Sir my name is sumit kumar and i have a bajaj pulsar 220f number jh10y6232.
Sir on 11/02/2017 i game my bike to a bajaj authorised service centre flair bajaj at dhanbad. After spending 5000 i got my bike with auto choke problem. Again on 20/04/2017 i gave them my bike for servicing telling them that the auto choke is not working from the last service again they gave me my bike after servicing and i found that auto choke problem unsolved and one more problem has arrived that there is leakage of engine oil from the engine. Again i gave them my bike on 11/07/2017 telling all the problem which was caused due to earlier services this time they told me that they can't resolve it because they don't have parts and when i told them pls order it then they refused it saying that they can't order pls go to other service centre and tell them to order. Because all that leakage of oil now i'll have to spend rs 10000 for the whole engine repair. I'll have to change my bike's piston, cylinder, valves. All this is because of a bolt which they can't order. I don't know why bajaj is making such bikes whose spare parts are not available to its customers. Sir pls help me make them to solve my problems and pay for what they have done.

Sir the leakage is because of a bolt which they have ruined in over tightening it.That bolt was not needed to be opened but they opened it during servicing after tightening that bolt there is a leakage of engine oil. Another service centre named Metro Bajaj, Matkuria, Dhanbad refused to order that small bolt saying that pls go to Flair Motors Pvt. Ltd. This complain is against Bajaj Auto and Flair Motors Pvt.Ltd.

No proper customer service given in the bajaj service centre in kiviraj bajaj centre at rajpalya .itpl main road...no bill was given for the spare parts purchased here...told that the server is down

    Recently i purchased ns200 but its self start is not working. So given to service center after a week also they are not able to find what is the issue .so i m not able to use my bike since 7 days .its a new bike actually i purchased on 1st june and after a month bike giving certain problem ..

    This is the service providing u to ur customers.
    I spent 115000 for this bike which i cannot able to ride. I[censored] r not able to provide the proper bike as well as service so keep ur bike and give me my money back.
    I will purchase new bike from honda or tvs.

      Hello team,

      I am writing this mail based on the bad experience from kln motors villivakkam chennai.

      I own bajaj avenger 220 street, and i gave general service on 01/07/2017 with the below complaints.

      1) oil leakage from engine.
      2) general oil service.

      Bike delivered on the same day evening, next day i found out that complaint for oil leakage was not solved and additionally the made some thing on the clutch and now also facing prob with clutch.

      I called them many times but the answer is "chief mechanic was absent for the day and they said they will call back" as of yesterday no one called and problem not resolved for more than a week.

      Yesterday i went to kln showroom and handed over the bike and ask them to repair as i am unable to drive with that clutch problem. No response from that showroom from yesterday.

      Can you please escalate this to higher officials and help me to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. I am very muchupset with the reply they providing as no 1 product with large show room is that only one mechanic available to resolve my bike?

      I also spoke to customer care they promised to call me in 24 hours but no use.

      But this complaint will help me to resolve my problem i hope.

      Note: the second day when i said oil leakage not solved, they kept anabond (Glue) to arrest the oil leakage.

      Its merely waste of my time and you customer escalation path also very worst. I had no way to rather than getting my bike without any service and complaint also not resolved. Bajaj KLN VIllivakkam is one of the worst showroom i ever seen.

      I am unhappy and my bike got spoiled atlast. Here after i never ever to visit showroom for service .

        Please support for resolving the issue. Asin your company one two wheeler loan running on my name. But i was not applied the same at all.

        This is clearly misrepresent & wrongly shown in your record. Because i am not applied for any loan in your company. This is legal issue & some body done the same. So request you to pls investigate & found the culprict in this case.& take legal action against him.

          @mypulsarofficial i've placed an order for the bike frame (220) on 15th april... But the product is not yet dispatched yet... Whenever i call your care they'll just say that issue has been noted and will just disconnect the call saying that they can't repeat the same matter again and again. Today morning your rep. Disconnected on my face saying the script again... For the past 43 days i've been visiting the dealer for every two days and they've been saying that issue lies with you guys and they have placed an order from thier end... This situation has changed my view about bajaj & their services... I request you to look into it & resolve the issue asap...!!!

          This shoroom is not respons
          V15 official full tank capacity 13 ltr. Reserve 1.7 ltr. But my bike reserved mode I full tank 18.49 ltr. How it's possible. I socked . Pleas clearliyfi it . Right full tank capacity in v15 bike.

            I have purchased a bajaj avenger bike in march.17, but after 6-7 days from the date of purchase, two times i went to service center for complaining the problem, they change the oil seal two times and told that the problem will be never occur again. But the engine oil leakage is not stopped.

              This is n. Raghu as am the customer of bajaj finserv i have applied for the personal loan and my documents with cheque of 4 no. S has been produced and all my documents like voter id driving license, and much has been produced they said that the loan towards the previous loans has been pending but i have cleared all the loans and got the closure letter from bajaj itself and i have been paying all the emi at a time closing it properly and in my transaction history u can check that there is no any check bounces are the late payment.. I have been paid all the loans and they r saying you have the amount of rs. 8000/- inr remaing balances although i have got the closure letter from them they r saying its pending i have been uploaded the closure letter in the attachment. So i want to know that why the personal of amount is being not processed. I need the amount as am in some medical emergency i have applied i had an great hope on your company but you just lost it... Although everything and am worried about my documents which is being taken by the bajaj alliance document collector and his phone is switched off and he is not receiving te call and when i ask him we are not responsible then whom do we contact??? I request u too check my transaction history and make the personal loan approved hoping towards the positive reply from that end! And i have attested the closure letter and the statements of accounts in the attachment please do check and let me know asap my customer id is:26520128 and the registered mob no: [protected] please do need full that will help us having good hope with u and please train the executives well they do not have an capability and patience to answer the query made

                Hii sir i am ajay from bhubaneswar..
                On 30th june i bought a bajaj v15 but later i came to know dat dere is a problem in speedometer. My speedometer was not working frm the 1st day.. I den returned back and complaind about the issue of the problem.. On today yani 4th july 2017 i again go to the store for my problem but they are very careless to my bike.. Again and again i requested them to look my bike but they are ignoring it.. And it was deep hurt to me... I waited there more than 1 hour.. Its very bs service from bajaj services.. Later i kept my bike there and returned back..
                Due to some careless workers bajaj is loosing his priority in market.. My request is to give them lessons to dat servants and workers.. And that showrum is bharat bajaj, nayapalli bhubaneshwar..
                I hope i ll get better service next time.. Thank u..

                  I have purchase a bajaj dominar 400 non-abs variant white colour 1 month ago from shivam bajaj surat, gujarat
                  as we start the ignition the abs sign apppear in the small metre as that sign comes only in abs bike if the abs is not working or abs has been taken out as i have buyed non abs then how come abs sign appear
                  my bike mileage is also very bad 18-20 as i refil the tank the bike shows 5 points of petrol and as i drive 15 to 20 km the point goes to 3 from 5 i cant understand whats the problem is it the mileage problem or metre problem i request bajaj to replace my bike by another bike

                    this bike only 1 year 7 month old but maintenance cost too high i recent service my bike on VINAYAK AUTOMOBILE in bhubanesware odisha on 30/6/17, its cost around 5152/- and he told me your bore piston also damage but i cant repair because my bike under 2 year warranty but service guys said that your bike not cover in warranty i previous purchase 3 bajaj bike working ok but this bike service cost and maintenance too high i think service center cheating and bajaj cheating with me, i confused your service please suggest me other wise i see another way.after service my bike its chain sound i also share this problem vinayak engineer he told its new repair just sound coming i already used three days but same problem i thin its my last bike baja company i cant purchase your product and i suggest my hole friends and related also cant buy.

                      I bought a brand new 2017 BS4 blue white Pulsar rs 200 on 12th of this month. But from the very next day i am facing various problems with this bike. The second day the bike suddenly broke down in the city and I pushed it more than 5 km to reach the service station. They left it without any checking as because suddenly the bike started then. Everyday i am facing starting problem and sudden breakdown .On 17th I went for the first service but in next 50 km the bike again broke down due to over heating. I made a video of it and showed them on 19th again i went their showroom. The cooling fan was faulty and to find out this problem they broke all the seal and pasting of the bike. The next day horn stopped working, faring making too much noise and now i am going with a new problem. The engine making annoying sounds after running a few km. I am very disappointed with the bike and i need a fresh one. Their is manufacturing defect in this bike. I complained numerous times to the Bajaj customer care but do not get any response from their side. It's my request to look into this matter.

                        My name narendra popatrao shingade i have bought bajaj discover 125 from wasan bajaj nashik from two month i m suffering from viral fever so i cant able to pay emi i coordinate to collection boy but he used bad words i complaint about it to bajaj then they tell me we will take action now my salary date is 10th july i told that will pay all of their emi but still now one person i didnt know his name he is talking with me uses bad language please sir help me from these guys i m paying their emi but they are using bad words. Police also cant help me please you help me. No democracy in india

                            I had purchased pulsar rs 200 non abs from bajaj motors, dist jammu on 15-jun-2017. From first day i have recieveing a lot of problem with accelerator cable recently it was happened that accelerator cable suddenly got free and vehicle was going on continuously. By luck i was trying to start when vehicle was on main stand so i could able to switch off the vehicle by pressing key immediately otherwise you could imagine what would be the situation if accelerator cable got trouble when the vehicle is running on road. There will be big accident for our precious life.. The accelerator cable got free not only one times it happens near about 5 times in one week from the day when i bought

                            I wanted know that with the new vehicle how such accelerator cable getting problems. The run of vehicle just completed 200 kms. I have shown this problem to authorised service centre at bajaj motors they says there solve the issue. But i want to brought to the notice that there may be manufacture defects.

                            Kindly inform me what action will be taken by you for the above serious problem to newly purchased vehicle to avoid any serious happenings please.

                            I expect that bajaj company is very reputed company and will definitely respect the genuine complaints.

                              Bajaj Pulsar 150:Gear Stuck-up Issue

                              I have purchases bike pulsar 150 from bopal ahmedabad from jay auto on 15 sep-16.
                              Yesterday while driving bike gear was stuck-up and i have almost met a severe accident. Bike gear was stuck-up near ghuma.
                              I have taken bike to at jay auto (From where i had purchased this bike), while communicating this gear stuck-up issue to jay-auto owner, he was suddenly started shouting and misbehave, abuse to me.

                              I'm from allahabad i own a dominar 400 white
                              I took the bike after first service to leh ladakh after returning i got it serviced and these guys did it with an untrained bajaj imployee these guys don't work talk rudely
                              And tip of that they dropped my bike a twisted the break pedal... When i asked to change it
                              They don't have the parts for it...
                              I'm deeply sad to get this from bajaj...
                              This is my third bike from bajaj never faced any problem
                              Only with the dominar
                              I hope you'll resolve this issue and get some educated people in your service station...

                                I purchased rs200 from s. S auto krishnagar nadia. My complain is regarding the service. I've got 3 free service but every time they charged 100/_ for consumption purposes, i am okey with that but today i went for my final free service n they asked me that the estimate is around 700/-
                                Because i asked them to do full service because everytime they just wash it and retight the screw n charged 100/-
                                This time i asked him to wash my bike's airfilter and without cheching he said it need to replace n one more other fliter i need to pay also 50 rs more i have to pay for bike chain wash and 50/_ for polish.
                                My question is this are including servicing so why i have to pay extra and why you are assuring me "it's a free service". You are not charging for bike wash but u are charging for chain wash!
                                If i pay only 500/_ than i can get a completely full service from outside.

                                After knowing this all i left the service centre because i don't want to fall in your trap.
                                Wrongly i choose bajaj.
                                Otheres are much better.

                                  Oil leakage problem in my brand new bike. Only 1700 kms used. Complaint to service center jhansi up (dhruv tara). 1st time they just applied some paste and still oil leaked. 2nd time changed the gasket seal after making me wait for 2 days as the part was not available with them which is again not my fault.                                   COMPLAINT REGARDING DISGUSTING COMPANY POLICY / CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                  1. My name is Aman Singh Rathore, serving at A Branch, Station Head Quarters, Jhansi (Army). My mobile no- [protected].

                                  2. I purchased a Pulsar RS 200 bike for me on 16 Mar 2017 from Dhruv tara, Jhansi Uttar Pradesh, and a Pulsar NS 200 for my younger brother. Regn No of my RS 200 is UP 93 AX 4291.

                                  3. It got serviced in same authorized service center timely. Screenshot of message from bajaj regarding service is attached as appendix 'A'. Also the silly way in which bikes are treated is known to everyone. One of the proof is the bolt not sitting properly and forcibly tightened thus giving a warm welcome to vibrations and unnecessary wear and tear of parts.                                   4. This complaint is regarding my Pulsar RS 200 in which I am facing oil leakage issue since the purchase which was minor but became major with time. After I got the 1st service done at authorized service center, the leakage became more noticeable for which I complained at the authorized service center (Dhruv Tara, Jhansi(Uttar Pradesh). Also the screenshot of reference number provided is attaches as appendix 'C'.

                                  6. They 1st said to ignore but then after forcing them to cure it as the bike was brand new and only 1700 kms used, they finally opened it and did some pasting near the gasket seal (I do not know the exact name of that part). After re-assembling the bike, it was discovered that the bike engine was spitting oil profusely. Then they decided to change the gasket seal. Also further screenshot of received SMS are attached as appendix 'E'

                                  7. Issue arises when there was no gasket seal available in their service center and neither at any of the nearby Bajaj's service center(disgusting pre-order policy of Bajaj). They made me submit the bike for 2 days and then finally got the gasket changed. Even after the changement of part the oil is still leaking in huge volume and this is what I got in return of trusting an Indian brand.

                                  8. It is too painful for me to get bike opened multiple times and still the issue not getting resolved. They are unable to cure the problem and every now and then saying to open the bike repeatedly. I have been provided with a defective bike which the authorized individuals are unable to repair. If this is the condition when it has only ran 1700 kms, what would it do in further usage?

                                  9. I would request you to please consider the following points :-

                                  (a) I cannot daily visit service centers as I am having a very sensitive task assigned and kind of duty where I do not even have time to poison myself than how could the service guys call me every next day wasting hours of mine and still having not clue what actually is wrong with the bike.

                                  (b) If I request the online support, they never respond to me and take unknown reports from the service center and return the same to them regarding my complaint. I am totally discarded out of the circle.

                                  (c) The call back they said they will arrange from the higher service team is still awaited.

                                  (d) The trust I did by buying a premium Indian bike has left me of nowhere.

                                  (e) Auto / Taxi are not allowed in restricted army premises and hence I have to commute on foot whenever these service guys keep my bike.

                                  (f) The bike has now even started rattling ever since the fairing had been dis-assembled which is another pain in my head.

                                  (g) Bajaj guys are marketing thier bikes using the name of forces (like that V-15) and this is what you are returning back to us? This is a kind of fraud that they are doing with customers once the bike is sold.

                                  (h) After going through all this and trusting their representatives this is what I got in return after delivery claiming resolution of the issue :-

                                  10. I would not be able to submit the bike again to the same staff for welcoming more issues as they open it repeatedly.

                                    Am facing issues taking vehicle loan as well as other loan because of this bajaj auto finance its effecting my cibil the account was closed but its not reflected in cibil, i tried to visit met manager at jp nagar branch to get a noc, he is expecting40 thousand to give noc,. But when i contact to customer care they say the account was closed nothing is there outstanding they ask me to visit bangalore branch located at jp nagar team say i have to make settlement 40000, but customer care say there is nothing to pay i can get noc, finally again yesterday i contact customer care i explained the all the details they gave me the email address ask me to attach my loan account number as well as my present address proof with kyc documents. I did it till now there is no response from their side. Am fed up visiting branch as well keep calling customer care and sending emails nothing gt is working out. They sized the two wheeler and sold it manager said my bike was stolen on 2009, i reported to branch before the branch was located at opp cubbon park police station and submitted the fir copy too.
