I purchased bajaj avenger from gems automobiles in chinchwad on[protected] and i didn't received call for my 3rd free service which was due after 360 days. Now i received call from different service which opened near mankar chowk, wakad mentioning that gems automobiles has been closed and told me that you are due for service and when i reached there they denied service mentioning it was overdue by 40 days and behave rudely.

Worst part was when i told them that why you didn't called when it was due they say we opened service center on 1st oct and denied me 3rd free service

    Hi team,

    I have went to abs bajaj 2 times to repair my head light switch button its not working but they are not responding properly, they dint even have a look of the problem they simply said there is no person now to look the complaint another time they said the mechanic is in work, it has been 10 days i am not able to ride my bike in night time, i went during my off in working they have given these types of response.

    So i am asking why the hell they are having dealership and spoiling bajaj name.
    So pls take necesary action on abs bajaj-thiruninravur.

      I am living in baroda (Gujarat). I have bajaj avenger. I have very bad experince of very poor service by shisha bajaj (Vasna road, vadodara). I have just gave my bike before 15 days for service and some reapiring. They gave me my vehicle after 3 days. And i have paid rs.1500 for service and they are not giving invoice after service and told that everytime that their system is not working.

      Now after 15 days, same problem occuring in my vehicle which i have repaired before 15 days. Again form last 3 days, my vehicle is with them and no properly answer given by bajaj service centre people.

          My bike was purchased on dec 2006 and we have long back paid off the loan with bajaj auto finance pune. Recently we got an noc from them, however they refuse to return our registration certificate which is rightfully ours. I am not about to spend my precious time and money in getting a duplicate rc for my bike. My loan number is[protected].

          I need the rc asap! This is so unfair!

            Dear, sir/madam
            I'm the owner of bajaj pulsar 220sf. I'm a genuine customer of yours. I'm servicing my bike time to time at suryoday bajaj service center. Recently, i had replaced my bike's headlight. But after2-3days the small bulb was in head light was burnt and not working. My bike is under warranty and your mechanics are saying that you will not get any new headlight in replacement and they are saying daily that come tomorrow morning. I'm fed-up of all these things daily to your service center. I have a humble request that please kindly check out my bike's headlight and please if you can change then replace it. Otherwise you will loose your honest customer please take an action on it as soon as possible.

              Sir, It is submitted that on seen my CIBIL report it has been seen that i have been taken loan in year 2006 vide account No[protected] and shown as balance Rs 5380/-. But I have never taken any motor cycle loan and have not paid any installments. In this connection a copy of CIBIL report is attached for your clarification and settlement please.

                I purchases a bike from bajaj osl minto park. No any discount nothing any gift not even one wrost helmet. Wathever i don't mind it but just directed bike handover to me just horible bajaj auto thank to lot for your service. My fuel meter not working and also cracking sound coming from silencer pipe. Tommorow my first service i booked it. I think solve my issue otherwise...

                  Hello sir maine 21 july 2017 ko bike pulsar rs 200 bike purchased ki thi najafgarh se. Showroom se nikalne se phle bike me problem thi or manager be mere ko bola ki petrol kam k karan problem hi rahi hai. Next 4th day mai phr service centre gya or till date mai service centre ke chakar lagga raha hu. Ab tak mai 12 bar service centre gaya hu or 1600 km meri bike service centre challi hai. Hard second day bike wha mangwai jati hai or phr 200 km challa k wapis kar do jati hai. Meri bike 13-16 self me start hoti hai or issi wajah se maine 2 bar traffic fine bhra hai redlight pe jam lagwane k usme and 2 bar ladai bhi hi chuki hai. Mai ek govt employee hu pmo office me. Is bike ki problem k karan mai kaffi bar late up chuka hu. Dl12sk6978 meri bike ka number hai sir..
                  Ek normal video bike ki mai apko send kar raha hu jisme bike 5 self me start hi raji hai.

                    Sir/madam,
                    I am a regular customer having a high bonding with bajaj since 2010. I own a pulsar 180 which i get serviced as well as buy spares from authorised dealer in my locality always not taking my bike to market mechanics even for a single time.
                    But recently i needed my carburator replaced. So asked the dealer workshop to do the same. They replied that they did not have that in stock at that time and asured to make that available within 10-15 days and noted down my contact details. But it has been three months that they still can not provide one. I have been visiting them every 10-15days but they reply the same.
                    Today when i asked them again. They say that i have to deposit the amount in advance to get the part after 10-20 days.
                    This was a huge setback and shocking for me as i thought bajaj take utmost care of their customers.
                    Sir. Why should i make advance payment for a part?
                    Or if i have to, then why shoyld i wait for bajaj to provide me the part when i can buy the same part from market?
                    And why should i be a loyal customer paying extra money in authorised centers when i can get my bike spares and serviced at much cheaper cost from market technicians?

                      My name is vinay ([protected]),

                      Yesterday i have received an call from shisha bajaj, opp. Bhavans school, nr. Silver coin, manjalpur, vadodara, gujarat 390011 for due of first free service.

                      The operator inform me to come at show room at around 8.30 am in the morning. She told me that they will make gate pass & make me free at the earliest.

                      Today morning i reach their show room at 8.30 but no one is available at show room (4 -5 customer went back they are waiting since 8 o clock in fron of me), & when i ask to gate keeper he told me that concern person will come come after 9 am only. Than i call to their service manage mr. More & inform that you called me 8.30 & no one is available at show room hence he response that we are coming to office shortly, but final the person came at 9.05 & than he started to filling the job card which take other 20 minuets, eventually the late me to reach my office for around 1 hour.

                      2nd case : when first time i visited to inquire about bike, they told me that we will give a gift 1 bag or hale mate which ever is available + 1 year insurance free but when i give the final cheque than they say we cant give you gift since insurance is free. The sale person is new & he don't know the scheme hence he did the mistake.

                      We request to look into the matter, i am your customer since last 13 years but i had the trust on bajaj, that they will give good service & no cheating allow.

                        Iam on long ride with my husband on avenger cruise.. Bike broke down the gear lever bolt broke. Reached out to nandi dealer in nandyal near hyderabad. I'm at their shop from last one hour and there is no one attending the issue, the reception person saying everyone is having lunch will come after 3;30 pm. I have to still travel around 400 kms to reach my destination. I just need a nut bolt, i can do the replacement. But still no one ready to leave from chair. Even the government organisations are better. These people don't have basic manners to talk or attend the customer

                          I had brought bajaj v15 bike on 18.08.2017.

                          At the time of purchase that bike was ok.

                          Problem started after first service. After first servicing of that bikes, battery totally damaged. Bike not able to start through self button. Having kicking problem.

                          The rolta bajaj saying that. Its a flat of exside battery company. They have no liability.

                            First free service cost me rs 1189/- which is ridiculously high. Charged me for engine additives & engine flushing which shows that bajaj engine is incompetent. Upon asking them for the clarification, the service guy agreed that they do it for their commission. Bajaj service centre complaint centre doesn't even bother to reply properly dealing a severe blow to bajaj image.
                            Their response made me feel that india would never change. Corruption is in the blood now whether it be private company.

                              bajaj pulsar 180, gear shifting problem.

                              I have gear shifting problem in my new bajaj pulsar 180 even after my first service complained, in my bajaj pulsar 180 the gear gets decrease automatically without my knowledge during riding this happen frequently and gear is too hard to shift. And i have vibration in my new bajaj pulsar 180. I am reallyunsatisfiedw bajaj pulsar 180 which is my dream bike....

                                This is regarding the most worst service i have got done from one of the bajaj service centre named “ekvira bhushan motors” located at airoli, navi mumbai.

                                I would like to pen down all the issues that i have faced in the last 2-week due to the worst service, please find all those mentioned below (Attaching the latest bill for reference).

                                We have handed over the vehicle “bajaj pulsar 150” on 18th september 2017 for replacement of electronic parts during which the mechanic said that he would deliver the vehicle by same day evening 7pm. After rigorous follow-up no. Of times, he responded saying that there are few parts that needs to be replaced without which the work cannot be completed, thus it will charge rs.3995.

                                Parts those was replaced were bcu, left & right control switch and indicator bulb with charges rs.3995.

                                I have collected my bike by 7pm and the bill was about rs. 3995 and i had pay the entire amount.

                                A week later, on sunday 24th september 2017 bcu was burnt and the bike was not getting started.

                                I gave my vehicle to bajaj service centre named “suraj auto” located in thane, mumbai on 25th september 2017.

                                I got my bike “bajaj pulsar 150” on 26th september 2017 in evening and the bike is properly now and the bill was about rs. 2635 for both bcu and the regulator.

                                Also, there is a huge difference in amount between both the service centre.

                                I would go to any level i am not satisfied with your work and if you people try to fool me during every service.

                                I cannot go on adjusting every situation and every issue that i have faced because of you guys.

                                I hope this mail explains how much i have suffered due to the most worst service from this particular bajaj service centre. If you want to fool us by charging for things which your team has spoiled... Let us know please.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I am unable to get the correct cdi part information for my byke 2004 model.
                                  I wrote mail to costume care mail id, called to service centre and also visited multiple service centre but no one is able to provide correct part details.

                                  Got one part details cdi dj111008 from one service centre, i tried that cdi coil but that is also not supported. Please help to get correct model of cdi coil for my byke.

                                    I had purchased bajaj avenger 150 motor bike on 26/07/2016 from gupta nagar showroom. Mr. Gautam, in-charge gupta nagar showroom had fed my wrong particulars in rc book application and insurance policy. I brought to notice to mr. Gautam before issuance of these things, but he just gave me fake promises that he will get all thing corrected but did nothing and rc card and insurance policy issued by respective departments contain my and my father’s wrong name and address. Even after issuance of these, i inform him as well as mr. Jigar shah, owner of the showroom though letter, phone and personal visits, but except fake promises, i have not received anything till todate. As i am not having rc book and insurance papers, i am commuting through hired vehicle, which causes not only financial loss but also mental agony.

                                    With reference to the above complaint, I am intimating you that following have been sent to Mr. Jigar shah through email: -

As it is evident from the above fact that despite requesting you for more than 14 months, my concerns have not been addressed and I am incurring more than 100 rupees per day from last 6 months for commuting from my residence to office. Therefore, after bearing with 14 months, I have launched a complaint with consumer forum which docket no. 448548 as last resort: -

                                    3. In view of the above, I request you to provide me followings within 07 days (regarding this e-mail I AM INFORMING YOU THROUGH TELEPHONIC CALL ALSO): -

                                    (A) Provide me RC Book and Insurance policy.

                                    (B) Remit my expenditure incurred on hiring vehicles for commuting from residence to office and other place which works out for an total amount of Rs. 18000/-

                                    (C) Please compensate me for the mental agony given due to negligence on your part, as you deem fit.

                                      I have avenger 220 and i am having problem of handle setting.and i m waiting for more than 45 mins for 2 min work what kind of behaviour is from kakkad bajaj rajnandgaon cg to the customers..this type of behaviour will not make me to buy bajaj vehicles further..

                                      i am a avenger 220 owner and i had given my bike for service 10 days ago.but after taking bike i notice the problem of handle setting is not done properly.and after 3 days i go there and tell the problem they said that today i will not b done.i forcrd them to do they said okk wait for 5 min.but after waiting for 50 minute they said they have no worker to solve my problem.wat kind of sirvice is that from kakad bajaj .i want to pirchase the new avenger this dhantares but this behaviour changed my mind full..please do necessesary action for customer satisfaction..
