    Dear sir, i had purches 200ns from your santolia bajaj. After date of purches i face problem regarding gear shifting and poor pickup. But they didnot resolve my problem yet. So that this is worst product of bajaj i think. And the service centers of bajaj not capable to resolve my problem where i visit the service center 6 time regarding this problem at sonthalia bajaj

      My bike falte has may took told him but not clearing missiuse of my mind set of this bajaj bike model so many time has told him but not take my issues with my bike but bill has very higher amount

        It's been six months since i bought my ns 200. And now the unwanted noise comes from my engine. That sounds like some bolt has fallen into the engine. So i go to your service center. But they say it's a normal tank vibration we can fix it. After they correct it, the sound is coming from my engine again. The same sound
        Comes from my bike even after they fix it. The engine is very hot after this problem. I don't know what is problem is exactly. So please give me a solution. I am only six thousand kilometers away. (This is my 1st compliant)
        After this you guys give me the coimbatore service manager number. And then i called that number and told my problem. He told me to come to the service center. So i went to that service center they check my bike and say we will check it and call you. Afrer 2 days they call me and said your vehicle is ready now you can take your bike. And they said the reason for that noise was that some seal was loose in the engine. I was charged 150 rupees for this service. After 2 days i face the same problem. So please give me a effective solution...!!!

          Hi my name is rohan meshram, i brought avenger 220 cruise on 31 august 2018 from chandrapur bajat outlet, as i am going through paint job it's fine, i never went through chrome work and rims (Wheels) on bike, after a week from buying this bike i see major rusting on both the rims and on other parts as well, i went to showroom and complained about the faults but they didn't care to listen and gave me random answers, saying it was my fault and water around my place, but i said it's been a month only, bike bikes don't rust in a month, i checked the other bike in the showroom standing for sale, had the same rusting issues rusting on wheels on both the wheels, but showroom people don't seem to pay attention. Please help me with the issue, because the bike is new and i see older bikes with no rusting, may be the coating is not done properly or there is no antitrust coating applied.           I have same issue with new avenger cruise 220, many parts of bike got rust and i gave my bike in service center, they took 3 days to solve the issue but i don't have any updates regarding this, so its company manufacturing issue. Company should give our money back or all new avenger with no issue garranty.

            I have purachased bajaj v125 last year on dipawali but i got registered my vehicle in 18/5/2018. Still they are asking money for rc card. As all the payment already given by me. I found my registration number on may this year which is mp46mp6877. Until and unless i know fee of registration was already taken out by dealer at the time of purchase. Kindly request u to please resolve this issue

              starting problem for avenger 180 biv

              My name is shekhar. I buyed a avenger bike in march 2018 when i buyed. A bike after 2 months it's gets starting problem. And i completed to show room they told there is a problem in one way chutch they solved it. And again 1 month. The same problem camed when am in heavy i traffic. I went to bike show room i completed again. They are not responding on my complete this is the fourth time am getting this in starting problem when am driving...

                One emi bounce towards of rs 2701 so i made that amount via online payment after 4 hours still it is showing that amount not received

                  I have purchased avenger 220 street 2018 model in january. After just 3-4 months. Its self-start started to give problems. Whenever i try click start, its display blacked out. It is not getting started. Once i went to service centre they said one-way has some problem and they have replaced it. Then again my bike started to have same self-start problem. Then again when i went to service station they said its battery is discharged. So they charged it. Again after a week of charging it i am facing the same problem.

                  First of all i didn't expect such problems with a famous brand. Really!!... My bike ran just 2500km and i am facing problem with its battery. Wasn't the original battery came with the bike?? Because now i am really doubtful of its quality. Isn't the rajiv bajaj service centre (Durgapuri chowk, delhi) capable enough to solve such issues? Because i went there twice and i am again nowhere with the issue.

                  I really need an answer and i either want my bike to be replaced or the battery of the bike to be replaced. I can't just get stuck in the middle of a road giving a self-start to my ever failing bike.

                  Please help asap.

                    Now, i have already reported this issue three times till today to your service center located at phugewadi, pune. Following is the address of service station — sai service bajaj phugewadi, mumbai - pune road, near sandvik asia ltd. Dapodi phugewadi, pune, maharashtra 411012.

                    I did not know what they did to bike but they kept my bike for three days on two different occasions and they said call back us if issue comes back.

                    Now today this is fourth time i am reporting the same issue and they again asked me to keep my vehicle at service station for three days. I just serviced my vehicle on on 4th oct 2018 and two days after servicing i am facing this issue again.

                    Now i want a permanent solution from such a big company for this small issue.

                    You can check the history of my vehicle from your database, how many number of times i have visited your service station.

                    Today i have to cancel my travelling plan due to this issue and its really unprofessional experience from bajaj service, even after i have paid lots of money to purchase your one of the premium product. They have wasted my lot of time.

                    So, i request you to please look into this matter urgently.

                      Bajaj is manufacturing cheap quality bikes

                      Avenger does not contains kick start facility & has self start problem in almost every model and moreover even service center is not able to solve it

                      Problem started with in 3 months of purchase & even after twice repaired by service center (By replacing gear box also) it is not resolved

                      Bike stops working in middle of the road & than have to pull for mechanic search, this is such a embarrassing situation even after paying one lakh rupees price

                      Need my money back as issue started with in 3 months of purchase of bike & still not resolved by company since long time & repetitive trials

                      your regional head Umesh Abhang ([protected]) & sai service center executive Amol Mhadalkar ([protected]) is already in touch

                      Both are not able to provide any permanent solution and playing with complaint since one month

                      I have send legal notice also in the name of Rajiv Bajaj

                      Bajaj is not capable of starting bike at once... it is problem of Bajaj since it has started manufacturing two wheeler ... it's now in DNA

                            Hi, this is shivkumar Saroj with vehicle number MH02DC8170 Avenger 220 I visited Autoden Bajaj service centre Mahim in March 2018/Aug2018 and today[protected] for service when I visited for first service type hey given me astimate cost of RS 8000/- on various part to be replaced which I payed but the kind of service they gave it was one of their worst service..after giving many complain to Area manager Rakesh and then necessary action was taken but still issue unresolved.
                            After that along with first service even I tool AMC worth Rs 2500/- due to which I got blocked and have to come to complete the service.
                            Same issue with 2 time also that bike was not properly services and after complain it was resolved.
                            Today[protected] I visited at 9:30am to give my bike for servicing and staff came at 10am and that to service advisor was not available one girl who was looks after billing she was advising me and just took coupon and ask to call in afternoon to now the status of bike.

                            I asked her they I want to even change the chain spoket and front disk pad so what will be the cost.
                            She told 1700/- for chain spoket + 600 labour charge and 164 for brake pad + 160 labour on that.

                            When I crossed check with Sai service the same part was available bat 1534/- with labour of 150.

                            When I visited in evening to get the bike again I asked store manager Kunal what is the cost of chain spoket he even reconfirm with the same lady and said it's the right price and when I said that the same thing Sai service Bajaj is fig my at 1534/- then why r u charging me extra for that.. instant they change the statement that 1534/ is the price and it's depend onodel of the bike when that have my bike entire day in service centre and labour cost instant they said it's 300 by mistake she must have told u.

                            My concern is when the staff is not trained or not aware then why are they attending customer and giving false infomation.

                            It's clear show Bajaj Autoden Mahim service centre team does not provide accurate and correct information and I don't even trust that whatever part they are charfinf are that getting fix in bikes.

                            I got my bike from Sai service Andheri and almost I got my bike service for more than 3yrs and it's one of the best customer service and even service is good..don't need to visit again with issues but the time I have given my bike for service at Baja Autoden Mahim not even in first time my issues get resolved.

                            It's not only me there are many customer who visit and keep on shouting bcz of service.

                            Rakesh Area manager is even not bother to take care of customer as If he is the only busy person on earth.

                            Worst service centre will not recommended to any one visiting over there

                            When I told that can u just me part chain spoket and dist brake pad i pay for it they denied saying that it's out of stock and same thing was available just few minutes back when I asked to change the spoket ...very upset the way they are managing customer and no one is taking care of customer part..team over there specially that lady who is there from quite a long time she things she the only spoc and keeps on giving false information to customer and it's not only first time all time she gave me commitment and it was a false one.

                            I don't know why she attend the customer when she is not the advisor / manager she is billing team..

                              I recently brought a avenger 180 from Bajaj society motors mcRobert ganj kanpur after one month I went for my bike servicing with some problems like getting a irritated sound from front wheel and average issue fuse problems wiring problems after I got my bike done with service the problems of noise from front wheel with my average more reduced and self start was not working so I have to just ask some my friends for help sir my mobile number is [protected] please do see after this matter as I have to go to service centre like after every two months with my bike reading is 580 till today, SIR I AM ADDING MY FIRST SERVICE INVOICE

                                I have not received the bike number plate till now. I am coordinating with mr. Ajay kapoor for providing the same.

                                You are requested, kindly arrange the same on highest priority. One year has been passed but no fruitful result come.

                                I never expect this service from bajaj which is a big brand.

                                I am taking a long route for avoid the traffic police. I have not do any criminal activity but feel like i am a criminal. How sad this is. 😞😢

                                Sorry to say, but your company spoil our trust. My family was a customer of bajaj since last 40 years.

Company is giving 18 month battery warranty but Port Blair Bajaj service centre giving only 6 month warranty. and now my CDI is not working and they are not giving me warranty for that. Please suggest what to do otherwise i am going to log a consumer case.

                                  I gave my bike for service at kena bajaj, bharuch, gujarat. They kept it there for whole month. After 25 days they said my bike’s battery had broken terminal. Which i could not believe because i had just replaced my battery a month prior. It was a new battery. I demand them to give me a new battery and for the parts they can install the old parts back and give it back to me. I will give it to another dealership in vadodara, gujarat.

L2wbar04545721 i have deposited in my bob a/c no [protected] i have deposite 1/10/2018 rs.1900 i have online check my balance as on date 3/10/2018 balance will be rs.1900 but not cutting my installment, so please i request that you will further process to next time within two day i contact my bank and maintain my right balance
