dominar 400 not starting

I have purchased my dominar about a year back and i just drive it to 1400kms and suddenly today when i was driving the bike stop in middle of the road. I tried to start the bike but it's failed to start. I had done the service of my bike 15days ago and still i'm facing this problem. The side stand is not showing and all other things are working but the start button is not working.

Kindly help in getting the bike on the road....

I am from bareilly district in uttar pradesh i love all your pulsars moterbikes but when i make my mood of purchasing any 1 of them, its is unfortunately not available in showroom and the worst part is when i asked them when they are able to make that bike available they give me stupid reply like we dont know, if you can wait wait they have no idea about the availablity so its my complaint toh bajaj company pls pls before launching any of the bike kindly make efforts on the marketability it is worst 😡

    Sir,
    With regards, it is stated that i have purchased a bike from raja motors, dabwali road, sirsa on dated 20/08/2018.
    I again approached the agency for first service of my bike on dated 04/09/2018, but i feel sorry to say that it was the worst experience of my life.
    I reached at service centre at 9:30 am they conveyed me that “if you are having any kind of job in city then you may bring your bike at 11:00 am because we are having number of bikes pending before you in queue”. Then i approached them at approximately 11:45 am and verbally they conveyed me that “you may collect your bike at 02:30 pm”.
    When i returned back to service center i was astonished to see that they did not started process even at 02:30 pm. I asked everyone over there regarding this delay and why had not done my work, why had they wasted my whole day, nobody replied me in this regard. Then i went to manager of the agency& conveyed everything and asked about complaint book? All of the sudden he started shouting on me and told me that “we don’t have any complaint book in our service centre. If you have any complaint against us you can go anywhere”.
    Though i have got service of my bike done by them in late evening. Yet my whole precious day was wasted. I request the higher authorities to take a proper action and send me copy of action taken report as soon as possible.

      Dear sir, i go to bajaj showroom in shisa bajaj vadodara for my battery related issue and every time they charge battery and give me and every 15 days it's discharge and go to battery point and i told him that give me new battery and my pulsar 180 have no kick so but no one understand my issue and one sales manager told me that battery and tyre problem go direct to battery and tyre showroom and don't come here and not to call me so this type of service you provide.

      Battery is discharge after 30 min of bike is off. i have got it checked at two bajaj showrooms. but they are saying our related person is not available come after 4 days. i can't visit the service center on daily basis. please do needful.

        Dear sir

        My loan application is sanctioned from dhfl vide application no. 01892186. At the time of applying loan, i have not opted for any insurance but now i received a call from your executive mr. Ashok (Gurgaon branch) who is trying to sell lot of insurance policies to me. To my knowledge, insurance is not mandatory which was also confirmed by your customer care executive mr. Kiran on[protected].

        Mr. Kiran has given me reference no. Srsan01572306. He told me that there are five insurance - property damage, life insurance, family floater, critical illness and personal accident. Out of total 5 insurance, first one i. E. Property damage is mandatory one and other 4 are at the option of borrower. Even he told me that we at dhfl will try to sell our all products and it is purchaser who have to decide what to purchase and what to not.

        Your executive mr. Ashok is trying to sell me all insurance whose total premium is costing around rs. 1, 00, 000.00. Now mr. Ashok is asking for business head approval for not doing any insurance.

        For your info, i already have my life insurance cover, critical illness cover, personal accident cover and family floater plan. When i have already paid for my insurance then why there is a need to buy it again. Insurance are taken to cover the risks associated with individual in the event of any natural calamity like death and in case of death, my term plan insurance will come into picture and all your outstanding liabilities will be paid from proceeds received.

        Now you tell me is it good professional practice of doing these type of things with customers? I request you to please take it to escalate it to your top management failing which i will cancel my loan application with you. Same loan can be processed by india bulls at lower interest rate and that too without insurances.

        I called your executive on 4th sep 2018 and she told me rs. 57, 265.00 has been added in my loan account on account of three insurance-

        1. Life insurance - rs. 28, 084.00
        2. Property insurance - rs. 20, 013.00
        3. Critical illness - rs. 9, 168.00

        Your executive (Miss urmila) told out of two insurance, 2nd and 3rd insurance can be cancelled by borrower but not 1st one but your branch executive mr. Ashok from gurgaon branch is saying that without all insurance, we can't disburse a single penny of loan. Now you tell me, is your branch executive is having some different policies and dhfl customer care executive have some different policies. No-one is ready to share where it is written that i have to take insurance from dhfl. She told me that its dhfl rule, how dhfl can make its own rules other than other financer players in industry.

        Even there is written on your sanction letter that borrower may opt one or all insurance from dhfl or buy it from open market.

        I request you to cancel my all insurances. Urmilla has given me reference complaint no. Ccdis01591364 for this call. I need a solution from your end.

          I owned one bike (Avenger 220 street) from auto bazar, srirampur, hooghly, west bengal on nov 2017, inv no-ab/vr0301/2017-18.

          From very next days i was facing self starting issue which is only option for this bike. I informed the showroom and the took my bike for 7 days, claimed as solved.
          But after few days same repeated and they took my bike for 20 days, told same as problem resolved. But after a days same problem started.
          Now i am really frustrated with my bike and now i am not interested to inform showroom also.
          Request to please solve this or change my bike after confirmation from your show room.

            3 बार ऐवरेज सही करवाने आया पर कोई सुधार नही आया ये लोग कस्टमर को गुमराह करते है ओर आज जब मैं यहां 3 री बार आया हु तो मुझे बोल रहे है 1:30 घंटे लगेंगे एवरेज सैट करने में ओर पहले भी इन्होंने मुझे 2 बार कई देर तक टाइम वेस्ट कर चुके है
            एक ही काम के लिए में कितना टाइम दु
            क्लेम के लिए बाइक दी तो समान एक व्हील आने में 15 दिन लगा दिए
            कस्टमर को इतना टाइम दो की वो अपने आप ही भाग जाए
            आज तो बिना कमी का बताये मैन पूछा कि बाइक कितनी देर में मिलेगी तो 5 बजे का टाइम बताया मैन कहा बिना कमी पता लगे आप टाइम कैसे बता सकते है
            जब दीपक नाम के वर्कर जो जॉब कार्ड बना रहा था उसने पूछा कमी क्या है और co set करने में टाइम बताया जा जायज नही था
            ये DEWAN MOTORS

            जो कि शो रूम के बेसमेन्ट में बना है इसके हाल है
            आप इस तरह के लोगों को सर्विस सेंटर देते है जो प्रोफेशनाल नही है
            इनके वर्कर को भी देख के लगता है कि प्रोफशनल नही है
            या तो मैं बजाज का कस्टमर हु ये मेरी गलती है
            या ये सर्विस सेंटर बजाज का होना गलती है
            यहां कस्टमर को पता ही नही लगता उसकी बाइक में क्या काम हो रहा है
            यहां के कैमरा की दराक्शन भी गलत है
            एक ही दराक्शन है जहां से बाइक का पता ही नही लगता

              On 31st august 2018, i went for repairing my ns200 bike to the unnati bajaj service centre situated in m. G. Road. There they have informed me that due to unavailability of technician i have to wait for 3-4 days.. As i am an office goer i have to face some problems due to daily commuting in public transport. Still, i waited for 4days. Now today, they have again informed me that it would take about 10days to repair the bike.. A normal engine problem would take around 2-3days. But why would i have to wait for 10days. I feel that they are neglecting my request and thus i have completely lost fait in your service. Due to this action of theirs, nobody wants to repair their bike there.

                Sir, it is bring to your notice some mr. Kawaljit singh whose name is similar to my name has got financed his two wheeler discover 100 m from amritsar (Punjab) and his loan a/c no. Is l2wamr03227055, his aadhar no.[protected] and voter i'd is ifc1540533. But your company has wrongly attached my above mentioned pan card no. Gikps0520p which results in decreasing my credit cibil scores. I also contacted the cibil representatives and lodge my complaint there and they responded that they have emailed to your company for clarification. I also contacted at amritsar branch office of your company but couldn't got satisfactory replies. You are therefore requested the look at the matter and delete my pan card no. From the abovesaid two wheeler loan at the earliest. Awaiting for positive reply at the earliest.

I just want to know when I'll receive my bike.

                    I have visited bajaj automobile service center at khadi ashram gt road, panipat for servicing my bike bajaj discover 125st.
                    They firstly submitted the bikea and didn't start servicing and washing till 2 hours. When i asked them why they are not doing service then they told that they don't have persons available. After that they started misbehaving with me and refused to do service. This brings a bad name of bajaj auto.

                      My pulsar 150 bike is not working properly. I came for service centre at bajaj authorised service centre at manglagiri, andhra pradesh,
                      They are not helping and solving my problem.
                      I came 4th time, they mentioned mechanic is on holiday and some local mechanic is working and repairing bike at his place. When i asked for my bike repairing which is urgent, they said come on monday when i came on saturday.
                      And now when i am here at service centre on monday. There is no one on servicing. Everyone is on holiday and saying mechanic and person who look at it they are at holiday.
                      This is not done. They have called me for 4th time. They are wasting my time and not providing me service.
                      I am using bike from past 6 years, never faced such problems at service centre but at here manglagiri, andhra pradesh they are creating big issues.
                      Who gave them this authority to trouble?
                      I am so pissed off.. How they can do with this.
                      If they have opened service and sales it should work properly.
                      And it is not done yet.

                      Please show immediate action on this kind of ignorance.

                        This is to bring in notice that i sachin kumar has purchased the bajaj pulsar bike (150 cc) in the month of september 2016 at 7.30 pm from durga purishowroom.

                        From the day one i am getting problem in front shocker rod of the bike and when i visit the service center for this issue, they have charged me rs/-250 for the shocker problem, even though this amount should not charged by me because this should be include in service maintenance of bike as per your terms and condition.

                        And for the last two year i am getting issue in the bike while i am running the bike at speed of 40 to 70 /kmph, the handle of the bike is bubbling and all the executive and even the manager has also checked what is the problem in the bike, but every time they telling with new issue that your back tyre is having problem and sometime they figure out with front tyre of the bike and for that issue i have also keep my bike for 4 days in service center but at the final i have not get any result of my bike and the problem remain the same.

                        I am getting every time new issue in the bike after checking by executive and even manager also, all the executive and also including manager is also not well trained to sort out my problrem.

                        This is really very bad service we are getting from bajaj service center and even team also not supporting to me while i am visiting the bajaj center.

                            I am existing customer of bajaj bike, at my last services, ser. Centre not excepted other oil, as i prefer bajaj bike same i believe some other oil. Filled outside oil so i have to pay extra charges, i am very disappointed your this strategy. Next time i have to think to purchase bajaj bike.

                              Greeting From My Account!

                              I am a registered customer of Bajaj Automobile. But I'm not quite satisfied with your services. My point is, I bought the BAJAJ PULSAR 160 NS on July 21, 2018. But I have neither yet received registration number from your showroom Nor i have been given a temporary number.

                              That's why I had to pay an amount of penalty fine to the traffic police daily. And for now the past few days due to traffic police fear I'm not taking my motorcycle out, Due to which i am facing a huge issues .

                              I have now been fully fed-up with your bad and cheap services and now I need a registration number by tomorrow EOD, otherwise I will hand over my motorcycle to you officially on Sunday.
                              At the same time, I want the full amount of my motorcycle and I also need a compensation amount of whatever losses I have suffered due to this.

                              Hope you will help me soon. If my problem is not diagnosed soon, I will now take a legal and police action.

                              PLEASE FIND THE BELOW ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILS OF MY MOTORCYCLE.

                                  I had gave bike for service for battery issue and i ended up spending below things:

                                  1. Wiring kit
                                  2. Sensor
                                  3. Electric coil
                                  4. Rectifier
                                  5. Services
                                  6. 1 month time

                                  Till date problem is not solved and mechanics and branch manager claims we dont have tools to test it.

                                  I gave my bike for service and they took enough time letting me in trouble commuting by public transports and cab, which affected my professional life (Sales executive) very badly.

                                  First time they said its battery issue
                                  Second time they said rectifier issue
                                  Third time they said wiring kit issue
                                  Fourth time they said bcu sensor kit issue
                                  Fifth time they said electrical coil issue

                                  It took more than 2 months and charged me rs. 11, 000 and i ended up spending more than rs. 8000 for my transportation only for professional purpose.

                                  I need help to sue the service center for just being focused to make good commercial.

                                  Worst service they dont even wash my bike and they are talking in a very rude way and they even dont service my bike properly and bajaj costumer care also not listening problem worst service i have ever seen

                                    Though currently there is bajaj hattrick offer going on as part of which bajaj says they give insurance free, 2 years service free and 5 years warranty. But i got charged for insurance. I filed a complaint at bajaj customer care but they have pathetic customer support. They havent replied to my mails, have called 4 times on their customer care but no use. Customer care helpline says bajaj will get back in 24 hours but nothing happens. It is ridiculous to see the kind of support bajaj has.

                                    In addition to above, i have nothing in writing that vehicle comes with 2 years service free and 5 year warranty.
                                    So i am getting a feeling that hattrick offer is a marketing gimmick from bajaj and is fooling customers.

                                    It has been a month now and still there is no any update or a single word from Baja on the complaint. It proves Bajaj is so irresponsible towards customers.

                                    Not sure why this case is marked resolved. But Bajaj Auto doesnt care about its customer compliants and is a hopeless organisation. They havent replied to me a single word on the issue. it is almost 2 months and Bajaj is a deaf and zero customer oriented organisation.

                                      I have purchased new pulsar 150 on dated 23 -08-18, from Rajiv Raj Bajaj (Bhajanpura showroom) but at this time i have pathatic experience because till date I m not received invoice copy & Rajiv Raj Bajaj charged me 2% extra on my card payment.so according to my knowledge india promote digital India but Rajiv Raj totally demotivate to card payment so please provide me back my excess amount received.
