Hi i hadpurched bjaj vikrant v15 since 23 april 2017, from bhawanigarh (Sangrur), but few day back i fel bike is over loaded and warm also so i decided to get in industry to make over it but they was saying disk breaks, kluch plates, and some els should be changed, so i sad ok but after few day they open my bike engion without my permission and said its a foult of engine but i knw engine is under gurnty then why the open this i need to get back my new engion my bike in ludhiana bjaj showrooms becouse i am work in ludhiana so please help me out.

    After servicing from united bajaj service centre patrika chauraha, my bike stop frequently with jerk, due to water inside petrol tank.
    In my 2 nd and 3rd free servicing they charge 400-500rupee for different reason.
    There staff was impolite and it tak 1 hr in service centre only for entry.
    United bajaj show room still don't give me engine plate for my pulse 135cc, i ask for this 3 time.

      I have purchased my pulsar ns200 in the month of december 2017.
      It’s been 9 months.
      In the 4th month itself, my bike’s battery got failed.
      Then after a couple of months i suppose, gear shaft spring got failed.
      Then after a month, bike’s headlight filament got failed.
      In 9 months of span itself, i have faced 3 problems. I don’t know how many problems i am gonna face in future.
      For all the failures, i have been charged money for the replacement of parts. Ofcourse, battery was claimed in warranty, so i have n’t paid for battery. But to claim the battery, i was supposed to wait for 15 days.
      Apart from these, the bike’s rear horns were defective (Both will not be inline), handle is not straight and experienced vibrations from dome at the time of purchase.
      This is quite disappointing from bajaj auto for not producing quality products.
      I would never ever suggest bajaj bikes to any of my fellow beings.

          I have bought a cid unit for my pulsar 200ns the mrp in the box is rs.1042 and mfg date is aug 2017, but now the updated mfg 2018 rate is rs.1142, what i bought was mfd 2017 product but even though they invoiced me with rs.1142 the updated 2018 rate, i asked them but they told it was online bill and we can't give it to the box price. I complained the customer care but there was no solution they ask me to return the product and get back the amount which was not a solution. I want the difference amount back and need a proper solution against this problem. I too have complained with bajaj customer care, the reference number message is as follows, "dear sir/madam, thank you for your communication. Your reference number is isr-412367. Our dealer sriram bajaj contact no.:[protected] will coordinate for local assistance." but they didn't solved this problem

            Bought a bajaj avenger 150 street in december 2016, in the 3rd service that is in june/july itself i get to know that my clutch cable is damaged and needs to be replaced also my odo meter was tripped and reset down to 0 after showing 9999 kms... And again the count started from 0 when i showed this to the service center guys they said it can't happen!
            Also i took the amc of their service center hoping it will be good, after it was suggested by them.
            Later onn..
            Secondly, for many weeks after the 3rd service my new bike wasn't starting in the first self, it used to take long time to start i again took it to the service center they kept it for 2-3 days nothing happened for a day or a two again on the third day the same exact problem began... Finally one day while returning from rabale to mulund my bike stopped and weird sound started to come from the exhaust and the engine i and i was not able to ride the bike further... I called service center for road assist they clearly denied and also i asked that what was done in the servicing they were clueless and said we can't do anything sorry u can bring the bike to us... But how can i when it's not even in the condition to drive... So i decided to show it in a local garage at airoli where i came to know that the carburettor wasn't cleaned it was full of dust and also the engine oil wasn't changed... So they charged me for doing nothing in this 4th service...
            And now yesterday while coming home from office to my home my gear spring got broken after 5th service which was done half month ago from same service center itself... And when i call them to pick my bike up and get it done they said we don't do pick ups and service for any breakdowns they don't have any manners how to speak to their customers one of the guy who serviced my bike kept phone on table and started scolding to the receptionist that customer is complaining that in 2yrs how these faults are occurring, what am i suppose to tell why did u transfer this call to me...
            And while asking for amc deal they talk so sweetly...
            What should i do now? Are we customers just taken for granted? Is this how these people deal with their customers?

                  I own a pulsar as 150, 2016 model . I have done all the periodic service at perfect time till date. It has done around 30000km. But the bike breaks down frequently, now there is problem in the engine. I've been spending money on that bike like crazy !! Again if i need to make that bike in running condition i have to pay a huge sum of money, What is the meaning of this ! Is this the quality of bikes that you produce ? I request some sort of help from the company or at least take the bike back and bike the corresponding amount.

                    I have purchased a motor cycle (Pulasr 150cc twin disk) from auto aquarium last month (August 2018) and loan agreement number is l2ahgl06165915. My down payment amount was rs.27000 and fixed emi amount rs.3379. But the finance company deducted rs.118 two times (1st on 28th august 2018 and 2nd on 12th september 2018). I still do not understand what the hell are they doing with my bank account, why this amount have deducted from my account. Please give me more information about this two transactions. Otherwise i will go to consumer court for any hidden charges.

                      I purchased a brand new avenger cruise 200cc in this year (2018), right from the very next month i am facing self start issue. And this model doesn't provide a kick start. I got struck in middle of road for 3 times.

                      Bajaj service center team checked and informed that they replaced the required parts in warranty but of no use as i still have the problem active. Totally tired following up for a permanent fix.

                        I have been a victim of identity theft where my personal information has been misused by some fraudsters to acquire loans from various banks & institutions (Including yours) using my name, pan & aadhar details.
                        I have already provided all the necessary documents as proof that this loan outstanding does not belongs to me.
                        Your staff person mr. Umesh utekar working in bajaj finance goregaon mumbai office is already aware of this fraud & has been to powai police station for help & investigation purpose.
                        The culprits have been caught by powai police as on 18th aug.
                        I have been chasing your team since last 4 months to rectify this outstanding from my cibil but they always revert with the same statement that your team is still investigating.
                        I am unable to understand what your fraud team is doing since last 4 months as these fraudsters are already in police custody.
                        I request your intervention & ask the concerned team to get involved & rectify my cibil asap.

                          I bought a bajaj discover 110 blue colour from sai automobile showroom at manesar,
                          Gurgaon, haryana. They show themself as best seller of the india at the time of sale but after that respond not good when i have any query they said not sir it is not like that.
                          I face a problem during 2nd service time, not any information how much time they will take for the service during washing workshop manger said sir there is no need for the service here you can go and take your bike that's should be not good for him. So please take some action so that i mange your image for me and for other also. And i thing this was my last bajaj bike which i bought for the future i will think 100time before buy a bajaj bike.

                            fraud against repair of my bike

                            I have repair my bike on 10/7/2018 because my bikes kit piston was damaged and the mechanic was repaired my bike and chainge my chain set, break shoe with kit piston and we have received the vehicle without any sufficient trial after that when we trial the bike we got a sound from chain set and we go to jammu motors and asked mechanic for the chain sound repair and he said this sound is from engine and i have a doubt in my mind that before...

                            I have claimed insuarance on my bike 16 days ago at salasar bajaj bhiwandi. They ensured me to give my bike in one week time first they did not call me even a single time when i call them they say we will give your bike in one day two day. Today they call me to pick my bike up as they have completed the work. But when i reach there service centre they are telling me to wait for another hour we havent finished your bike repairing. What the hell is this bajaj is providing there costumer. Stupidity at its worse.

                              My name is d. R. Venkatesh a software executive working in hyderabad recently i have purchased pulsar 150 classic on 31-august-2017 from select bajaj uppal hyderabad. Right after three days of my purchase the vehicle strange sounds started coming from engine whenever i apply a gear it start giving me a strange sounds when i approached select bajaj hyderabad and the mechanics are unable to solve the issue and stated me that some engineers are coming from pune to check only my vehicle i havent rode even 100kms i have faced a lot of inconvenience by purchasing bajaj pulsar classic. The manager and the staff are very rude and it has
                              Been a very bad experience with bajaj. I kindly request you to issue a new vehicle or solve my problem with utmost priority. If not done in 10 days we are forced to knock the doors of justice i expect a firm reply from u as early as possible and u hope the mental torture i have been experiencing is peak by purchasing bajaj vehicle which i wouldnt reccomend to anybody.

                                In uppal, select bajaj pulsar service centre, there are not doing service in proper manner, simply changing enginee oil and handovering bike as service bike, even there are changing mirrors, service is blender, plaese look into the matter.

                                  Had purchased a bajaj dominor 400 at vst bajaj in bangalore. Its hardly been close to 8 months and first three services till date was done at your service center. Recently while riding back home from wrk this chain was undone and avoided a big accident. When bought it to the service center the engine had a hole from the impact. No updates frm the service center. Its been 5days?
