Bajaj auto — issue related with pulsar ns200
I have purchased my bike (Pulsar ns200) from authorized services center in mangalore (Karnataka)

Service center name :- bajaj opp roshnilaya colloge
1. I din get my bike on time. Manger promised me to give bike on my date of demanded. But he failed coz he gave bike to his friends who booked bikes after me. When i told him i m gonna mail about this to bajaj service centre he gave me bike in one day. Now i doubt tat it’s a test ride bike. Coz i took bike on march. But august my bike got color problem. I took to da bajaj service centre dey fixed it. But after two days again tat color problem started i showed to one of my mechanic. He said color is gon u got to change it. I took my bike again n asked dem to fix it. But dey did da same. I had to go for a long drive. I was above to fall coz of dis negligence of bajaj service centre. I demand to replace a new color for my bike. N do note dis (Change da manager of mangalore bajaj service centre opp roshnilaya college manager name siddiq) coz of tat man i can not suggest bikes from bajaj. Performance is really good i liked dis bike a lot. But please fix dis small small issues. Ns i’ll b da best bike in indian.

    Bajaj,

    I have purchased bajaj avenger 220 street last week at sai madhuravani motors karmanghat who is sub dealer of vinayaka automobikes, hyderabad. The staff at sai madhuravani motors bought the vehicle by riding themsleves even before delivering. (It was 14 kms already driven)

    The said showroom had not provided the owner booklet/servicing book till today (7days from date of purchase), ideally they should give it on the same day. I have complained bajaj on this (Ref isr-262849). Please take necessary action.

    I have raised this with consumer forum, gov with docket number: 546716.

      I have purchased my bike (Pulsar ns200) from authorized services center in badlapur (East).

      Service center name :- shree sai services.

      1) i have problem with front as well as rear disk brakes. It is not at all accurate like when it was after first servicing. It feels like i am using some bike without disk brakes.

      2) after applying front brake it is making irritating noise. It is coming from shock absorbers.

      3) before handling my bike to service center for first servicing i have already gave an idea about petrol leak issue which is there from beginning. But they have provided me the reason that it may be due to fuel tank overflow. So i neglect the issue at that time. But still that issue exist till 6 months which makes engine looks dirty and now stains are impossible to remove.

      4) they have solve petrol leak issue by changing petrol filter. But they did not provide me the reason for damaged petrol filter. Also they have charged me for the same. Even though amount seems to be less. What if some important part was damaged and they have charged me for that? First of all these kind of issues should not be occurred in such new bike. It is not my fault at all. And service center head have refuse to clean my bike's engine. They told me clean the engine with diesel on my own. Which kind of treatment is this? If i am paying money for my bike then bajaj auto is responsible to solve all the issues within servicing period.

      Even before handing my bike for 2nd servicing i have told them to solve all the issues. Though after completion of servicing also all the issues are still exist.

      Surprisingly service center head refuse to accept the same things. They are really very arrogant. They don't value there customers. If i am paying money for servicing then bajaj auto should provide me a better service. Service center head is representing a bajaj auto. But seems to be that they don't value there customers. They just want money.

      Finally they said that they can not solve these issues. So i request you to solve these issues. I have already taken lots of followup for the solving this issues with service center head. It is really irritating.

          My Pulsar RS200 has some cracks came up automatically from inside of tail lamps and digital meter. The outer glass of tail lamp and digital meter is smooth by touching from outside but cracks are clearly visible. I take my bike at MJB Bajaj Service Centre at Erragada Hyderabad but no action yet has been initiated. Please do the needful action to get it resolve soon. Thankyou.

            Wah re bajaj:

            Little did i know owning a bajaj product will be such a pain.

            Gave the bike for service at select bajaj habsiguda, hyderabad when the bike clocked 29400 km's for general service, that was 3 months ago. After few hours got a call and i was told along with the service i should replace the clutch kit as it has worn out - i agreed, i was told that it will also take 1-3 days time as it involves replacement of clutch kit.
            Next day i got a call saying the engine is messed up, have to replace major components which will cost 11000... When i shouted on the service guy and service manager they agreed to do it on their own cost as it happened at their service center.
            Later in a friendly conversation with the service incharge mr. Praveen from habsigude bajaj, got to know that one of the service guy opened the engine and revved it hard... Which fired the engine/ bore got stuck etc, but not to worry as they will replace the components. When asked about who the mechanic is i was told he left the job because he was charged for messing the bike engine.

            This was the starting o[censored]pcoming worst service experience with bajaj, since then one after the other issues started coming, took the bike after about a week, as soon as i took the bike after the engine repair, the bike started making sound as if something is broken in the engine, i raised a complain and gave it for service after they tested it, it again took 10 days, claimed to replace a lot of things, the engine is new hence i should replace oil after 500 kms ete, drove for some 200 kms, found the engine is revving hard when the bike is driven for more than 15-20 mins, and the coolant leaks as soon as the engine stops. At this moment was asked to take the bike to uppal bajaj service centre as the mechanic is not available at the habsiguda center.

            I have invested 10000 approx was told to replace chain kit and each time i took delivery i paid for some or other part, nuts, bush, etc, oil 2 times, and what not and not to forget the time and money on my cab bills either to take delivery of the bike or to give it to uppal service centre all the way from padmarao nagar, hyderabad.

            Then low pick up, tablet noise started, and coolant leakage still not solved (Coolant was filled many times) engine oil checked for coolant mixing up etec, odo 30400, most of the times bike is at service center at this phase.

            By this time the service managers of both locations were involved and mr. Ravi chandra uppal branch manager was involved (This guys attitude is weird towards the customers as if he is doing things for free and is doing a favour, tells me that we have only charged for parts not for labour whenever the bike has been serviced)- this was the 11th time you moron! Anyways kept quite since all i wanted is the bike is a good running condition. Also at this phase, i spoke to mr. Sujith (Regional service manager for bajaj hyderabad), he assured me he will check the bike and get the needful done.

            So after about 2 weeks, yesterday[protected], i was asked to come and take the bike from the service center. Many things have changed which was not done earlier by another branch etc. I reached the service center around 11. Am and met mr. Nikhil, the bike was not starting... They told since its long about 10 days the battery is down (In the past i have kept the bike untouched for more than a month when i was away and it started without any issue, this never happened). They started it up, engine noise seemed less as they claim they have changed many parts, enigine was on for 10 mins, i met tthe manager and service guy was asked to pay 1100 for parts for which i refused as i have already paid a lot, thanked them and as soon as i was about to sit... Bike stopped... And was not starting... Service manager asked the guy to go for a 2kms ride and the mechanic did... He came back with a? Face.. I asked what happened and he responded: in low rpm there is a noise... Took the bike in and started opening it, requested me to wait for 15 mins... But til they did their job it was 3 hours.

            After 3 hrs got the bike and same problem bike doesn't start... They said its becaue of battery, it should be ok after few kms run... And when asked why the engine stops in between. The mechanic gave a peculiar answer... Showing the side stand... Says the side stand is bit loose which is making the bike lean a lot which is causing a pin in engine to push more fuel.. So engine is stopping because of fuel overflow, (Note : this is a new problem again), when i asked for a resolution he said to go to a hardware welding shop and fix the stand... I was like huh... And asked the manager what sort of a solution is it can't they change the stand and am ready to pay... The service manager was like we don't have stands at the moment so welding is a solution and i can always replace the stand when there is stock... It was 1 in afternoon, i was already tired and sick of their lies,... Hungry and fed up... Anyhow they started the bike and assured me it will be ok after few km's run... And till i fix the side stand i have to use center stand...🙄... I drove for about 14 km's to my home though not very happy with the engine tik tik noise which was revolving in my head... I convinced myself not to concentrate a lot on the noise and ignore it and use the bike for a week. On the way showed a mechanic and just with by revving the engine he said :sir gaadi pura kaharb kardiye, khali jugad karkey derey, dont trust them, as i cant do much-reached home and parked the bike and killed the engine (First time after taking out from the service centre) and when tried to start again... The bike won't start. Now am stuck with another problem, a new problem 😠. Now service centre is asking 4k for carburetor replacement. Their area manger talks as a moron and bajaj doesnt escalte it. Even after posting this earlier no one contacted me, though the admin of the page replies some one will get in touch with you.
            Once the bike is out of warranty forget about any solution and no body is going to contact you, they just say some one will call. Think before you buy any product from this company, now i can confirm lifespan of these 3rd class produts are 3-4 years max.

            Oh is it, thats why its a month and no response from your team, also your Hyderabad area manager Sujith kumar is a ###, any ways I have sold the bike, no more Bajaj for me and ill make sure no more bajaj products are purchased by my friends and relatives.

              Hi team,

              I purchased a dominar 400 abs matte black from amba bajaj, electronic city (Konappana agrahara), bangalore-560100 and got the delivery on 15th of december around 11a. M. I rode the motorcycle to office which is around 50 kms to and from and parked the bike in my home around 11:30 night on first day. On 16th, around 4:30 evening, i started the bike again. The bike refused to start. All the lights were on. It would not just start when self-start is pressed. New bike and on the very second day, it would not start at all. After some struggle with the telephone numbers, i finally managed to call the showroom people and asked to come and check. They said, they cannot come today and will come next day around 10:00. Today, the sales guy from showroom and a repair man showed up around 11: am. They checked the bike and could not figure out what is wrong. They left and said the bike has to be taken to service center and check there for issues. Finally they decided to call me tomorrow and take the bike to service center before 11 am. Even i thought that it would be a minor issue and visit from the show room would resolve all the issues. However, the visit from the showroom did not help much which makes me think the issue is more complex.

              I have a bike, which is just a day old, it does not start and the problem is unknown. I wonder, if anyone would be comfortable in this situation. I am not very confident about the product i received. I do not want a bike which has bad parts or ill fitted machines after spending close to 2 lakhs. I am not very happy with the situation and very disappointed by the new motorcycle.

              I was not provided any helmet as well and when asked for it, he (Above mentioned showroom sales manager) says company does not provide. However, as per the rto rule, one helmet has to be given to customer on new bike purchase

              I would request you to look into this matter with utmost care as this might bring the company’s reputation down.

                I have pulser ns 200 was met with an accident on 7th november 2017 and i submitted my bike to an agency on 12th november 2017. Now it is 17th december my bike not repaired till yet. And 300 charged from me for estimate. I paid 300 but estimate not given me. He told orally 7 to 8 thousand. Im paid 300 for this..? Service boy said part not available in company need to order other models part in different colours. Why i change my bike colour im paid 1lak 30 thousand for this bike. Why i compromise with my bike only in 4 years. If part not available in company so why customers purchase bajaj. If no solutions in this week for my bike so i thik why im purchase bajajs bike. I never suggest anyone to buy bajaj bike. And i do legalaction against the company.

                  I bought a new pulsar 150cc bike from one of the dealer from tirupati. As it is running around 5000kms, i took the bike to the nearest bajaj service center which is located in the srikalahasti with the address "16-627, p. N. Road, pangal, srikalahasti, andhra pradesh 517640, india".

                  We had a very bad experience with the service center people, as we bought the bike from some other dealer from tirupati. They are not ready to do the service instead they started speaking very abusive words. Though the products and quality is good from the bajaj, the brand value is down grading because of such a stupid service center people. Please take necessary actions on the above mentioned service center people and don't loose the brand value and trust from the customers.

                    Whenever i come to the service centre for doing service of my avenger bike, i face problems all the time regarding their responses & they always tell us that the bike will be ready on time but always the bike is not ready on the said time. They keep their customers waiting for longer period. They always avoid their customers by playing the blame game. So i kindly request you to take strict action regarding this matter otherwise self will go to consumer court. (Bajaj service centre rehari chowk, jammu)

                      Sai service, shivajinagar, congress bhavan road, near balgandharva, pune.

                      They are asking for additional charges for payment through card where the government is insisting on electronic payment. This charge is for the machine at pos and is supposed to borne by the merchant and not the consumer.

                      Later they asked me to pay online and i transferred funds to them shared screenshot of the transfer but they kept me waiting for 30 mins to confirm if the money was in there account. The transfer was made via imps and still i was punished to make payment online.

                      I want you people to look into this at the earliest and stop looting common people.

                          Very poor customer service. And i bought bike 3 months ago ns200. Only running 6500km but my clutuch plate fully damaged. Already i'm said 2 time clutch is not working properly. But we are don't responded. Yesterday i'm asking in nagercoin athens showroom we are said there is no option to change free... I'm waiting 2 hours in showroom no response. And 2 hours after told me sorry no chance to change that part. But sub showroom (Anjukiramam surya bajaj) mr. Palaniyappan giving one letter for me.                           Very poor customer service .and I bought bike 3 months ago NS200.only running 6500km but my clutuch plate fully damaged .already I'm said 2 time clutch is not working properly .but we are don't responded .yesterday I'm asking in nagercoin Athens showroom we are said there is no option to change free ...I'm waiting 2 hours in showroom no response.and 2 hours after told me sorry no chance to change that part.but sub showroom (anjukiramam surya bajaj) Mr.palaniyappan giving one letter for me.(manufacturing defect).                             I hereby wish to inform you that, i have lost my bike last month and was recovered safely by the police department. But now the department demands a no objection certificate from the finance sector. I have submitted a request letter to the bajaj auto finance sungam branch coimbatore, but, i've not yet received any responses. So please kindly look forward to provide me one as early as possible because it is not so safe to leave my bike under the judicial guidance. It is already been three weeks since the recovery and i want this to be completed within a week. The only pending paper is the no objection certificate. I have paid the dues for three months and i assure you that i will be paying the remaining dues without any delay on the correct dates. I have also enclosed the details of fir copy and the paid due details with this.

                                It appears that a sum of rs 117.00 has been debited unethically from my bank account on 28.11.2017 against ddr bajaj auto. I did never make any deal nor signed any documents in this connection. Why such an unauthorised deduction of rs 117.00 has been made from my account without my knowledge? This is serious a financial complaints against your finance company. This is illegal, unethical and unimaginable that your financial institution make such a transaction which has no basis at all. You have no right to deduct any amount from my account. I had already lodged complaints with you on 30.11.2017 but you chose to remain silent. This would not do. You cannot harass me in this way.
                                Therefore, i inform you to take immediate necessary measures to credit the said amount to my account and ensure that such thing never happen in future.

                                  worst service centre and problems facing in the bike

                                  Recently i purchased my new bajaj pulsar ns200 on 23 october 2017 from the sai service pune
                                  1. I had problem in front fork i. E while riding the bike in bumpy road (Offroad) a sound use to come from the fork
                                  2. A continues sound in the chain that used to come in interval while riding the bike.
                                  3. Sound in both the disk brakes.
                                  4. Riding the bike in muddy area or in little wet area the bike skids a lot doesn't give...

                                    Dear bajaj team,
                                    I have purchased dominar in the month of february 17, from amba bajaj dealership hosur road, bangalore.
                                    The bike is offering good comfort and power.

                                    The engine heated up, and the radiator fan is not getting started early to cool down the engine.

                                    The main and worst issue is after my 3rd free service, the coolant in auxiliary coolant tanks is vanishing very fast, and i need to get coolant top-up every week.

                                    Service center people have done their best (I. E, they changed a couple of seals for additional spare cost) to rectify the problem, but not able give the permanent solution.

                                    Due to above reason, i'm writing the complaint in this forum.
                                    Please look into above issue and provide a solution at earliest.
                                    Else provide me the new bike.

                                    I am also facing the exact same issue with my D400. The service centre guys have changes the packing and some head of the engine . The problem still exists and my coolant runs dry after every 500 kms or so .

                                    Bajaj have not provided a solution, complaint registered on 12/12/2017 and on 05/02/2018 they are asking to call/email customer care is simply unacceptable. As per the original post the consumer has already tried rectifying the issue on multiple occasions at the service center and if an authorized service center representative is unable to resolve issue then the company needs to accept it is a product flaw and either repair or replace product.

                                    Same issue i am also facing after getting serviced from Amba Bajaj Bellandur Bangalore. These guys show all cooperation but doesn't seems like any specialized knowledge about the bike and unable to resolve the issue.

                                      This is to inform you that i have taken my bike for second free service where it has been a total irresponsible staff people who are not even bother to attended the case even after waiting more than two hours.
                                      Mean while i have just observed that old customers are total annoyed and they are restless that their vehicle sear has been changed and others are complaining about the water wash and service charge us too much and the they have not done the justice also. Customers are shouting like a fish market and the staff is littrely least bother and giving reply as i'd they are like that only.
                                      I don't know where is the manager at all. All this is happening sunday is 19th if december at popular bajaj, 100feet ring road, bsk 3rd stage, near kamakya theatre. Bangalore.
                                      After watching all these for more than three hours i just took my vehicle back to my home.
                                      I just wanted to know having trust on a company where my father used to by his chethak scooter and i am having 4th vehicle of bajaj and the staff if the this reputed company behaves like this.
                                      What rights they are having to misbehave with the customers, because o[censored]s you are living, may i am the person who is buying max to max another two wheeler but for you it's nothing.
                                      Please take action against such a staff. I don't want use layman language i hope you will receprocate to me with positive reply.
