Gear problem about not going down when stopped instantly i have complaint it about in agency but they could not get it solved the gear are very hard and it feels like they broke if i forced them to get down they always tell me it will be okh but couldn't work fore me they try to fix the problem thrice nothing happens that way that why i am writing about them in your complaint site

    I bought bajaj avenger street 150 cc bike from teku show room of kathmandu... I thought that every thing will be right... But later on i found that a small robber cover of the meter box was not there... I thing it is the style of the new product.. But two day latter hte meter box does not work... I told the concern party but they refused to lission me they told you yourself distroy the cover and complain... I told them check the cc tv but they didnot lissen me..

    Is this the moto of bajaj company? Every costermer are cheater? There should not be any responsibility of product seller?

        I have changed 3 times clutch plates within one year and the bike was driven only 6000kms this is too bad and this is my first bike. I need urgent recovery for this problem. Bike is not going atleast 30km speed. I just thought bajaj is super company, if i wanna continue this good name on your company take immediate action for my problem. I bought this bajaj v15 bike in thirupathi, andhra pradesh. Really i'm feeling very bad about this clutch plate problem. If once the clutch plate is gone that's fine. But this is third time problem in clutch plates. If these continue i will sale this bajaj v15 and i never get any bike from your bajaj company

          Kl 56q 9370, aswin thaivalappil (Ho) mambaram, iringal, ph.[protected]. Sir i have faced some problems due to engine oil leak and front disc bend. We recently contacted to kvr bajaj vatakara, kerala. There is no complaint related spare parts in this service centre. I will take back my two wheeler and used it again one month time. After using, the complaints much arising day today. Please provide me to much service regarding my complaint, if you don't took my complaint as a request and don't solve my problems i entered into consumer court and register a complaint due to your harassing bahaviour.

            I own a pulsar 220f with registration no - mh 46v 8857. I had an accident about 2 months ago. The fairing was damaged. I gave my bike to bajaj authorised service centre on 3rd july and was told i'll get the bike within 2 days. But after 2 days they started giving me excuses that the part is not available of my bike which is 2012 model and somehow they got hold of the fairing from 2009-10 model which didnt even match my bike colour and were very inclined to install that to which i denied and hence they asked for 10 more days for the repair of the exact part. It has been more than 1.5 month and still i havent got back my bike. I dont think they even have the parts, from the past one week they have been promising that they are getting the parts in the evening and hence ask for 2 days more. I was supposed to get it back yesterday and now they postponed it to today and even today they didnt give it back. I am really frustrated. I even tried to contact their online customer care but it has been 2 days (Ref no - 183589) and even they didnt gave any response even after providing them with every detail they asked for.
            They havent given me any spare bike or any sort of compensation for the same. I am tired of this.

              Respected Concerned,

              This is to bring into your notice regarding the very fraud and improper servicing which i got from an bajaj authorised service centre at Bhubaneshwar City.

              Myself personally is a government officer from Ranchi (Jharkhand) and had got transferred to Bhubaneshwar city 2 months back. I have also brought my Bike (Bajaj Discover 125 st) for my personal usage sometimes.
              On enquiring i got to knew that there is a bajaj service centre named "Bharat Bajaj" at nayapalli area near my office at bhubaneshwar so previous month only in july i sent my bike there for servicing along my office staff, but when i received it back there is no change in the vechile problems seeming the just wash it and returned it without any work. the did not even provide me a bill for that service and after that a new problem persists of rear wheel alloy rim getting heated up on applying rear brakes so a day before yesterday on 13th august i personally took the vechile for servicing at the same service centre, i told them my various complaints in details, make them note it, but after 2 complete days today evening when i went to took the vechile it was again the same, seeming this time too they just washed the vechile and returned it to me, the scenario get much more worse when on the way returning from showroom my bike"s rear whelel got so heated that the tube got burst in the way on the road, which is quite hilarious, inconviniencing and disheartning from such a big reliable and reputed brand like bajaj along its authorised service centre.

              when i called them there itself they casually asked me to bring the vechile again on 16th august at 4, o clock evening claiming that they dont have any fault and will just see what happening, which is relly harasshing and way bad experience from me.
              as i completely know they just have done the fraud i.e without changing the rear brake pads they charge it on my bill paper only but not actually on the vechile, as when i get there to took the vechile the bike is completely wet as its just got washed out and when asking them what work they had done to the vechile fist they got stunned for some minutes and then asking here there mechancs told me that yes its done, even no lubrication even is done in any part of the vechile which when i asked them then they did at last.

              This is completely unacceptable and serious concern, this type of practices if was going on in such service centre which public rely due to your authorization is tolally unbearable to the society.

              I indeed want you look after the issues going on with such service station and too demand a complete justification with my vechile service as i am gonna send it to the service staion again on 16th of august at 4:00 pm along with my staff .

              I hope it will be dealed with proper care and hand to hand actuall servicing of my said bike is done by them genuinely without any fraud.

              I am enclosing my current bill along with this mail for your reference.

              Revert me back with the assurance regarding asap.

                I just wanted to bring it to your notice that there are a lot of malpractices going on at your dealership in mahim named autoden.

                I asked for quotation for pulsar 150 and the lady named sonali gives me pricing on whatsapp as her email was not working and in the quotation she mentioned ex showroom, insurance and registration and said accessories are complementary. Her pricing came to approx 90000.

                When i cross checked the pricing from thane kanchan auto and lower parel sai service agency their pricing showed a difference of 3000.

                When i asked auto den why the price is different she sends me a screen shot of bikewale website which matches her pricing. So should i bike the bike online and not go to dealers???

                When i told them that your registration is 10000 and other dealer is 8000.. Their insurance 3000 and others 2000.. She said do what you have to do this is our pricing.
                Her manager mr. Shridhar parab said he will look into the matter and ever since then no contact.

                I need some action taken against the dealership in this regard.. Firstly they are cheating and selling accessories and then acting as if we are wrong..

                Please let me know what action is being taken against the dealer.

                This is to let you know that my account was deducted by Rs 99 on 26-May-2017 for DDR Bajaj-Auto from my SBI account without consulting me. There were no dues left from my side but even then this amount was deducted.

                  Hi team,

                  I have faced many problems after servicing at m g scooters @ erragadda hyderabad jobcard no - rjc[protected][01/08/2017], overrall bill amt rs.1800/- i spent.

                  Problem is that after certain kilometers got sparks in my bike, all the following parts were effected
                  1. Engine
                  2. Battery and
                  3. Speedometer

                  Again went to haroon bajaj @ mahabubnagar [02/08/17], batter got replaced and other parts are also replaced jobcard [protected]@02/08/17, here i spent rs.2100/- for travelling i spent rs.3000/- [bike transport by trolley auto]

                  Again while coming back to hyd from mahabubnagar on monday i. E., on 07/08/2017, again bike got failed again same story repeated here means bike transport from shamshabad-hyd to kondapur showroom [i. E., varun motors jobcard no - 5863] on 07/08/2017, here i spent rs.3000/-

                  I'm really fed up with these change can you help me in this matter i need justice to my price and my time.

                    When ever am giving my bike for servicing, new problem is getting. But this time, they are saying that i need to change the bore kit. When i gave it for servicing the driving is smooth without any issues but after the servicing it is very hard or some different issue which am getting feel that it comes for bore. But am giving my bike at regular interval for maintenance and it is 34000KM for 3 years.
                    My Concern is that they are creating issues for making money.

                      Gentle reminder-13 (Issue not yet addressed)

                      Dear all concerned,

                      With ref. To the trail & isr-164403 & isr-170501, email pls be informed that i'm using the motorcycle in a very pathetic condition which may turn up to any uninvited non-favorable situation, further, any un-eventuality or loss in any manner shall be a result of lack of service by bajaj motors.
                      I feel either the issue is not taken up seriously or there is something drastically wrong with the bajaj motor services.

                      My agony still remains unattended as:
                      1. The inferior material used during manufacturing resulting in full deterioration of fuel tank at this early stage.
                      2. No concrete response received regarding the availability of new fuel tank from bajaj motors.
                      3. The issue is very serious in nature making the financial & mental loss to self, no clarity on compensation is being clarified by bajaj motors.4. The issue is being prolonged the intention to harass the customer
                      4. Intentionally forcing the customer to accept and pay full price for inferior material/spare part.

                      As per consumer protection act 1986 read with amendment act 1993 with effective 18.06.1993 the manufacturer is supposed to provide & ensure availability of genuine spares in good condition up to 10 yrs from the date of official announcement for discontinuation of the product.

                      However, if we assume that bajaj has released and discontinued the product then also the fuel tank is to be provided by the authorized service center in brand new condition satisfying product parameters, also, the quality inspection report to be provided if demanded.

                      I hereby once again request all concerned to expedite the availability of new fuel tank or waive off 100 % material cost on the available spare. The cost of the available fuel tank with the dealer may be negotiated up to 25% of the cost to be born at my end.

                      It's very bitter experience of mine with bajaj motors after sale services.

                      I hereby request all concerned to take appropriate action in this regard else i'm left with no other option to take legal opinion in this regard.
                      Further, pls be appraised that all the communications made in this regard verbal/electronic shall be treated & will be provided as documentary evidence.

                      Dear All Concerned, (ISSUE NOT YET ADDRESSED)

                      With ref. to trail email and by subsequent follow-ups with Bajaj customer care, I regret to inform you that I'm following up regularly with your team for replacement of my Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi motorcycle.

                      However, there is no yield neither from Bajaj nor from their authorized dealer or from authorized service center.

                      1. Contact Bajaj service center at Gurgaon (Krishna Bajaj) & Dealer (SHUBH VINAYAK AGENCIES) on 4th of July 2017.

                      2. On 11th got response from customer care of Bajaj to contact Krishna Bajaj service centre, the service centre never contact me .

                      3. On 12th I have requested the service center and dealer for expected duration for availability of fuel tank no response received.'

                      4. Complaint ref. ISR 164403 initially closed without any resolution.

                      5. Called customer care they suggested me to visit service center on 22nd July 2017, Mr. Anand Wardhan (Manager Service center) accepted that they have 01 fuel tank in store which is 7-8 Yrs old I have made a physical inspection of the tank available.

                      6. During physical inspection of the fuel tank following was the observations :
                      (a) Multiple scratches on the fuel tank body.
                      (b) No hallmark / hologram on the part. Bottom edges have paint removed & rusted at many locations.
                      (c) The butt joint of tank has rusting on the inner surface of the tank.

                      7. My motor cycle mfg. yrs is 2008 approx. 8 yrs old and the tank available is also 8 yrs old. How can we ascertain the service life of this spare tank considering the condition of my tank as provided with the bike.

                      8. I requested the service center to provide 75% discount to which the service center refused.

                      9. I again contacted customer care they suggested me to place an order with service center . However, my initial communication was the same .

                      10. The service center refused to take / place the order instead demanded full amount to be deposited ion advance. Also, there was an remark from service center that " The was you are inspecting we cannot satisfy your demand we have this tank only with us and Bajaj Auto is not providing further spares so we cannot serve you, you may do whatever you wish to do"...

                      11. On 10th Aug 2017 again contact customer care regarding my Complaint and action taken for ISR 164403 & ISR 170501, was again advised to contact dealer for availability on [protected] however the calls made were never responded.

                      12.I feel the fuel tank of my motorcycle was already placed as defective piece by Bajaj during manufacturing as the motor company provides certificate of fitness for minimum cycle of 15 yrs and Fuel tank is not an general spare it's backbone of the motorcycle as the engine is the heart of motorcycle.

                      13. My daily expenditure on the motorcycle is INR 150 for carburetor & fuel cock cleaning since 3rd July 2017.

                      14. Wastage of fuel with an average of 9.5 Ltrs against 25 Kms of running (Spilling of fuel & Overflow due to rust mixed fuel jammed in carburetor)

                      I hereby considering above facts and intentional delay from Bajaj Auto to respond request you to compensate me @ INR 150 per day till the fuel tank is made available along with compensation of INR 50000/- for mental, physical & financial harassment and practicing wrong business ethics and lack of service.

                      15. Also, As per Consumer protection act 1986 read with amendment act 1993 with effective 18.06.1993 the manufacturer is supposed to provide & ensure availability of genuine spares in good condition up to 10 Yrs from the date of official announcement for discontinuation of the product.

                      16. Ref. Judgement by Competition Commission of India Dated.27/07/2015 case no. 03/2011. (para. 11, 12 15, 17 &18) The order was released with DG's recommendations that OEMs and authorized dealers have to make all necessary arrangements for spares at marginal rates with genuinely without violating the competitions act 2002. May pls go through the judgement as the same shall be my grounds to justify my agony against Bajaj Auto.

                      I hereby once again request all concerned to revert latest by 14th Aug 2017, else I'm left with no other option to take legal advice in this regard.

                      Further, Pls be appraised that all the commuicatins made in this regard verbal/electronic shall be treated & will be provided as documentary evidence.

                        Today on august 7th 2017 i visited rolta bajaj kolkata barasat at 1pm to take an estimate for accidental claim. The behavior of the store manager was bad and told me that the to take out the estimate it would take a day and asked me to come tomorrow. I requested to do it today but he said he would let me know at 6. I came home but no call came and at 6 i called asking that i was told i will be informed but no call came. They said it's ready and to come tomorrow. This behavior wasn't expected and does it take so long to get an estimate done for a minor accident.

                          I got delivery of my pulsar rs 200 on 19th october 2015, registration number - mh 02 eb 7780. I have regularly and timely given my bike for servicing and oil changes. After 1 year i have even paid for the amc, however i have faced frequent problems like front tire noise, frame vibration, speedometer stopped working, chain noise, loose rear view mirror, brakes issues and many more. I must have visited the service centre not less than 10-12 times in addition to general servicing within this 1.5 years. I request you to take the data from your service centre.

                          While bajaj solves most of the problems at free of cost it is my time and energy that i have invest to get the work done. And then there are many other issues like chain noise, coolant leak for which they have charged me saying that these are general issues and the user have to pay for it, which is surprising to me.

                          Recently my bike stopped suddenly in the middle of the road when i was at approximately 50km/hr giving a sudden jerk which could have resulted in a serious and fatal accident. I had to drag my bike to the service centre which was 2.5 kms from where my bike stopped. Sai service opened the engine head and charged me rs 500 for oil seals and gasket that they changed while opening the head.

                          The bike had not even run for 10, 000 kms. It is widely known that one the engine is opened it starts giving more and more problems. It is a huge surprise to me as to how an engine can fail in just 10, 000kms. There must be some manufacturing defects because of which this has happened.

                          The above issue was solved & now after just 3 months, again an issue arose which requires the entire engine to be opened. Because of your manufacturing defect, i am suffering monetarily. Mr. Himanshu (Branch head) told me the charges of gasket, oil seals and coolant change will be rs. 1800, which now i have to bear. This is absurd. I paid for the exact thing just 3 months ago.

                          The issues with the bike is a huge safety hazards as the bike went on neutral at the speed of 85 km/hr on national highway. I request replacement of my bike on priority. I need to speak with senior personnel from bajaj directly as i am not getting any proper feedback from bajaj service centre. This is a second time that i am contact you, and if i don’t get a proper reply i will take legal actions necessary.

                          Hi I have Bajaj dominar 400 in white marun colour which is not pretty good... the bike has the devil look as well bt not in that colours so my suggestion was to get a new version of a jet black edition in this as soon as possible I have sold my bike to buy the Matt black edition bt it is also not so cool so plz can we get it in jet black

                            I gave my ns200 for serf icng and said that ther is an oil leakage from house pipe and said apply silicon solution on 28th july 2017. But vehicle was delivered to me without any solution. But i asked what have u done? They apply a plastic tape and tell me that if it repeats they will replace the part but i hav faced the same again n gave for replace but now they apply silicon solution n r trying to deliver the vehicle?

                              I paid rs.93000 cash amount for avenger 150 on 10/05/2017 but they didnot deliver the bike and given me the post dated cheque of rs.93000 and the cheque was dishonored by the bank due to insufficient funds in the account. From 3 months i am roaming around them for my money the only answer from them is "tommorrow". By this kind of dealers bajaj is losing its fame. No one helping me to get my money back. I suggest bajaj should take action on such dealers in chennai.

                                My bike is standing dead in my home without battery. Bajaj service persons not taking my bike from home. They are asking to come to their service center. How can i start my bike without battery???. As there is no kick start.
                                To much annoyed and irritated on hearing the name bajaj because of new avenger 220 bike and bajaj service.
                                Please see and observe how honda and yamaha service centres and products are. Waste of money on buying bajaj products. Its time to sale or crush my new avenger 220 bike.

                                From march 2017 i am facing repeated problem from my bike, i am not able to start my bike in the morning. And in march i gave my bike to bajaj service centre in kochi to check battery and battery charger circuits as the problem is unidentified. They said no problem in bike but the problem repeated again.

                                But the same problem repeated again and again and my bike battery was checked at. Bajaj service centre madurai and they said battery found to be ok.

                                Now i gave my bike to bajaj service center - n. H bypass, near pipe line junction edapally - ki to iochdentify the problem.

                                Since bike is my essential need i am not able to use it from the day i purchased it.

                                I kindly request you to replace me a new bike of same model and good condition.

                                Also i am paying emi of rs.3418 monthly for my bike as it is in bajaj finance. As a travel based work without the bike i am so much frustrated and feeling sad. I loved and bought the bajaj vehicle.
                                As this problem creates me a situation i am not earning money and will not be able to pay my due on date. Please help me.

                                Kindly replace the bike and i will be pleased if you do so.

                                As per the telecom discussion with your Bajaj service persons.
                                And it is now clear that BALAMURUGA BAJAJ Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625002 [SNP Towers, Near AAVIN Milk Project] had cheated me with a old battery .

                                Also BALAMURUGA BAJAJ Madurai service manager lied to me that he tested my battery in exide showroom and told that the battery is found to be good.

                                But Popular bajaj service center kochi was doing great work and they identified that the battery was rejected in exide showroom madurai.

                                I am so much depressed and mentally disturbed with only paying EMI and not able to run my bike which i purchased for 1Lakhs and above also it is a new bike sir.
                                Also the lies wounded me mentally as i am working in a government sector without bike it is to much difficult for me to run days. Totally depressed.

                                I deeply request you to replace me with a NEW Battery.

                                      It is true and genuine review from my side. Dear all i bought pulsar 135 ls in
                                      Hyderabad, tolichiowki abhinandan bajaj on december 2016, 24. Till now i went to show room for 5 times see why
                                      1. Worst pick up 2. Poor servicing 3. Engine sound. 4. Battery problem [recommended to change] 5. If bike cross 60 km speed it will sounds a lot and shakes slightly. 6. Engine jamming, 7. Poor accelerator system bought 8. What my opinion is my bike is old seems so i need to exchange my bike completely. When i went to bought my bike in showroom, bike is in display position. From the display position i bought this bike. I hope that is the main mistake done by me.

                                        This are details of my bike. As i have already send my bike to this service centre. The ecu of bike is not supporting still they worked hard on it. Now they have ordered the new part for bike from pune. Bike started giving problem within 2 weeks of purchase. It is my humble request to your company, if you guys are not able to handle the premium segment of bike then stop producing them. Customers are not paying for getting frustrated because of such problems in bike. My road trip was planned after purchasing dominar but i'm facing only disappointment from bike. Now i have doubt about taking the bike for road trip after facing such problems in the beginning of purchase. Many of dominar owners are facing the same problem. And please do not suggest me any person from showroom authority. It is the mistake of company only.
