Parts issue in bhavanagr aroma bajaj
I have some mejor issue in my bajaj pulsar 200ns but they dnot have any parts its take 1 month and at that time i dont receive my bike so please do some work and little fast
Such a poor service u guys are providing to ppl first of tell y 5 year bike insurance is compalsery why u guys charging 5000 etc per bike if some one want to take bike on loan .what evry
interst will b thr .we hav to pay .we agree .but why u charge 2000 rs for file seprate.explain it and contact on [protected]
Pulsar 220 is is being stolen from many parts of our country. So i guess you are definetely geeting the reports of this, so why you are not taking any inneciatives to make the bike hadle lock much stronger because we normal and middle class people are facings many problems.

    I just leave my pulsar As150 for oil leakage problem in bajaj showroom...they took 10 days to deliver the vehicle... I also paid the cash amount for the bill even after that the oil is still leaking in my bike.

      I have bought bajaj avenger cruise 220 on 14th july 2018,
      Between 1 month panel of wind glass got the rust, from where i bought my bike that showroom (Navavadaj, vyaswadi) is permanatly closed, so i complaint to another
      Showroom (Iscon) but they are not showing any responsibilty against customer, after so many argument they replaced my bike's panel.
      Now my bike have just copleted 2 months and other parts of bike got rust, please checkout the attached image for more information and i dont want to complain in showroom again and again, so i just want permanent solution for this issue.

      I have build trust with bajaj vehicles by driving pulsar for 14 years. so I decided to buy avenger cruise 220, but I found that whatever trust I build was fake, as I am not satisfied by having avenger, just in 2 months my bike got rusting problem still I don't believed that my NEW bike got rust.

      Instead of replace the bike I gave my bike at service center to remove rust, no one like that his new things got the problem in 2 months.

      Service center person wants to color my bike’s parts so they just cover rust by coloring the part, means it may be possible that in future it will happen same issue again and I have to visit service center again to solve this problem and my life is gone like this with this bike.

      Still problem is not solved, It’s have been 3 days that I gave my bike to remove rust but I don't have any updates from service center, they took my bike to remove rust and there is no phone or updates. Mr Daksh from sabarmati branch who took responsibility to give my bike with good condition but I never found this person at sabarmati branch not even on call.

      I bought avenger cruise 220 in 1, 07, 000 rs and it is not small amount for me, and it is my first bike that I bought with my own money.

      So I request you to either give me all new avenger cruise 220 with guaranty that will not having problem like this or give my money back.

      After 4 days they handover my bike to me, result : still some rust is same as it is, no change in that .
      I don't want to keep this bike with me. Please I request you to give my money back or replace this bike..
      Bajaj avenger 220 cruise 2nd service after service getting out from service centre bike not started by self start after calling service centre mechanic come and checked said that their is the issue of one way clutch company didn't have part we have ordered when it will we will replace till u have to start by pushing in gear ur bike

        Whenever i ride my bajaj v12 bike after being parked in direct sunlight for half an hour, engine stops automatically after riding 1-2 km like fuel emptied suddenly & then i have to wait at least 3-4 minutes to ignite engine again.
        Service center people were not able to solve this problem.
        Facing this problem from the day one of purchasing this bike.

          Sir Maine 2016 me pulsor 150 bike like this, jabse Maine liya hai tabse 8 baar timings chain change ho gya hai, aur engne ka har ek parts change ho gya hai, lekin bike ki voice nahi sahi hue, har mahine mujhe service center jana padta hai, engineer bhi dekh chuke hai lekin koe sahi nahi kar paya, warranty khatm hone tak o log sirf engine kholte the aur thoda idhar udhar karke pack karke bolte the ki sahi ho gya fir 4-5 din awaj aana suru ho jata hai, ab o log bole ki warranty khatm ho gae, ab paesa lagega, aur Maine paesa dekar banwaya, lekin fir awwaj aani suru ho gya, bike sahi nahi karte o log aur bs warranty khatm ho ki baat kRte hai, mai bahut jyada paresaan Hu sar, bcoz I m students, apni Pocket money se aur dosto se paese mangkar banwate hai bike, plzz sir meri bike ki problem solve karwa dijie hamess ke lie plzz sar, agency me meri koe nahi sunta,

            I'm naveen from karnataka, i was bought pulsar 150 bike in the year of 2013 sep,, now it got engine valve and bore rings, clutch assy, the bike is not giving any of smooth driving, i have met the mechanic, he identified the issue kindly tell me, what is the procedure, till how many days my warranty period is valid, and whom i should contact, the engine warranty is 5 yrs right, pls kindly do a needful to me,

                I have a bajaj pulsar 200 rs, i recently got it serviced at amin bajaj lal darwaja and i have paid approx 5000 rs for the work in which i have done gear work also, at first time the work was not done proper and i have to keep my vehicle again for 2 days, they told me the work will be completed in 10 days but they took about a month and inspite the work was not satisfactory, and i am not satisfied by the work, now today in the morning when i drove my vehicle to my office, i observed oil leakage from engine, and now i am really frustrated due to the improper work, i need a complete solution for my bike as i have paid them whatever amount they asked me for, i will not pay a single penny for now, i myself am an automobile engineer and i work for maruti suzuki in service department, so please do not try to manipulate me and i need a proper solution and i am going to take this case in consumer court.

                I have same compalent for my bajaj pulsar 220f the fairing was very loud vabretion noice and i am not ejoying for riding and they are no proper comunication with me and do not give me proper service that reason i am not going to your service point for servicing

                  I bought v15 in the month of march 2018, i have taken a ride for 1 month and i got issue with battery and the electric start is not working. I contacted the service provider with the issue. They have kept the charging for the battery for the first time to see if the issue resolves, after riding for 15 days still i got same issue. I went again to the service provider to let them know about the issue and asked them to replace the battery but they charged the battery again and gave it to me. Again after 15 days it gave same issue. Third time again i went to the service provider, this time they took 15 days to replace the battery. I have take the ride for 2 months and now again the better seems dead and the electric start is not working. I am getting frustrated with the service. Within a span of 6 months of since i bought the bike i had to go the service provider for 3 times regarding the issue. I am getting frustrated with the bike. This will be fourth time that i had to visit the service workshop reagrding batter. Let me know what should i do now. Do i need to sue the company for providing a faulty piece in the name of ins vikrant.

                  Customer care or, auto reply messages are simply copy paste works. They keep on sending the same messages as... We would like to investigate...

                  Until serious steps are going to be taken, the team doesn't react to our complaints. I also have the same issue with the V15 battery. I will be receiving the same auto generated reply. There is no battery available in the whole of North Eastern states for V15, that is what i was told at the service center while i went for replacement with the warranty period. Its better to approach the consumer court for smooth and faster solution for my money invested on V15.

                    Hi, i had given my bike (Pulsar 150cc) for service in a authorized bajaj service center. Without my knowledge they have taken my bike to a local mechanic shop (Multi brands) to service which is not acceptable.. Moreover they had committed only 2 days for service but it's been 4 days now till my bike is not serviced and i have not got my bike back..

                    How can we trust you guys next time. Instead of going to company service center, we can prefer local mechanics itself. At least they will not cheat like bajaj employees.

                    I had taken photographs of the employees and service center. If necessary i will register a proper complaint with bajaj and consumer service.

                      We have availed bajaj two wheeler auto loan with your Chennai branch office, Two Wheeler loan Number - L2WCHE04290873, Name p Priyadharshan, Neft Clearance Bank Branch: Indian Bank Velachery, Sufficient amount available in account from 01 Sep 18 onwards for NEFT clearance, But bajaj loan collection party told cheque bounced,
                      when the under signed inquired with same bank manager for the same, reply received they are not received any neft clearance from bajaj since 03rd Sep 18.
                      PFA photo copy of bank balance statement,
                      Kindly direct your office to collect the due amount from bank direct via NEFT.

                        I bought my bike rs 200 at the date of 31/08/2018
                        I submit a complaint with vibration in plastic right side of head light

                        I was informed to mentioned all the problems when put it on service

                        I did mentioned them
                        But my bike vibrating more then before its became bad to worse please

                          The after sales service of "anita bajaj" is very poor. I have purchased a new bike from anita bajaj and with some cause i met with an accident. And broke up the sidemirror and a indicator.
                          I went to the bajaj authorised service center i. E. Anita bajaj and there the manager asked me to come tommorow.
                          I just gone the next day then again the manager said to me you are too late to come came again after few days
                          I went after few days then they said me that the accessories are not available you can get within few days
                          Every time when i go there they asked me to come afterfew days

                          The after sale service of this dealer is very poor and i must say that the higher authorities must have a vew over this

                          And please avail card payment mode

                            I dragged my ns 200 to service center...3 times in a month now because staff is irresponsible and i was not given any service. They only make excuse like lack of workers or part everytime! I am tired of me fooling around like this! If you can't provide a proper service why the hell you have authorized service center to just fool costumers! Look into it!

                              I purchased my bike pulsar 180
                              Four days ago nd from day one it is creating problem.
                              1-it is starting in at least 8-10 attempts in morning.

                              2-it is taking air at the time of running from day 1 nd machine is shutting down at time of running.

                              I went to showroom and they changed my carburettor, they checked the rpm level nd checked the co level also but still my facing the same issue. Plzzz let me know the solution as i ride only 230kms

                              Very careless service in papular Bajaj Uttarahalli I have submitted my bike here almost back 20 days but still thy are saying it's panding u LL get in 5 days

                                My loan amount is finished, but as on date i have not got my noc i have my registered mobile no is [protected] but i forgot my loan no and photo copy of registration number is enclosed i have finished my load amount about 1 year ago but till date i have not got my noc regarding the above said issue my bike registration no is jk11b-1537 in the name of jatinderpaul singh s/o inder singh kalakote rajouri (J&k)

                                  Sir/mam i brought bajaj avenger 180 model on 6 august 2018.in the first service at bagga link, link road karol bagh.in the first service they said there is a battery issue and they took the bike for five days. After 5 days i recieved the bike and within a week again the same battery issue arise. I went to service center again and this time they said the connection were loose and now the bike is fine. But after using the bike for 1 day i am facing the same problem again.

                                    My vehicle num is KA55 3841 AM FROM HEALTH ISSUE so i delayed payment for 3 years hinduja finance people is asking high intrest for my 3 loans for 15.000 but finance people asking 70.000 what i do pls help me i will pay the amount for loan 15000 and intrest 5000 total i pay the amount 20.000 pls help us and contact the hinduja finance pls pls help me am in health issue am heart patient plese help me i will pay 20.000 rs amount pls solve my problem and pls close my loan and i want noc for loan pls pls pls solve my problem

                                      Staffs are not responding properly, they are giving worst response. Why bajaj keeping this type of worst dealers and irresponsible staffs.
                                      Am given complaints about the v15 my vehicle fault
                                      My complaints and bajaj staff reply about complaints
                                      1. Engine produced heavy vibration and noise at above 40km speed. (Bajaj service center staffs reply v15 vehicle is failure model)
                                      2. Battery and self start not working (Battery worked properly 3 months only). (Bajaj service center staffs its not my job go and claim warranty from battery vendor)
                                      3. At the time running engine will stopped and totally restart the process. (Bajaj service center staffs reply v15 vehicle is failure model)

                                      I am not satisfied for service because service is very poor in their mechanic are not qualified they give me unnatural answer about bike they can't wash my bike and other services.

                                      Thank you for your responding this issues. And then am already 2 times given my complaints in Bajaj customer care through phone calls and emails but no response from Bajaj customer care. am not received any calls and emails. I thought the Bajaj customer care service department is waste and they are wasting my time also.
                                      Note :My Bajaj dealer (maanikkam motors, medavakkam, chennai 600100)
                                      Please short out my issues as soon as possible

                                        Ive owned my bike previous year on april 5th ive have called and made a complaint ' engine noise ' to the toll free number, they asked me to visit the service center atleast once, ive visited today nly, in showroom they are saying that warranty wont cover for u because of oil changing delay, but ive changing my bikes oil as per the user mannual only, there is still more months remaining
                                        I need my engine repair done on warranty as u have said in the user mannual i am not satisfied towards your approach make my engine smooth
