I had bought bajaj avenger 150 street on 8 august 2017 but after one month the byke got stuck due to baterry issue's (Batery dump) then i took my byke to gems bajaj showroom - viman nagar, pune (Dealer) and they replace the baterry without knowing the actual root cause. May be the issue was due to battery charger or other issue. I had worst experience with gems bajaj servicing and didnt expect this from a dealer.

    They have mentioned someone others loan in my cibil report please currect it. I didn't take any two wheeler loan from bajaj auto loan department but steel it's showing in my cibil report. There is a confusion in name may be or pan number they have mistaken something but its very difficult to survive with this type of problem. It's feeling like i didn't do any crime but i'm the one who has been punished.

      Dear bajaj
      I wrote this mail because i have bad experience with your bajaj service centre pathanamthitta (Geo bajaj)
      This is a worst service centre i have ever experienced.
      1. Very bad behaviour received with the employees even watchman
      2. Not cooperative
      3. Incomplete service
      4. Dot"t even listening for problem with my bike for servicing
      5. They are not allowed to check where my bike is under serving or not. (Completely disagree)
      6. Before 4 months they damaged my bike parts unnecessarily.. (Switch) when i went for change head lamp bulb..
      From now i hate doing service from there

      I also have experience with madhya pradesh bhopal service centre and i will give 5 star for them.

        This is regarding the most and most worst service i have got done from one of the bajaj service center located at ghatkopar.
        I would like to pen down all the issues that i have faced in the last 3-4 weeks due to the worst service, pls. Find all those mentioned below (Attaching the latest bill for reference)
        We had handed over the vehicle on 30th aug 2017 for servicing, during which mr. Singh had said that he would deliver the vehicle by 1st of sept 2017. After rigorous follow-up no. Of times, he responded saying that there are few parts that needs to be received without which the work cannot be completed... Thus it will take a week to deliver the vehicle.
        But even after 1 week we did not receive the vehicle, and for few days mr. Singh did not respond to my call. After a couple of days, he responded saying he will take another week to deliver the bike, and then finally we received a call on 16th sept 2017 from one of the female staff and she said that my vehicle is serviced and i should take it that day itself, else we will charged for parking on per day basis.
        I reached the service center on 16th sept 2017 to collect the vehicle, and had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my vehicle out. I was shocked to see that the estimate was rs. 2300 and the bill was about rs. 5025... And since i had no choice i had to pay the entire amount. While i was taking my vehicle, i observed that my vehicle is not getting started... Neither my self-start was working nor i was able to start it by kicking. Again mr. Singh took it inside and did some thukpatti ka work and said your vehicle is on.
        I took my vehicle and rode for hardly 3-4 kms, and the vehicle stopped. I tried kick starting it for another 10 mins and finally it started. I went to feed petrol to my vehicle and then again tried starting the vehicle but could not start the same. At the same time i observed that my petrol was complete;y flowing down and i had to close the petrol knob and had to ride it by walking for around 1.5 to 2 kms... And then showed to a local mechanic. He did something and the vehicle started.. So somehow i managed to reach home that day.
        The next day 17th sept (Sunday), i went out with my kid for a ride and again the vehicle stopped running within half a km and i had to leave the vehicle near tagore nagar and come back by rickshaw spending my money.
        Immediately the same day complain was logged to ms. Bharti and she was explained the entire situation, she promise to take action on the same.
        The next day mr. Singh along with a mechanic had come to take the vehicle but since they didn't get the accessories, they were unable to take the vehicle. Finally, they managed to take the vehicle yesterday and after taking teh vehicle informed me that i have to spend more rs. 1500 and get my vehicle serviced.
        The most worst thing that i have never experienced with any customer service... Pls. Read the points below:

        My digital meter (Indicator showing the km/hr & existing fuel in the vehicle) was working when i had handed over the vehicle, while taking it back... It was not working and the same was highlighted to mr. Singh. And now he is saying that i will have to spend another rs. 1500/- to get that repaired.
        We are not sure what the service center guys have done with my vehicle that i am not even able to ride my vehicle more than 2 to 3 kms at a stretch.
        While mr. Singh was taking my bike, he said he would be servicing it properly and handover my bike the next day itself but i have not got my bike back and he is demanding for more money ow.
        We had given the bike the second time for a general / routine service for which he gave an estimate of 2300 and charged 5100 from me.
        Also, in the first service from this service center... The clutch plate work and lot of other engine works were done by mr. Singh, and now he is refusing that these works have not been done by him.
        The most important thing that i would like to share is that i had given my vehicle for servicing few months back before this episode and that is the time when my complete engine was serviced and i was charged around rs 7500. The vehicle was complete;y serviced and we had taken amc based on the trust we had on bajaj service center. But my vehicle has become more worse after getting it serviced from your service center (Attaching the previous bill for reference).

        I would not pay a penny to get my vehicle back from bajaj, i would go to any level i am not satisfied with your work and if you people try to fool me during every service.

        I cannot go on adjusting every situation and every issue that i have faced because of yo guys.

        I hope this mail explains how much i have suffered due to the most worst service from this particular bajaj service centre. If you want to fool us by charging for things which your team has spoiled... Let us know please.

But after 25 days baterry issue in bike, then i gone nagpal bazaz and showroom charge the battary but after 1 day same issu in battary than again i gone showroom then showroom change the battary in bike, but after 4 day same problem in my bike regarding to battary issu. Bike is not self start.. So please solve my problem...

            Service in bharthana etawah is very poor they are just taking the money from the customer rather they are not doing the servicing properly making excuses while doing the work giving the receipt of without tin number and charging the tax is this how the work done in your services centre in sudhanshu motors bharthana etawah kindly check the problem and take the action. As early as possible because they are just cheating with a customer. Kindly take some rational step behind all these fraud .

              Hi, i'm charles from chennai, i'm raising a complaint against the bajaj service centre in porur, chennai, on kundrathur road, it's a worst service centre i've ever seen, yesterday i took my bike pulsur 2006 model after service, he gave the bill of ₹ 2200, which was incurred of around ₹500 of gst, i can tolerate the bill, but when i tested the bike, the sound was worst, and the sound leaking from the silencer, the person at the desk said, we cannot fix it, the sound of my pulsur was good before the service and became worst after, but they did not want to take accountability of that, and they were very rude to me, i filed a feedback form and he said the will not mind it and the will tear it and through it to the dust bin, this service centre is a great insult to the bajaj customers, you can see others review in their website.               Bajaj has to remove it's licence from this #... Other wise you are going lose many customers from this location, i feel i'm fooled and got cheated very much by this service centre, please someone address it as your own problem...

                Dear team,

                I'm maheswaran (Advocate) from pondicherry, i bought new model avenger 220 street bike at last year (2016 feb) at aakash bajaj. The aakash bajaj has worst in customer service, if we need to change any parts of the bike means they said "we have no stock in the parts". From the last week (Around 2 weeks) itself i'm trying to change my chain sprocket, there is no respond from the service. They are simply said "no stock". I'm sorry to say this it is very worst in the customer service. Please do the needful immediately.

                  Under : under the section of 200 examination of crpc and 138 dishonor of cheque for insufficient. And also summons rise against me.
                  As per my knowledge no transaction has been done on 2010. Which i started transaction with bajaj finserv only after 2013 and as on today i was not did any cheque related or transaction issue. Now i am facing problem because of the above issue kindly resolve and request you to issue no due certificate and no objections certificate which help to continue my transaction with bajaj finance in future. Otherwise i will go to legal procedures. I hope you will solve the confusion and mistake which made from your end give noc and ndc as soon as possible.

                    I purchesed a bajaj avenger 150 street from bharat bajaj, balasore, odisha on 10th april, 2017. Till 1st servicing, i don't check the milage. After 1st servicing, i found the milage was 38-40km per litter. But since few weeks, i found that, the milage shown me 30-32km per litter. I become a mad, that today (20th sep, 2017) the milage show me only 21km per litter. I mean a 150cc bike give me milage of 20km per litter? My bike running only 3500km. I maintain this bike properly and ride it 40-50kmph in market and 75-80kmph in high way. One of my friend also bring same model with me. But his bike's milage show constantly same milage even market or highway, is 45-48km per litter. If 150cc bike shown me this kind of shameless milage, then how we trust on world's best motorcycle maker i, e; bajajauto.
                    Kindly solve my problem asap. Or i return this bike to bajajauto and i request them, return my money back. Thank you.

                      Respected sir,
                      I myself sandeep salian proprietor of ansh enterprises who is also a registered vendor of v. V. C. M. C.

                      We were biding for tender no: 7067 providing vehicle on lease for v. V. C. M. C. As per the terms & condition outlined in the bid document vvcmc wanted an agreement to be executed by the bidder with authorised service centre which should be located within vasai to virar.

                      I approached suryoday motors on 4th august 2017 and met mr. Amit vartak (Director). I explained the need of the agreement for the tender process from a service centre located anywhere between vasai & virar. Based on which an agreement was executed between ansh enterprises and suryoday motors (Bajaj).

                      On september 2017 v. V. C. M. C received a letter of termination of the agreement from suryoday motors based on which i visited suryoday motors and met with mr. Amit vartak. I informed mr amit vartak that ansh enterprises have submitted the rfp for the bid including the agreement executed between us on tuesday 8th of august which also was the last date for bid to be submitted. I was informed by mr. Amit vartak that he was pressured instructed by his superior to cancel all agreements that was given by suryoday motors to approved v. V. C. M. C vendors. When i asked for the reason of termination which was not mentioned in the letter sent to v. V. C. M. C no reply from amit vartak director of suryoday motors (Bajaj)

                      . When i questioned mr. Amit vartak about suryoday motors being an authorised service provider of bajaj motors how are his superiors taking stance on whom to sign agreement with which is a unfair practice, to which mr. Amit vartak accepted that what has happened is wrong & unfair but he has to follow his superior orders as possibly due to political pressure.

                      I am hereby asking bajaj motors if the company would choose which consumer it has to sell its vehicle and service it or will the consumer have he right to choose bajaj motors as its preferred vendor in the vasai-virar region. I would also like to ask if the company would accept this unfair and parital behaviour of its employee mr amit vartak who would decide which consumer should get service from bajaj motors and who should not.

                      Due to the unlawful termination of the agreement by suryoday (Bajaj motors) after agreeing & signing it with my company ansh enterprises, we will bear the loss of v. V. C. M. C tender. Will bajaj motors take the responsibility of the loss borne by my company or will it step in to resolve this issue by being fair with its consumer.

                      I would request you to take this issue on priority and get it resolved so that my company ansh enterprises do not suffer any loss due to the unfair means opted by the staff of its authorised service centre suryoday motors.

                      I have attached all the relevant documents as required for you to check the reality, feel free to get in touch with me at the earliest for any clarification that may be needed in this issue.

                        Today i had given my v15 for a general service even though i had clearly mentioned all the problems i was facing team did not check them properly last night my baterry was totally k and all of a suddden they r saying the battery is totally dead, on checking it once again there was a loose connection. And even though specifically mentioned to make d valve settings it has been not attended. Very worst service by bajaj.. And its an authourised dealer... Very bad service

                        I am looking for a clutch cable of my Pulsar AS200 since one month. I have searched everywhere in my 40 km radius. It's really surprising and annoying to know that a company like Bajaj has such a bad after sale service. Major places around my location: Ballia, Sikandarpur, Belthara Road etc.

                          I vijay kr dubey has purchased a pulsar m/cycle from vikas automobiles, mama chauraha, kurshi road, lucknow. I was told by the service centre that the clutch plate of the bike is not working which to be replaced. I was facing trouble in the bike since the day i purchased the vehicle. I told them to replace the clutch plate. I am ready to pay the amount for the part to be replaced.

                          Vikas automobile has informed that we can't replace the part at this time because they reasoned that my vehicle is bs-iv model. Its clutch plate is not available at any of the service centres of bajaj at lucknow.

                          They handed over my vehicle and told that they are inquiring the company for availability of clutch plate.

                          I am waiting, waiting & waiting for call from agency.

                          I have raised a complaint 15 days before.in-spite of that my complaint are not resolved yet.

                          My pulsar is left out of order since.50 days

                          I am very annoyed with the service of the agency.

                          I want my issue to be resolved immediately. Whatever the part in the vehicle defective to be replaced. I am ready to bear the cost of parts.

                          If my issued are not resolved after this complaint within 2-3 working days i will move to consumer foram and will raise complaint against the agency.

                            Ver very bad and poor service of bajaj sai service of andheri.. Chakala midc service center... Not taking right decision also dnt care about customers... Im following up with their people but fellows dnt care... Just ruining bajaj goodwill... Im followign up with them last 2 months stilll they dnt get resolved it.. Im following up with mr ramesh frm service center and dipu sharma frm showroon...
                            Both are irresponsible and doesnt care customers problems... Very ridiculous... Dnt recommend to deal with them

                              I purchased a new bajaj dominar 400. Dealer guys took extra 1500 rupees for the engine guard which i later came to know that bajaj is not charging that amount for the new bikes.
                              Bajaj includes accessories charges with the on road price but still they took 1500 rupees more from me. I checked with other dominar owners from other showrooms in india but no one has charged this extra amount.

                              They were not giving me the bills, with much argument the dealer has sent the bill to me from a personal account and not from the official dealer email account and the bill looks to be fake as well. Lot of spelling mistakes and typo errors.

                                I have a pulsar 220, purchased it last year and now it has a meter issue. So as my bike is in warranty they should change and give my meter asap. But this is not actually happening the staff in raj bajaj turbhe is totally hopeless, i visited 4 times then too they are giving one and other reasons for the same. So i request you to see to this complaint seriously because i think customer satisfaction should be your atmost priority.

                                  My dish break not work, self notwork, i was changed dishpad, magerkit, breakshow, oilmeter, clutch plate, clutch wire but dish issues not solve. I was paid all associess amount. But i'm not happy by bajaj services. Please solve dish problam or change dish break otherwise we not suggest another people to buy bajaj bike v15. It's more issues and comoany not provide best service or bike parts.

                                  I'm go more time in bajaj service centre and paid all time service charge and tax but my issue not solved.

                                  Note : service centre manager told all time we solve all problam next time, next time, next time. But his not solved.

                                    I bought bajaj v15 in may-2017, i did first 2 services on time (According to your service centre). But in the manual you miss the clarity about when to do service. I understood that we can get out bike either by 360 days or by 9500km. But when i reach the station by today (I. E. 18-sep-2017), i got irresponsible answers from your mechanical team. They moved it to 2nd paid service. What i hate the most is, i didn't get any call from your employees regarding my 3rd free service, but when it is time for my paid service (According to them), i got calls daily for entire week. What the hell wrong with your service centres.
