I have stayed in bangalore for more than 6 years in various locations throughout e.G. Raja rajeshwari, banashankari, whitefiled, marathahalli etc. And have experienced most of the bajaj service centers in bangalore, and overall i always regretted it, giving my pulsar to them for servicing or repair. Apart from the rude (Rowdy kind of) attitude, they never came up to the expectation in the service part, everytime some issues were un-resolved, or over-charging of money or new issues coming up. I feel as if my vehicle is getting spoiled because of it. I have searched so much on internet for authenticate and satisfactory service center but always ended up with poor reviews submitted by local people. This is a serious set back to bajaj auto mobiles company and should not be left un-attended. If bajaj really cares for its customers and its market, then they should do something about it, else they are going to lose a lot of market because of their poor service.

    Dear sir/ madam

    I am very sorry to inform you that your dealer ship in with surat bajaj in adajan main road they are making fool to there customers in last service some part-time done internal damage in my bike i face lots of problem in way then i again went to this peoples as i had fath in them but they charge me 1300/ inr and say now we fixed problem during my duty in night shift bike’s gear box stuck badly and bike totally locked down dad timing

    Next day i went to stupid bajaj people and meet to your customer relation ship manager as time of her in office 10:00 am and your madam arrived at 10:30 great you people like we only people who has time in stock and listen as soon as she arrived she ask me “oh you are here for year service card” ah great you people only want money nothing else a explained her every thing so in return she told do regular service with us but you people can’t deliver good service they how your are expecting to do regular service with you.

    They i go to local garage and they fix problem in 5 minute with 300 inr cost like really you cheat people
    Your parts departments are not providing parts they are replying us put your bike in service then only they can give me part and they are not providing engine oil also
    Now tell me hero.Yamah and tvc all peoples are giving parts in market and you people are like seriously i am done with bajaj bad experience

    Check my fb i told every one not to go in bajaj and i am going to file complain again you i am mailing you this mail with mark in cc to customer consumer department.

    What gujarat motor pvt ltd think they can chat people easily i am in central government they mess with wrong person i am also going mail whole email to delhi now wait and watch.

    And call your company best in service please stop making fool to people.

      my bajaj bike loan no. L2WKPRO3394446
      Out of 18 installments 15 were paid successfully and my attached bank account is having 2 installments amount already there to avoid bounce.
      till getting announcement SMS of bounced EMI and extra charges payment. The same thing happened two months before when a officer from mumbai office, calling me frequently over phone to pay Rs.500 towards bounce charges and I had given all the bank payment details to resolve the same but lastly I have to use the local language to get rid off. hence this time the same thing repeated once again but this time the SMS and two phone nos. of these persons. they are also using different mobile no. to call
      when enquired with my bankers, the branch manager regret possibility and said there is no demand from bajaj finance for EMI. Is BFL wants to increase the profit margin by duing such worest things?

        i saish sawant from mulund, mumbai, maharashtra. i own a bajaj pulsar 200NS which i bought in FEB 2015.I was driving my bike 2 days before and the bike stopped working in the mid of the drive.i towed my vehicle to the nearest service station ie in mulund east, mumbai.
        They told me that my 4 engine valve have been destroyed.My bike is jus 1 year 2 months old and has runned only 10700kms and this issue was been faced by me.So my charges for this is 3.5k.And they have told me that it isnt in warrenty.so i request you to please solve my issues.If not in warrenty atleast give me a discount on labour and the parts.This price is much more expensive.i have been doing all the services in bajaj itself.this problem hasnt happened due to my fault.so atleast on humanity grounds please try to understand my problem and please do somthing for it as soon as possible.Phone no [protected]

          i bought bajaj pulsar 150 cc in Sep-2015. (from authorized dealer only). i have serious problem about back wheel Tyre.. it gets slip /skid on the road when engine reaches 60-70 km/hr speed . i have approached bajaj authorized dealer regarding this issue . they accept the problem i recommended to change MRF tires . i requested to cover this issue on warranty, but they didn't...

          note : because off this skid issue i faced two accidents while my two riding . and it leads to me some physical damages on my body as well as my bikes . i am highly not satisfied with bajaj ... kindly do the needful

            I have given my pulsar 220F for 2nd service in No.2 & 11, 100 Feet Main Road, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore - 560038 . i have complained that oil is coming out from boar and head they informed me that it will be fixed servicing has done took my bike form service. Again next day oil is leaking form head i don't no why they will cheat peoples for service. worst servicing done by bajaj team . i will place the complaint on the company . inform you all peoples don't ever go for bajaj
            I have rs 200 its just 2 month old.
            Strange sound is coming from the front.
            Please take some action to fix that problem.
            I want to ruls for bajaj auto for billing sub dealer

                I'd like to inform you that i've purchased bajaj v15 on dt. 28.03.2016 from dealer tcs & sons (Faridabad).
                Next day i observed that there was problem of oil leakage from engine and then i visited there service center but no serious action taken by them(Apart from just clamping the bolts).
                And next day i observed there was different sound of piston excoriation from engine as well, and again i took my v15 to service center and mr.Sanjay (Adviser, +91 [protected]) said it's just a normal sound but it is different then what it should be.
                With in a week its shockers started leaking, lots of oil can be seen visual on outside of shockers.
                I'm sorry to say that you people has disappointed my eager of buying this bike and also willingness of being a part of bajaj family.

                I've also enclosed the picture of leakage for your reference.

                I'd like to mention one more issue which i've faced i.E. The allen bolt you have given for pilot seat cover are just so third class infact just a day after my purchase the hex socket got wear and now its not working.


                I'm sorry to say that you people are just fraud and i have no option left then to sue you.

                    I feel very glad to inform you that I have purchased a bike from your Bajaj automobiles outlet from firozabad.

                    After 3 days from purchase the front tyre create noise like a small puppy murmuring

                    3 times I have shown this issue in the company itself but the can't able to resolve that issue.

                    I think Bajaj have an unexperienced labour staff or either they doesn't able to give proper satisfaction to there customer

                    Kindly resolve this issue or either I have to file a claim against this aspect.

                        I have purchased a bajaj avenger street-150 on 11/02/2016
                        From the supreme automobiles an authorised dealer of bajaj auto.It is almost two months from the date of purchase and i also get my first servicing done after one month from the purchase.It is very unfortunate that till now my vehicle was not registered which might liable me in penal action by the concerned authority.

                          I currently own a pulsar 220 fi and I am having continuous problem for the throttle response. in the beginning when I turn the ignition switch on it rolls smoothly but after 2 to 3 minutes, the bike stalls and doesn't gives the required throttle response. Also the indicator indicates the engine check light. There is no technically sound mechanic in the Ahmedabad branch which can solve this issue. Also every Bajaj service center says only to visit one service center i.e. in Panchvati circle Ahmedabad. Also, I visited that center but it seemed as if they don't wanted to check the issue and just told me one thing i.e. to go for the carburetor conversion. but i still don't understand that in this age of fuel injection system why they want to turn back. The issue of my P220 fi can easily be resolved on the scan tool. But still the service center don't want to try to make any efforts as they want me to forcibly go for car conversion. The problem is that if I was the person who wanted to go for carb then I wouldn't have purchased the fuel injection system. Other thing they say that the main problem is with the fuel pump that too without scanning on scan tool, but how it can be the fuel pump faulty all the time. Is that not true that all the cars made nowadays have PGMFI so is that the would have the same problem which in my observation is not true. I think that this effort i.e. complaining online might solve my issue because the issue of my grievances is not solved on the service centre. I would like you to take strict steps in this and seek forward with the same. my contact details are listed at the end.

                            Dear Bajaj,
                            Yesterday i took my bajaj pulsar 135 to Bajaj service center for service early in the morning and staff told me to sir you go home and collect your bike in the evening, i did so but in the evening The Manager Mr. Ankit Yadav called me and told me vikas please don't come today as the Mechanic(Mr.Maqshood alam) has gone somewhere for his personal work and we can't give your bike today and you come tomorrow till 12 in the noon then I said OK (anxiously).

                            And when i went today somewhere around 1 pm the work still hasn't finish yet.there were so many pending work there and surprisingly i was telling him that you haven't done this and then I noticed there is part missing near accelerator I.e. some sort of Holder in the end of accelerator . I bring that noticed to the manager and mechanic.but they refused that and they keep saying that sir you have missed that. then i asked him Have you tick mark the thing when i brought the bike yesterday? then they said no, then i said this is your fault as you did't inspect my bike when i bought it here.

                            and suddenly all staff keep pressurizing me to accept that that was my fault .still i tried to show the manager that the missing part is fresh as there was no dirt in it and suddenly manger started using absurd behavior and abusing language. And he also said "jo karna hai karr lo, nahi sahi karenga tumhara kaam, chahe FIR karr lo main ni darta hu kissi se, mai maleek hu yaha ka, jaha complain karna hai karr lo" I and all the customers were stunned and shocked.

                            Kindly Bajaj take action on this that was embarrassing for me and I assure you 101% that the missing part was not my fault because I can bear that loss as it was hardly expensive i guess. but i can tell you it was not expected from a renowned brand like bajaj.

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchased a bajaj discover 125t bike bearing chassis no- (Md2a52cz3dpe26240) engine no (Jezpde56111) on 18th of april 2015. From your sk para lane branch.
                                  Ever since i bought this bike, i started facing issues with clutch and gear shifting. The gear tends to miss while in lower speed. On occasions, the gear does not fall in the right time, it gets stuck. I have visited your service centre several times looking for a permanent fix to this problem, but till date the issue stands unresolved. It was also said that the problem will get cured after the first servicing, but after running the bike for almost 20 to 25 kms, the problem reoccurs. Same scenario repeated after the second servicing also. Each time i take my bike to the service centre with this problem, some changes are made and some adjustments are done, without addressing the actual issue.
                                  Your branch manager mr. Sudip & technical specialist mr. Animesh is very much aware of this problem.
                                  Hence, as a valued customer, i would request you to either replace the whole bike or provide me a permanent resolution as the bike is still under warranty and have run only 4500 kms till now. I am very much dissatisfy with this bike.
                                  So request you to please look this critical issue with immediate attention.

                                    Hello I'm Dr Suvendu, and I Brough my bajaj pulsar ns 200, 5 may 2014 from agartala tripura (priya bajaj). Since then I have been suffering many issues from the bike like making unusual engine noise, tyre pressure problem, hitting issues like that. But for last one month my bike is not getting started then I took my bike to the bajaj authorised service centre at agartala, tripura(priya bajaj) and they are telling me that the coolant in the radiator has leaked into the engine block thus the bike is not responding. They also said that the parts necessary to correct the issue are not available in the centre but they will order it or if it's possible they are asking me to collect the parts from other satate by myself. Now everytime I go into the service centre they are saying the same thing that parts are not yet reached, they have already ordered but they don't know when it will reach.

                                    I consulted with some mechanic who is known to me, he is saying, if the coolant stays for long into the engine block then the mechanicals inside may get rusted.

                                    It's been more than one month since this issue, could you please suggest me what can be done?? Thanks and regards.

                                      I am Tanumoy Datta from Baghajatin. I have purchased a Pulsar 150 UG 4.5 model from M/s Omkar Wheels Ltd at Ramgarh Kolkata -700047 on 29/07/2015. I have done my second free servicing from Omkar wheels with an oddo of 3136 Kms only. Now coming to my problem I am facing of an unusual sound from engine and a little vibration and i have already complain this problem to bajaj website. Next day i received a call from Topsia Servicing centre of Bajaj and asked me to get my bike over there as they will look if any problem persists. I took my bike and after checking they adjusted tappet clearance and asked me its allright now but my bike is not at all right the problem still persists and i think Bajaj is not willing to hear any complain from Customer. As per my knowledge i know every company gives a warranty on engine for 30K Kms/2 Yrs. So my point is if they cant repair then why not they change my engine? Please look in this problem and help me.

                                        Hi, i am bring this to your concern as i faced very bad service don to my bike.
                                        I paid Rs.7000 for paid service and very very dissatisfied. i bought the bike in the year 2012 and i am getting serviced from the same dealer past all these years. Now what i feel is after spending so much money and time, my back wheel is getting jammed somewhere, and due to this i am loosing lot of Mileage. I am very much disappointed with there service and behavior of Mr.Kalim, who was in-charge of my bike service. He dint even look at my bike and after i payed the amount. Very Bad behavior from Khivraj Dealers, Domlur, bangalore, KA, India.
                                        Please kindly try helping me in the issue so that i dint just pay for what they haven't done the work for and wasted my time as well.
