Hi sir, I m kiran, bike r no KA17 EN6499, engine no-PAZWED12050
I purchased discover 125 M bike in jain bajaj in davangere on 31 july 2014. my bike having more problems on riding for long time or long journey of 30 mints also very much strain within this time of journey. I complained 2 time same type of repeated problem.
PROBLEMS
1. Vibration of whole body of the bike on particular gears at particular speeds, we can’t ride more than that speed at d particular gear, if we ride more speed bike will vibrating more and more, In others customers bikes like Discover 125 M Or 100 M, there is no too much of vibrating compared to my bike.
2. Pickup is very low compared to other customer’s bike of same model. I noticed in 2 nd service.
3. Repeatedly oil leakage at bore packing at the engine, I complaint about this after 3rd service, first time they did free of cost after this service again leakage is happened after 1 month, again I put complaint on 4th service and in 5th service also . In 4th and 5th services they put charges on packing spare. But leakage repeatedly happening due to more vibration of engine section, so packing has no life due to too much of vibration.
4. Bajaj company service engineer and jain bajaj showroom service manager they failed to identify the leakage problem and vibration problem, why this is happening in that section.
I told Bajaj company service engineer and jain Bajaj showroom service manager briefly about the problem, I told oil leakage at bore packing is due to more vibration of engine section but they given negligible answer like, we tighten the bedding bolts all in engine, nowbike is perfect, bike is normal there is no problem in that part. Like this they given answer for those problems. If no problem means why oil leakage is happening at bore packing repeatedly, after 4 service oil leakage is happened in 3 sides of engine section and I complaint in 5 service, till now they are telling bike is normal,
1. Due to vibration of bike we can’t go 30 minutes for long journey, we will get more strain.
2. In show room they ride 1 or 2 km for test ride, how they identify the problems of vibration,
3. I told them to go for long journey they did not go for long, if they gone test ride on my bike, they telling bike is normal why we have to go for that,
vibration comes at
a. in 2 nd gear 30 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly
b. in 3 rd gear 40 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly .
c. in 4 th gear 60 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly .
My bike will struggle more and more to reach 80-90 km compared to other bikes, Vibration is more and more after above speeds compared to other bikes., Due to more vibration in engine section, some moments inside the engine are very tight and something is wrong in production of bike or due to negligence of authorized service station. Please solve my BIKE problems.

I have purchased bajaj avenger street 220 from sai service, andheri east on 14 december 2015..
I got delivery by 8 pm and couldn't go for a taste drive coz i was already late... After taking delivery, i realised that there is some problem in gear assembly..
The problem is that first of all it hardly go in 1st gear and if it did, it instantly comes back to neutral again..
Now on road it wasnt go in 2nd or 3rd gear and again come back to nutral..
Now i want answer from your side that when i purchase a new bike the dealer or company have to give me tasted bike then why it happened??
I have already complained to sai sevice and they assured to reply asap but its been a week now, i dint got any reply/sms/email from the company nor sai service..
This is my first and last conversation with you regarding this matter,
If you dont take any fast action, then unwillingly have to go to consumer forum.
This mail i sent to company and sai service... After this i have sent mail 3 times again that im going to consumer forum for this but they didnt reply/call/mail till today... Now wot to do??? Because of this product fault my life is in danger while ride on road...
