I got a call from this.[protected] no. And she was pallavi she asked about my knowledge regarding this company and demanded 2050 from me and given offer letter with comapny logo and then i paid her in this accountac : [protected] bank name: axis bank name: neeraj ifsc code: utib0000392 and after that again i got a call from akram mallick he again asked 5000 from me but i refuses to give then he told me that 2050 is for training and 5000 is for your uniform then i told him that there is no company who demands money from employee for their uniform then he told me that if you want to do job then give money this is our company's rule.
But refuses to give money i want my money back from him sir please take some action on these types of fraud companies who used your brand name to cheat someone

    Respected sir/madam, i hereby inform you that i have purchased a bajaj v15 on 26/09/2016 from das automobile situated at andal west bengal. After two months when i get the registration card the chassis number on the card does not match the chassis number of the bike. Many time i contacted with the show room officials but every time they told me that they will solve the problem and give me a extended date to solve the problem. But now 13 months was expired no action was taken. Please look into this matter. Name - gourab nayak. Chassis no on registration card - md2a74bz4grg48527.       I had bought bajaj pulsar 180 street on 25 march 2017, but after 6 month and second servicing bike bike got stuck due to battery issue. Then i took my bike 3 times after second serving in khivaraj bajaj service centre in doddanakundi, marathalli, benglore, and they replace the battery. I had very worst expirience with khivraj serice centre. When i press elf start button, bike will not start many times, self start dosent work. Or this bike no have kick start, as well so i have to stand on the road and i am waiting for the help. I alredy visited this serive centre 5 times.
      I cant understand what going on? Is this way you solve this issue? I think i waist my money on bajaj bike.
      Worst service i have been expirienced.

        Today i visited ravidutt service center ferozepur for my bajaj pulser 180 cc for routine service. I asked to check the digital meter which was not working, i told them the wire of the meter may be broken but at the time of delivery supervisor and mechanic told me that we have checked the whole wire system there is no any problem of broken wire, problem in digital meter. They advised me to change meter and book it now which is amounting rs 2700/-.
        When i return home i check the whole wire system andi saw a white broken wire near the handle and i operate it and the digital meter stared towork.
        Your untrained staff making customer fool and exploiting customers by giving wrong information. Bajaj auto is reputed company. So i request you to do needful action and appoint qualified staff at ravidutt bajaj service center.
        I always used bajaj chetak scooter/ bike since 1980 and this was a bitter experience for me. Thanks

            I had bought bajaj avenger 150 street on 8 august 2017 but after one month the byke got stuck due to baterry issue's (Batery dump) then i took my byke to gems bajaj showroom - hadapsar, pune (Dealer) and they replace the batery without knowing the actual root cause. May be the issue was due to battery charger or other issue. I had worst experience with gems bajaj servicing and didnt expect this from a dealer because when i press the self botton the only sound come of rotating the motor but self doesn't work. Moreover, it does not have the kick as well so i have to stand on the road and wait for someone's help when the byke got stuck. I already visited the showroom 4 times. First time, they said the issue is with the battery and they asked me to visit on amaron battery showroom. I visited there, they check the battery and provided the stand by battery and asked to come again. The next day, when i visited, they said battery is absolutely fine, issue is with the bike. I called the service center manager, again, they asked to visit the showroom, will check and resolve the issue as they understood the problem and they changed the rotor of the byke as the previous rotor was not giving voltage of 14 v.

            After one month the issue again occured and the byke got stuck as i went to service centre and the person said now the problem is with engine.

            I cann't understand.. What is going on? Is this the way you solve issues..

            Gems bajaj pune (Hadapsar) : worst service i have been experienced in my entire life.

            Kindly replace my byke (Looking the entire byke is defective) as i have wasted my money to buy bajaj's model but dont want to waste my time (Time is money)

              Hello sir/madam.

              Model:- platina 100es.
              I had visited one of your workshop (Executive motors) ghatkopar branch for 2nd free service on date:- 02/12/2017.
              The service provided by the dealer was really made me unhappy. Really poore quality of service. Really not atall customer satisfactory.
              There was oil leakage problem in my bike from the front shockabsorber fork and after inspection of the bike dealer said me due to fork bar was pitted the oil got leakage. For that dealer says the fork bar was replaced under warranty but when i received the bill the fork bar was nt mention anywhere in the bill. 2nd thing they have charge me for the fork oil seal, fork oil & labour for replacement of oil seal & consumable which was really unacceptable. There was no use of free service and warranty. Never ever will trust baja n will never buy a baja product henceforth. It was just a loot. Really poor quality of service.
              I have also attach the copy of bill provides by the dealer.

                  I'm have purchased bajaj v15 eight months before from sai service andheri and from the first month itself my bike getting airlocked regularly. I take this issue to service center twice but not find any solution. Me and my family life was in danger and luckily survived on some occasions due to sudden stop of bike on highways. I'm facing other issues also that i don't want to discuss, as this issue relates to safety of my life. I hope will get replacement of new fuel tank which is possible within first year.                     Sir,
                    I lodge with you a serious financial complaint. I noticed that a sum of rs 117.00 has been deducted from my bank account against dd bajaj auto bearing transaction no p [protected] on 28.11.2017. This is entirely unauthorised. I did never strike a deal regarding bajaj auto finance nor do i have such a plan in future. I am surprised beyond measure at such an unnoticed deduction. Why such thing happened in my case can be best explained by you only. This is not just unethical, illegal and unimaginable but also it is most likely to tarnish the image of your esteemed company. What wrong have i done to be a victim of such a circumstances? This is highly financial irregularities on the part of your company which is surely a matter of grave concern.
                    Therefore, i earnestly request you to resolve the issue as early as possible and credit the said amount to my bank account immediately and ensure that such thing do never happen to me and also any sincere citizen in this country.

                    Within an hour it should be resolved.
                    Hi, i am currently using pulsar 150. i bought this bike on Jan 2017 and i am facing petrol leakage problem after 4 months. i gave my bike to krushna bajaj service center to check out the bike for 4 times and i am still facing same issue. they charged me to look after problem. i never crashed on bike or any issues from my side. worst service ever.

                      I had purchased a bike vikrant v 15 narayan motors (Sub dealer of shree shyam bajaj), jaipur, rajasthan on 17th october'17, vehicle no. Is rj 14 ah 9114. My grievance started after i gave my bike for the first free service to narayan motor from where i had purchased this bike from. At the time of servicing the mechanic forgot to fill the engine oil and due to which the engine got ceased before i could collect my bike dated 29th nov 2017. I had even confirmed twice from the mechanic before collecting the bike after servicing that whether everything has been serviced properly and that engine oil has been filled but they were very confident and said that everything is in place and is working fine. Now to my utter dismay after that i was not able to start the bike and when the dealer checked it at the time the bike was brought to the showroom/workshop that they would check and let us know the problem. And in this discussion with the sub dealer mr. Tarachand sharma and prakash sharma is was clearly stated that if there is any problem in the engine they would replace and give me a new bike as it was such a big fault in just a one month old bike.
                      After all this discussion and the checks they performed they clearly stated that engine oil wasn't filled in bike due to which engine got ceased. And since then they are denying to their statement commited to me and i have been waiting since morning but they have left me unattended and without any resolution.
                      Even i contacted bajaj customer service no.[protected] but ms. Snehlata just kept on saying that they ave forwarded the complaint to service centre and they only will let me know the fate of my complaint and said even if there is a default in the bike and there is no customer fault the bike won't be replaced. It was a very bad experience with her as they way she spoke was very unprofessional as i too work in a service industry and we do know what customer delight is and how to tackle a customer complaint when there is no fault of the customer.
                      Awaiting a quick resolution of my problem or i will be forced to take a legal action against all the entities involved and i'm pretty sure that bajaj as a company will take strict action against the dealer for such a blunder they did at the time of servicing and know that they are not ready to replace the bike. I hope all of you would understand that a company's goodwill is at stake because of such issues and behaviours of your employee and dealers. I have been literally been mentally harassed by all your officials be it bajaj's employee or dealer or sub dealer and this is now just not acceptable to me as it's my hard earned money that i had out in to purchase this bike.
                      Awaiting a positive response for the grievance raised by self.

                        I shubham gaonkar is the owner of motorcycle. Registrationno. Mh01cx2284, model. Pulsar 200ns, engine no. Jlychf93372, chasis no. Md2a36fy4hcf34430 which was purchased on 30/09/2017 hardly run 1945kms till now.

                        1) first of all this motorcycle was starting with other vehicle key so can be theft at any time.

                        2) within 1 month 4days & km 1450km clutch failed and dealer forced me to pay for that so i did. I am not new to drive vehicle.

                        3) within 10-15days oil started leaking from head as well as from packing in which engine can be failed at any time.
                        After servicing at raj bajaj in 2 to 3 days the same problem occurred. Totally very dissappointed just want replacement of my bike.

                        I am Shasank Hota on 19th Nov i purchased pulsar 150. The showroom staff are very useless and there behaviour also very bad such a 3rd class cheap showroom i have never seen. They maintain nothing in there showroom..
                        Totaly waist of money for purchase bajaj vehicle.

                          I have purchased bike (Pulsar 150) from crystal bajaj, mowa, raipur (C. G.) on 16th may 2016 but till date i have not received my rc card. I visited showroom to collect rc card but showroom was closed. Crystal bajaj auto service is still opened but they said to me that showroom is closed i can't do anything for you. I also visited rto to collect rc card but rto said that your file had not received yet.
                          You are requested to resolve my problem as early as possible.

                            I bought a dominar 400 on 25/11/2017 from popular bajaj jayanagar. I paid 2, 00, 000 at the time of purchase.
                            Here is the breakdown.

                            Ex showroom price - 156271
                            Insurance for three years - 10649
                            Road tax - 31224
                            Puncher proof + ind number plate - 2200

                            This adds up to 200344

                            But the showroom sales guy raghu is calling me and asking me to pay another 4300. He is saying it is registration charges and he is not producing any receipt for it. He is saying we don't get a receipt for that and he is demanding money. Please advice me on this

                            I perches my avenger 150 before 2 month ago but within 2 months battery problem is there.when i start my bike with self it can't on need to push bike and start them.

                              Bought Pulsar 220F from Sai Service Aundh Pune, 3 month back.
                              Since then logged 4-5 complaints to Bajaj customer care (ISR 19573, ISR 240262, ISR 190564, ISR 193573, ISR 190564) regarding my bike is having self start issue (there is some problem in battery or battery recharge related).

                              But every time the service center says it is fine now but still problem persist and i have to push my bike to start as this bike does not have kick start.

                              Please help I am really frustrated from the service and the bike.

                              The issue is still not resolved.

                              I have given my bike in Shree Guru Bajaj Service Center Wagholi, Pune for the above issue as i stay in Wagholi.

                              They told me to get back to me today, but no one turned up and no body picked by call.

                              This is the kind of service i am getting.

                              Please note: Untill and unless my my problem is not fixed i am not going to pay a single rupee after warranty expiration.

                                I have purchased a new bike (Dominar) from bajaj. It is hardly 2 months ago. But even after 1st servicing there is huge starting problem and battery issue with the bike. And now i am helpless with this issue.
                                I submitted an email to [protected]@bajajauto.co.in
                                But did not get any response. Again i called o their sustomer care number. And they assisted me to visit any service centre.

                                I am not able to take the bike to the service centre. Because i am not able to start the bike. Please help regarding the issue.

                                Bhai I am also facing the same issue in my new bike pulsar 220F purchased 3 month back since 2nd week of my purchase i am facing self start issue. No one is interested and its being 3 months this problem still not resolved bro..!!

                                New Complain raised today:- ISR 250032

                                But there is no point just raising complaints, I think you must look from the customer perspective.

                                People spent more than 1 Lac not to push their bike for Engine start.

                                The first things comes in our mind regarding any engine is, it should not have any issue in START, even if this doesn't happen then there is no meaning of manufacturing engine.

                                  I never received my rc paper
                                  Now i want my rc paper for my persnol use.
                                  Last week i went to “aakash bajaj pondicherry” (Where i bought my bike)
                                  To receive my rc paper, but the concern department officer never responce me
                                  In geniune manner, i called to the complaint no [protected], he too disconnected my call while speaking. Is this your service?
                                  Kindly take proper action i want my rc paper. Kindly guide me to get my rc paper.

                                  I bought v15 in June 2017 ..bike is good but a problem is continously my bike is stop every time when I start it they stop in 2 seconds I checked my bike by the authorised service center but they can not able to solve this problem ..now what can I do please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Hi my name is ankur shrimali i am writing this mail to notify that what is happening with customer in dealership.
                                    I purchased pulsar 160 ns on 19th nov from amin bajaj chisis no:md2a92cy0hce13017, shahibaug, ahmedabad. When i went for delivery and i saw the bike first time i told the executive that it is aged bike i don"t want this bike. Because it was not washed. Full of dust graphic covers stick so hard we not able to remove. Lots of gum marks, rusting and scratches. I demanded for other piece so your executive told me that sir took test drive piece i was not agreed for that i demanded for new fresh piece so he told me that sir once you wash this bike it will be all right. I asked him why bike in this conditions no pdi no wash. So he replied that because of diwali sir pl came after labh pancham i wl wash your bike and ensured me to sort out all my issues.
                                    Very next day i found that there is a leaking problem. I called him so he told me that dont drive the bike pl came after labh pancham i wl take care of ths problem.
                                    When i called him on labh pacham he told me that sir i am on leave pl came after couple of the days. After two days i went to shahibaug showroom. He told me that pl go laldarwaja showroom.
                                    When i went lal darwaja showroom met service person and discuss all problem he told me sir i only help you in this leaking problem. I am not going to wash your bike and i am not responsible for other bike issues pl contact your sales executive. That time i saw other bike delivery and i found that mudflap is not fitted in my bike.
                                    I frustrated and again call him so he told me that sir because of festive season service person denied bt after two /three days i personally took your bike and solve your all problem.
                                    But he not came for this so i again called that if you are not free i wl come to your showroom. So he told me don't worry sir i wl come. After week he came took my bike and in evening he returned my bike. I saw and told him that what are doing you told me that after washing iit wl be all right but my bike is in same condition. I told him that i want replacement. So he replied that pl go laldarwaja showroom they will look after your all concerned.
                                    I went laldarwaja showroom on 18 nov saturday. And meet one lady name is babita and explained all things and tell her that i want new peice because of your executive fault i am not going to keep this kind of faulty peice. I she replied that pl come on monday or tuesday because our general manager is on leave.
                                    On 21st nov again i went laldarwaja showroom meet babita and again explained all thing. Than i meet with general manager salim kureshi and start explaining that matter bt he is not ready to listen me and gives mevery nonsense excuses. He is not even to ready to listen custmet query and using very abusive language and tone. And told me that i wl repair only that things which i want to repair if you want to repair. Or leave our showroom with your bike. There is one other lady she has also misbehave with me. She said to me like"go go do whatever you want to do nothing gonna happen "
                                    They have no sense how to talk. How to behave with customers. This kind of people represent bajaj bike.
                                    Then i visited bajaj regional office. Abad. And meet with one asm and explained all thing he observed my bike and ensure me that i wl speak with dealership. With in two days they will change your peice or sort out your problems. But still nothing happened.
                                    I writing this because it is eye opner for you that what kind of treatment given by dealership to customers. Why should i keep this kind of faulty bike when there is no my fault. Amin bajaj delivered me faulty peice and now denied to replacement.
                                    So i dont think it is bajaj policy that sell faulty peice to customet.

                                    I want new peice as per i explained that on very first day i was found it is a faulty peice.

                                    For reference i am sending audio recording pl listen it so knew how that manager spoke with me.
                                    I am also want that take strict action on that general managet name is salim kureshi.

                                    I hope you will under stand my concern and give me my desire solution. I want replacement.

                                    how can you close the complaint without contact me . when i spoke with your customer care executive she told me that sir you get a call in 24 hrs . i am not getting any call from Bajaj and today i received a message that your complaint is closed. which kind of service you providing. it not acceptable from bajaj. so what is difference between dealer and company. my complaint no: ISR- 249256 . PL Reopen and solve it on urgent basis
                                    bhai amar problem I have 180 . i have faced it for 6 times whenever they fix it after 1k + km it again starts

I took my bike for service near daurli bajaj service centre but they didn't solve my bike problem. I m sorry to say if there will not be any action to my complain.

                                        Please find attached bill copy and below the details for your reference.

                                        Oil Charge - Rs.450
                                        General Servicing - Rs.400
                                        Meter Cable - Rs.160
                                        Disk pad& Oil - Rs. 180.
                                        Clutch Repair - Rs. 280
                                        Gear Shaft"s" kit -Rs. 65
                                        Labor Charge - Rs.300
                                        Chain cleaning and Miss. Cleaning- Rs. 80
                                        TOTAL: 1915.
                                        I have asked clarification on the bill they have asked me to pay for.
                                        I don't understand why they have charged me twice with the different name General servicing and Labor charge.
                                        And also there is no warranty or Guarantee on the spare parts that they have replaced.
