Dear all complainants,

I would like to get support by document all the incidents taking photos of everything happening and file a complaint to your nearest police station and file a consumer complaint in court falling in that area against the dealer and claim for your money and time wasted.

I purchased pulsar ns200 on 29 dec 2017 on 30 dec 2017 evening the bike was not getting start the battery was dead. I complaint on 31 dec 2017 morning they send mechanic with battery they said it was a new battery so due to winter it didn't got charged and they are fixing a charged new battery. On 3 jan 2018 i took the bike to office when leaving the office at 6 pm the battery was dead again i called up dealer they said the on road service is till 5pm only. I had to ask people in my office to push the bike to get it started. The dealer ask me to take the bike to workshop. On 4 jan 2018 i took the the bike to workshop they said its very small issue just sit we will fix it. I was there at 10 am and i waited there till 5 30 pm then they say that we have changed charger and we have checked everything now there are no issues i took the bike home and at night when again checked my bike the battery was dead. I asked them to replace the bike they arguing that let us check it give us time i said in a brand new bike your mechanic worked for 7 hours and still you guys asking for time. I felt like i have purchased a second hand bike and taking it to workshop to get it repaired. The fun and excitement has changed to stress and anger. On 6 jan 2018 they said they will replace the bike with other new bike when i reached there they took my bike and started saying they have called senior engineers now let them check kindly wait. I didn't have patience anymore i left my bike there only and said keep this with yourself because i couldn't bear that mental pressure anymore.in the evening the store head calls me repeatedly and request me to come tomorrow they will definitely provide a new bike. On 7 jan 2018 at 10 am i called the store head ist that if they will give me a replacement than only i will come otherwise i don't have enough time and energy to waste he said they going to provide it. When i reached there was a ns200 which was not looking a new bike they ask me to test drive the bike i tried to figure out because the distance meter was saying 4km when i ride the bike the meter was not working they gave excuse that we did it willingly to let you test drive it. There was 1 more new ns200 standing from which anyone can differentiate that which 1 is looking new and which 1 is not. I said that give me that bike instead of this 1 they said no we cant that bike also having defect. They called a person they said he is senior or as they saying he was general manager krishna bajaj. He said i give you my words come monday my boss wants to give you the replacement by himself almost again an excuse for me.

I am documenting everything and i have taken photos as well so, in future i can claim legally by filling complaint in consumer court for the time and efforts i have wasted because of these goons.

      pulsar rs 200 worst bike and seriously 1st poor service engine blocked

      Dear team

      I have to purchase a pulsar rs200 BS4 bike on 4 Dec 2017 from bagga link services ltd pitumpura delhi . I was driving this bike is good around 10 days then i have to go pitumpura showroom for some issues mention that clutch and gear problem and bike smell problem like some thing burning that your executive is to a new bike some internal paint is to generate smell from front fan. Its ok then i have to go second time...

      Sir, I am already filed complain five times in this regard and your company already aware in this issue and as per bajaj Kalyani dealer’s request I have visited on 30.12.2017 for testing and they agreed for my complain but not taking any action. Hence, once more time I am requesting to you that please issue the cheque of rs.1, 14, 000/-(Rs.89000/- bike price and Rs.25000/- service charges) with interest immediately and I have already filed a complain in consumer forum and after issued cheque I will be handover the bike and necessary action will be taken within two days otherwise I will be filed a case in consumer court Kaveri Bhawan Bangalore my contact No. [protected]

      After putting several complaints you have not been replaced my poor quality bike and not taking seriously of my issue even after filing of complain to consumer forum. Now, I will file a case against you to consumer court shortly.

        (Cheating by popular bajaj, bannerghatta road, bangalore)

        Faulty bajaj dominar product delivered-popular bajaj tried to hide the replacement of crank shaft assembly and other major parts in engine as they did not fix the coolant leakage issue on time leading to engine breakdown
        • popular bajaj ignored my problem of coolant leakage by just topping up and not providing a fix to it (Visited the service center for 5 times for the same issue, have the job cards attached), leading to a breakdown.
        • bike bought in april 2017, spent more than a total of 20 days in the service center till now.
        • popular bajaj kept my bike in service center for 7 days without providing any update on the issue.
        • they updated me saying that they have only changed a spring like part in the clutch plate.
        • i could see that the engine was removed and saw new oil seals.
        • they wanted to get a noc from my side without details filled in it.
        • i was shocked to see the job card which i got access by chance to see all the major parts replaced without my consent (Took a pic of it and referred to the dominar spares manual online).
        • they continuously denied the fact.
        • after escalating to bajaj, now they say that they have replaced the crank shaft and they have done some repairs in the bore, which is not acceptable.
        • the top gear in the bike is still damaged and not taken care.
        • i am not going again to popular bajaj
        • there is no positive response for my issue.
        • finally, i got a faulty bike from bajaj and the service engineers are least bothered to do something and they have cheated me..
        • i have decided to go for legal assistance until i get justice for the money i have paid.
        The bike still has damaged parts in the engine.
        I am very sure that i a faulty product with major flaws.
        I need my hard earned money back.

        I will be disclosing all the proof videos and conversation with the service people where they have agreed that they have messed up with my bike. I was holding those things as i did not want to spoil their career and did not want to point out anyone. Let the public see all these things before they go for Dominar.

        @Dominar Team.I have done this a hundred times. Bajaj has not responded to any of my concerns till date. Is this the way you provide customer support to a premium bike worth 2 lakhs.
        Its not sufficient if you design a bike, providing good service equally counts. Bajaj is just keeping quiet in my case.
        I am not able to use my bike since 2 months now. my eyes gets filled with tears when i see my bike.
        You are just ignoring my concerns, you think that i will follow up for some time and give up finally.
        If i do so its my failure but shame on you Bajaj.
        I had not posted this in social media. Please watch my further steps. I will make sure that people are aware of the things i have experienced. You can still continue to ignore as you have done till now. You will not come to know what i have gone through until it happens to you personally...

        @Dominar Team, i had raised 3 complaints, all 3 were closed without my knowledge. All 3 were raised whenever i was told to report my problem. How can all the 3 complaints be closed on the same day?? Is this professional? why are you doing this? See the image attached.

          Dear sir.
          It very bad experience for me that i buy bajaj vikrant 150cc. Not for bike but your service team of hussainganj team. When i drope my bike for service at that time battery is not properly working and second time i give to service the same problem occurs and your battery pattern say that battery is ok. The problem is not your battery but its your bike problem. Only four month to buy a bike and problems are arise.

            I purchased my bike on 14/08/2016 i was having footrest vibration in my bike when i went to the service centre they told me that the chain sprocket is gone so i changed the chain sprocket but there is no use again there is a same problem when i say them that the footrest vibration still there they will apply some chain lube and they will give the bike
            So kindly take action on this please kalyani bajaj yeshwanthpur

                This is hariprasanth. D and my contact number is [protected]. I can't use mobile during office hours. So you can call me after 5.45 pm. I got a new pulsar ns160 on 19.10.2017. Before 2 weeks (14/12/2017) at early morning in my bike the front wheel and front brake got jammed and i am unable to move it. After that i put the center stand and rotated the front wheel. There is no moment and i am unable to apply the front brake as it got totally jammed. After some time automatically the front wheel started moving and now the same incident happened yesterday (1/1/2018). The brake piston got totally strucked. I called for the bajaj service center to check my vehicle. They checked and told that there is no problem and it usually happens in all new pulsar bikes. Whether i don't know its true or not. If the same incident happens when i am riding on 50 km/hr in the road when it got struck again just think what happens to me. I don't have any photos or videos. But it happens for the second time. I want an assurity that the same problem wont repeat it again and i request you to replace the spares.

                  I bought ct-100-alloy wheel bs-iv bike on 13.07.17 in the name of avijit roy from s. S. Auto, pal para more, bhatjongla, krishnagar, nadia, west bengal, pin-741101, but the blue book in correct order is yet to be issued till date ; in spite of repeated request, they are not paying heed to my urge that i am unable to go outside of this town without blue book;

                      Hello sir/madam,
                      I gave my bike (Pulsar 180) for the general service.. Once the service was completed i have taken my bike and came back.. But there was a oil leakage problem. I don't know why once i went back to the showroom they said there is an crack in the engine near to the oil bolt. So i planned to change it.. I have spent almost rupees 8000 for it. They said here after the problem wont be continued. But past 1 week the same problem is continuing oil leakage. They are always sucking the money.. No proper response. The people who are surrounded by the showroom complaining a lots about them. Watse of money.. Nothing is good.. I need a solution for it.

                        I akshat bangre purchased bajaj v bike on october 28 2016 from raipur showroom that is vandana bajaj. After 2 service i started having problem in shifting the gears of my bike i complained this on the 3rd service about this but the respected persons have not taken any action against it. Now i am fed up f this problem u either resolve it or replace my bike.

                          Hi bajaj team,

                          Good day!

                          This is manigandan from chennai, i am owned bajaj pulsar as 150 bike since 2016.

                          I have some engine oil leakage issue in my bike from last two weeks... So that to resolve this i went mothij bajaj, kattupakkam, chennai.

                          I have dropped my bike on 26 th december 2017, when i dropped the bike, the service executive was confirmed me your bike will be ready by 27 the december 2017. But so far the bike has not yet ready... I don't know... How long they will take to resolve this issue.

                          I have been continuously follow up with that authorised service centre... I frequently called to service executive and that branch manager also... Firstly no one could not pick my call... If anyone picked the call... They said simply.. I will the status and let you know back by 10 min.. But i can't get single call from there end.

                          I can't believe this, finally they can pick my call by today morning, eventhough they provide status of bike also and confirmed that your bike will be ready by today evening.. You can pick it by today... This is unbelievable and awesome job...

                          Then i thought hopefully bike will be ready by today evening... So we will pick it up today, again i called to service centre at 4:30 pm... No one picked my call, i tried almost 5 or 6 contact numbers... No one pick it up.. Finally one guy pick my call.. He said sir hold for minutes.. Will check with technician regarding on this... Finally the technician confirmed that we are working on it.. It will be ready in an hour.

                          Then i put the permission to office and leaving earlier from office.. To pick my bike. At 7 pm i reached service centre.. I provide the slip to executive... Sir your bike is not yet ready... It will be ready by tomorrow only nu... I got this very very wrost experience from bajaj authorised service centre.

                          Then i reach out service manager to complaint about this... But here also one wondering fun is there, the service manager himself doesn't know about the bike staus, who is serviced.. The technician details when we received and other status.. He checking this details in front of me.

                          This is great support i never experienced like this...

                          First of all i have couple questions to bajaj corporate center and that service centre... (Mothij bajaj)

                          Questions to corporate.

                          Question no: 1

                          Firstly, have you authorised this service centre... Or just they themselves put it we are authorised service centre.

                          If you are authorised means... How did you authorised this service centre... Sorry to say this service centre is like fish market?

                          Question no: 2

                          If you would have authorised na... Have you done or maintained the yearly inspection once, if you done the inspection na am damn sure you have to cancel your authority to this service centre (Fish market - again sorry to say)?

                          Bajaj is one of leading brand owned manufacturer of vehicle... If you are authorised this kind show rooms and service centre... They can spoiled your brand name and damaging your future coustmers.

                          Small mechanical service centre itself should maintain some protocols as well... But your service centre doesn't follow this kind of protocols?

                          I have one doubt over there... Is this same way following.. When you manufacturing bike in factory also?

                          In your service centre... Have you follow the proper step by step procedures and service operations?

                          The service centre could following this process
                          5s and fifo, inventory management, service job cards, capacity management and genuinecommunication and etc etc...

                          Why you are managing your service centre like fish market... Even fish market also better.

                          Also i have few more also...

                            Hi have purchase new bike of bajaj 220f from starting it has given 6times problem. For every problem sai service lower parel is taking more then 1month
                            Now again bike has given battry problem for second time i have hand over the bike to ssai service on 8/12/2017 till now they have not give my bike. Every month same problem is coming to bike and they r doing temp work and telling that ur bike is ready. But again and again it is giving same broblem
                            Bike no. Mh 01 cn 6168. Plz revert on this

                              Hello sir, we buying ct100 in previous year, old 6 month old, when we go for buying we select first it was not proper assembled then it reject and we select second piece its ok at time but after few days it gave very dangerous problem and we chkout at your 4 service cenrtres but ur all workers cant found problem then u say what can we doo say me. U can damage ur markiting with ur customer.

                                false charges in bike servicing bill.

                                I own bajaj discover 125-st, got my bike serviced at popular bajaj bannerghatta road. They claimed the pick up was bad, and showed 5000 estimate but the final bill came to 7800 odd.

                                1. The pick-up has not improved at all. It is actually bad at lower gears while climbing slope. Worse than it was before.
                                2. Chain started making sound after the servicing and now they are asking to replace the entire...

                                Bought a dominar 400 from kalyani bajaj, mekhri circle, bangalore on 31st march, the alloy got cracked after going into a small pothole. Not even an year and this is the case with my bike. Disappointed with it, i took it to them and they said it can happen with anyone depending on the impact. Also they are not ready to investigate and look into it. They do not care of the after service. They just want sales. Bajaj guys, take this up seriously... Why you guys not accepting that there is a defect with the alloy. At least investigate. When other bikes like r15 and ktm rc 200 can get through, can dominar not handle it. Is this the kindof a bike that you have built??

                                  When the bike is parked under sun, the fuel in the tube and engine region evaporates. Once you start riding after parking under sun, the bike stalls after about hundred meters and it takes not less than a mighty effort to get it running again. As we are solely dependent on the self starter button, keeping on trying to start the bike using this option also drains the battery. Very poor design. India is a sunny country and you cant expect shaded...

                                  I bought new showroom avenger street 150 in oct 2017. After one month of my first free servicing i started to heard sound of chain when i lowers the speed in 4th or 5 th gear.. And it becomes louder. When i applay clutch.. I drive just 1100 km in 3 and half month. This is new bike and within 3 months its chains making sound.. Hows tht possible.? And for next free servicing i hv to wait for 5 months or 4500km.. How can i tolerate this sound till that.. Plz help to resolve issue.
