I had purchased a Bajaj Saffire scooter ( Engine No: CFGBHJ 41645; Chassis No.: CFVBHJ 41524) in the year 2002. This model has since been discontinued by the company.

I am finding problem in getting this scooter serviced due to non availability of trained manpower/ required spares with the local authorised service dealers.

Could you please suggest a service outlet at Delhi / Noida where I can get this scooter serviced satisfactorily. The scooter is presently lying under break down condition due to failure of luboil system.

    sir,
    i have purchased a bike bajaj XCD125 from the dealer named M/S BANSAL BAJAJ in JIND DISTT. of HARYANA. i am puschased it on 30/01/08 and its engine no is jambpj63180 with chasis no MD2DSJBZZPWJ11949. I have visited service center on13 of march for first service. on that day i havn't got my bike completely seviced. the person ask me to come again on monday. then i visit again on monday dt 17th of march 08 again that person ask me that there is some problem with fuel tank rubber and the speedometer, so you come on tuesday for further assistance. i told him that i can't come again then he ask me that if you wanna you bike ok then you have to come. then next day i again visit the service center macanic check my bike and ask there is problem with speedometer wire, he ask that you have to pay for that if you wanna change and then i ask him that i will not pay him for wire because my bike is just 1month old and it is in underwarrenty then he misbehaved with me and he charge rs 150 from me and hasn't gave me any reciept and still my fuel tank rubber is pending. he has call me again after a week. if this is way to care a valuable customer then there is no self respect for the people. if these type of dealer will bajaj gave to the market then bajaj will loose its prestige. i am old customer of bajaj and i like all the products. still i have two more bike of bajaj boxer and a scooter. i hope you can undrstand my problem and gave me good solution

    I have xcd125 bike it have many problam in spedometre and not give me proper milage of 50 Km/H i am not agree and want to sell
    if some one want to purchase this bike i suggest that he should not purchase.
    My self vinod, I have purchase XCD 125 from TCS Bajaj on dated[protected], after 1st service I see that all the MS part & hardawre got rusted badly, Fuel meter does show reading acurately
    during the second service I complaints both at the service centre
    Supervisor at the centre told me that fuel meter complaint have done.but reading on fuel meter not acuurate & rusting problem remain same there is no solution at the service centre, One more problem of Average with this bike, company claim 109 km/L, but it not achieve 65 km/L it will always less than 65 km /L

    I want to ask Bajaj auto, why he used such low quality material & what is maturity of his warrantly as he given to customer.If Bajaj auto make such type of fake committment, it will not sustains long period in market.

    I hope Bajaj auto will concentrate such problem & provide the new or reparing of such defected component urgently

    Bajaj — Poor Kms and add.charges on free service

    Iam purchasing Bajaj XCD bike on August.First time Ihad got 60 Km/littre after 1st 7 2nd service it was reduced to 55 Km.Now Iam doing the third service, Iam checking I had no expatation,
    The service Engg. talk to me chain is bad want to clean it, chain cleaning is in your agreement but they are charged 85 rupees.Another thing Bike is only run 4700 Kms only. How is chain become bad.
    Third complaint is the tyre become puncher after two week after purchase.Iam inform but they are not changed it.The join of the tube is damaged .Only the second type tubes has only become joint complaint, recognanaised people told me.Why Bajaj is using cheep components.I think Bajaj is a famous company, and have belive them with out enquairy.that thought make me in danger.Iwill complaint 2 times through but no responce.I will think to sent back this bike to Bajaj.Atleast sent me a mail in this adress.

    i have purchased a bike bajaj XCD125 from the dealer named M/S MAYUR AUTO in Dehradun. i puschased it on 29/05/2008 and its engine no is JAURRB17902 with chasis no MD2DSJBZZRPB06665. Its 16 months ibought bike. It ran only 14500 kms. Its cilensor got damaged.I have visited Mayur Auto Engineer Mr. Negi regarding this problem, he told me to change cilensor. I want to know that in just 14500 kms its cilensor is damaging, its not a deal. I want that my cilensor should be changes by the compant itself. i hope you can understand my problem and gave me good solution. My mobile no is [protected].

      I am Pavel form Andhra Pradesh, India, and i own a bajaj avenger motorcycle which i bought from their vijayawada showroom in Andhra Pradesh. the bajaj pro biking stores are only located in three major cities in Andhra Pradesh, India, they supposedly deal in high end c.c bikes.
      every time there is a small requirement for spare parts from fenders to nuts and bolts, their first answer is that they have to place an order which will take a while to be shipped. when bajaj is having exclusive stores and selling their products, am sure they should legally provide the necessary service for the customers. i have a broken gear shifter bolt and my bike is sitting idle for over 10 days in my garage. bajaj service is incredibly slow and no response from the head office to my emails or phone calls.

      what further action can i take to counter the problem

      you are right man as even i am facing a lot of problem to find the spare parts as the pro biking people say that they dont have the spare parts and we have to wait for several days for the parts even though they are minor parts
      no services center in my city
      so i can want help for repair my bike
      i m having bajaj avenger since last 6 months the stearing lock of the bike is not working.After 2 days of purchasing bike i changed the lock of bike.since last month it is not working.I complained so many time for that at manan bajaj service station at paldi(ahmedabad, gujarat) they are saying that the stearing lock is not avilable right now so resolve this problem for me.I suffering from this problem since last month so please solve the problem as soon as possible.

      We have Avenger with my brother. We had purchased the bike last year in February 2007. Due to lack of time we could use that bike very occassionaly. Two weeks back When we took it out for the ride, its piston got blocked suddenly. I had took it to the nearest showroom at Dombivli to repair it but to my worst fate when it happened to seeing the quotation given by the showroom manager, they are charging Rs. 8500 /- for replacing the piston.
      Just wanna understand from all of you, whether this amount is justifyible or not, otherwise i'll have to take it up to consumer court.
      I strongly agree to all above said issues with bajaj pro biking. I have a avenger 18occ. They are really making me go mad everytime i leave the bike for service. The service is poor & the service cost is so high.. We are not getting spares as so ease with these people. for example my rear tube got punchured before 8 months. From that time on i am trying for a tube in bajaj Pro- biking located in adyar Jai autos, Chennai. The tube is not avaible there till now and also tell us to buy somewhere in outside in local shops. They say that MRF is the one who provide tubes for them and they are saying no for tubes to bajaj. Also few service managers in ADYAR even suggested me to get one ENTICER tube and fit in my bike which is shame for bajaj. I would really appreciate if someone takes immediate action on this..

      So, with the forum above, you mean to say that to stay away from Bajaj or only from Avenger..!!!

      ya man as you said they have only one center in a metro city like chennai. i would also like to add up to you... about the silencer. its very bad, it gets rusted very soon and and breaks off. the replacement is costing me 4000 and that too i have to wait for some time to get it.

      if bajaj could do something about the reachablity it would be much better

      Issue i faced since 2006 (3 yrs) :-)

      - Rusted very soon ( handle bar, silencer, spokes etc... ) i[censored] check with service manger u will get the standard reply that water has high chlorinated i[censored] come across this kind of situation better file a complaint against the delear and company i did the same and got replaced my rusted part but this is applicable if it happen with in 3 month of purchase .. only thing u need to have some patient to chase behind them .. definetly they will reply

      - Secondly tyre issue i[censored]r rear tyre got bursted then no way u can buy the tube (which cost 400/-)instead u need to buy the tyre (around 2000/-)..

      - We are not getting spares as so ease

      if bajaj could do something about the reachablity it would be much better
      i also have avenger bike since 8 jan 2009, 1] there delivery van is so worst that they lied down my bike while deliver, 2] there were oil leakage problem, i made 3 rounds to the probiking to get it done, 3] its speedo meter's wheel gear is needs to be changed due to problem since i bougt it, but they keep telling me that parts is not available. 4] while taking pick up its vibrating like hell... but they dont have any ans for this. Pune Probiking...
      Bajaj needs to verify there outlets... or close the production till they cant manage al these.
      dear avenger bike customers i[censored] have any problem with spare parts availability pls inform me . i can arrange u the spares.only thing to do is go to the showoom near by and take the part no of co.and send to my mail..

      I got my Bajaj Avenger 200 delivered in January 2008 frm Jai autos, everything was good until my first visit to the pro-biking service station in chennai (adyar) for the first free service. since then, every time I give my bike for servicing, it comes back with a new problem. Couple of months back I got the speedometer replaced (you will not believe it...the speedo had formed rust on it.. the freakin thing fell off while I was riding)...a week back gave my bike for the 1st paid service and now my speedo has stopped working all together. I hate to say it but after sales service sucks "BIG " time. I have my doubts whether or not all the mechanics working in the pro-biking service station are certified. When you ask them a question relating to your bike, they just blink and at the most give you an idiotic answer which does not make any sense. The only thing they are good at is giving the bike a "waterwash"...to me it is more of an "eyewash"

      I am willing to get Bajaj Avenger 200. However after reading all this I am finding my sel[censored]nder hot water. As I have also find the same limitation with Avanger so far as for every small issue to a major problem you gotta visit the probiking center. And top of this is as they have just two stores in delhi moreover u cannot find ur desired colour there as they give a silly excuse that they dont have space in there store though It can be stored at some other place in back end as well. I waiting for the silver colour to come up, the one thing I am passinated about it the life to the Engine. As I have heard the warranty is for 5 Years and that is to for the unlimited ride.I am really in puzzled between FZS and avanger. Please reply on this I would highly appreciate it
      I agree with all the above comments, spares is a big issue for avenger, its very rare to find and Aryan for choosing bike between FZS and avenger is two different bikes, they don't come in same categories, avenger is for cruising where as FZS is all different its not for cruising. So make up your mind what you want cruising or sporty naked bike. I own avenger 200 and i've tried FZS both of them are different in speed and handling. FZS is silent in maximum torque that you won't even feel any vibration where as avenger will go shouting

      Well, I am so tired of this crap from the Manan probiking service center, Its is very slow, there is nothing like probiking in it, the employees are poorly trained, don't listen and worst of all think they are smarter than us. Being an M.B.A grad I do understand what warranties are like, but these people think I am a fool. The employee takin note of inward bikes, intentionally avoids noting down my defective side light system which stopped blinking, had I not checked the bike when they gave it back they would have escaped the warranty norms, what else, I had mentioned about my rear wheel wobbling since day one, every service I mentioned it, but they never noted it down, just said that they have checked etc... and when I get furious they say there is no entry of wheel wobble for my account in there system so I never complained about it before. They charged me chain lubrication twice without actually doing it. For the service engineers, If you ask them to tighten a bolt here and there, they feel bad and say they are not there to do such stuff, get a sweeper to do it, who ruins the chrome finish around there with his spanners. A bunch of they are. I just want to know the contact number of the regional manager, and am gonna take him to task. So when you buy a Avenger in the city of Ahmedabad, please be strict from day one and very cautious too.

      hi..i m using a bajaj avenger frm last 2 years.n my stearing lock..is broken so i went 2 d nearest probiking service centre..but they told me dat we dont have any rite nw in stock..so..if my bike gets stolen den whom should i blame...if my bike is goin 2 be stole sumtime i m goin to file a case against bajaj den...for sure...so plz provide me d stearing lock as soon as possible...

      Probiking — Replacement of part

      i am having pulsor 200 [MH-12 ED1154]. registered in Pune. i was having a problem of oil leackege, i went for its servicing at Sirode Auto a authorized service station for bajaj pulsor 200. i was asked to replace its Left Crank Case.As it was in warantee period i was asked that they will send it back to compnay, leave it to them, if your claim will be approved your amount will be refunded. it was march that time, since then in each 15 days i am asking these guys about the claim, but no body is answering my query, each time they are saying we will check. its been 5 months now neither they are returning my replaced part nor telling me what had happened to that part.
      please help me.

      am having pulsar 150cc, , after getting back from a service centre each and every time of servicing i got very much tension because of the idiotic service men, my bikes tail end got broken at the first time, and at the second time my mask got scratched by those service, , is this d way of treating a customer ., ., . really in chennai all d bajaj bike centres are useless guys., , .. those targets are only with the sales of bike only, ., , not worrying abt their serives.../ useless , ., , but i dont know the other brands, , .such as hero hoda., ., . tvs, etc, ., kindly if any one on the bajaj show room representatives came to read such a type of complaint, ..kindly make any improvement and dnt spoil d name of bajajjjj, .., ., really i have d idea of buying used avenger bike, .., , after reading this i changed my decision, . really i came to know that bajaj avengers service stations were limited and service were poor, spares unavilable, ., , lots of problems, i love d bike lot, . but because of the above reasons, . i cant able to buy ., ,
      hai my name is sajeev from kerala .my bike is bajaj avenger 200cc oilcooled.its rear breaking is very slowly.now i change its break shoe but i didn't get the good breking now i not satisfied.now what i do?
      yes all your above comments are very true, especially when coming to probiking the center in adayar chennai is very bad, they dont know what they do. but they say that they deal with high end cc bikes. i gave the bike for a paid service and also mentioned to them that the disk brake is very tight, i was asked to collect the bike aroung 5:00 pm on the same day or else they would close off, but when i reached there they were still working on my bike, from 5 to 7 they were working only on the disk but still they were not able to fix it, suddenly they said that the oil cable has to be replaced and it will cost me around 1000 bucks. but when i had a look those had fixed the pipe on the wrong mouth, i found out after comparing a pulsar disk with mine. then they agreed and fixed it up but no use the brake is still tight.
      i bet that they are not certified mech. all no one .
      if you are planning for a good waterwash and ready to pay more for that, then go to jai autos, adayar, chennai, or if you want you bike to be serviced please give it to a local roadside mech, he will do a better serviece than these guys.

      I have been running around for a month now to get a Silencer for my Bajaj Avenger 180cc bike.
      There is not even a single dealer who has this part. The bike is doing good, but the service is worst & pathetic. :-(

      I am planning to buy Bajaj Avenger 200 CC from Bajaj Probiking, HYD very soon.
      After reading all the comments I need strong suggestion from you all whether I should go for it or not. Because after 3 months and speding so much time for research of good bike. I came to conclusion for Bajaj Avenger, But above comments made me think twice before going to buy this one.

      You are absolutely correct about that. But whati can say about this is there are not going to take an action against this.

      Put it out on the papers take the name of the people who did not help you and put a complaint.

      This will make them realise not to take the Indian market for granted.

      I have a Bajaj 200CC 2009 Model. I am experiencing big problem with its rear break. The break s/m is very bad and the bike will never stop if you apply rear break while riding. I found they have changed the break model for newer bikes due to this complaint. The worst part is I ask for a replacement, they said same reply spareparts not available. Now I am waiting for the last 2 months for the breakliver.
      So my humble advice to you guys.. Stay away from bajaj Avenger.. Dont waste your money and Time..
      Service peoples are always saying we can't do now, only tomorrow as small repair like replace a bulb on tail light...also other worse @ spare parts center in which they have no stock available for avenger. In chennai the only service and spare parts called PRO BIKING @ jai autos. i have to ride long way from home (25 kms) to get some spares, mostly i came back disappointed after hearing "NO STOCK". how can they do like that if i raise the service and customer care @ PRO BIKING (JAI AUTOS) as very poor and worse I ever seen.

      Management of JAI AUTOS, Kindly sort out the issues to avoid more complaints.

      They are take a charges of parts and not a single parts are assemble in my bike i.e new but still they take charges
      I GOT MY NEW AVENGER FROM PREETHI BAJAJ SHOW ROOM AT SALEM(TN)...BUT THEY HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED ME AN BROKEN BIKE...NOW WHAT I NEED TO DO FOR THAT...MY NAME IS Roopan.F FROM DHARMAPURI(TN)

        Sir,pl help me. I have purchace the bike 200 cc on 9/12/07 from Shree Sai Auto world, he is sub to sub dealer, and he is very small dealer.
        But this bike has given very bad performance. Meter light has not been worked. I have done free service from Gemimi Bajaj Auto, Bandra, They was rectify this problem , but now again I facing this problem. And now they told me that they can not service to 200 cc bike , regarding Bajaj co. has issued the notice . I went to Shreeram Auto world, kurla but they will not give free service to my bike.
        METER LIGHT HAS NOT WORKING
        BATTERY HAS NOT HOLDING CHARGE

          PLZ CONTACT ME ACTUALLY I PURCHASED A BIKE FROM DEEWAN BAJAJ WITH THE WARANTY UPTO 18000 KM BUT NOW IT CREATING SOME PROBLM IN MY CHAIN SET SO PLZ GIVE GOOD RESPONSE TO ME
          My 200cc pulsar has not even crossed the free service and am facing problem with the TUBELESS TYRES. Kms covered is just 4500 and the steps taken so far by the dealer has not solved the problem. I am one among less than 20 pulsar 200cc customers in our city. It makes me inconvienent in telling the performance of this bike to others with these problems.kindly take necessary steps.
          Hi Dinesh, im Sachin fom goa. Like your i too had the problem of chain set and i had to replace the same with my money and it costed me Rs 1150 approx.It was purely the fault of the servicing guys and they were not ready to accept it.It was making some noise so i took it to the service centre and they told me that the chain set has to be changed since the setting of the same is over, now you tell me how can chain setting get over when your bike has not even done 10000 km and that too when it were servicing guys who used to set it.The thing is it has to be kept at 30-35 mm of slack and these guys used to tighten it up everytime.

            I have bajaj pulsar dts-i. Then after some time my bicke some problem and i went to nerest service center to service the bicke and some spare parts change in my bicke and my bill is 2327RS.After service i drive the bicke i have no change in my bicke and same problem i face.the service center not satisfied against frome (suman bajaj,B-78,SECTER-2 NOIDA).They are not solve my problem again.             To the chief functionaries of BAJAJ.Sir please listen my tragedy.I am in vellore, Vellore district,Tamilnadu,India.I own a pulsar 150cc DTS i,My vechile no.TN-23 AC 6045,,SIR just check the maintanence cost of my bike through your authourised dealers,I rode my vechile for about 34000 kms,at 18 months,i posses good mileage of 63kms/liter...and a single handling user,,the point is iam losing my vechile performance day by day(in-sufficent rear brakes,improper clutch sink,engine noise,vibration on front and back)for every 2500kms perodically iam servicing through authourised bajaj service center,,,But my problem is still on...Please make me to have better answer....
            HI sir here is a complaint belonging to pulsar 150cc purchased on 4/9/07. Engine no:- DHGBFE23722. Frame no:- MD2DHDH22PCE84649. Vehicle regn no:- KA-10J-6761. it is having a rough sound in the engine, i had given complaint to the service department. but they had not did it perfectly. and then i had given to the popular service station at bangalore after the service also i am having the same complaint please make sure that you will solve the problem of my vehicle.

            my bike have some problem and i went to nerest service center (khivraj motors chennai)to service the bicke and some spare parts change in my bicke .After service i drive the bicke i have no change in my bicke and same problem i face NO RESPONCE.then i gave to JAI MOTORS Chennai, there some ploblem solved but my bike normal mileage 52kmpl, but some time i gives 52kmpl, some time 32kmpl, there SPARE HEAD ALSO CHANGED the service center not satisfied against frome .They are not solve my problem again. IT service are not good.please take the action as soon as posible...
            I do face a seroius problem in my pulsar 150cc DTS-i 2006 model bike.             I truely agree all the customer problems regarding Bajaj service centers. For bajaj company what I sinceourly advice is "Making good bike is not important. Giving service is most important and that actually brings the name and faith to the company. Even I do have a complaint on Bajaj Service center (Popular Bajaj, Banashakari, Bangalore). I want to complaint regarding poor quality paint. I showed it to the popular bajaj fellow and he is not ready to accept the problem and infact he blames on my side only. The problem is, the bike is just 6 months old and the paint is faded on the petrol tank (Black colour) inspight of teflon coating. So guys please help me out with some solutions what to do and whom to contact to solve this problem.
            I bought the bike (pulsar 150 CC), in may 2007. the problem that i am facing is, very poor mileage. The mileage of my bike is less than 40. When i approached the service center, they asked me to ride the bike below 40 kph. But still i am getting low mileage. Somebody please help me to solve this problem.
            To whom ever it may concern, im sunil from bangalore, i own bajaj pulsar 150 cc dtsi 2006 model, regn # ka 02 ev 2361, i purchased the bike through loan, im a single user.i dont know what the the bajaj company is manufacturing two wheeler bikes. i didnt had any problem with my bike till 6 to 7 months, after that my bike shock obsorber got damaged then i replaced, after that i replaced chain spracket, then i replaced the clutch plates, after few months i got problem with the engine for that also i spent around 8000rs to 9000rs to get the engine ready. Totally i have spent around 17000rs. After these problems i stopped paying my loan for bike, why should i loose my money for this deffect manufacturing bike. i have 6 months balance.Last week bike recovery agents had come to take my bike, but i didnt give my bike to them. im thinking why the hell should i pay my loan. i have paid Rs.60000 till now for my bike ( down payment + 17 months loan ). so i have decided to give the bike back and recover the money what i have paid till now. i had used Hero Honda Splendor for 6 years before pulsar, i didnt get even a single problem till i sold. my humble request to all who like to purchase bajaj pulsar pls dont buy it. you will get hell lot of problem while using. pls dont suffer after purchasing. pls go for other option.

            Particularly kivraj are Robbers – they charge from top to bottom and the vehicle will work
            Exactly one moth properly. Then it will brake down I have spend almost 25 thousand already on this vehicle On different occasion., if the complaints are not resolved
            I am going to the consumer court and sue them all, I request all the pulsure owners in Chennai also to do the same KIVRAJ guys are fraud ! believe me I have spent 25k on them.

            hi sir, im from Bangalore. i purchased baja discover 135 cc bike on dec 7th 2007, jst 6 months old from Popular bajaj, kamakya(100 ft ring road), bangalore.My main problem is mileage, im getting mileage of 35km/ltr. i have complained this in all the service i got from popular bajaj. but interestingly not even a single person have solved it, even i hav met service manager thrice. First of all he don know how to interact with the customers. I was said by a sales person of popular bajaj that by this bike u can get nearly 60km/ltr, but not even a single i got 50km/ltr.             I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar DTS-i in march, 2007.& Discover 125cc After GET SERVICES IN TCS BAJAJ FARIDABAD it is giving very noise, when i contacted the Dealer he told it is a problem with Piston block n u have to change the Crank also... I was shocked after 6 months only this is problem... for these parts company is giving no warranty...

If these things do so, how could we get confident on SUSEE. At the same time I’ve referred some of my friends for BAJAJ and they too got bike here… If they find these things happen what would they think of me and your service..

            I leave my bike in Susee for service dated 25.06.08. Till now I’m not getting proper response from them. If I make call they are saying that “they want to get permission from the head office..:” It’s amazing how long they are getting permission from you. A WEEK..?

            Meanwhile We’ve opened AMC A/C too. And I’m not giving my bike for mechanic shops but to susee only due to quality of service..
            You please verify my complaint As soon as possible and take proper steps for my favour…

            Hai I am Shiva from Chennai. I brought Pulsar 150 DTSi in December 2007. May month my 4th paid service got over. But within 10 days from the service i got many problems till now Front fork noise, engine noise, back shock absorber got weak, sound in disk everything. My last service was done in Jai Autos but this time they failed to do the service well. They just changed the oil and cleaned the vehicle and gave to me I think. Bajaj will not stay in India for more days I think if they do like this. Now I am going to give my bike service to Jothi Autos, Mandaveli let us see wat gonna happened.

            I Bought the Pulsar DTSi 150 cc bike on[protected] and had gone for 2 free services till now. I had a worst problem with my bike due to engine over heat & engine beating sound and for every service i used to mention in the job card but till now it was not rectified, service persons says that clutch should not be used to rectify the problem and what a crazy aswer given by the service persons as with out using clutch how can go through the heavy traffic. reallly its a bitter experience for me to purchase a Babaj pulsar and another bad problem is that at initial i got the mileage of 60 and then decline to 50 and now it was 35 kpl. really it was astoinshed me to see that the mileage gone to utter position and i had a bitter experience with pulsar

            Earlier my dream bike was pulsar and i am proud to be pulsar but it really rectrospect my expectations.

            i have purchased pulser 150 dtsi, in sept 2007, after about one year instead of regular servicing i am getting milage of only aroud 40 km/lit, but it was said by agent that it will be more than 50 km/lit, in the starting it was said that after 3rd servise i will get good milage but till date milage is same.and sir one more problem is that my bajaj center GOLDRUSH, hazaratganj, Lucknow, U.P is shifted somewhere which i do't know, so i where will i go for servicing??? and a service center near to my home i.e at TAHSEENGANJ, HARDOI ROAD, LUCKNOW is also shifted or closed i do't know, than should i go for servicing in Lucknow,

            I am D.Edwin Vasantha Kumar. i have purchased a Pulser DTS-i Bike at Avadi on 03/04/2008.
            The bike is very smooth and fine. But while thinking about service its very worst, This is
            my experice got from ur service center (Ambattur).

            On 13/12/2008 that was my 4th free service (2070 KM)

            At morning 10.00 Am, i left my bike(TN 20 AJ 6892, Eng No : D49-BPM-52501) for Service
            (Ambattur) with the Problem

            1. Milage problem
            2. Oil Change
            3. Bike getting stoped while going slow.
            4. New Ladies hand bar


            on that eveining i have received the bike, payed the service charge Rs 210.

            I did not take my bike for that week. Inbetwwen a call came from ur service center, i told to them
            it "OK" about ur service.

            On the next Saturday (20/12/2008) . at morning i have put the petrol for Rs 300. i have taken the
            bike to my office (velacherry), while returing to home, Inbetween its gone to reserve i dont known
            what happen to my bike, So that their itself i have put petrol for Rs 200. And than return to home.
            On that night, i did not off the Petrol tank.

            At the sunday morning, petrol tank became empty all the petrol as been fell down.(Petrol came out
            from the Carburettor)

            I have checked my bike with my local mechanic.

            While checking the machanic told that may be Carburettor Scru have dest so that we can clean.
            so cleaned that scru and We have checked with some petrol, then also the petrol is
            coming out.the Machanic told that we want to check inside the Carburettor, And they open
            the Carburettor and adjust the setting of the Plastic brum .And now i fine.

            while checking this we have identified that the another Carburettor scru is missing .Because of
            this only bike engine will get stoped, while going slow

            Now i feell, wheather U might not change the Oil too . U can help me how i can check the Oil
            is New or not.

            So i am very prood o[censored]r service, Because o[censored]r Free Service i had loss Rs 810 (including ur service
            Charge).

            I[censored] cont able to give a good service means ur company name only going to spoil . Now i am felling
            why i have taken the BAJAJ Bikes.

            Now if any one asking me about the Pulser Bike, "what i want to say" or "What i ll say"

            I think that u will reply for this mail. And give me a answer wheather i want to give other service

            i Purchased a Pulsar 180, and the service of the bike was not satisfactory, the bike was purchased a few months ago and already we are getting problems. Your company after sale service is very poor. Your company needs better management and needs to pay attention to the persons who've perchased a baja bike .. your camapny is looding a lot of customers in trinidad and tobago due to poor after sale service...
            I aske the baja service center to explain to me how to change the back tire incase i get a flat ..and i was denided .. Poor after sale service again...

When i have some problem in my byke fuel guage & then i have disscussed with service engineer Vishal Gupta about that he told me we will give u warrenty bcoz u haven't used our company engine oil so that's why u have to pay for fuel guage. So, u tell me is this a specific reason. I have forward many complaints to bajaj company but no such problem is resolved. So, i know from here only my problem can be solved. Pls help me.

            Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc DTS-i — Improper condition of new vehicle

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC DTS-i from M/s. Sai Automobiles Bellary, Karnataka State on 29.01.09 vide Engine No. OHG-BRC64264 & Frame No. MD2-OHO-H22RCK65208.

            On 29th evening, i took the delivery of Bike and on the way to my residence, i came to know that the bike's disk brake is not working properly. First I thought that its new, and it may work after some hours.

            After fourth day (today-03.02.09) also, it is not working (working but the performance is less than a normal brake), At 2 pm, i noticed that some oil leak appears near front disk unit.

            I am surprised how this may happened to a new vehicle from Balaj.

            Since the showroom is 45 Kms from my residence, i am not able to approach the showroom.

            The high beam of headlight is also not set in a right position but low beam is in right position.

            Awaiting your valid advice & comments please.

            Pulsar 220 cc DTS-i — Service

            want to ask you to make aware all your franchises & their Staff that they should do a good job not only in customer handling ( Misleading in other words in good after sales services) but as well in the actual bike maintainence.....for example i have recently got a P 220... nd do not wish to give it for service to any of the bajaj guys... See More for service as the first three services were done at the showroom secvice centers and all of them were shordy jobs...either there was a back brake problem or the dome lights were unfocused properly or the engine was making a wierd noise.....( this i'm telling of experience from three different leading Bajaj Service Centers in the city where i live BLR this is not my first bike i previously owened a pulsar 150 first model). I'd rather give my bike to a local mechanic nd see he folows all the maintainence guidelines in the user manual and pay him some extra money than get a free job done from ur guys.

            Bajaj service center in Najafgarh is not good.They are using adulterated engine oil.and charge high.The washing of the bike is also not proper.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                I am your costumer since 2005,how,because i purchase a bike in 2005 i.e. bajaj wind-125 model. I enjoyed a lot while riding, now i am facing a problem because my bike needs a carburetor rubber which is not available in the market. Not even in the bajaj showrooms, they said its in backlog. So sir i need your concern and help so i could get it asap. Though i am using bajaj new model pulsar dts-i, but still i need my old bike in good condition.

                i purchase xcd and my clutch holder(yoke) is sliped and i am not getting that yoke automotive bajaj ranchi giveing me DJ191053 it consist of leaver, yoke and clutch cable i want to know part number of that clutch yoke only

                hi, I purchased calibre 115 in 2003. it is giving very less mileage i.e. 40km/lit . though I serviced at the bajaj showroom even then there is no improvement. They were saying that carburetor alignment may be the problem. Knidly let me know if any thing can be done by the end-user to improve the mileage .

                  I purchased one XCD125 motorcycle from KVR Motors Calicut for Rs.48610/-. I had purchased one Discover 125 from KVR on[protected]. I exchanged the vehicle for Rs.17500/-. I paid Rs.5000/- by cash on[protected]. I was told for the balance amount I will get loan from Bajaj Finance @ 0% interest. I was of the impression that there will not be any hidden charge for the finance. But now I was told that I have to pay Rs.1469/- as processing charge and Rs 190/- for stamp duty. On knowing the fact I contacted the dealer and told that I am ready to pay the loan amount by ready cash and release my loan agreement and hypothecation to which I was told that since it is already processed, that could not be done.

                  Had I knew the fact, I would have purchased the vehicle by paying ready cash. ( In earlier occassion I had purchased one Caliber 110 cc bike and one Discover 125 by paying ready cash from the same dealer.)


                  A customer deal with your dealer with past experience and I paid for that. It is humbly requested that in future please do not put such advertisement in news paper saying 0% interest, eventhough technically it is correct.

                  I hope that you will look in to the matter and give a reply (not by th dealer but by the company)

                  So do you think Bajaj Auto Finance should give the loan to you for FREE? How do you think they make money then? Which company in this world offers free loans? You are thinking out of this world and expects free lunch.

                  You must have not read their fine print either. Go through the documents carefully under which you signed for accepting the loan. It must be mentioned there that there will be a processing fee and related fees. So 0% interest loan in this world comes without it.

                  i purchased my pulsar 220-dtsi on 28th november 2009 from rukmani motors indore . i beg to say that i have a problem in my rear disc. it makes a sharp noise when pressed, i took my bike to the service center of Rukmani bajaj and they tried to fix the problem but could not fix it . when i said to repair my bike i got reply that "are bhai ye problem to sari 220 me hi hai hum kya kar sakte hai ". what kind of answer that was . even the manager of this service center is not responding .i request to bajaj to please take action over this non sense . this kind of dealers are spoiling your goodwill in the market .

                    sir, we have buyed Bajaj pulsar (150)in april 2007 from Gayatri motors Ghatkesar ,R.R dist, Andhra Pradesh,(PIN 501301) posing to be recgonised by bajaj auto...although he brought it from sri vinayaka mobikes chaitanyapuri x roads, dilsukhnagar ,hyderabad A.P.(PIN 500 060).
                    Since then our bike had self starting problem.it would get started after 2 to 5 seconds of continued pressing of button.
                    In our first servicing,
                    when we complained in Ghatkesar ,they said that some coil was burnt inside. they asked us to take it to Dilsukhnagar. we did and they did some repair.then it was starting BUT its taking some 3to 5 seconds after pressing the button..
                    within weeks the problem repeted..
                    in our second servecing when we reported,this tima they said it was switch problem,once again they took it to Dilsukhnagar and after they returned ,its starting was same taking 3to 5 seconds to start...and once again it failed after some days..
                    in our 3rd servicing when we reported in Ghatkesar ,they said it was our maintainence fault..i got distracted and took the name of CONSUMER FORUM ...then they considered our complaint and said that it was BATTERY fault! they got it refilled with acid and from then it worked for some 2.5 months...in mean course of time our 4th servicing was also done.....
                    now the problem reappeared...
                    now i think i have only one way ... Consumer forum .... what do u say

                    yes the way he choosen is wright the dilshuknagar servicing branch is just cheating the customers 2 days backs i done with my 3rd paid servicing from srivinayaka motors, after the delivering i got the same problems are reapeating when i asked the manager he just told his mechanic to see the problem and solve it, but the mechanic informed me that the self start motor was not working and u have to change and its cost is 1500rs but they couldnt repalce me in warranty...


                    bajaj company has to take neccessary action on the problems facing by customers...

                    and it may battery problem he checked it but he don't know wheathe it working or not. i had rommed around him. till i not solve my problem
                    finally he told me put your bike here and write paid slip. that service center is not working properly . they not even washing it.

                        I purchased my baja XCD125 in Nov 2007. For 2 months it worked fine. But after 1st week of January It started with a unnatural problem. Initially in the morning when I started it gave sound like accelerator is increased but after 2 minutes it came to normal (Mechanic said it is auto choking property). But now it keeps on for more than 10 minutes (i have checked till 10minutes) even at no acceleration. I dont know what is wrong in it. I have purchased from HARSH MOTORS, JAIPUR (Sub dealer of STAR BAJAJ MOTORS, jaipur). Even the mechanic of Bajaj is unable to trace the problem. I am really worried that I have purchased a wrong bike. I used SPLENDOR for 9 years continously but I never faced any problem.                         Bajaj XCD chain sproket broken with in a few months,

                        I bought bajaj XCD and its chain sproket broken with in a few months, its silencer always making sound, if i ask the service centre they are telling to change the silencer, it is giving very less milege like 40km/ltr, battery will go in 6-8 months, worst service i saw so many xcd are same having same problem , why bajaj is manufacturing and giving this type of bad service,

                          Bajaj Xcd-125 — engine oil leaking

                          engine oil started leaking just three days after purchasing (6/11/2007, after 70 km). time and again we approached customer service for solution but the problem is raising day by day and till not solved.

                          I have purchased bajaj xcd-125 in October 2007.. Within the starting days i have faced little bit problems in my bike but i ignored the same because the problem were minors but it shouldn’t be in new bike..

                          But on Saturday dated 23-08-08 i saved very rare from a big accident.. When i running the bike on the speed of 40 km/hr suddenly when i stop the bike by using the leg break suddenly the wheel had jam on the road and the big noise came out.. a car is behind me and the driver just had stopped the car near to my bike..

                          It was really very embarrassing for me that within a year i have to see the new things in my bike..

                          The next day i.e. Sunday i had went to bajaj service station- dada motors -jalandhar city and told them regarding the same.

                          They were very surprised to see that the 'chuda' of bike has broken.. They also told they will send the pictures of the same to the company..

                          But i want to know who will be responsible if i had an accident..

                          I am very upset with my bike.. Hope i will get any appropriate reply from your side..

                          sir i m deepak singh i purchased a bike (xcd-125) from J.S bajaj in the year 2008.but from last one year i m regular making the complaint but they not responding me . so many times I can lounge complaint on tollfree no also, but they are also not giving me sufficent answer to resolve the query .I can also spoke in bajaj regional office delhi and met to the J.K.Arora, but they cannot give a sufficent answer for resolving the problrm .After that I contact the pune headoffice no they also not giving me any response for resolving the problem. Now I m totally fedup with the service you are proving to me. Now you can teel me what I can do.Pls contact me as soon as possible. So many times I can visit the service centre also but all of them making me fool. If my problem not solved by you than you can frequently tell me that you are unable to resolve my problem than I went to the consumer form for the help.

                          This is to inform you tha I had purchased BAJAJ XCD_125 on NOV-2007.aftre watching TV ads.As per the ADs company promise to gv milage of 110kms/Lit;
                          but from since then I am hardly getting 65 kMS/Lit.
                          i had complained many times at the service centre but all the time they are assurig me that aftre some time I'll get atleast 90-95kms/lit but it is already more then 2 yrs.
                          so plz kindly look into the matter.

                          its true. i have the same problem. the byke gave the mileage of 45km/ltr for 2 amd half years- from oct 2007 to june 2010. during that period there used to be staining of the engine with oil. after repeated complaints in the service centres during the servicing there was no change in bykes condition. recently iam turning off the petrol immeditely after stopping my byke. then the mileage has increased to 60km/ltr.if forget, then petrol is getting evoporated and i am not getting the mileage, and it is staining as usual. i have sent my feedback by the card present in owners manual. but there is no sign of reply. my byke number is AP09BL3352, purchased at siddhivianya bajaj in kachiguda, hyderabad. i have given servicing even in RAHUL BAJAJ, hyderabad. but in vain.

                            I got my bike(Discover No. DL 4S BD- 2317) repaired from your authorised servie station swadeshi auto pvt ltd 41 rama road n.delhi 15.i have it insured from new india.iam not at all satisfied by their service.they claimed extra Rs 150 from me for labour chg.i was already paying Rs 550/ as labour chg to new india.I spoke to mgr MK Gupta he was very rude.I spoke to surveiror Mr sagir khan,at first he said not to pay,but when gupta spoke to him he said i have to pay additional Rs 150/ to them as labour chg.Iam very disappointed & annoyed.My bill was 4k +earlier after 2 days it became 6k+ at the time of payment it became Rs-7015/(Bill no. 0028302,303,304)I bought Rs 6859/as told by Gupta but Rs 7015/was asked from me,its ridiclous.still my bike is making lots of noise from chain.no one is taking trail ride its all up to the customer to bear the pain,not even the mechanics are coprating.iam sorry to say its waste to go to your authorised service stn,i will recomend all my friends not to go to any of your auth o/l.thanks.Kuldeep Singh.
                            in january 2007, i bought bajaj pulsar UG3- 150(JH-01R 4352). from the very first day i m facing troubles from my bike. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE MILEAGE..                             what happend is that just after two from the day of purchase the vehicle seened complained from that day onwardes he is repairing the vehicle he got only loss he gained nothing and even he face 6 engine failier and he filed a complaint at the consumer court and the vehicle is at your work shop at KVR MOTORS, KALPETTA, WYNAD, KERALA since nov 2007 onwardes
                            even though he begged to the KVR MOTORS to take back the vehicle with the liability by means of finance they did nothing
                            now he is having pending 15 terms Rs 64000+intrest . the fiancer is warning him that legal procedure against him and even the financer also donot want the vehicle as because he knew that the above mentioned categary of vehicle is a failure from your service manager so he compelled him to pay the amount by cash
                            now he is mentally apset and he is tochuring us to by telling that he will burn the vehicle in front of the public and mass media and he will jumb in to it by telling that the bajaj company is only responsible for his death

                            With deep regret, i want to say that again i have suffered from ur bad services. As per directed by u i hv given my bike for servicing at Dewan Service station opposite Modi Mill.



                            They hd taken more then 5 hrs to fix my bike problem.

                            I hd paid a good amount for that service.



                            Some of my reported problem fixes properly, but again after two or three days its start giving me problem.

                            1. Spark plug cap often come out while riding that fix by a local mechanic.

                            2. Battery stops charging, when i checked i found lots of lots dust & rust at fuse. After clean it work properly.

                            3.Side stand indicator continuously glow.

                            4.Indcator switch not working properly in right side.

                            5.Indicator light goes dim, horn & self stop working while riding.

                            6.3rd & 4th gear get stuck some time.

                            7.Mileage is so poor.1km = Rs.-1.10/-.

                            8.unwanted sound from bike.

                            Many more.



                            That’s ur quality of service to ur customer.

                            I have very busy scedule always & its impossible for once I visit ur service center for service & again-2 go for the same.



                            Plz I need a permanent solution or say u can’t.



                            I sell it to scrap dealer.& buy a another brand.

                            I have serviced my bike Pulsor 150CC No {UP16S 2312} from suman Autos Noida on 4 Oct Sat, at that time i have not checked my bike that they forgot to fit mud flap that is my fault and i accept my fault honestly later i asked to service centre department to solve my issue this was my 4th free service and I was cheated by bajaj autos on 4th service they forgot to fit the Mud Flap right over the tyre when I discussed this issue with all the concenrned managers they all denied and one of the manager Mr Jain was saying that in ur bike there was no Mud Flap i was shocked to hear this being a manager he should not spoke like this, this is really shocking, then i spoke to owner of the suman autos Mr Garg he said that we have not ur mud flap u just go and checked how we services the bikes it's not my business to check how they service i said to him I said that i just want back my Mud Flap, Mr jain offered me some old Mud flaps that i denied to take because my Mud flap was in a brand new condition, i care my bike so much then they refuse to give me new one so i walked out from there service center i feel i was looted by suman autos noida that's why i m sending u this mail i want you should take action against all of them and i am requesting you to interfere in this matter and solve my issue & one more thing i never have a satisfactory service from suman Autos noida. now i have no other way to mail you.

                            with due respect this is third time i'll raising my compliant to ur level about my bike related prb. only first time i'll get the most needed CRN no to resolve my prb and which is as follows 3490 . after that i'll get the call frm dealer service(mgr) ambebajaj askhanpur mr.joshi to come again to his s.station for check in which they again do some adjustments. after that they come to the conclution of replacement of whole engine chamber both left & rt side for which they have to open whole engine assebly.for which i'll not agree as customer coz this prb of leakage (e.oil) frm left side of chamber frm just after 2nd service. for resolving properly they done my third service also.
                            i am also a engg by profetion so i can postively sey they also breaking the codes of application & saftey coz i my case i see something the technician over molarband s.station putting three bond in nuts to resolve prb of leakage temporarly & they r not using tools as prescribed by company in training.
                            being a long association with bajaj coz my previous 2-wheeler is also of bajaj i would like to raise some issue to u that plz come for serprice cheak in s.station's coz the technician r there not properly trained & not letrate enogf even read job card. secondly they doesn't have good behavior & elaborative to concerned prb. thrdly they doesn'l have supportive view to cust.prb. and at last they doesn't want to make good relation to customer. all tis above mentioned issue's affecting ur precious indian market & another company's getting the lead.

                            the dey i purchased the bike i dont have peace of mind.for resolving my prb i have taken many leaves frm office & this also affecting my personel life i'll connot do my personol works in time.

                            this is humbal request to u plz look into my matter personaly do some frequent step. otherwise i have no option to go every mediam wherever i can raise my issue either that will be consumer court or media & internet(blog sites) etc...

                            sir i had purchased a bajaj pulsar 200cc 1 and a half year back.i was really impresed by its performance, but not for a vey long time.it was very much at the time at diwali, one fine day on 29th october the vehicle was not starting at all.for 4 days in diwali my vehicle was in the parking lot of no use. i called up the bajaj probiking service centre at decca on 3th ocober to collect my vehicle from my home, as i was not at all working. but wat i got to hear was so shoking dat they said, '' we dont hav the servive to pick up the vehicle from home''. u will hav to manage it on your own. at the time of diwali i took my vehicle in a babaj tempo to the service centre.it was all fine up to here.
                            Then, i went to the reception counter to convey the bikes problem, but there was no 1 to assist us. there were not enough workers at the servive centre. and then this way we were at the centre, but there was no 1 to unload the bike from tempo, i managed it to unload it with the tempo driver and 1 worker from service centre.then i took half and hour to make the jobe card, then we asked them to confirm us the problems in the vehicle after checking, but the vehicles battey had lost all its charge to check the starter, then we asked them to check it with service battery, but they said that we dont have service battey. so the worker asked me to manage another battey from outside. i took a auto rickshaw (dat again of bajaj) to my friends serive cente vijay accesssories at nal stop karve road. he gave me a service battery that bajaj service centre couldnt.
                            then i took it to the bajaj servive centre to check my bike.they said we will check and tell u later.
                            ( but wen we were in the service center they used a vey harsh language and insulted us in front of other customers. they we very rude with us. and did not treat us well. i wasvey annoyed by this)


                            then they called me and said that the engine was seized and i will take 2days to service the vehicle as they didnt had enough workers.they also didnt had enough spare parts of the bajaj 200 even though it was the pro biking servive centre.
                            then i called them to ask status abt the bike.they said me i will take extra 3days to service the vehicle.(by this time they didnt call me 1nce to infrom me abt vehiclw status)
                            then finally i went to take my bike on 8 october.
                            i was really shoked to see the bikes bill as rs 7225. thoug i use to service my vehicle regularly .
                            I even get a warranty of two years for my bike and engine warranty of 5yrs or(30, 000km). but they didnt inform me abt it.the km reading is 12, 174 km. that is within warranty period. i was not informed abt it.
                            i want my cash of rs7225 back anyhow.and my bike repaired properly.
                            they said that they have changed the relay with a modified realy, piston, crank shaft, block, head, etc. i paid off the bill with cash and took my bike to keep the used spare parts at my friend shop. we came back at the probiking service center to collect my frinds bike coz i came with him to centre.
                            what was worst is smoke starting coming from the engine after half hour of the delivery,
                            again sound stared coming from engine and the engine was not turning off at all all though the ignition was switch off.it was the worst part of my life.
                            one of the spares department worker came out what was wrong. he checked and said that bikes relay was of old type.he asked me to keep me my bike and said he will call me back next day.
                            i didnt receive a call next day. i call and asked them what the hell was wrong with bike. they said that i will take 3 more dyas to get the proper relay, and sort out the problem.
                            still th bike is with them, it is 10 days thebike is with them and they dony have solution for the bike. it was a experience, sorry to say so but wat i have suffered u cant understand.
                            hence forth i promise u no one will buy a bajaj bike from my familes and friends.we even had a bajaj saffire which was the worst vehicle of bajaj, which we used for 8months and sold it to rs2000.plz note 2000. after this also i trusted bajaj and decided to buy bajaj bike. but no not at all now. i will take my brother other bike than bajaj the choice will be yamaha r15. i will mail u the number very soon wen i buy it.

                            one request please remove th slogan hamara bajaj.coz it is of no one now.ofcorse not hamara.it only tumara coz u can bare its charges.

                            Problems faced
                            1) no one to unload bike from tempo and no 1 assist us .
                            2)not enough workers in service centre.

                            4) no service battey in a probiking centre.
                            5) though it was a probiking center 150cc, 180cc bikes were also servieed there.

                            I would like to inform you that we are a regular customer of your agency. Recently we have purchased 03 Bike from your company on 05 May 2008. During last 6 months 01 them bike No (DL-4S BJ-8791) of them not having proper condition due to rust cover all the side of parts of the vehicle, we straightway shown to Mr. Naresh from Swadeshi Auto Pvt Ltd(Mb: [protected]) Workshop:41, Najafgarh road, Indl Area of service center, Rama Road New Delhi - 15. He was surprised to see the condition of the vehicle and assurance to do the needful.

                            On Nov 08, bike handed over to service center and they inform us it will take 3 days to complete, but we got the bad experience on same, they have given us wrong information and given after completion of 9th day only and same vehicle given to us after long discussion, now after servicing we found rust part not fully clear and found many side screw and bolt are not tight and one part broken inside the bike, we state way ask to Mr. Naresh about that, he said if something is broken during servicing period we are not responsible for the same and you have to pay the same, if you want to repair. Now I would like to know from you, on which responsibility customer will leave his vehicle at service center. I failed to understand how baja auto has appointed such type of a dealer who doesnt care to the customer and it gives bad impression of your company.

                            Further why customer will pay such amount, which is broken by the servicing agency. I would like you to personally look after this matter and solve this problem immediately.

                            Bajaj autos is a name renowend for its service and customer statification but some of your authorised dealers are not intrested in taking care of the name and fame of your reputed Company. I am writing this because i belong to the second generation of the family which is using your Bajaj two wheelers for last near about 30 years. In my family til date we have purchased more than 15 two wheelers from your company. But i am sorry to say that the services provided by the Hind Bajaj Hind Moters, Plot no 9, Industrial Area, Phase - 1, Chandigarh, during course of service of my Bajaj Pulsar bike ( CH 03 S 8909 ) i feel let down and cheated by this so called authorised dealer. They sold me a scheme to make a contact with them after paying more than Rs 850 to provide me four service free of cost for my two wheeler and further in this contract promised to provide me One fee service plus One free Oil Change if collect 2500 points. And after collecting these points when i requested them to provide me the promised free service and oil change they plainly told me that now this scheme is being closed. And the work shop mangaer Mr Chopra and customer care executive Mrs Rajinder behaved in very rude and irresponsible manner and i asure you that people like these two are not doing any good to the name of your company i request you to keep an eye on the peoples like these two to protect your name and goodwill in the company.

When I visited to swadeshi auto pvt ltd they waited me for an hour and they said that this leg guard can’t be replaced because of my bike is accidental. I replied that my bike is not accidental there is very small scratches on the right side which were made while touched with the footpath by driving and how the small scratches make the whole rust cover all the side of leg guard. Then Mr. Naresh said that the leg guard will be replace through the claim from New India insurance co. ltd.I said him that I not take a fake claim from the insurance company at any cost .he replied that this is the only way to replace the leg guard.

                            I failed to understand how bajaj auto has appointed such type of a dealer who doesn’t care to the customer and it gives bad impression of your company. I would like you to personally look after this matter and solve this problem immediately.

                            I am a proud owner of bajaj xcd 125 dts si.my bike has been serviced 3 times over the last 1 year.
                            i am quite pleased with the performance of the bike, but recently it has been showing some problems.

                            Firstly, the digital speedometer of the bike is not functioning properly..it fluctuates between 0 and 60 all the time and never remains constant.Most of the time it shows 0 value when the bike is in running state and after some time it starts showing the actual speed, and then it starts fluctuating.

                            Secondly, sometimes the bike stops after it has run for some distance.I try to start the bike using the self start, but in vain.After trying through the kick start for some time, it finally starts up.

                            I have never faced such pathetic service in my life. The service center in question is amba bajaj service center in HSR Layout. The way it is run shows that bajaj company has no control over ots partner operations. They Person incharge at the particular center Mr Ramachandra doesnt have the basic decency to talk to customers. Delivery times are never followed. Even if you go there by keeping some margin you will still find work incomplete. For everything they will replace the faulty component rather than repairing it. THis level o[censored]nethical practices cannot be sustained without companys knowledge. I am deeply disappointed with bajaj.
                            I purchased bajaj krystal up-70 AW 2920in august 2008 at allahabad from united bajaj, leader road. after four months it started giving starting trouble. the dealer did not give due attention. it failed again after few months. Recently it failed again, dealer kept it for 7 days and retuned without rectification. They do not respond to any phone calls.
                            IF THIS IS THE SITUATION IN LESS THAN A YEAR THEN WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE.

                            I am from Bangalore and I own a two wheeler ( Caliber 115) which I purchased in the year 2003. Today I am stuggling to get the spare parts. One of the instances is that I am unabale to find Idleng screw. No other Bjaja make fits with caliber 115. Even the Bajaj Show rooms do not have such spares. where should a custmer go??

                            Spare avalibility has to be standardised. If you do not support the older models, do we expect us to throw away our vehicles??

I get all free services from dewan only but my bike is not givinig milege, after periodical maintenance its milege is only 50 kms/ltr. It gives lots of noise & much vibration on a speed of 40kms/hr on complaining to workshop staff they are not responding. Please instruct them to do needfull.

                            I purchased a XCD 125 KS bike in June 2008. (Chasis No. MD2DSJBZZPWJ07038 and Engine No. JPMBPJ09476) From the day one the mileage is nearly 55 to 58 KMPL. On complaint to service centre 'Krishna Auto Sales' at Rly Road Gurgaon they promise that after this service the mileage will be alright and also charged extra for some special lubricant to increase mileage but 4-5 services and one year passed but the situation remains same. Now last month after getting servicing done I get the mileage checked with roller test and the result was 61 KMPL, however I insisted to issue a certificate for this mileage but they refused to do so.

                            I am fully fade up with the product and the mis-leading promises by the company for a good mileage of more than 100 KMPL in standard conditions misguided me as I assumed that at least 70 KMPL mileage will be obtained against such high claim.

                            I want to return this bike and ready to pay the depreciation for the usage. Please guide me for the procedure.

                            I have purchased a pulsar 150 dtsi from sree auto, berhampur in the year september 2006. whenever i am going to repair the vehicle there is no one to attend. rather i have face unskilled staff. on my last visit i.e on 17/08/09 i had a problem of rear wheel bubbling. which they claim to sorted out but the same problem is exixting on the next day i found while driving the vehicle. I suspect that the problem night not have addressed while repairing. on complaining about the standard of repair at the same centre the the concerned in charge denied and their answers were unsatisfactory.
                            on several other times also whenever i had gone to there for other service purpose of the vehicle there was no skilled mechanic for the bike which I came to know from their conversation. everytime the bike's problem was not addressed as it should be.

                            I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI Registration No. DL6SAC2601 on 22 Nov 2008 bearing Chasis No. MD2DHDHZZRCF84783 and Engine No. DHGBRF86180 from Bagga Link Service Ltd, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005.

                            Yesterday I went for Servicing the bike view change in sound at Bagga Link Service Ltd, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005.

                            And my vehicle was taken over by them vide Job No. 800 (72) dated 17 Sep 09.

                            There it was intimated to me that my Piston has freezed and required to be changed along with this other component if defective like cluch plate etc will be required to changed and the parts which are under warranty will be changed by them and I am required to bear approximately 3500/- for the non warranty parts.

                            It is not understood when I have done all the free servicing in time and approached for paid service at 10677 Kms only. How come this many major repairs are required by the vehicle.

                            Request to look into this matter as I am feeling that the bike is not worthy of its cost which I have paid ie. 62, 747/- vide bill No. PLES9300 dated 22/11/08.

                            I am again sending my problem & complaint.

                            I am happy to informed you that i have purchased a Chetak 4- stroke scotoor & enjoing its drive till 4 month back.
                            In may/June'09 i have given my scotoor for servicing at M/S Suman autos, greaternoida service center for servicing in running condition. after servicing from next days i have faced problem, scotoor starts but not moves. I have informed to service provider, their representative comes at my home, checked & say you have to change ring & piston of the engine & its cost is approx 4000 Rs, but that time i have financial problem.
                            15 Days back i have given my scotoor again to M/S Suman autos, Gr. Noida service center for rectification, they given me Job card No - 0005670 & mentioned 5000 Approx cost for rectification. Again a call comes from suman autos & said its cost comes Approx 7000 Rs, i was agree. again a call comes presently 8500Rs parts consumed for rectification & 1500 Rs more needs for one more parts.
                            I have shocked, is it posible to invest that much amount by any one, why not i purchase new bike or scotoor. If i Know previously that more than 10000 Rs is required for rectification of my scotoor i think for another option.
                            I think M/S Suman autos service center is doing some think wrong or misguiding me.
                            Question no 1- In may/June when i have given my scotoor for servicing in running condition then After servicing its will run more smooth, but why stopped.
                            Qusetion no 2 - Why they have first given me 4000 Rs estimate & whey it it increased more than 10000 Rs. Is this much difference is O.K.
                            Question no 3 - If they previously say you have to invest more than 10000 Rs why i rectify my old scotoor, i will think for another option.

                            i have purchased a bajaj chetak four stroke wonder gear before about 5 years. i am from srinagar, kashmir (J&K) .it was very good for the first two years, but after then it gets damages after almost every month and we have to spend about one or two thousand for irs repairment. now before a month its gear stopped worrking and the paras bajaj dealer here told that its "gear ki dibbi" is damaged and we have to replace it. we are ready for its repairment but the spare part is not available here. i searched for it in delhi also but all in vain. the dealer here is telling that we will get it from its head office situared in Pune. But sir it has become a head ache for us.we have spent a hige amount on it till now. i am from a middle class family, so i am not able to afford its monthly repairment charges.

                            Bajaj Auto/ XCD 125cc — Faulty battery and Problematic self start

                            I purchased a Bajaj XCD 125cc from Shri Krishna Bajaj auto agency, Station Road Mainpuri,U.P.-205001. soon after the purchase the self start of the bike started troubling. on servicing i was told that, " the battery is discharged". so the battery was charged by the local dealer, twice. but the problem continued. on the third service, i was told that the battery is defective and needs to be replaced and i was referred to the local battery EXIDE dealer.

                            The battery dealer is not willing to replace the battery, Moreover, he says that they can change the battery only after the claim is approved by the company. He says that the battery has to be sent to the manufacturer along with the claim and until he gets orders from the company, which according to him will take atleast 20 days, he cannot carry out any replacement.

                            The only mode of daily conveyance that I have is this bike and leaving the battery without a replacement is practically impossible for me and the dealer is not ready to help.

                            I’m Srinivasan, I own Bajaj avenger (180 DTSI) I had been servicing my bike with Bajaj Probiking ever since I purchased my bike. I have a bunch of complaints about the servicing method and the way the bikes are serviced.


                            No Proper care is taking during the service period, (there were many scratches found on my gas tanks after I take my bike after servicing)

                            Problem what ever mentioned are not being fixed, I get a annoying sound when I apply rear brake and I have been frequently complaining this to the service supervisor, he advised me to change the rear wheel drum, after changing the drum it was smooth for some times and again it started off with same annoying, recent I gave my bike for servicing and I reported the same, they told me that brake noise was fixed.

                            But now it is much worse that before.

                            The funniest thing was after my recent servicing from you guys. What I noticed is the Chain adjuster was not tightened at all and the battery box shield was not locked.

                            I have complaint many times . In this 1 complain no. is 14844. TC's saluja & sons sale me bike discover 135 without RC. When I purchase bike your executive told me document . I fullfilled the document . Then after it he told it is not valid . After billing he told me that we can't make your bike RC. I suffered many problems in make RC.It's only because of your executive mistake.
                            I suffered many problems in bike servicing also.Tyres are bubbling it is complained every times .But no action was taken. Last week I go to the service center, I was told by mr. vishal, miss shahida, that bubbling is present in the bike, your bike's tyre would be changed . Miss Shahida told me that Mr. Manish will give you a letter to change the tyre .But that time i was not gave bike due to some reason. But I gave bike for servicing yesterday dt. 17.12.09.Today he told me that there are no bubbling in the tyre.
                            Clutch plate is also not working properly while it was replaced by dealer before 6 months ago. Whenever i have complained it every times. They are telling that clutch plate is also to change. But when I am complaining every times why should I pay. I met there mr. khan, mr. gautam saluja but no action was taken by them.

                            He said Mr Ashish (my name) you need not worry after doing this acrtivities your bike will be OK and I will be taking all the responsibilities hereafter.

                            He made several calls to me through his mobile (i.e [protected]) and Mahipalpur office No.(i.e[protected] and took approval for some few actions which is indicated in the bill attached. Final Bill given to me- Rs. 7434/-

                            When we visited the mahipalpur service station on 9th December 2009 Bike was absolutely not in condition.Following problems were there.:-
                            1.Body Vibration(too much)
                            2. Engine noise on all gears
                            3.Indicators were not working
                            4.Horn was not working
                            5.Leg guard volt was not there
                            6. Meter was not working
                            7.Allignment of Handle was not done
                            Etc…

                            After denying that bike is all Ok and some machinery part is not available you need to come after 2 days, the refused to work on it and handed us the bill and the gate pass

                            Then, we forced Mr Vijay(The Mechanic) to open the engine again and see the Body balancer alignment Seriously.He opened but couldn’t do anything

                            We complained it to the GM-Service- Mr. Subramanyam(Mob:-[protected]), he assured me that some engineer will come and will see the problems and Rectify it.We got convinced and we took the Bike and left the station on 9th after paying the bill.

                            On 14th December (Monday) we received a call from Bagga Link Mahipalpur that One engineer has come to rectify all the problems in my Bike, we visited the station at 1.30 PM

                            The Engineer (Mr. Rohtas bhardwaj-Mob:-[protected]) came and asked the Mechanic Mr. Vijay to open the engine at 4.30 PM (This happened after a long argument with him and Mr. Madan Dua) and told me to leave the bike for 3 days or to come to the Karolbagh station very next day and he will see the problems applying all the labor charges and service charges there.(making fool of me)

                            The manager (Mr Madan Dua) and Engineer (Mr. Rohtas Bhardwaj) refused to give me Job Card and the Gate Pass when we asked them to tie the engine back and give me my Bike as I was completely frustrated being there and seing their inefficiency in Bike Repairing.

                            GM –Service Mr. Subramanyam was not picking my calls (more than 50) and after getting distracted, I made complaint to the customer care at[protected] and got the complian No.-17163

                            Against the Customer care response- Mr. Brijesh and Mr Subramanyam called me At 6.00 PM, I talked to both of them and they convinced me for a good reponse from their side within 2 days. But after that, the later is not picking any calls and even MR. Madan Dua refused to see my bike and bring it back in condition

                            Anyway as on Today My Bike is totally not in condition and after 2 years of Purchase from Bagga Link, KarolBagh, New Delhi and 2 years of service from Bagga Link, My Bike is not working as a bajaj-Pulsar Bike.

                            I, therefore request you to please see the history of this Bike being Serviced in your Stations and suggest me what I need to do now, as you have left no option just to go in the consumer court and claim my losses in financial terms and my mental pressure and uncomfort in last 2 years especially in last 15 days.

                            Please check all the attachments and do the needful ASAP

                                I bought my pulsar 150 dtsi on December 23 2007, from 2nd month itself i got a problem in silver painting, even though i complained in the service center, they are not taking necessary action.
                                Several time i complained regarding this matter. Now my bike not looking good.

                                I have read boath the complaints and comment about pulsar cearfully. I found most of the user complaint that, the quality of the pulsar is not so good. But one person mentioned in his comment that the pulsar is prity good. As a neutral person i think the consumer who make the comment about pulsar is not fear one, probably he is being benifited from the bajaj company some how. Otherwise how it is possible that most of the people have a lot of problem, but one person don't have a single problem.

                                  I brough a new bajaj kristal on (14/9/2007) 5 months back in shakthi bajaj motor in chennai which is placed in DASAPRAKASH (opp to hotel sudha)my scooter was alright till my first service..after my first service.. my scooter didnt start at all.. then after that .. i complaint them again..they took my bike for 3 days..and brought it back.. then the very next day moring.. i was stuck up with same problem.. this happend about 5 times of this month.. and the 5th time . i asked them for replacement of bike.. they just gave me lame excuses and said this is the final chance for them..and if it happens again v would definitely replace for sure.. then my bike was alrigth for 6 days... and now finally again the problem starts....yesterday (29/2/2008)...i can face this problem again and again during my work.. were if i go to shakthi bajaj motor there are not answering me in manner way.. were i had bajaj sprit for 5 years ..and it didnt give any problamatic issues at al... so i request the bajaj to see through problem..and take action immediately.,..(MY BIKE NUMBER IS TN01 1060)

                                    Got 22o cc in nov. and there has been always some issues with the gear box and now the bike's speed is not going above 50 kmph and making a noise from engine when accelerated and pick up is totally dead,and I am sure the egine will be opened for this and 4 months old bike engine opens up,makes no sense

                                      I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from SUMAN AUTO NOIDA U.P.
                                      From the first day of purchase of my bike,there is Gear shifting problem in my bike.
                                      I complaint to the dealer regrding the problem, they replied its a manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 180 CC pulsal.
                                      I was very fond of BAJAJ pulasr 180 bike, so i beleive the words of the dealer.
                                      from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is given till date.
                                      i also called to the area service incharge of BAJAJ AUTO Mr. Anil Agarwal,and Mr. Susheel bajpeyi,but nothing happened except that problem increase and i got an accident due to the GEAR SHIFTING problem.
                                      It is More than 20-30 times failure,
                                      each time they replace some parts ans said that problem has been rectified.

                                      Right now condition is that none of the BAJAJ person is replying to my mails and neither providing any solution.
                                      ASI is saying that the problem is resolved,but i am the user who is suffering from the problem.

                                      Mr. Anil agarwaal isasking me to give solution of this problem.
                                      I think i am a customer not a R&D person of BAJAJ AUTO who can give them solution

                                      I always complained about the Locks & Speedometer with in the warranty period but Pushpa Sales Alambagh Lucknow always said
                                      that its not in stock and so my motorcycle's warranty period expired
                                      so I was harassed mentally and financially by them.

                                      Its my request to you that Pushpa Sales Alambagh Lucknow should be made answerable that they could'nt recognise the damage part of speedometer before and made me wait till 5 hours?

                                      I am complaining since last 2 years but they refused to give claim due to damage o[censored]pper part of Speedometer.So either I would have not used my bike or would have used it without Speedometer as i am using since the date of purchase.

                                      If Pushpa Sales will mentally harass its customers than nobody would trust on Bajaj.I am enclossing the pictures of my bike's Speedometer alongwith this e-mail so that you can Judge

                                      Worst Service for bajaj bike is Bajaj's Authorised service

                                      center.

                                      Am owning a Bajaj 180 for close to 1.5 years. Am happy

                                      about the bike ,I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from Rajarajan

                                      Motors Pondicherry.

                                      I bought it in pondicherry as it is my home town.From the

                                      day one i am servicing my bike in chennai's authorised

                                      service center Adayar Branch.
                                      The service for the 2 wheeler is worst to the core. They

                                      know how to clean the bike and not to service.Never ever

                                      hear what the customer complaints about the bike.I had a

                                      minor problem with the bike's handle bar. I cannot ride

                                      for a longer time this i noticed from the day 1.So during

                                      my first service i informed them about the problem. They

                                      said they rectified it.Since am in a tight schedule i had

                                      no time in taking the bike back as the problem

                                      persisted.The second time also i got the same answer. I

                                      got pissed off as i travel to pondicherry every week . So

                                      the pain grew up and i was not able to ride it for a

                                      longer time. The third time i raised a complaint to the

                                      service manager. He came asked one of the cheaf mechanic

                                      to check . He said i found some minor problem with the

                                      fork and he has fixed it and i will not have the problem.
                                      Hate to say i still had the same problem.Then some of my

                                      friends who owned Pulsar educated me not to go for

                                      Authorised service center as they can not afford to

                                      concentrate on one bike , so they advised me to take it to

                                      Castrol Bike Zone.Even they were not able to identify the

                                      problem. This went on and on even with a service center in

                                      Madipakkm (chennai).Now i have a permanant tissue damage

                                      so i cannot ride for a longer time and i have a acute pain

                                      in my left wrist which affect my work too.What shoud i

                                      say? Am really happy about this. And tomorrow i probably

                                      will take my bike for service to the Adaya branch in

                                      Chennai even if this time they don't fix it am going to

                                      Sue the company. I know pretty well that it is not going

                                      to hit the Giant Bajaj but i will make sure that this

                                      complaint will reach few people who are mad thinking Bajaj

                                      service center care for your bike.

                                      MANUFACTURING DEFECT/ POOR SERVICE
                                      I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from S.K. Auto - Vashi, in 2002
                                      From the first day of purchase of my bike, there was a gear shifting problem & a wiring issue in my bike, (MH 04 BJ 586)
                                      I complaint to the dealer regarding the issue, they replied its a manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 180 CC pulsar. they reffered to as a general issue and didnt get the matter solved neither reffered by a tech.
                                      from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is given till date.
                                      I also called to the area service incharge of BAJAJ AUTO Mr. Sharad Chitale, (Akurdi ) plant, and Chakan Plant, but nothing happened except that problem worsened up day by day.
                                      Each time i give the bike for service, they just do some hotch potch stuff and get it back to me saying that everything is alright. they believe in replacing parts time and often, in fact the original issue is not at all reffered to and solved.
                                      there is no person from the Bajaj to resolve the issue and answer my query.
                                      Now a new issue has arisn, there is a dearth of spares @ the Sanpada shop where the auth. service center ( SK Auto is situated).
                                      I am ready to take the Bike to Pune to get it repaired and fixed forever. I love my bike and i am repenting it of having a BAJAJ logo.

                                      MANUFACTURING DEFECT/ POOR SERVICE

                                      I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc from TCS BAJAJ on 7/1/09 and from the first day of purchase of my bike, there was a Voizer and pickup problem in my bike, (HR51 AD 4898)

                                      I complaint to the dealer regarding the issue, they replied its a manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 150 CC pulsar. they reffered to as a general issue and didn't get the matter solved neither reffered by a Mechanic. from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is given till date.
                                      I also talk with area Service Incharge of BAJAJ AUTO on his mobile no-[protected], but nothing happened except that problem worsened up day by day.

                                      Each time i give the bike for service, they just do some temporary works and get it back to me saying that everything is alright. Last time after Second Service of this bike Chain found loose, Tell me what are thay doing in service

                                      There is no person from the Bajaj to resolve the issue and answer my query.

                                        This is what i tried to send to the area managers (service centers) and i got a failure notice , mail not sent and ID inactive.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                                        I wish this mail could have been an appreciation
                                        mail but unfortunately its a complaint regarding a
                                        brand new bike with which im totally unsatisfied and
                                        pissed. Sir/Madam , Please excuse my language im not
                                        at all in a good mood due to the bikes problem. I
                                        Totally regret for buying a Bajaj Pulsar instead of a
                                        Hero Honda Karizma. I bought it since all my friends
                                        have it and the main reason for the purchase is that I
                                        want to form a bikers club in which I had planned to
                                        have long trips and documentaries posted on the
                                        internet about the experience we had during out travel
                                        in our bikes Since Bajaj engines are very consistant
                                        and efficient, which looks like a bad idea for me now.
                                        [protected]The problem is that the bikes Powerful
                                        Engine makes pethetic noise from the day i purchased
                                        it from the showroom.....when i asked Popular Bajaj (
                                        Bangalore ) regarding this Engine noise, they said it
                                        is normal in 180cc but my friends circle has all
                                        180cc's only , i have not heard this sound in any of
                                        those bikes and I left the bike in the service center
                                        after completing 300kms apprx which is not the actual
                                        reading for a first service because i was not able to
                                        tolerate the noise from the engine and excessive heat
                                        from the engine with burnt smell.
                                        [protected] Now another problem is that ( Sorry to say ,
                                        I do not want to hurt anyones ego but is the fact
                                        )Popular bajaj has the highest number of people from
                                        kerala, now the service engineers were not able to
                                        communicate with me in proper english nor hindi which
                                        is very sad and pethetic. I told them that the engine
                                        is rough and is making heavy noise, for that they have
                                        done 1st service changed the oil washed the bike and
                                        gave it to me and i still heard the noise. I just took
                                        my bike from there thinking its a waste, wasting time
                                        with those so called service engineers.
                                        [protected] I rode the bike to my native in the speed of
                                        40kms per hour to set the engine with atleast one stop
                                        every 20kms. In Erode, Tamil Nadu i wanted to check
                                        the bike for this noise, they said it is CLUTCH
                                        LOADING NOISE and they rectified it, the bike was
                                        little smooth after the SIXER LOADING ADJUSTMENT. But
                                        the screeching noise was not controlled.
                                        [protected] I came back to bangalore with the same
                                        speed, I was satisfied with the mileage but the same
                                        trouble started with more noises.......
                                        I consulted my private mechanic who is a professional
                                        dirt track racer and an expert about this ....he
                                        checked and told me that he has not heard so many
                                        noises at one time in any of the pulsar's( which is a
                                        record breaking feedback and a positive feedback too,
                                        but not for my bike ).....He claimed that the sounds
                                        are not from the Bore ( Combustion chamber ) but from
                                        the CLUTCH assembly which makes the bike rough, the
                                        TAPPET NOICE , ENGINE CHAIN , CAMS...AND HE SAID THAT
                                        CLEARANCE SOUND IS ALSO HEARD.
                                        [protected]---Sir/Madam , you are the only
                                        point of contact who can help me with this issue. If
                                        you dont have a suggestion for this then i dont know
                                        what to do to my bike. I dont want to talk bad about
                                        Bajaj bikes but after this will have to. Please help
                                        me with this problem.

                                        mail sent to you asking for help. My bike is under
                                        perfect warranty,,,,plz get back to me with any
                                        qualified and experienced service engineer who can
                                        understand the engines heart beat as i do.

                                        willing to solve the problem i will show this email
                                        print to the service center's manager incharge.
                                        [protected]Since the bike is under warranty plz change
                                        any worn out part and set my bike right.....

                                        Motorcycle — Stolen of my BIKE Parts

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am was a customer of centurion Bank loan for Bike.I had settled my loan and after that my bike was pulled in front of my office without telling me.
                                        When i went to the Bank they misbehaved with me and my bike was given to the stockyard.they told me u will get your bike by Next day .When i went to bring my bike my bike parts were stolen and they told do what ever u can do .pls suggest me wht to do .regading my bike.and the parts stolen.
                                        Pls take action against this .

                                        I am sorry to state the same kind of bitter experience I had with one of the authorised bajaj bikes service centre, the name of which is found as V.S. Automobiles, 90-92, Vellalar Street, Mogappair West, Chennai - 600 037. Bill no. 400133 dated 7.5.2009 issued by the above authorized Bajaj Service Centre to me for Rs. 714 (Rupees seven hundred and fourteen) may be verified. I paid the money and took delivery of my Bajaj Boxer AT, 2000 model (Registration no. TN-38, M- 0095). When I entrusted the vehicle with the above dealer for service, I have registered "non-functioning of horn" as the main complaint with my bike. The third day they rang up to me and assured that the service was over and the vehicle is kept ready for delivery. I immediately rushed to the centre and paid the bill amount. Until the payment is over, the person in charge of the centre and who collected the money did not reveal that they could not complete the horn repair, since they did not have a spare they told as "AT horn coil." They wantonly suppressed this fact until the payment made complet. Then only they tried to convince me that they will get this particular spare from Bajaj head office and make me get the horn repaired within ten days. But until today I could get no information from them. This shows their lame attitude using the prestigeous brand name and banner of Bajaj. The worst thing they adduced as a reason that the vehicle is out dated. I can't believe do we live in India or in the flourishing west. Shall we accept their argument that an average Indian like me can change a vehicle as frequently as they identify? Moreover "a horn electrical coil" can not be an instrument which requires any most advanced techology to consume. How can the Bajaj customer like me run a two wheeler in a traffic congested cosmopolitan city like Chennai. Please see how these service centres are doing mockery with Middle class Indians like me.
                                        I hope you will take some concrete action against the above authorised dealer cum service centre and ensure that the name of Bajaj is not a one to be misused by more unscrupulour people like the above.
