I have dropped my vehicle for accidental service on nov 2017 in jaikrishna bajaj, coimbatore. Due to unavailability of spares, i received by vehicle ready on march 2018. After the service, the bajaj officials asked to wait for 30days for the reimbursement. But even after two months i haven't received my money back from the insurance company. I have raised a compliant in bajaj service centre mentioning my issue. As there was no response from the service centre, i have raised the same issue in insurance company. As per the info from the insurance company, the bajaj service officials haven't submitted the claim reimbursement details, invoices with the insurance company till date. Kindly resolve the issue asap.
