I have taken Two Wheeler Loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, vide Loan Account No :- L2ADUR05200692, in the Name of Amar Nath Nag and bike is Bajaj Pulsar150, so pls provide loan statemtent in my mail: [protected]@gmail.com

                              Fan Nd coolant it's not working 3/4 mnth.
                              M was servicing Kanchan Bajaj Ulhasnagar showroom it's not clear that issued... Showroom it's not good for bike... bike was overloaded hit.
                              When does pulsar 200 ns fi going to available in India. Please provide information about this, as I want to buy a new pulsar 200 ns with fuel injection system.

                              From last two services of my ns 160 i was telling the service centre that vibrations and false noises are increased in engine .but they neglected .so this time i showed it in another service centre they are saying that there may be problem in crank shaft.but my warranty has finished last month as my bike completed 2 years .so why i should pay for the mistake of showroom.i have used many other company bikes .but this is the worst experience .bajaj should take some actions on it.bajaj should take care of customer satisfaction

                                I had gone to bajaj pr bajaj (11806) for bike service.
                                Pulsar rs 200 non abs model bike.
                                They charged four times labour charge for changing clutch cable and also mentioned it as four units labor charge. The labour charge was 62/rs and they charged 62*4 + gst = 290/ rs
                                And to change a mirror just to tight a screw they charge rs 72 and mentioned in the bill and when i asked about the labour charges the manager said that it is company's charges to charge this amount...
                                How can a company charge a customer four times labour charge for one spare part???

                                  Already 6 days done
                                  I have no bajaj bike to drive 6 days + depression as bike is 1.5 lacs abs
                                  + no confidence in further activity

                                  Still not prediction of solution

                                  Sunday is off.
                                  Before diwali i have to make judgement for this bike.
                                  So pls help me

                                  I have purchase 31th august 150cc pulsar bike but on dated 30th september bike battery was not working due to this we are unable to start the bike and same day i have hand over to service but date no response from delier side and bike was stand in delier service center .

                                    I gave my pulsar 150 for chain sound problem thrice they are saying chain is tight and lessening it but the is not at all cleared all the three times the same answer i got from them. I asked a outside mechanic about the sound they told that chain set is gone. I told the same at showroom, the showroom mechanic said no they will not get worn at 4000 kms it is all about chain tight. They did nothing.
                                    And 2 days gave it second servicing the chain sound has not been nullified and newly got scratches on front mudguard and rear one. After servicing new sounds are coming. When i bought the bike they gave the invoice of bike after 10 days, tr after 15 days and gave a wrong ph no on my tr. Very bad servicing no responsibility at all.

                                    I have as 200 bike. My bikes shock absorber failed. Hence I change it in July 2018. But it failed in September 2018 of price 2800/-. I replace it from Bajaj service provider .but when I am asking for warranty and guaranty to provider. He regret warranty. Please give me proper suggestion.
                                    Today Full page Advertisement of bikes in AmarUjala Agra given. Offer is 4.99% rate of interest by bajaj finance. I visited Sheel Auto Agra.I was told it is not available. I can get 11% ROI only from other finance companies.
                                    I called for further enquiry to HO Pune no [protected] but could not get an answer. Want to purchase platina.
