Dear sir, thanks for your support my previous complaint has been successfully solved by om bajaj service center anpara, but while there is new problem occured while i take clutch in bajaj v12 the bike suddenly race i take my bike in showroom but there is not any valuable response from him the problem is as it is. I request you to please solve this problem.

I have left my bike for servicing on 04/12/17. While the time i was leaving the bike on service station i told all the problems that i have faced while i am riding my bike and they noted it. After servicing i am still facing the problem on enginee refinement level and a creeping sound comes form it when ever i rev the bike normally so pls hlp me

    On 30/10/17, i purchase a bike avenger 150. But on 4/11/17 it's battery discharged completely. They told me that it's manufacturing defect and changed it. But on 8/11/17 it discharged again. Then they told me that it's coil is faulty and changed it in 4 days. They make some scratch and dent on fuel tank. Now it's self start system is not working properly.
    I registered a complaint also at customer care, but there is no response

      Dear sir/madam

      This is to inform your team that mc kit of plusar as 150 is not available at any of service centers at ernakulam (Edappally & aluva) to be exact.
      The problem as a customer which i face right now is the fact that how i am suppose to ride a bike without the proper functioning of front brake.
      Without the mc kit which is needed to be fixed for the proper functioning of front brake it is atmost disrespect that i face due its unavailability.

      My new Pulsaer NS 160 purchased just 90day ago on Sat 2/12/2017 i went for 1st service in service center they are tell me your bike has half engine oil and come smoke from exhaust. actually my bike just running only near by 500 km in 45days so how engine oil are burned.

        I have purchased a pulsor 150 2017 modal bike in august 2017 from sai bajaj bihar sharif. I have faced the battery problem in bike again and again start bike has stopped and self start not work properly. Your dealer advice me for creating a light switch in bike bs 4. I will lodge a complain in consumer forum court. If not solution made properly in bike.

          Myself, dr. Krishna jaiswal, owner of pulsar 135 ls bs-iv variant purchased on 3rd of december 2016 from jadavpur, kolkata - 32.
          I moved to siliguri in month of august 2017, after few weeks i faced a problem - leakage of petrol from a pipe underneath the engine which i failed to figure it out at first, i asked to check the bike from a nearby bike repairing centre, they came to the conclusion that a valve is defective inside the carburetor, so they changed, no issues.

          After aprox. 2 month my bike suddenly stops & refuse to start while driving and won't get start after overnight standing. I attended bajaj service centre, sevoke road, siliguri - 734001, after their assessment and evaluation they concluded the battery is defective, they gave me letter for battery replacement to amco lih7566650, till then the kick lever also got rusted, noted for replacement. Amco did replaced the battery after checking the initial one on 26-10-17. Since then bike was running ok for around 15 days, then again starting problem, went to service centre again they checked keeping my bike for 4 days, concluded the battery is defective, again i went to amco service centre, narrating the problem faced, they were ready to give replacement, but i opted for maintainace free amco catz5lb model on 17-11-17. After 8-9 days bike again refused to start, went to service centre, they checked concluded battery is defective, i asked them i want proof, they show me on multimeter, there were no load detector, gave me letter to amco, amco people checked they said battery is ok, he again fitted the battery with the bike, magically bike began to function normally. I didn't went back to service centre to tell them about the failure to detect the problem and keep harassing the customers. After few days my bike again started showing similar problem, failed to start infrequently and suddenly stops while riding the bike, i dont want to visit the service centre again, because of the poor service quality and smirky nature of the technician, no one want to take the allocation of my bike for servicing.
          On 7-12-17 while returning form my duty towards home for 2 time the bike stopped, somehow managed till home, from home i took the bike to nearby bike garage by pushing ownself, he checked all the probable issue (Spark plug, carburetor fuel entry, fuse, etc) concluded that cdi unit is defective, he proved infront of me after hitting the cdi unit, bike started suddenly, gave me the cdi sample to purchase for new one, it was not available at any bajaj auto parts shop, hopelessly i went to service centre they said the product serial number is not listed in our system. Customer co-ordinator asked me to bring the bike so they can assess further, so i brought there. When i went there next day[protected] the bike was kept unattended, i insisted them to plz look after the issue, none of them were interested, so i called up mr. Abhijit, asked him for help, somehow one of the technician came he gave the trial, said ok, checked cdi too, it did work, said that there is some loose connection among wire beneth the petrol tank, they did the 3rd free servicing, asked me to give trial, found no issue, thanked them. They also replaced the kick lever.

          I also assured them form next time i won't be comming to that service centre again nor will recommend my nearby people to get servicing done at sevoke road centre, nor to prefer bajaj products too.
          I was hardcore fan of bajaj since childhood, my father had, bajaj vespa — bajaj pulsar 150 (2nd model - purchased in 2008 probably).

            I have purchased bajaj avenger 220 cruise on 04.09.2017 from shisa bajaj, vadodara, gujarat, phone : [protected]

            I have also finished bike's first service at 600 kms.

            But after riding up to 2400 kms, suddenly on 28.11.2017 early in the morning, bike didn't started. That day was my sister's marriage day when i need to receive our relatives and family members. I was very much disappointed.

            Then next day i called a bajaj's service person from vaibhav motors, bajwa, vadodara, gujarat.

            As an initial checking of bike, they suspected battery issue. I put bike battery for charging for full day of 29.11.2017. But bike didn't started after 30.11.2017 and same issue came again.

            As a current status of my bike, it is with vaibhav motors, bajwa, vadodara, gujarat since 01.12.2017 and also informed to shisa bajaj, vadodara, gujarat about the bike issue.

            Now, i am using public transport to reach my office daily which is time consuming and difficult also.

            Several times i talked to vaibhav motors & shisa bajaj to repair/replace my bike but i think they are not taking seriously that's why after one week also i am not getting my bike.

              Sir, i have purchased a bike on 21.10.2015 from kalyani bajaj yelahanka and feb, 2016 i have faced engine sound and oil leakaged and pick up related problem and last two year i have faced same problem and in this regard i have already filed complaints on 4 feb, 2016, 20march, 2016, 2april, 25nov and 30 nov, 2017 on bajaj consumer complaints but not solved and during this period i have paid 25000/- on 10 times services and visited 15 times to service centre hence, you are requesting that change the poor quality bike and refunded 25000/- within 7 days without fail and i have already filed complain to consumer forum vide no.534767 dated 9.12.217

                  On 4th of december 2017 i have taken delivery of pulsar ns160 model bike from one of your authourised show room in chennai namely kln automobiles pvt. Ltd., annanagar. That the 7.00 p. M night they gave me the delivery of the new bike with a fully drunken person of the show room with out registered in the r. T. O of chennai. We take the delivery of the said vehicle in the night and the next morning we saw the vehicle damaged condition rt. Side handbar, fork bend, rt side guard, and kicker bend condition. The same day 6.12.2017 we went to the show room and said the vehicle delivered yesterday by your show room was damaged one and asked them replace by a new vehicle. But accepting the conditions of the said vehicle the show room manager simply replace the hand grip cover and said you bring the bike in the first service we will rectify all the problems. Instead of replacing the vehicle he pressure us taking delivery of the damaged vehicle. But we refused to take delivery of the damaged bike and we come back and registered a complaint with the bajaj company (Complaint no. Isr 254702) the person spoke with us is mr. Kiran. But till now there is no response from your company. Is it correct to spend nearly one lakh to take delivery of the damaged condition bike as new? We expect your good office to give a new bike for us and instruct the dealer to respond the customers with clean and good staff.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have purchased brand new bajaj avenger cruse 220 cc from shreeram motors gandhare, wada (Mob: [protected] wada show room.

                    Am approached to showroom for this starting issue, the showroom manager mr. Mukesh palve directed to me another showroom that showroom located in bhiwandi showroom name is salasar bajaj, manager name is prasad padke, contact no: [protected].

                    Both showroom not responding properly, also am asked for rectification history sheet they are not ready to give repair history of bike and ignored my obligation.

                    Am very much disturbed physically and mentally after paying full money i have lost my peacefulness due to not responding of showroom guys.

                    Vehicle break down history date wise as given-ed below.

                    Vehicle purchased on : 06.10.2017
                    1st starting issue on 10.10.2017, we informed to showroom and they taken vehicle from my home on same day and after rectification they hand over vehicle on 11.10.2017.

                    2nd time starting issue on 16.10.17 again we informed to showroom and they again taken vehicle from my home on same day and after rectification they hand over vehicle on 19.10.2017.

                    3rd starting issue on 29.10.2017 again we informed to showroom and they given assurance that this time problem will be closed for permanently and taken vehicle on same day from my home after rectification they hand hovered the vehicle on 02.11.2017.

                    4th starting issue on 01.12.2017 again again same process done and they hand hovered vehicle on 07.12.2017.

                    The show room taken my vehicle in showroom custody 16 days.

                    Am very much disturbed physically and mentally after paying full money i have lost my peacefulness also my family happiness lost due to not responding of showroom guys.

                    I request you please take valuable action for this issue.

                    If required will put the case to consumer court!!!

                      Hi team,
                      This is regarding above my vehicle worst third free service and customer mishandling:
                      My vehicle reached 9652 km so i took for third free service at 07/10/2017 to bajaj service center vishaka auto no:22 arcot road, saligramam, chennai-600093.
                      I gave below alphabet listed complaints from 1st service itself (Even this 3rd service also i gave):
                      A. When taking u turn it’s automatically became fake gear (It means automatically gear stuck in between 2nd and 3rd gear bike not moved, symptoms same as neutral)
                      B. Brake noise
                      C. Water wash
                      1. Till now above complaints is not resolved. Even i visit again after completion of every service, they not doing this complaint and postponing for next service.
                      It seems they are not capable to doing such customer complaints
                      2. For all free services above bajaj service center will charged for labor and consumable.
                      It seems they cheating bajaj vehicle customers as well bajaj manufacturer
                      3. While giving my vehicle for 3rd free service there is no chain noise at all and i am not given any complaints on drive chains, after completion of this service severe noise from drive chain and harshness difficult to drive the vehicle. I take back again in 15 minutes they applied grease on drive chain (I am not allowed to applied grease in drive chain because it was not recommended by bajaj manufacturer, but they not listen my words) it is done in front of service manager edwin josehua. Still drive chain noise and harshness not resolved.
                      It seems such an expensive new bike they don’t know to handle as per bajaj recommended now it got spoiled drive chain and sprocket due to unskilled service peoples
                      4. Water wash is not done properly, because of still mud and stains is there, service and water wash people told that they washed for 6 times but no use at all. When i made a conversation with service adviser regarding water wash, washing boys were involved and spoken harsh words with me stating (It is always must be like this only, are you drive the bike in road or sky) it was not controlled by service adviser too. I suspect this picture back end is handled by service adviser or someone else.
                      See this type of customer handling people working in bajaj service centers
                      For your kind information it is my hard earned money not cheated or stolen vehicle. Team kindly resolve as soon as possible on alphabet listed complaints, bill details, changing new drive chain sprocket and customer handling peoples.

                        Sir i bought a bajaj pulsar 220f 2017 on august of this year and i had an issue with my battery.. So i approached my showroom where i took the bike from.. They sent it for service.. Today it's the 20th day since i gave them the battery. They said me they will return it in 7 days. And today i called them for knowing the details and when i questioned about the battery, they gave me answer in a very bad manner.. They never provided me with a spare battery also.. And now no proper response too.. I talked with the service manager of mettupalayam branch today evening and he spoke to me in a harsh manner. Please take necessary action sir please.. It's our request to you.. Not only mine situation is like this but everyone are dealing with these problems.

                          I got a call from this.[protected] no. And she was pallavi she asked about my knowledge regarding this company and demanded 2050 from me and given offer letter with comapny logo and then i paid her in this accountac : [protected] bank name: axis bank name: neeraj ifsc code: utib0000392 and after that again i got a call from akram mallick he again asked 5000 from me but i refuses to give then he told me that 2050 is for training and 5000 is for your uniform then i told him that there is no company who demands money from employee for their uniform then he told me that if you want to do job then give money this is our company's rule.
                          But refuses to give money i want my money back from him sir please take some action on these types of fraud companies who used your brand name to cheat someone

After two months when i get the registration card the chassis number on the card does not match the chassis number of the bike. Many time i contacted with the show room officials but every time they told me that they will solve the problem and give me a extended date to solve the problem. But now 13 months was expired no action was taken. Please look into this matter. Name - gourab nayak. Chassis no on registration card - md2a74bz4grg48527.                               I had bought bajaj pulsar 180 street on 25 march 2017, but after 6 month and second servicing bike bike got stuck due to battery issue. Then i took my bike 3 times after second serving in khivaraj bajaj service centre in doddanakundi, marathalli, benglore, and they replace the battery. I had very worst expirience with khivraj serice centre. When i press elf start button, bike will not start many times, self start dosent work. Or this bike no have kick start, as well so i have to stand on the road and i am waiting for the help. I alredy visited this serive centre 5 times.
                              I cant understand what going on? Is this way you solve this issue? I think i waist my money on bajaj bike.
                              Worst service i have been expirienced.

                                Today i visited ravidutt service center ferozepur for my bajaj pulser 180 cc for routine service. I asked to check the digital meter which was not working, i told them the wire of the meter may be broken but at the time of delivery supervisor and mechanic told me that we have checked the whole wire system there is no any problem of broken wire, problem in digital meter. They advised me to change meter and book it now which is amounting rs 2700/-.
                                When i return home i check the whole wire system andi saw a white broken wire near the handle and i operate it and the digital meter stared towork.
                                Your untrained staff making customer fool and exploiting customers by giving wrong information. Bajaj auto is reputed company. So i request you to do needful action and appoint qualified staff at ravidutt bajaj service center.
                                I always used bajaj chetak scooter/ bike since 1980 and this was a bitter experience for me. Thanks

                                    I had bought bajaj avenger 150 street on 8 august 2017 but after one month the byke got stuck due to baterry issue's (Batery dump) then i took my byke to gems bajaj showroom - hadapsar, pune (Dealer) and they replace the batery without knowing the actual root cause. May be the issue was due to battery charger or other issue. I had worst experience with gems bajaj servicing and didnt expect this from a dealer because when i press the self botton the only sound come of rotating the motor but self doesn't work. Moreover, it does not have the kick as well so i have to stand on the road and wait for someone's help when the byke got stuck. I already visited the showroom 4 times. First time, they said the issue is with the battery and they asked me to visit on amaron battery showroom. I visited there, they check the battery and provided the stand by battery and asked to come again. The next day, when i visited, they said battery is absolutely fine, issue is with the bike. I called the service center manager, again, they asked to visit the showroom, will check and resolve the issue as they understood the problem and they changed the rotor of the byke as the previous rotor was not giving voltage of 14 v.

                                    After one month the issue again occured and the byke got stuck as i went to service centre and the person said now the problem is with engine.

                                    I cann't understand.. What is going on? Is this the way you solve issues..

                                    Gems bajaj pune (Hadapsar) : worst service i have been experienced in my entire life.

                                    Kindly replace my byke (Looking the entire byke is defective) as i have wasted my money to buy bajaj's model but dont want to waste my time (Time is money)

                                      I had visited one of your workshop (Executive motors) ghatkopar branch for 2nd free service on date:- 02/12/2017.
                                      The service provided by the dealer was really made me unhappy. Really poore quality of service. Really not atall customer satisfactory.
                                      There was oil leakage problem in my bike from the front shockabsorber fork and after inspection of the bike dealer said me due to fork bar was pitted the oil got leakage. For that dealer says the fork bar was replaced under warranty but when i received the bill the fork bar was nt mention anywhere in the bill. 2nd thing they have charge me for the fork oil seal, fork oil & labour for replacement of oil seal & consumable which was really unacceptable. There was no use of free service and warranty. Never ever will trust baja n will never buy a baja product henceforth. It was just a loot. Really poor quality of service.
                                      I have also attach the copy of bill provides by the dealer.
