I have purchased 10months ago avenger 220 bike.
After one month bike starting issue. Exide battery i have replaced in warranty. From 2monts again same issue bike not starting repeat problem. Am really dissatisfied for this, no proper investigation from sai service phugewadi.
Please suggest me what to do.

Gives electric shocks, when turned on, it starts vibrating and then quickly turns off, there is also the problem of leakage, the wheels are broken, grass inside of it hasn't been changed since the time of the purchase fungus has started growing over it.Also the cooler smells like dead fish and needs instent repair.

    Mujhe aap ko batatay bada afsos ho raha hai jab se mane apni bike bajaj ct 100 (Up81 bx 9317) purchase date 27/04/2018 is bike me shru se hi problem chal rahi hai.
    1. Tank me vecqum banna
    2. Missing
    3. Loosing chain
    4. Average dheray dheray kam hona shru me 65 aur us ke baad lagaataar kam hoata gaya jo 30 kmpl par aakar ruka.
    5. Clutch me play (Gharrr ke sath jhatkay lekar aagaye badna)
    First service se phalay bike broblum door karna ke liye aligarh me aap ke service center par 2 baar mai khud bike lekar gaya but koi bhi solution nahi hua.. Har baat unhonay ek hi baat kahi ki ab ye parayshani nahi aayegi.
    Us ke baad phir se first service ke liye 08/06/2018 ko pichle sabhi problem ke sath lekar gaya tha us ke baad bhi koi samadhaan nahi hua,
    1st service ke baad bhi wahi sari problem barkarar rahi mai phir se service center par lekar gaya to unhonay petrol tank ke dhakkan se ek rubber valve se uska valve kat diya aur bola ki ab he problem nahi aayegi lakin bhi bhi problem solve nahi hui. Aur us ke baad bhi average bhi service ke baad 65 kmpl se 30 kmpl par aakar ruk gaya..
    Mai dubara service center bar bike lekar gaya to unhonay bola se sari problem aap ke service me door ho jayegi aap ko 2nd service karanai padegi.. To mane kaha ki abhi to 2nd service ka time to hua nahi hai to unhonay kaha nahi aap ko service karani he panday ji tabhi problem door hogi.. (2802 km aur din lagnay 150 25/09/2018 ko unhonay service kar do jiska job card no. Rjc[protected] hai. Lakin us ke baad bhi koi samadhaan nahi nikla say problem asitis rahi balki ek problum ke baray me aur pata chala ki bike clatch chodnay par jhatky le rahi hai to unhonay kaha ki clutch plate me kuch play hai to mane kaha ki aap ese sahi karo to unhonay service manager mr veeresh sharma ji ne kaha ki ye tecnikal problem hai ye ase hi rahaygi is ke liye hum kuch nahi kar sakty sari ct 100 me yahi problem aarahai hai to many in se kaha ase kase ho sakta hai. Lakin unhonay koi sunao nahi kari aur bola jaaiye aap complaint kar digiye. Is liye bahut majboor hokar mei ye complaint aap ko likh raha hu.
    Asha hai aap meri problem ko samajtay hue jarur karyawahi karyngay. Anytha mujhe na chalay hue cansumar court ki sharan me jana padega.

      Don't buy bajaj bikes.in one or two year bike go to mislead. But i'm facing problem till i purchased. Not a satisfactory product. Service is also super bad. Many problems in bajaj bikes like pickup, starting, clutch plates, break, engine overall bikes has many problems. So don't purchase bajaj bike and aware everyone about this. Choose other brand honda, hero

        Yesterday i have visited to dewan bajaj service center for servicing of my bike discover 100 t. My bike having starting problem, it is not starting several times.

        Once i received my bike after the service.in first seen, i have found it is not even washed, no engine oil change and no co tuning.

        While i described all these pending unserviced items to manager. They behave rudely with me and said that we have done the service of your bike and you have to pay service amount to release the bike. I have paid rs. 908 just for the name of bajaj brand service.

        Is this the customer service by bajaj.?

        You are just making a fool in the name of bajaj by your dealer.

          I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 cc some 20 to 25 days ago but the piece is defective as there is starting problem and it stops any time. While checking the same on youtube it shows carbonator problem. I took my bike to sn automobiles sopore jammu and kashmir for necessary replacement after i urged for the same he hardly took my bike and told me to come after 4 days. After 6 days he called that bike is ready when i go there and took my bike after i ride my bike for 3 min the problem was there. They did not do anything with the bike and is therefore a cheating case. If they did not do anything with my bike how could they call and tell me bike is ready.in the mean time the battery too is not working now which was perfectly ok when i deliver my bike to them. My bike is still pending at their work shop with the stauts as it was.
          You are requested to either solve my problem immediately or keep your bike with u and refund my money otherwise i m ready to approach consumer court.
          This approach of your dealer has irritated me alot. Despite clearly asked to replace the defective part he didn't do the same.
          If bike has some manufacturing problem please arrange to replace the same as soon as possible.
          Hope your goodself will take the matter on priority and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          From last two services of my ns 160 i was telling the service centre that vibrations and false noises are increased in engine .but they neglected .so this time i showed it in another service centre they are saying that there may be problem in crank shaft.but my warranty has finished last month as my bike completed 2 years .so why i should pay for the mistake of showroom.i have used many other company bikes .but this is the worst experience .bajaj should take some actions on it.bajaj should take care of customer satisfaction

            I had gone to bajaj pr bajaj (11806) for bike service.
            Pulsar rs 200 non abs model bike.
            They charged four times labour charge for changing clutch cable and also mentioned it as four units labor charge. The labour charge was 62/rs and they charged 62*4 + gst = 290/ rs
            And to change a mirror just to tight a screw they charge rs 72 and mentioned in the bill and when i asked about the labour charges the manager said that it is company's charges to charge this amount...
            How can a company charge a customer four times labour charge for one spare part???

              I have purchase 31th august 150cc pulsar bike but on dated 30th september bike battery was not working due to this we are unable to start the bike and same day i have hand over to service but date no response from delier side and bike was stand in delier service center .

                I gave my pulsar 150 for chain sound problem thrice they are saying chain is tight and lessening it but the is not at all cleared all the three times the same answer i got from them. I asked a outside mechanic about the sound they told that chain set is gone. I told the same at showroom, the showroom mechanic said no they will not get worn at 4000 kms it is all about chain tight. They did nothing.
                And 2 days gave it second servicing the chain sound has not been nullified and newly got scratches on front mudguard and rear one. After servicing new sounds are coming. When i bought the bike they gave the invoice of bike after 10 days, tr after 15 days and gave a wrong ph no on my tr. Very bad servicing no responsibility at all.

                I have as 200 bike. My bikes shock absorber failed. Hence I change it in July 2018. But it failed in September 2018 of price 2800/-. I replace it from Bajaj service provider .but when I am asking for warranty and guaranty to provider. He regret warranty. Please give me proper suggestion.
                Today Full page Advertisement of bikes in AmarUjala Agra given. Offer is 4.99% rate of interest by bajaj finance. I visited Sheel Auto Agra.I was told it is not available. I can get 11% ROI only from other finance companies.
                I called for further enquiry to HO Pune no [protected] but could not get an answer. Want to purchase platina.

                        When i took my bike for first service, i had pointed a few issues to the service center. Apart from the regular oil change and related services, nothing was fixed. I had categorically pointed out the issue in fuel tank (Point #2 in attached image - avenger first service).
                        When i received my bike, the service people told me they had changed some part due to "manufacturing defect", but never gave me the proper bill for it. All i got was a manual handwritten receipt. They said they would give me the system bill the next time.
                        When i went back to them the second time saying the fuel tank issue was still there, they said it is a manufacturing defect and they will change it. Again the original system bill for 1st service was not provided. As per the system (App), the bill shows rs 421, but they have charged me 1421, not sure what was the extra 1000 for?
                        My bike has been staying with them for more than a week now. First they told me they are "fixing" the fuel tank issue, when i called them to pick my bike up, they started telling me that the "desired part" is not available with them.
                        My request: given this is a brand new bike, the service people have been playing around the bike and changing parts as per their will without providing any details in writing. Also, the genuine defects are not being taken care of. I would request bajaj auto to keep the bike (Given you have multiple manufacturing defects identified by your own service staff) and play around with it as much as you want. And return me the money i paid you for the bike which is around inr 1.18k

                        I have finally received my bike, but not sure whether I should be closing this complaint.
                        When enquired about the time taken, the service center responded that people at "Bajaj" had not sent them the correct part for fixing the manufacturing defect.
                        Having said that, I feel this is negligence on behalf of Bajaj who seem to be interested only in selling but do not care about the after sales service.

                        However, there was no acknowledgement number nor an acknowledgement email.
                        Hence I believe, the complaint might go unnoticed.
                        Having said that, I am proceeding to https://consumerhelpline.gov.in to post a complaint there as this might turn into a serious problem.
                        My issue of the fuel gauge is still not fixed!!!

                          I recently purchased bajaj avenger 180 from popular bajaj bangalore, from the first month itself april 2018 it had starting problem they have repaired it thrice but still the problem is not resolved and now it's not even starting once and everyday i have to push to start it which is frustrating and disappointing and the bike smoothness is not there, so could you please look into this matter at the earliest and resolve it.

                            I had bajaj avenger 150 which was buyed nearly before 2.5 years now the problem i am facing is the color start to corrosed and disapearing from steering and front jumpers. I had also complain to the local service dealer of bajaj but they refused by saying that my bike was now out of warranty. Kindly do need full and resolve my issue as within a 2.5 years of color is disapearing is very bad.

                                This is to inform you that I have purchased a Bajaj Avengar 220street from Neha Auto Plaza, Habra on 19th August 2018 (Delivery Receipt Attached), but till now the vehicle has not been registered. Now from last 10 days they are telling me that my license is manual that is why they were not able to register the vehicle and for that I have given a particular(Attached) from Barasat RTO. Again they are telling that the particular is also not valid. Below are the two person with whom I was intersected during this time-

                                They are making false commitment every day and whenever I call them they are telling that they will update but they never call back instead I need to call them for the update. Even some times they don't bother to receive the call. I have purchased the vehicle to use not keep in my garage, so my sincere request to you to intervene and help me out to get rid of the situation.

                                I am attaching the all documents which I have got from the dealer including the Delivery Receipt and Insurance. Also attaching my license and license particulars which I have given them.

                                  I bought my bike avenger 180 street in feb month of year 2018 from garve bajaj dealer placed near wakad in pune. My bike is clearly under warranty.

                                  I was given the bike with defective battery due to which i have been facing self start problem since the first day and i have been frequently going to service center regarding the same problem. They are not completely resolving my problem rather they are doing some temporary fixes which hardly takes 2-3 weeks to turn into major issues for my bike.

                                  Recently on 6th of october i gave my bike to service center for the same problem the kept it for 2 days and returned it without fixing it.
                                  Saying that we are not responsible for battery changing and issues regarding the same. They also said that i myself have to go the battery dealers and show warranty card to get a new battery.

                                  I believe this is clear an unprofessional behavior shown by service center staff there as they are helping rather they are expecting me to solve such problem even when my bike is under warranty. As if i have bought battery from some where else.
                                  They should be responsible for delivering defective battery to me and should take necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    Many of the news shows that pulsar 200 ns fi with abs launched, but no information regarding this in your websites and also in customer care services. We being indians want to buy bikes from our country manufacturers, but you people not providing proper information about the colour variants available in 200 ns. (When i called customer care, they say no update available for 200 ns about colour variants from the company). I am really not satisfied with your services and updates. I think you people are incapable of competing with other manufacturers.

                                    Very bad experience. Worst service. There were only few issues which I've asked to be serviced but even those things were not addressed. Even they didn't do a basic water wash in the free service. Very worst experience.
                                    The damaged parts are clearly visible, and I've clearly explained about the parts to be replaced but they haven't do it.
                                    My dad Auto Number is KA O2 AD 8971 given service on October 1st but the person is not given proper service and charges also very high but auto problem is not solve

After date of purchase i face problem regarding missing and running stopped the vehicle. But they didn't resolved my problem yet. So that this is worst product of bajaj i think.                                         Madhur saboo from surat own pulsar 220 bought on 16/6/2017 driven only 9600 kms.
                                        Shivm bajaj service center told me today ki aapke bike ka chain set khatam ho gaya hai, use change karwa lo.
                                        I don't understand ki maine har service par chain spray jo ki 220 rs ke kareeb ka hota hai karwaya hai uske baad bhi chain set kaise khatam ho gaya.
                                        And amazing face is it's only 9600 kms, local quality ka chain set bhi 150000 ya 20000 kms chalega.
                                        No +be reply from customer service as well as service center.
