Hello sir/madam. I had purchased a brand new Bajaj Avenger Street 180 from a multi brand showroom named Diamond motors located at Bandlaguda, Nagole and the dealer for them is Siddhivinayaka Bajaj located L.B Nagar.Its been more than a month and till today I have not received my stamped documents and the last date for my bike registration is 25th of this month.We visited the showroom many times but they couldn't find the solution for us.The dealers are very irresponsible regarding this problem.So, kindly go through our issue and please take an immediate action.

Costing 15k

Engine oil n petrol has been leaking ever since then

Brake oil was altered and is not usable

Not fixed even after 4 services n assurance

    My pulsar 220 fi 2007 model is giving a trouble of starting, it is not getting start, i had gone at vinayak bajaj at bhubneshwar to repair my pulsar 220 but they dosent accept to take it for maintainance they said that, fi mode had stop and they had no equipment to check it, the parts are also not available so should not accept your 220 fi model pulsar, tell me what can i do should i throw by bike into the dustbin.

      Hi...I had purchased bajaj Avenger 220 (MH-01 CN 6837) from Kanchan Bajaj Thane in the Month of Feb 2017. Run 14000 kms only, has started to raise major issues like Steering Cone damage...bike has started vibrating with very less speed. Other issues are like making noise from the back wheel. Immediate Instructions be issued to Kanchan Bajaj.. Frustrated..with the performance of the bike...not worth spending Rs 100000/-. Ready to go to consumer forum...address immediately

      I’ve bought rs 200 in the month of january, and now it has a heating issue and also it’s fan is not working, i’ve gave it to the showroom where i’ve bought, it’s been four days they are not even in a state to respond my call

        Respected sir,
        I had given by bike for 1st servicing on 17.05.2018 at mega dealer lucknow. They had done and returned my bike on same day.
        From last few days i was getting problem in self starting and kick for which i visited anita bajaj lucknow and there i came to know that my new battery which is under warranty has been completely replaced with another battery.
        You are requested to lodge my complaint against mega bajaj as well as anita baja as both have not resolved my battery issue. Kindly also help me and provide my new battery.

            I have purchased a bajaj avenger 220 cruise on 1st of june 2018 from highway bajaj jorhat, assam. From yesterday onwards i am unable to start my bike because of starting problem. I have informed the sales executive mr. Barik and he immediately send me the the contact number of service center. I had called the service center and and talked with the manager and the manager told me that he will send a mechanic today evening to my home to solve the problem. At around 4pm i have gone to the service center and asked the manager to send me a mechanic then he told me that one of his mechanic was nearby my house to attend a call and after that he will come to my house and also gave me his personel phone no and the mechanic's phone no and after that i called the mechanic several times but he didn't pick up my phone and then again i requested the manager to called the mechanic and inform him about the condition and he assured me that the mechanic will attend my call but the mechanic didn't come to my house to check the bike.

            I therefore request you to kindly look after this matter and do the needful as soon as possible

            I brought my new Avenger in Jan 2018. Till date (Aug 15 2018) it had 3 starting issues. There is no kick start, the self start failed.
            Bajaj Pioneer - Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum show room - I amde many calls, they never boatherd to help. I called Vazhuthakkadu - main office. No help. My bike is just useless. I need help.

                Its has not even been 8 months and my bikes clutch plate got spoiled even after driving it so cautiously, the person says you have been rash driving the bike. And the autoden bajaj service center mahim is charing me for clutch plate and labour charges. What does the 1 year warranty means if the parts are getting damaged within 8 months.
                I have also been having problem with the battery since the day bike is purchased even after complaining so many times only the battery is charged and given me back each time.

But ur excutive mr samvu halder with some people came my house and harase my parents. Yesterday lam already informed my payment date but without any inform came my house. Plese take action other wise i informed police station. Because previous month all emi are cleared why they went my house. I am now going to bajaj finance office with police warrent.

                      Visited a showroom at dhanbad for test ride... To my utter surprise the showroom staff said that they wont give test ride, u have to buy and ride... What nonsense. Then i asked for dominar - they dont have a single peice of dominar with them. How pathetic... Why do bajaj make chep people to deal in bajaj bikes as with this beggar attitude they will spoil the image of bajaj also. Really third class behaviour and approach.

                        I have got my bike pulsar 150 serviced fro mohali bajaj (Mohali) on 5th aug 2018. The labour charges that they have billed for swing arm lubrication/998729 is rs.400 means 3 times to the single rate. The actual work is to grease the single rod which hardly cost not more that rs 20. When i contact the dealer they said that system is automatically calculating the things.
                        The same complaint i have filed with the dealer and they told me that they fwd the complaint to asm, but till date i haven't found any resolution on this.

                          I am writing today to complain of the Poor & Fake service I received from Bajaj Dealer - VISAKA MOTORS(12723) on August 12, 2018.

                          I have purchase a Discover 110cc as on 20.02.2018 from
                          VISAKA MOTORS (12723)
                          100/B, B.T.ROAD, SUCHAR GIRJA,
                          SODEPUR, KOLKATA-700115,
                          NORTH 24 PGS, W.B.

                          I have take my First Free Service as on 16.04.2018 from VISAKA MOTORS (12723) with 335 K.M. (Scan copy attached herewith) .

                          From Last month my bike is suffering for poor Pickup & low sound from Horn issue for which I have communicate with VISAKA MOTORS for availing my 2nd Free Service; the booking date fix on 12.08.2018 Sunday at 9 a.m. But after visiting to VISAKA MOTORS (12723) service reception desk they refuse me to give me Free Service as because Online CRM showing I have already taken my 3RD Free Service from Prashant Auto (26381) with reference to Job Card No. RCJC [protected] at 9999 K.M. which is most shocking & painful for me as because I ride only my bike 2130.3 K.M till date & I have never visited to any other dealer/vendor as authorised dealer/ service center is nearby my location. I also found the mobile number mention in CRM for the last 2 sevice is not below to me.

                          After several request & cross check with Manual Book & Physical Meter reading (2124KM) with the Service Manager ( they have agree to provide me as "Within Warranty" support.

                          I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting but Not getting my valid 2nd free Service as scheduled.

                            Bought my avenger 220cc cruise in Feb 2018. Bike started giving trouble within 1200 kms. The starter was not functioning properly, changed a part in 22nd June and again today on 17th Aug I am at the service centre. They say the one way needs to be replaced, I don't know how long it will run. I am thinking about going to consumer court if it happens again as Bajaj is not at all acknowledging this issue and proving any assurances for the future after the warranty period.

                              Worse service I have ever seen . It's been 7 month I don't have my avenger cruiser220 and it's ragistration done it's 17 /aug2018 and on 1/ 3 /2018 I booked my avenger and paid my full amount by chack to bajaj executive Malad
                              West Mumbaii and I don't have even bike ..
                              today theyy ask me for return bike and said to cancle my ragistration and about the return but now they saying they will ragisterd it don't now when . I will never suggest any one for bajaj auto.

                                Mine is a brand new vehicle Did only 350 kms.Authorised service centre is 2 kms away.There is no pick up facility provided by the centre, So we are forced to go to private workshop whose skill is not reliable.Added there is a fear in all that genuine parts are stolen and duplicates are installed.They do not give any bill, And their charges are enormous.Due to flood bike could not be started, private machanic charged Rs, 2500/=

                                I have an insurance also
                                I used Bajaj125 for 14 years.I availed service from authorised service centre always when the vehicle was in running condition

                                So my request is to pass necessary orders to the service centre to make pick-up of break down bikes mandatory

                                    Hi,

                                    This is kishan, i own a bajaj rs200, registration number tn 25 bz 8928.

                                    First of all, i would like to emphasize that i am writing this email with the extreme frustration on my experience with the service centre this time. I have been a bajaj customer for over an year and half now and i never been disappointed with the service i was provided before.

                                    Recently i had encountered an issue with my engine where i was hearing a weired sound coming from the engine. Hence i brought my bike to service centre here in kanchipuram on 4th august 2018. I have provided the service centre details at the bottom of the email.

                                    I was told that there was some bearing issue which needs full engine dismantling to repair it. Since the vehicle is under warranty, i was told that it needs approval from bajaj side and i was promised that my vehicle will be delivered on 8th august 2018 and i understood the situation and agreed. Even after continuous followups from my side, (There were no updates given from service centre side though even after the promised day of delivery) i wasn't getting any proper response as to what's going on and when the vehicle would be delivered. I wasn't even informed whether they got approval for the repair.

                                    Though i got the below sms from service centre today, when i called the service centre around 4.30 pm, i was told that still not started on it since it needs engine dismantling.

                                    Sms i received today: dear sir/madam,
                                    Thank you for visiting susee scooter centre (10339). We received your vehicle tn25bz8928 for service on[protected]:20 pm. Thanking you, contact: [protected].

                                    The above sms implies that the vehicle was received by service centre only today which is not the case and though it says that it was received around afternoon, no action were taken till the evening.

                                    I already aware that there is a general notion that bajaj service is not upto the mark but it is ridiculous that customers aren't even kept updated with the status of their vehicle especially in these kind of situations where it takes more than a week.

                                    Nobody would like this from a leading motorcycle company as this could turn to be the potential trust issue when you think from the customer perspectiv, e. I need someone to take action and update me on the action taken to expedite my delivery.

                                      This is ankush agrawal.
                                      I have been visiting krishna bajaj service centre (Hadapsar, pune) for quite a long time for spare parts of pulsar rs 200. It has been more than 2 weeks since i ordered those spare parts and i haven't received any update from them also when i give them a call, i receive a reply saying haven't got any parts and why don't i go to other service centre and enquire about it.
                                      This is not the first time. It had happened about 4-5 times till now. Being the largest bajaj service centre and spare parts dealer in entire hadapsar area they never have any spare parts available and if we order them, then, no matter what, you won't receive them for at least a month. And in the end, we have to go to other service centres for enquiry.
                                      All they do is, "sir, you have to go to sai service centre for required spare part", which is actually more than 25km away.
                                      My bike has been in garage for last 2 weeks and again the answer is same. Now even if i want to go and get the spare part, i can't due to lack of time and mode of transport.

                                      Unsatisfied with ur bike, i wint reccomend ur bike to anyone ns 160 i choosen that bike gor milege ridden 9000 kms worst milege i get only 30kms prr litre

                                      and engine has problems, petrol leaks and battery troubles. ...is anyway to replace the bike if not

                                      i will reccomend everyone 8n my rider group not to go for bajaj bikes...
                                      I take auto from dombivli west near railway station to umesh nagar (mns office )official chrge for this route is 8rs but now days auto driver taking 10rs for this route..plz take nay serious action and they misbave also when i m giving 8rs..auto no mho4dd7777..plz take any serious action
