Disappointments. I purchased ct 100-b last week and except for vehicle i have not received any tool kit, insurance paper, invoice and such. Is this the way you guys deal with your customers? Highly disappointed. I took vehicle in cash and i think there i made a mistake. As team is just not bothered to respond. Kindly look into this issue and help me with the required things i am suppose to get asap.

On first service by shiel auto bajaj agra, as service manager statement mukesh, they have charged for oil but due to labour mistake oil is not added on service. Due to above issue bike engine is damaged and bike is seized.
We have complaint to center, they behave very rudely and say that bhag jao

Dear sir,
I have purchased faulty bike in 2010 in which 4&5 gear not working.
Butnow a days, my bike getting wobbled during driving.
I have changed both tyres according to suggestion from service center till problem is there.
Can any body give me suggestion/support so that wobble problem will get resolved.

Once the payment is done, they made a delay of more than a month in delivering the vehicle. I still remember the executives working in the sales department, who are least concerned to customer thoughts and only look over target. Their inner feeling is let the customer die in vein.

I own a bajaj platina vehicle reg no:- mh01cw0795. Date of invoice is 8th of june 2017. On the next day means on the 9th june 2017, i notice fuel leakage problem.
