I have left my RS200 for 3Rd free service at jai Bajaj service center adyar, today. My vehicle no is Tn22da8482. Job order no.897
This is the third free service. Last 2 services I got done at kivraj Bajaj mount road. The service engineer says
1.warranty will not be covered if service is done at different Bajaj service center. Is it true?
2. He is accusing kivraj Bajaj service center carrying out service with unskilled (road side) mechanics. Is it true?
3. He says he cannot rectify the problems if any arises bcas of previous service?
I want to know is this the way Bajaj customers are treated?
Will you please identify the service engineer and get me an explanation and apology failing which I will be forced to handle this legally

    When vehicle is given for service at authorised service centre namely tirupati distributors at sultanpur UP no facility for the customer. Electric supply not available no generator no fan for customer even newspaper or magjines not there to pass time. As supply will come then only servicing will start. Pathetic condition at this service center. Customer can nat talk to owner of the centre managar is unable to give raply no suggession or complaint register.

        As my emi starts from 3feb2016 ecs not deduct from my account even after more than sufficient balance and 100rs deduct as ecs charge then 15rs as servive tax ...2times means rs 230 then i pay it online with bounce charge of 350rs not the end this happens again in march and no one tells the problem or resolve it simply tells due amount i am totally frustrated paying 580rs extra every month and who could responsible for it my cbill also getting desroyed by all these activities plz resolve it and return my extra amount which has paid by me

            Sir my name is k venkateswara Reddy(from andra pradesh), worked as assistant Manager in Union bank of india Nachandupatti branch in tamilanadu. I am very much interested in Bajaj pulsar 150 cc model and i want to purchase, that is my dream also. Finally I bought bajaj pulsar150 in pudukkottai at bajaj showroom on Dec 24 2015. That time I asked for registration, they said your salary certificate is enough for registration, so I bought here (pudukkottai in tamilanadu) instead of andhra Pradesh. For registration i asked them, at that time they said Christmas holidays, next week we can do like that. Next week I went, they said Jan 1st holidays. Again i went they said this week pongal holidays next week compulsary we can do like that. Again next week i went they said republic day holidays. So February came. From february onwards they are postponing tomorrow, day after tomorrow like that, by saying rto not there, next reason ur salary certificate not enough take one letter from BM, next in letter your father name not included include your fathername and bring one more letter like that they postponed. That too i want to go there and ask them, they dont inform me, very hard every day i want to walk 2 kilometres to know what happened. Till today[protected] registration not completed and they said come on Wednesday[protected]. I loss trust sir and I am feeling so bad, my friends they purchased other company(other than Bajaj), they taken loan in January and they got all RC, number and all within one month. But I paid ready cash and till now not completed. I come closer to loss interest on bajaj, (don't take this as negative I am saying because I suffered a lot so only). Kindly, please do the needful. I want registration, RC book, number, insurance and all as early as possible because I am staying so far from home and other state. Kindly do the needful.

                Hello,
                I am fed up of my brand new avenger 220 street as i have bought it on 15 jan 2016 and till date i had to visit serv8ce cebtre which is 15 KMS away almost 6 times and my complaint hasn't been resolved. I have kept my bike at service centre for almost 25 days. My bike is rusted completely it again and again shuts down while riding. There is always alot of jerking in my bike i sent mail at [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and i just got reply once from company and was assured that bIke isssue will be solved while taking delivery i signed the paper as i thought the bike issue has been solved so i signed the paper and later i realised very next day itself the issue is still there and again i gave complaint to bajaj but no reply from last 20 days. My dad and my uncle told me severaly timesthat ishould go for some other companies bike but i refused. Thank you bajaj for giving me a rusted and defected bike and proving me wrongand if i yet dont get any satisfactory result or replacement of bike i will be taking an legal action against your company and i will never ever recommend bajaj to any one.

                  I want to buy a new Bajaj Byke through Credit Card but now the merchat namely Vaishali Bajaj asking to pay 2.8% extra for paying through Credit Card.

                  As per RBI Guidelines & notification saying that Shop Merchants can not charge any extra charges from customers, if payment is done through Debit/Credit Card.

                  Even, as per RBI, its not a fair practice, because merchants already have agreed in the agreement with the card swiping machine bank that they will not charge anything extra from the customers.

                  RBI has clearly asked all the banks to break their relationship with those merchants who are practicing this.

                  Kindly see to it and short out the issues on a serious note.

                    Bought a new Avenger Street 220 last Thursday.(25/2/16). Have been having problems since then (starting problems, engine sound/noise, carburetor problems) It has hardly run 30 kms.
                    Took it to Khivraj Motors (Horamavu) .They were unable to resolve the issue.Then they took another Avenger's carburetor and fixed it onto mine(which is not acceptable)

                    I am asking for a new bike ( replacement) and I want one at any cost.

                    Note : Guys, please be very careful before buying the new Avenger Street bikes

                      Bajaj Should be responsible if i ever met with an accident or damage that happens to me because of the pulsar 220 bajaj delivered to me.

                      I had purchased pulsar 220 on 8th of January 2015.
                      The bike was ordered from some ware house because of it's unavailability in the showroom that i had gone to.

                      when the bike came i noticed that it had TVS Euro Grip tires.
                      the older tires were already so good and i was excited of how good these tires would be.

                      In 2 days i realized that the tires had no grip at all on the road. every time i hit the brake the bike would skid. I went back to the showroom and tried to tell them about the condition, they said, the company had given these new tires and they had nothing in their hands.
                      my life was on stake for 15 days and after which i met with an accident for the first time in my life, it costed me 10, 000/- Rs to get my nike done.
                      The bike had no initial pickup (torque) since the very initial day, for that they said, "it's a new engine and it will take time to open up (max pick-up) the engine"

                      Its been one year and i have been very disappointed every since. then most of the mechanics i showed my bike to said the clutch plates had got weakened, , , , , and i need to get them changed.

                      i got them changed and still the power of by bike is very low when compared to other 220 FS of my other friends.

                      i have ridden pulsar 150 CC for 4-Years now, i know the product in and out and appreciated it,

                      but this is a very bad experience i had, and i changed

                      1) My front tire of my 220CC to michelin that costed me 2000/-
                      2) I had to get the bike repaired after the accident which had happened due to the faulty tires that Bajaj had introduced..costing me 10, 000/-
                      3) They made me change the clutch plates costing almost 1700/-
                      4) The Headlight bulb got fused in less than 1year.
                      5) They did not replace the bike even in the most initial stage and just made me run every where.

                      I want justice. i want my bike to be completely done. or i need a replacement.
                      i cant ride this bike in fear every day, i travel for about 60Km every day risking my life every single moment.

                      please take an action against this so that this big companies know what it is to cheat their customers.

                      See servicing will not help even if i get it done for 20-30, 000/- .
                      and i remember one Bajaj service center person saying that, sometimes some customers are unlucky when they get bikes like the one i got.
                      which : clearly implies : that there is nothing that can be done and i need to survive with what was written in my fate.

                      Even changing the clutch plates has not managed to make any difference to the performance. the bike already is releasing white smoke in less than 10, 000KM.

                      I don't don't want such a product. please do something about this as soon as possible.

                      I have been waiting so long to raise this complaint only because, the showroom people always said that the bike needs to be run a little more than[protected] km before it proves its actual performance.
                      i mean, are you seriously kidding me ??

                      I have been a Baja Customer since 5 years now.
                      i had a pulsar 150cc for 5 years. i changed the clutch plate after 45000km. and still 2 of them were in very good condition. I loved my bike, i had the best control on my bike. i would compare it with every other bike and prove my 150cc to be the best.
                      so its not my riding problem, it the problem in the make of the new bike.
                      please take an action as soon as possible.

                        मेरा नाम मोहम्मद नौशाद पता 13-ए, शाही मस्जिद रशीद मार्किट, कृष्णा नगर, दिल्ली-110051 है मैंने एक बजाज मोटर साइकिल Avenger Street 220 cc जिसका पंजीकरण नंबर: DL5SAQ9617 इंजन नंबर: PDZCFJ75145 चेसिस नंबर: MD2A22EZ8FCJ80198 बिल नंबर: VSI[protected] दिनांक: 01/01/2016 को आपके शोरूम (राजीव ऑटोमोबाइल ए-6, दुर्गापुरी चौक के पास 100 फीट रोड, शाहदरा दिल्ली-110, 094 ) से खरीदी थी इसमें खरीदने के दिन से ही बहुत समस्यायेँ थी जिसकी में पहले भी कंप्लेंट कर चूका हूँ जिसका रेफरेन्स नंबर CR-176945 है कंप्लेंट के बाद मुझे सर्विस सेंटर (राजीव ऑटोमोबाइल ए-6, दुर्गापुरी चौक के पास 100 फीट रोड, शाहदरा दिल्ली-110, 094 ) के मैनेजर राकेश ने दिनाक[protected] को सर्विस सेंटर बुलाया और बाइक की जांच की और बताया की इसकी क्लच प्लेट खराब है जो बदली जाएँगी इसके लिए मुझे क्लच पैकिंग किट का चार्ज देना होगा मैंने वह चेंज करवा दी और क्लच प्लेट की पैकिंग का चार्ज भी दिया लेकिन तीन दिन के बाद फिर वही समस्या आने लगी और अब की बार यह समस्या पहले से ज्यादा थी इसके लिए में दुबारा सर्विस मैनेजर राजेश जी से मिला इन्होने मुझे[protected] को बुलाया ऑर बाइक की दुबारा जांच की और बताया की इसकी क्लच प्लेटें और गियर शाफ़्ट खराब है हम इसको रिपेयर करंगे और आपको इसका चार्ज देना होगा मैंने इन से पूंछा की इतनी जल्दी दुबारा नयी बाइक में प्रोब्लम क्योँ आई जबकि 5 दिन पहले ही अपने इसकी क्लच प्लेंटें चनगे की थीं तो उन्होने मुझे बताया की इस बाइक के इंजिन में कंपनी फाल्ट की वजह से बाइक के 200 से 300 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद क्लच प्लेंटें खत्म हो जाएँगी क्लच प्लैटो के गारंटी न होने की वजह से मुझे इसका हर बार चार्ज देना होगा यदि बाइक मे ENGINE MANUFACTURING DEFECT है तो इस बाइक को बदलकर मुझे नयी बाइक दी जाये क्योँकि इसमें पहले दिन से ही यह प्रोब्लम है सर्विस सेंटर को जब पहले दिन ही बाइक की प्रोबलम का पता चल गया था तो उन्होने मुझे धोके में क्योँ रखा और यह क्योँ कहा गया की अब बाइक ठीक है और मुझे खराब बाइक के साथ क्योँ भेज दिया गया जबकि इस बाइक में ENGINE MANUFACTURING DEFECT है तो इस बाइक को क्योँ नहीं बदला जा रहा जबकि मेरा इस बाइक की वजह से लगातार नुक्सान हो रहा है क्योँकि मेरा फील्ड का काम है और बाइक खराब होने की वजह से में अपने क्लाइंटो के पास नहीं जा पा रहा हूँ जिससे मेरे काम का नुक्सान हो रहा है आपके सर्विस सेंटर वाले सलाह देते है की इस बाइक को बेच दो और दूसरी ले लो में एक नौकरी करने वाला व्यक्तिं हूँ साल मेहनत करने के बाद मैंने बाइक लेने के लिए रकम जुटाई और वह भी कम रही जिसको पूरा करने के लिए मैंने उधार कर्ज लिया तब जाकर यह बाइक में ले पाया और सर्विस सेंटर वाले सलाह देते हैं की इस बाइक को बेच दो श्रीमान जी न तो में इस बाइक को बेचने लायक हूँ और न ही मेरी स्थिति ऐसी है की में नयी बाइक खरीद सकूँ आप से निवेदन है की यह बाइक मुझे बदल कर दें या मेरे सारे पैसे मुझे वापिस दें इस बाइक यह समस्या मेरे लिए एक मानसिक पीड़ा बन गयी है कृपया मेरी इस पीड़ा का जल्दी समाधान करें आपकी बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी

                          Sir i got my bike pulsar serviced by Raj Mandir service center from Udaipur.
                          I made him write to clean carburator and petrol tank but he did not do that when i went there for my bike he refused to clean that and finally He clean petrol tank and carburator but it was petrol leakege in carburator and petrol tank' on of switch. he did nit do work properly i went next day but they were telling me " why did u get your tank full filled with petrol. they all are making me foolish

                            They took money from me but they didn't did servicing of my bike on time. After 12 days of servicing by Bajaj Service Center they gave me a bike which didnt had any meter running, its parts were making noice and others will tell after meeting. Today i noticed the visor is broken.
                            In last 1 month they were not able to do a good service of my bike.!! Is this they way Bajaj offer service to customer. I need someones help.

                                I complain about bajaj discover 150S bike for its low milage i, e; 45 km per liter and also engine power is not like 150cc. I had purchase on date 25 sep 2015.
                                and 2 service done at time.

                                problems:
                                1. No pickup.
                                2. No Engine Power.
                                3. No MIlage ( Just near 45 KM/L).
                                4. Vibratation in bike
                                5. bike speed not more then 70

                                company announced milage: 74 km/litre
                                engine power: 150cc

                                i am completely dissatisfy from this bike. i had waste my money and help less.

                                    I complain my bajaj discover 100M bike about low milage i, e; 45 km per liter and i m approch your dealer in gulbarga vkg motors in this dealers manager told me come tommorrow between 9:30 am to 11:00am this sentance he told me every day but not attend my complain but i m goning after 11o clock due to my personnel problems below i m attaching my bike snaps so kindly do needful action as soon as possible

                                      I had purchased pulsar 220 on 8th of January 2015.
                                      The bike was ordered from some ware house because of it's unavailability in the showroom that i had gone to.

                                      when the bike came i noticed that it had TVS Euro Grip tires.
                                      the older tires were already so good and i was excited of how good these tires would be.

                                      in 2 days i realized that the tires had no grip at all on the road. every time i hit the brake the bike would skid. I went back to the showroom and tried to tell them about the condition, they said, the company had given these new tires and they had nothing in their hands.
                                      my life was on stake for 15 days and after which i met with an accident for the first time in my life, it costed me 10, 000/- Rs to get my nike done.
                                      The bike had no initial pickup (torque) since the very initial day, for that they said, "it's a new engine and it will take time to open up (max pick-up) the engine"

                                      its been one year and i have been very disappointed every since. then most of the mechanics i showed my bike to said the clutch plates had got weakened, , , , , and i need to get them changed.

                                      i got them changed and still the power of by bike is very low when compared to other 220 FS of my other friends.

                                      i have ridden pulsar 150 CC for 4-Years now, i know the product in and out and appreciated it,

                                      but this is a very bad experience i had, and i changed

                                      1) My front tire of my 220CC to michelin that costed me 2000/-
                                      2) I had to get the bike repaired after the accident which had happened due to the faulty tires that Bajaj had introduced..costing me 10, 000/-
                                      3) They made me change the clutch plates costing almost 1700/-
                                      4) The Headlight bulb got fused in less than 1year.
                                      5) They did not replace the bike even in the most initial stage and just made me run every where.

                                      I want justice. i want my bike to be completely done. or i need a replacement.
                                      i cant ride this bike in fear every day, i trave for about 60Km every day risking my life every single moment.

                                      please take an action against this so that this big companies know what it is to cheat their customers.

                                      See servicing will not help even if i get it done for 20-30, 000/- .
                                      and i remember one Bajaj service center person saying that, sometimes some customers are unlucky when they get bikes like the one i got.
                                      which : clearly implies : that there is nothing that can be done and i need to survive with what was written in my fate.

                                      even changing the clutch plates has not managed to make any difference to the performance. the bike already is releasing white smoke in less than 10, 000KM.

                                      I don't don't want such a product. please do something about this as soon as possible.

                                      i have been waiting so long to raise this complaint only because, the showroom people always said that the bike needs to be run a little more than[protected] km before it proves its actual performance.
                                      i mean, are you seriously kidding me ??
                                      I have been a Baja Customer since 5 years now.
                                      i had a pulsar 150cc for 5 years. i changed the clutch plate after 45000km. and still 2 of them were in very good condition. I loved my bike, i had the best control on my bike. i would compare it with every other bike and prove my 150cc to be the best.
                                      so its not my riding problem, it the problem in the make of the new bike.
                                      please take an action as soon as possible.
