    I will purchase the bajaj pulser 150 bike on dated 02/08/2017 in kushal bajaj shorum, badnera road amravati, bt one problem in this vehicle allready colour damage on fuel tank he had polish on this part so colour dsamage not see on purchasing time. I will complaint in shoroom and service enginear he do not seriously on my problem.. So plz help for me fr my problem...

    I will purchase the bajaj pulser 150 bike on dated 02/08/2017 in kushal bajaj shorum, badnera road amravati, i tell supervisor this price is 88250/- rs. On purchasing this bike bt they send me bill only 87202/rs. The price difference is 1048/- rs.
    And i will purchase the vehicle on shriram finance i paid the downpayment is 41000/- rs.. Bt this ajent not send me a recipet my downpayement so i think also differnce in my down payment...

    So plz help me for this problem

    Noise coming from the engine from the very 1 servicing and leakage of mobil from engine bt the workshop members not take it seriously and ignore the problem .i purchased the bike in january 2017 and such problem swere occuring

      I purchase a new ins vikrant from bajaj auto hisar near auto market its engine no jhyrhb82884 and its chassis no md2a74by5hrb28099 its manufaturing date 05/17. It not working properly and engine makes missing all the time. I repaired it many time from bajaj service center but they dont make tha solution for me and last time they told me that every ins vikrant have same problem. So my complaint is that if all bikes have same problem so why bajaj saling this model. And also the coustomer care dont listen my voice they just rolling me here and there.

        My kit has been stolen during second free service at bajaj service centre (Located at ranchi, near bada talab). Earlier i heard that those people who do service steal customers kit. But now i became victim of this. Details of my bike are given below

            I have purchased bajaj avenger 150 on 3rd may, 2017. After 20 days the bike stopped abruptly and when i switched it into reserve it started again and when switched it back to on it was moving. I have informed the same in first service after which they have suggested the issue is resolved. But again it has stopped just in front of a bus where we missed a major accident by a whisker. We have again reported it to the service center and also to the bajaj auto customer care.
            They told they have to make some changes and then informed the issue is resolved and promised it will not occur again. But again i faced the issue and informed it during second service, this time they told there is some blockage and cleared it. The second day after the service the problem appeared. Now they say that the fuel cock has trouble had they need to replace it and i need to pay money for the replacement.

            I contacted bajaj customer care, now they are really rude saying if it needs to be replaced then you have to pay the money as that particular part is not under the warranty.

            How can i pay the price when i have done nothing wrong, i have made the services as per schedule, never traveled faster than 60km/hr as suggested and total distance is also 2400km which is very less. The mileage of the bike is also 30-35 where it was promised 40-45

            Hi,
            I have already made a call to the Bajaj customer service where the operator rudely replied that if that is what service center demands then I should pay the money. Every time I go to the center they say something and say issue is fixed and issue persists. This time they told some part and next time some other and when will this loop end and that too at very early stages of my purchase.
            I have nice respect for bajaj. Please don't break my trust

              I don't know what is happening here my new model rs 200 just 1 month old i issue of small missing while accelerating they suggest me ecu re mapping and they remaped it but several other complaints are facing my bike and i gave return back my bike now these is the 3rd finally they removed my bike injector also to check the problem they can't find it out so sir please contact them and tell them to do the needful to me there address is geo bajaj pathanamthitta kerala

                  It has been 10days since i bought ns200 from bharuch kena bajaj showroom. Bought my ns200 on 29th sept '17 but it was not fully complete bike. A bottom part may be called belipan of single side was not there. I ask them for reason they told us that it might be placed somewhere else by delivery boy and couldnt found yet so we ll give it to you in 2-3 working days.
                  And i thought its ok to collect it in 3days since only one same color model left. Todays date is 10th oct '17. I call them every day but they give me so many excuses and promise me to give it to me tomorrow. It has been happening from 1week but still i didnt get it. This type of service i have never seen in my life. Please take some action to this kena showroom and give me my parts.

                    Wrong information of bike on insurance letter and rto documents. My bike is pulsar rs200. And write as200 on rto documents and ns200 on indurance letter. L had call 16 time with customercare but not any reaction taken on it. I had purchased bike from kanse bajaj satara. But that showroom is closed few day ago. Please solve my problem immidiatly.                       I got my bike serviced from het bajaj auto on 24/07/17, bill was around 4000 which included change in engine oil. After riding for around 500 kms my bike’s engine got stuck on highway due to engine fail, later the mechanic told me that it was due to no engine oil in the bike. I told him that i changed my bike oil around 50 days back which stated that it runs 10000 kms for bajaj engine oil of 1200 ml, after consulting 5-6 mechanics all told me that if the oil was changed it is nit at all possible that it might get over so fast, it will show signs if there is oil in the bike like black smoke from silencer etc. Now the service centre is just telling me that they have chnged the oil and are just saying they will talk to their boss but because of there mistake my bike has incurred expenses of 14000 for engine relair. What should i do..??
                      P. S - my bike was in perfect condition before engine fail not a single problem

                        I purchased bajaj avenger from gems automobiles in chinchwad on[protected] and i didn't received call for my 3rd free service which was due after 360 days. Now i received call from different service which opened near mankar chowk, wakad mentioning that gems automobiles has been closed and told me that you are due for service and when i reached there they denied service mentioning it was overdue by 40 days and behave rudely.

                        Worst part was when i told them that why you didn't called when it was due they say we opened service center on 1st oct and denied me 3rd free service

                          Hi team,

                          I have went to abs bajaj 2 times to repair my head light switch button its not working but they are not responding properly, they dint even have a look of the problem they simply said there is no person now to look the complaint another time they said the mechanic is in work, it has been 10 days i am not able to ride my bike in night time, i went during my off in working they have given these types of response.

                          So i am asking why the hell they are having dealership and spoiling bajaj name.
                          So pls take necesary action on abs bajaj-thiruninravur.

                            I am living in baroda (Gujarat). I have bajaj avenger. I have very bad experince of very poor service by shisha bajaj (Vasna road, vadodara). I have just gave my bike before 15 days for service and some reapiring. They gave me my vehicle after 3 days. And i have paid rs.1500 for service and they are not giving invoice after service and told that everytime that their system is not working.

                            Now after 15 days, same problem occuring in my vehicle which i have repaired before 15 days. Again form last 3 days, my vehicle is with them and no properly answer given by bajaj service centre people.

                                My bike was purchased on dec 2006 and we have long back paid off the loan with bajaj auto finance pune. Recently we got an noc from them, however they refuse to return our registration certificate which is rightfully ours. I am not about to spend my precious time and money in getting a duplicate rc for my bike. My loan number is[protected].

                                I need the rc asap! This is so unfair!

                                  I'm the owner of bajaj pulsar 220sf. I'm a genuine customer of yours. I'm servicing my bike time to time at suryoday bajaj service center. Recently, i had replaced my bike's headlight. But after2-3days the small bulb was in head light was burnt and not working. My bike is under warranty and your mechanics are saying that you will not get any new headlight in replacement and they are saying daily that come tomorrow morning. I'm fed-up of all these things daily to your service center. I have a humble request that please kindly check out my bike's headlight and please if you can change then replace it. Otherwise you will loose your honest customer please take an action on it as soon as possible.

                                    It is intimated that i had been taken motor cycle loan from bajaj auto finance vide my account no[protected] and same has already been paid hole amount and obtained noc from them as same is enclosed in pdf file for your ready reference. However, in cibil report is has been shown balance amount as rs 5380/-. You are requested to clear the same at the earliest please.

                                    Sir, It is submitted that on seen my CIBIL report it has been seen that i have been taken loan in year 2006 vide account No[protected] and shown as balance Rs 5380/-. But I have never taken any motor cycle loan and have not paid any installments. In this connection a copy of CIBIL report is attached for your clarification and settlement please.

                                      I purchases a bike from bajaj osl minto park. No any discount nothing any gift not even one wrost helmet. Wathever i don't mind it but just directed bike handover to me just horible bajaj auto thank to lot for your service. My fuel meter not working and also cracking sound coming from silencer pipe. Tommorow my first service i booked it. I think solve my issue otherwise...

                                        Hello sir maine 21 july 2017 ko bike pulsar rs 200 bike purchased ki thi najafgarh se. Showroom se nikalne se phle bike me problem thi or manager be mere ko bola ki petrol kam k karan problem hi rahi hai. Next 4th day mai phr service centre gya or till date mai service centre ke chakar lagga raha hu. Ab tak mai 12 bar service centre gaya hu or 1600 km meri bike service centre challi hai. Hard second day bike wha mangwai jati hai or phr 200 km challa k wapis kar do jati hai. Meri bike 13-16 self me start hoti hai or issi wajah se maine 2 bar traffic fine bhra hai redlight pe jam lagwane k usme and 2 bar ladai bhi hi chuki hai. Mai ek govt employee hu pmo office me. Is bike ki problem k karan mai kaffi bar late up chuka hu. Dl12sk6978 meri bike ka number hai sir..
                                        Ek normal video bike ki mai apko send kar raha hu jisme bike 5 self me start hi raji hai.
