I have purchased a geyser from great eastern at sinthir more in kolkata on 04.09.17. So i had booked a call vide no kol[protected]-1for installation to take technician for fittings it. After it is installed, he raise a bill of rs.1300 including service charge, service [protected]@15% and extra excluded spares of pipe line works so he had take a sign of mine on his bill but deny to give it's copy to me after make cash payment. So it is surprisingly to me when it is charged as extra service charge in spite of free installation charges. Apart from they had raise extra service [protected]@15% but now a day gst is
Being implemented. So it has some error and unethical way is being conducted by service centre which is authorised by renowned bajaj electricals co. Please track the matter and give me clear service charge structure about this matter. Kindly take action. So pls inform to my email id, is [protected]@gmail.com

    I have been at bajaj service centre, bokakhat, dist. Golaghat (Assam) for 2nd servicing of my pulsar 150. The servicing had done but they release the bike without washing. When i asked they advised to wait. I waited there more than 2 hours. And requested many times. But they dont do anything and i returned back without washing.

    The bike was sent for service. The service center executive told it will take 2 days for service . I went to collect it today but the bike was not ready. Is not their responsibility to inform me about it??
    Should the customer go repeatedly and come back empty handed?
    Is this the norms followed by your company?

      As i have purchased a pulsar 150 from bala bajaj baripada 4 months ago. When i went for first service, due to their j) l problem. My bike could not be water servicing. Again when i visited the show room for water servicing. The same problem is there. As it is a district head quarter centre. If for water servicing, if one has to visit 2-3 times. It is very ridiculous. Hope you will look after the issue seriously henceforth. One of your beloved customer..

        You given one litre petrol millage 82 km. But my bike bajaj discover 125 cc bike given only 46 only.
        Heavy drop of millage.
        Iam change of two wheeler only good millage. But heavy drop.
        Iam told your service center. He is turn the head. And also clean the head. But no rise millage.
        So please solve my problem.
        And i wait for your solution.
        I want immediately action. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. I have all records. I don't like damage your good name. I want good millage vehicle only.

            Hello sir/mam
            I am sahil arora and trying to purchase a bike bajaj avenger street 220 from last 2 months….
            I have booked a bike and while booking i have asked to pay 25000/- rs ……. But the person who has booked said that just pay 1000/- rs we will book your bike……….
            At the time of booking they have not informed that its mandatory to pick your bike within 15 days…. Due to some reason my loan was not approved……they called me nd said that 1 month is over we are selling your bike…. I denied nd told just give me 48 hours within 48 hours i will make the full payment ……. Then they said ok we will wait only for 4 days…….. And on next day after 24 hrs when i visited the showroom to collect my bike at that time i have a full pyment executive said we had sold your booked bike ……..
            Without my permission on the very nxt day they sold my bike……. And now i am in touch with gm sir
            First he said that we will arrange within 2 days ……….. They are saying that we need to order from agra it will cost me 3000/- rs more…..
            Now tell me one thing sales executive had made a mistake and sold a booked bike then why should i pay 3000 /- more………. Its their responsibility to arrange a bike for me
            From last 20 days my loan is sanctaioned and they are not having a bike……. Pathetic service i am facing from last 1 month……
            Kindly take a strict action regarding ths nd plz update me as soon as possible….. Nd if possible then take a strict action regarding the same nd make available

                Yesterday i have went to bajaj showroom service centre adalat road aurangabad. I have told the problems of bike like shokup not working, chain cover, etc but after servicing also it has been not resolved... This is only 4th servicing and its paid servicing... Old problem is still not resolved also created new problems in byke by service centre conern mechanic... Pls take serious note on this complent because this is 3rd time bad experiance from your service centre...

                  The service center at karur ie; vaibhav bajaj received my pulser 150 on 05 sep 17 by me at 0910 hrs, after me explaining the complaint of fuel overflow and drooping to the sa 'jagan' a mechanic took a trial ride and said carburetor has to be cleaned and also there is problem in fork which needs oilseal replacing. Then jagan prepaired the job card no.5192 i asked him when can i take the delivery? He said by 1800hrs it will be done i requested a little early but mechanic informed its a old model still will be delivered today (05 sep17). I made a call at 1325 hrs enquire the status and was answered carburetor work is complete and now is lunch time next will be fork work. At 1659 hrs i got a call that fork inner tube is damaged and needs to be changed. I accepted and asked to proceeded further. Later i didn't get any call or information of any kind of problem. On my own interest at 1920hrs i called up to service center and got answer that bike is not ready as the fork inner tube is not available in stock so it has been ordered form coimbatore which will reach here by next day morning and bike will be delivered tomorrow. I got annoyed as why didn't he inform me beforehand about the non availability of item so they don't care about informing the customer when there is a problem but can inform that these more defects are there to increase customers expenses. After all these on 06 sep 17 i received sms that bike is ready with 3874 rupees bill. After taking a trial ride at the service center itself i found that the fuel drooping problem still remains. When i asked the supervisor he didn't explain to me satisfactorily so the manager raja told me that in the job card the problem is not there and stating many rules that are not corresponding to my problem. Finally i asked to clear my bike. The next day morning i found the fork /front suspension is worsened than before. I hereby request proper justice and action to be taken towards the service center at the earliest. Thank you

                    Im very disappointed with the service of bajaj its not even a month getting my bike delivered this is the 2nd time im facing problem with the bike it gets off suddenly and never starts again when i try to start i get a click sound kindly rectify it at the earliest before i could go to the consumer court.. I have payed a full payemt for domimor 400 and i dint expect this kind of service from bajaj i had to push the bike twice for a kilometer and then cal for the service people and i had a very bad experience with the service people as well they said there will be no problem of the bike and they have checked the entire circuit but they have just charged the battery and given it to me and i faced the problem just after the 2 nd day of my 1st service and then again i had this problem they got it rectified and again after 3 days im facing the same issue.. Either get my bike replaced with the new one or refund back my money if i dont get a proper reply to this compaint il loadge a complaint on consumer court on bajaj

                      Last month 17 august 2017 i purchased bajaj avenger 220 street from sai service (Mumbai, borivali). From the same date i am facing problem of nutral indicator 'n' not showing, chain noise and dim light (Headlight) not working. Before servicing i told all problems but they fail to do it. The work shop manager mr. Amit told me dim light are not available in stock. I request you please take care of my complaint.

                          Purchase from bajaj highway servicing, jorhat, assam on 02/11/2016.

                          From day 1 i. E 02/11/2016, during starting my bike rpm is in 1000 rpm (Neutral condition), but after warm up it goes to higher about[protected] rpm (Neutral condition). I complained to dealer but they are unable to resolve the issue. Even i replaced the acceleration cable (Suggested by dealer technician) but result is same.

                          So, i request you to send your engineer to resolve my bike problem.

                            I recently bought pulsar bajaj rs200 on 15-aug-17 from kanchan bajaj mumbai
                            On the very first day i noticed a problem with my bike as i ride it in slow traffic or in low rpm my bike gets automatically off and then when i try starting it by self start it not get start at all i have to try starting it at least 7-8 times then its get start i have attached a video for reference

                            I have mentioned this problem on very first servicing i did in sai service (Lower parel) but the problem is still persist.

                            Its really very embarrassing in front of public or in middle of the traffic.

Today i went to the bajaj service center for repairing my bike but the service manager told me that we don't have time to repair this bike and they also told that i[censored] want to repair the bike, you have to replace the bike part.                                 Sir I have already mailed but as usual they shared Ambey bajaj' s personal number I talked to him again same reply got from Ambey bajaj and bajaj customer care that please drop your bike to okhla branch. Sir pl try to understand I didn't purchased bike bike to leave my job and always visit workshop this is 6th time I got same problem or before 10-15 days they taken my bike For 5 days . But still same issue.

                                Sir I request you please replace my bike or take it from my home and get issues resolved. And please give me some alternate option for travel

                                  Dear sir i have purchase bajaj pulsar 150 red and black on 25 aug 2017, from starting date in my bike engine heating issue for this i contact to dealer 3 times but no responsible person at this, who understand my problem and give suggestion, when i go to today than one techinician says that after servicing of bike this problem is resolved than i say that this confirmation give in written but he not agree to give in written format,, still today 3 times visited at dealer but no response given by their end, this is my lifes biggest mistake i purchase bajaj pulsar, if my bike is not replaced i will go in consumer court, i want new bike or return my money with harrasment my detail akash meena [protected] suresh meena [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I am a bajaj pulsar customer. I have recently purchased pulsar 200 ns, from bagga link pitampura, new delhi on 19/06/2017. I visited a nearby service center (Bagga link service ltd. Gt karnal road) for first service of my bike on 18/08/2017. And from here everything gets ruined.

                                      They have done serious damage to my bike sticker (Pulsar sticker) during teflon coating. The looks of my bike is really tempered. When i complained about it, they said that its a manufacturing fault & we can't fix that. The service centre executive’s response was very embarrassing.

                                      And the right footrest of bike rider is not functioning properly.

                                      Moreover the petrol was stolen, atleast two bars was decreased in fuel indicator.

                                      When i asked the exceutives for the complaint book they didn't provide me any complaint book.
                                      So, hereby i want you to take a proper action against these activities.

                                      We are in need of Bajaj Kristal Crank Case R/H GF 101025 . Let me know where can i get it at the earliest.The Kristal is bought in 2007 and recently it met witn an accident and the spare parts are not available at the local centre nor they are willing to order it on our behalf.

                                        After 2 months bike clutch plate is gone k i had changes this after bike mackwheel is gone and now bike front shockopsr is gone day by day bike inside problem is created... I i have already previous pulser 220 model but this bike inside no such this problems created this first model is very nice and bike parts is highly quality but lunches new bike is very poor quality..
