Major fault in gear box
I am sangam upadhyay residing andheri east, mumbai..

I have purchased bajaj avenger street 220 from sai service, andheri east on 14 december 2015..

I got delivery by 8 pm and couldn't go for a taste drive coz i was already late... After taking delivery, i realised that there is some problem in gear assembly..

The problem is that first of all it hardly go in 1st gear and if it did, it instantly comes back to neutral again..
Now on road it wasnt go in 2nd or 3rd gear and again come back to nutral..

Now i want answer from your side that when i purchase a new bike the dealer or company have to give me tasted bike then why it happened??

I have already complained to sai sevice and they assured to reply asap but its been a week now, i dint got any reply/sms/email from the company nor sai service..

This is my first and last conversation with you regarding this matter,
If you dont take any fast action, then unwillingly have to go to consumer forum.

This mail i sent to company and sai service... After this i have sent mail 3 times again that im going to consumer forum for this but they didnt reply/call/mail till today... Now wot to do??? Because of this product fault my life is in danger while ride on road...

    I get plusar 150 on 27march 2015 and this bike is very faulty there is very big problem in it and shoroom mechnice 4 time change of part but problem is not solved.

      Bought Bajaj discover FS 150 1 year back. The average i get per litre is just 30-35 km. I have got my bike serviced three times. In spite of complaining the problem to the service provider(Mital Auto, Chandan nagar, Pune) the problem still persists. As my free services are over, i fear of telling this problem while doing paid serivce as they might charge me heavily for this problem fixing. The Baja Company should look into this matter and resolve my problem by either fixing it or replacing the bike whichever is appropriate.

        Using Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc and getting my bike serviced in every 2.5 months at Suman Autos (Authorized service center - Bajaj). I have spent more than Rs.40000/- till date only on servicing my bike and after spending this much of amount, my bike engine have been broken down twice. I am trying to contact Bajaj Team but they are not responding, in fact CMD (Mr. Rahul Bajaj) is also not responding to my mail while Suman Autos is asking for money to repair my bike.
        I had logged complaint on dated 07/11/2016 under CR No. 183762 and today I got call from service Manager from Suman Auto. He told me I am not able to satisfied you against complaint. You can go any where either Bajaj, either consumer court, either police station. Your battery damaged due to some error from engineers. so you can also suffered with us.

        I had purchased AMC from Suman auto service center and they are also not ready to return money to me. I am very disappointed with them and who will help me to get back AMC money, damaged battery cost, and I had suffered that cost.

My comlaint this is that some time before some problem my bike undertake a small problem take to only missing prob. But then i am going to uttam nagar agency deewan bajaj that enough time to i am only round to round come to agency but not any solution me satisfied then i am going to agency palam that 13 day totaly my time west not any solution provide me or i am all ready paid all bike bill but not me any solution that i am request you my prob. Solved immediate then nothing my prob.solve that i going to consumers court only that pls request my prob.solved.

              Hi Team, Bajaj Auto Loans, This is in reference to my loan number- L2WDEL02389078. I had taken a loan for my bike (Bajaj Pulsar 150 / DL6SAK4997), for which i was regularly paying the installments fixed without any fail, just this one time due to ECS Debit problem in my Axis account the last EMI which was due on 7th Nov got bounced. and I was planing to settle this amount through cheque when i received the intimation. But in this duration i received so many abusive recovery calls from your recovery agent (Amit -[protected]), i tried to make him understand that there was some issue for which i was not able to pay the EMI, but he started calling me names and also called names for my father mother and other family members. Then-after i put a complaint also in your helpline number through your website (Request No.[protected]) on 21st Dec. but till now i am not getting any required action. And also now i am getting call from a lady Deepika and a person Mr.Naveen Verma, he said that he is Area Bucket Manager in Bajaj Naraina Office, he also takes his side ..I have all the voice recordings also. Please look in to this matter i will pay the remaining amount only when i receive apology from this agents side. Otherwise i will personally lodge a FIR on that particular employee with proficient legal action. Kindly take a necessary action on this matter. and revert me within 24hrs.                   I purchased my bike pulsar as200 on 28th november 2015 at the sai service, wakdewadi showroom.Immediately on the second day i started hearing noise from my rear disc brake.I ignored that noise for a few days but the noise started getting louder.Got my bike serviced on 22/12/2015 at sai service pvt. ltd near balgandharva, pune-5.I had complained about my rear disc brake problem, choke problem and average problem to those people.They told me that the problem has been solved but in jst half an hour i again started getting the noise.My bike is giving me 25 average and my choke nut is loose.Today again i had been to sai service to get my problems fix.He said that he has fixed the issue but these issue has started again.Please fix these problems as soon as possible.                     (1) My NEW bike has some different pethetic sound from THE ENGINE. (2) The gear cant do properly - if i put 2nd gear, it will comes automatically to 1st -- if i put 3rd gear - its automatically to 2nd. (3) The bike lock not all working properly -- if i need to lock the bike, it will lock after the continues exersice of 5 minutes.

                    I have went two times to the dealer where i purchased the bike, for the remedy. But, they will send some technicians, and they will tell '''not a issue sir, you can run the bike''''

                    I have asked some other piece of new test bike of the same model. I have run the bike with their technician. And the technician itself identified that, there is no any such sound from the engine (as my bike engine sound).

                    What i have to do ? where i have to tell my issues ? since as a middle class family, i cant through my new bike, and i can not buy another bike. And kindly do not blame me, if i get any legal suggestion (consumer court) / MEDIAS - its more effective way to get the reults, from your BUSINESS ENEMIES. (Since BOTH the options, definetly you will not help me)

                    History of the bike delivery day.

                    My self Janardhanan P. living in Bangalore. I have purchased a NEW bike (Bajaj discover 125 cc bike) from -- Amba Bajaj, Address: No. 40, Srinidhi Building, Hosur Main Road, G B Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 Phone:[protected].

                    i have buyed the bike on 14/12/2015. While the godown people delivery the NEW bike to me, that time itself they could not start my bike for one hour (1 hour). I have taken the vedio of these peoples tried to start my bike for one hour. So i have went to the show room (which is 30 meters distance from godown). After i came back from showroom, the technicians told that, ''''now the bike got started''''. I have asked to them that, how its possible, since last one hour they could not ?.

                    they did not given me the correct answer. Another 10 minutes, i have identified the answer that, they have made the maximun level of Hidling level (the reaction of making maximum level is --- i will get the minimum milage of 8 to 10 km per liter --- but the pickup will be like sports bike).

                    After 20 minutes, the showroom peoples came to godown and given me the option of changing the CARBORATOR from some another NEW bike. And they have done the same (i have taken the vedio of this exersice as well). All these issues, i have written in their feedback form (which iam attaching here with), also iam attaching the bike meter reading photo (the bike engine started different pethetic sound, before 4 km from this meter reading photo).

                        *Loan taken on 8/01/2006 *Loan Amount Rs. 32000/- *repayment Done till 31/12/2008 RS. 37880/- finance company showing overdue Rs. 30000/- 1. All instalments paid one remaining bounced cheque amout was paid to recovery person Firoj khan of company in year 2008. 2. My original vehicle registration papers are still laying with company. 3. Your office had assured that Original papers and Noc will be sent to my address . 4. I was out o[censored]daipur for last 8 years. 5. Recently I checked my CIBIL and this loan was still showing overdue by Rs. 2098/- . 6. I tried to contact your Udaipur office . I come to know from a person that said office was closed in year 2011. 7. I than contacted the call center and the details given was shocking. The call centre person has said that My account was overdue with penalties by Rs. 30000/- approx. basic against instalment dues of 2098/-. 8. That neighter I have nor my Guarantor has received any call, any notice/intimation from the company during eight years . 9. That the process seems completely illegal and irritating. 10. The process adopted by the company was against Banking and legal regulations Kindly revert with details available with in seven days failing which I will forthwith apply for necessary Legal action against responsible Company Officials and Managing Directors.

                              Hello, EMI details of my loan account number L2WDEL03552117. I had baught my bike on 18th March 2015 from Royal bajaj Peera garhi showroom. Its been around 9 months that still i have not received my Vehicle permanent no. and Vehicle registration certificate. have visited several times to get the same but they were just asking to wait. In the starting months they said to wait for 1 or 1 and half month then they came on 10 to 15 days then a week. I am fedup by visiting daily there. When i had visited on 22nd november last month they said me to wait hardly for 2 days, they said that within next 2 days i will get my RC and perment vehicle number but again its been a week. Now It was 29th december, this time when i had visited lastly I was harrassed by them and i had argument with the showroom's manager and at last he said me that do whatever you can do, you wont get RC and vehicle no., i said i will do the need full and came back. After that very next day i had received a call from their side and they said there is some dispute from your side so you have to pay Rs. 2000/- first then your matter will be sorted out and till date they have done nothing.                                 Hello my name is Sachin. Dandade, i stay in Osmanabad dictrict, i had purchased Bajaj Avenger 220 cruise bike, on june 20th 2015, from RAJYOG BAJAJ - Osmanabad, 413501 Contact Number: [protected],[protected] Email: [protected]@baldealer.com So, recently a few days before i had lost the side panel lock, inside that panel there is battery and toolbox, and even the panel is now easily removable. Don't know wheather the lock was removed to steal the battery, but anyway, i went to the showroom Rajyog bajaj, and asked for the lock, they didn't have it, neither they have any other parts of bajaj avenger, then why do they sell the bikes. and what is the showroom for? They told me to look at other places, i even looked for it all over the osmanabad but i didn't find the lock, but why should i look anywhere else on the first place when there is the bajaj showroom?! this is my concern. And i need that security lock. plz help.

                                  Hi sir, I m kiran, bike r no KA17 EN6499, engine no-PAZWED12050 I purchased discover 125 M bike in jain bajaj in davangere on 31 july 2014. my bike having more problems on riding for long time or long journey of 30 mints also very much strain within this time of journey. I complained 2 time same type of repeated problem. PROBLEMS 1. Vibration of whole body of the bike on particular gears at particular speeds, we can’t ride more than that speed at d particular gear, if we ride more speed bike will vibrating more and more, In others customers bikes like Discover 125 M Or 100 M, there is no too much of vibrating compared to my bike. 2. Pickup is very low compared to other customer’s bike of same model. I noticed in 2 nd service. 3. Repeatedly oil leakage at bore packing at the engine, I complaint about this after 3rd service, first time they did free of cost after this service again leakage is happened after 1 month, again I put complaint on 4th service and in 5th service also . In 4th and 5th services they put charges on packing spare. But leakage repeatedly happening due to more vibration of engine section, so packing has no life due to too much of vibration. 4. Bajaj company service engineer and jain bajaj showroom service manager they failed to identify the leakage problem and vibration problem, why this is happening in that section. I told Bajaj company service engineer and jain Bajaj showroom service manager briefly about the problem, I told oil leakage at bore packing is due to more vibration of engine section but they given negligible answer like, we tighten the bedding bolts all in engine, nowbike is perfect, bike is normal there is no problem in that part. Like this they given answer for those problems. If no problem means why oil leakage is happening at bore packing repeatedly, after 4 service oil leakage is happened in 3 sides of engine section and I complaint in 5 service, till now they are telling bike is normal, 1. Due to vibration of bike we can’t go 30 minutes for long journey, we will get more strain. 2. In show room they ride 1 or 2 km for test ride, how they identify the problems of vibration, 3. I told them to go for long journey they did not go for long, if they gone test ride on my bike, they telling bike is normal why we have to go for that, vibration comes at a. in 2 nd gear 30 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly b. in 3 rd gear 40 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly . c. in 4 th gear 60 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly . My bike will struggle more and more to reach 80-90 km compared to other bikes, Vibration is more and more after above speeds compared to other bikes., Due to more vibration in engine section, some moments inside the engine are very tight and something is wrong in production of bike or due to negligence of authorized service station. Please solve my BIKE problems.

Due to vibration of bike we can’t go 30 minutes for long journey, we will get more strain. 2. In show room they ride 1 or 2 km for test ride, how they identify the problems of vibration, 3. I told them to go for long journey they did not go for long, if they gone test ride on my bike, they telling bike is normal why we have to go for that, vibration comes at a. in 2 nd gear 30 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly b. in 3 rd gear 40 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly . c. in 4 th gear 60 km onwards more vibration, other customers bike not have this much of vibration at these speeds And there is no leakage of oil at bore packing repeatedly . My bike will struggle more and more to reach 80-90 km compared to other bikes, Vibration is more and more after above speeds compared to other bikes., Due to more vibration in engine section, some moments inside the engine are very tight and something is wrong in production of bike or due to negligence of authorized service station. Please solve my BIKE problems.

                                      Complaint against EXCEL AUTO 911518) BAJAJ BIKE SERVICE Center, Rukunpura Baily Road Patna-14 Complainant:- Harendra Singh Dec 7 (1 day ago) to [protected]@bajaj.co.in My Bike bajaj 4S Champion BR 3A 3692 entry no.3927 Job card No. RJC[protected] was taken entry for repairing on dated 19.11.2015 and Estimated Cost was Rs.1000/- and Estimated delivery date was 26.11.2015. But it was not delivered on date. 4318 On 6.12.2015 in the evening I have been compelled forcefully to pay Rs.9390/- against Estimated cost Rs. 1000/- which is not at all genuine & believable. On my objection taking advantage of my 59 yrs old age & civilized nature the staff of the service center had taken me forcefully in near by HDFC ATM to withdraw money and taken Rs.9390/- against Estimated cost Rs.1000/- It was done fraudulently & forcefully in collusion with Manager, entry staff mechanic other staff concerned. I physically recognize, but not by name. I am very shocked and in fear and could not understand due to fear what I should do ? They have not repaired Meter Light, Lay Guard, Mud Guard, & Stand left side.Rather they said me that your Spark plug & Break shoe has been changed without my consent & it was not required these are in order and it was not mentioned in Job Card. It is totally fraudulent and act of extortion. Being feared I am not in a position what should I have to do. Please help me.                                         Hi, i have bought a new Pulsar Rs200 from Gallops Baja, ahmedabad on 19 July 2015 under Invoice no. VSI[protected] and Challan number VSA[protected], registered under name of Deepak maheshwari. I have been charged all the RTO and munciple tax and been told you get registration done in local RTO by showroom agent but i have never listen back from them. Called them thousand time and now they have stopped picking up my call rather giving me a proper solution how to get this registered and get my permanent Bike number.
