I currently own a pulsar 220 fi and I am having continuous problem for the throttle response. in the beginning when I turn the ignition switch on it rolls smoothly but after 2 to 3 minutes, the bike stalls and doesn't gives the required throttle response. Also the indicator indicates the engine check light. There is no technically sound mechanic in the Ahmedabad branch which can solve this issue. Also every Bajaj service center says only to visit one service center i.e. in Panchvati circle Ahmedabad. Also, I visited that center but it seemed as if they don't wanted to check the issue and just told me one thing i.e. to go for the carburetor conversion. but i still don't understand that in this age of fuel injection system why they want to turn back. The issue of my P220 fi can easily be resolved on the scan tool. But still the service center don't want to try to make any efforts as they want me to forcibly go for car conversion. The problem is that if I was the person who wanted to go for carb then I wouldn't have purchased the fuel injection system. Other thing they say that the main problem is with the fuel pump that too without scanning on scan tool, but how it can be the fuel pump faulty all the time. Is that not true that all the cars made nowadays have PGMFI so is that the would have the same problem which in my observation is not true. I think that this effort i.e. complaining online might solve my issue because the issue of my grievances is not solved on the service centre. I would like you to take strict steps in this and seek forward with the same. my contact details are listed at the end.

    Dear Bajaj,
    Yesterday i took my bajaj pulsar 135 to Bajaj service center for service early in the morning and staff told me to sir you go home and collect your bike in the evening, i did so but in the evening The Manager Mr. Ankit Yadav called me and told me vikas please don't come today as the Mechanic(Mr.Maqshood alam) has gone somewhere for his personal work and we can't give your bike today and you come tomorrow till 12 in the noon then I said OK (anxiously).

    And when i went today somewhere around 1 pm the work still hasn't finish yet.there were so many pending work there and surprisingly i was telling him that you haven't done this and then I noticed there is part missing near accelerator I.e. some sort of Holder in the end of accelerator . I bring that noticed to the manager and mechanic.but they refused that and they keep saying that sir you have missed that. then i asked him Have you tick mark the thing when i brought the bike yesterday? then they said no, then i said this is your fault as you did't inspect my bike when i bought it here.

    and suddenly all staff keep pressurizing me to accept that that was my fault .still i tried to show the manager that the missing part is fresh as there was no dirt in it and suddenly manger started using absurd behavior and abusing language. And he also said "jo karna hai karr lo, nahi sahi karenga tumhara kaam, chahe FIR karr lo main ni darta hu kissi se, mai maleek hu yaha ka, jaha complain karna hai karr lo" I and all the customers were stunned and shocked.

    Kindly Bajaj take action on this that was embarrassing for me and I assure you 101% that the missing part was not my fault because I can bear that loss as it was hardly expensive i guess. but i can tell you it was not expected from a renowned brand like bajaj.

          Dear sir,
          This is to inform you that i have purchased a bajaj discover 125t bike bearing chassis no- (Md2a52cz3dpe26240) engine no (Jezpde56111) on 18th of april 2015. From your sk para lane branch.
          Ever since i bought this bike, i started facing issues with clutch and gear shifting. The gear tends to miss while in lower speed. On occasions, the gear does not fall in the right time, it gets stuck. I have visited your service centre several times looking for a permanent fix to this problem, but till date the issue stands unresolved. It was also said that the problem will get cured after the first servicing, but after running the bike for almost 20 to 25 kms, the problem reoccurs. Same scenario repeated after the second servicing also. Each time i take my bike to the service centre with this problem, some changes are made and some adjustments are done, without addressing the actual issue.
          Your branch manager mr. Sudip & technical specialist mr. Animesh is very much aware of this problem.
          Hence, as a valued customer, i would request you to either replace the whole bike or provide me a permanent resolution as the bike is still under warranty and have run only 4500 kms till now. I am very much dissatisfy with this bike.
          So request you to please look this critical issue with immediate attention.

            Hello I'm Dr Suvendu, and I Brough my bajaj pulsar ns 200, 5 may 2014 from agartala tripura (priya bajaj). Since then I have been suffering many issues from the bike like making unusual engine noise, tyre pressure problem, hitting issues like that. But for last one month my bike is not getting started then I took my bike to the bajaj authorised service centre at agartala, tripura(priya bajaj) and they are telling me that the coolant in the radiator has leaked into the engine block thus the bike is not responding. They also said that the parts necessary to correct the issue are not available in the centre but they will order it or if it's possible they are asking me to collect the parts from other satate by myself. Now everytime I go into the service centre they are saying the same thing that parts are not yet reached, they have already ordered but they don't know when it will reach.

            I consulted with some mechanic who is known to me, he is saying, if the coolant stays for long into the engine block then the mechanicals inside may get rusted.

            It's been more than one month since this issue, could you please suggest me what can be done?? Thanks and regards.

              I am Tanumoy Datta from Baghajatin. I have purchased a Pulsar 150 UG 4.5 model from M/s Omkar Wheels Ltd at Ramgarh Kolkata -700047 on 29/07/2015. I have done my second free servicing from Omkar wheels with an oddo of 3136 Kms only. Now coming to my problem I am facing of an unusual sound from engine and a little vibration and i have already complain this problem to bajaj website. Next day i received a call from Topsia Servicing centre of Bajaj and asked me to get my bike over there as they will look if any problem persists. I took my bike and after checking they adjusted tappet clearance and asked me its allright now but my bike is not at all right the problem still persists and i think Bajaj is not willing to hear any complain from Customer. As per my knowledge i know every company gives a warranty on engine for 30K Kms/2 Yrs. So my point is if they cant repair then why not they change my engine? Please look in this problem and help me.

                Hi, i am bring this to your concern as i faced very bad service don to my bike.
                I paid Rs.7000 for paid service and very very dissatisfied. i bought the bike in the year 2012 and i am getting serviced from the same dealer past all these years. Now what i feel is after spending so much money and time, my back wheel is getting jammed somewhere, and due to this i am loosing lot of Mileage. I am very much disappointed with there service and behavior of Mr.Kalim, who was in-charge of my bike service. He dint even look at my bike and after i payed the amount. Very Bad behavior from Khivraj Dealers, Domlur, bangalore, KA, India.
                Please kindly try helping me in the issue so that i dint just pay for what they haven't done the work for and wasted my time as well.

                  I was purchase bajaj Pulsar in "Oct 2015" 150 cc, problem is shifting gear and nutan in running bike as well as shifting all gear.I have complained about this from 2 nd day of purchased bike but each and every time they adjust cluth and said this is just cluth problem. they are failure to solve problem after 2 times of bike service and chasis are creat a sound when 2 heavy weight person are seating on bike i have also complained about this but they are continue giving different type of excuses if your service department are not able to solve problem then don't call for next service and close all your service centre all of mechanic in showroom are local and local garrage holder are work much batter then your service centre.

                    It is not only surprising but disturbing also to receive such harsh and invective calls from your esteemed institution. I had availed loan for two wheeler xcd in the year 2009/10 cheques were given to the branch from where loan was availed. not a single chq returned unpaid still since last six years I am receiving phone calls for payment of rs. 410/- till date I have received at least 450 calls, every time I am asking details of returned chq but all irrelevant replies / answers are given. the agency or branch of Bajaj fina. from where loan was taken, is either closed or changed no body gives correct address or proper person to be contacted. now it is humbly submitted that please give me details of my outstanding or I will be compelled to take legal recourse. thks cell no [protected].                           Hello Bajaj,

                          After seeing the Bajaj pulsar 150 I had many hopes with the launch of Bajaj 150f discover but all my hopes went down after buying it at 70k. Below are my realtime troubles I have faced in the early month of my purchase.

                          1.very low mileage -40km/l
                          2.vibrations after 45km/h speed and this has started after first service and this has never stopped till now of my two year regualr service frm the verified service centre.
                          3.fault fuel indicator
                          4.fault in the disk break- they are so tight and stuck many times of not having a quick release backs(in all seasons)
                          5.cant go above 55kms speed as it stops pulling d weight of the body and passangers after 55kms of speed which is the big drawback!

                            This is in regard to my purchase of bajaj branded motorbike - bajaj avenger 220 street model bearing chassis number : md2a22ez7gcl16953, engine number : pdzcgl23488 and registration : od 33g 0156 bought on 18th february 2016 from m/s bharat bajaj(A unit of bharat automobiles), patia, bhubaneswar, odisha, india.

                            Bajaj auto being one of the most reputed brands of india in the auto industry reflects trust and confidence in automobile buyers. I recently purchased the bajaj avenger 220 street model but was taken aback by a manufacturing defect in my bike which was in mint condition.

                            A term among bikers is "hands-off-balance", during which on removal of hands from the handle of the running bike, bike should go straight if the alignment, handle and wheel is ok. But in my case the bike was leaning to the left and going left all the way until it was stopped by hand. Surely this is due to delivery of a faulty piece(Unfortunately my bike), faulty for reasons unknown to me, being provided by bajaj.

                            Unfortunately, i expected this to be resolved during the first servicing on 20th march 2016 by engineers of the service center. But to my shock, this issue remained unresolved till now even after repeated consultation with the engineers, they failed to solve this issue which has been persistent from the mint condition.

                            In utter shock, i am compelled to bring this to your notice that a defective motorbike under the image of a new motorbike has been provided by bajaj auto. I am sure that you will take just actions and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I registered a complaint with bajaj customer care. Complaint number with bajaj customer care - cr- 178847. And the next day got a call from service center that they will address the issue.

                            The engineers and executives present at the service center the next day, were able to see the problem themselves. Even after test driving for 40-50 kms, and the senior most engineer trying his best to address and solve the problem, the problem is persisting till now.

                            In fact, what i understand from this is "must be bajaj provided me a defective bike at mrp". This feeling is not so great.

                            I don't care if you need to replace the bike. You should just be doing it.

                            I don't know how many days i have to be present at the service center for this problem to be solved and don't know how bajaj sells its bikes without checking for balance and other stuff.

                            I trusted bajaj, and put my faith in the avenger street 220. And that has cost me a lot of money.

                            I called bajaj customer care the next day(On 23rd march 2016) looking for updates, but instead got a reply that the service center should provide me an update. They also said that even if bajaj provided me a defective bike as this one, it cannot be replaced by them. If not replaced or repaired as per my expectations, then surely i have to go to the district or state consumer forum, even if now bajaj takes their customers so lightly.

                              I was purchase bajaj discover 100 cc, 5 gear in sep.2011, problem is first gear is nutan in running bike as well as second gear shift to first gear some time bike become nutan.this problem become from bike purchase from showroom .10-12 times do problem solve but problem not solve .main matter is showroom engineer as well as Engineer Mr.pathan of bajaj company pne branch failure in this problem, not get success in this problem .bike is very risky for drawing because i am crash 2-4 times as well as my father crash 3-4 times.company engineer say to me, i can not solve your bike problem, you do any action against company.Plz solve my problem.

                                        I want to bring to your notice that I am highly dissatisfied by the services provided by Swadeshi Bajaj Rajouri Garden.
                                        They have been ignorant on my bike issues. I found that they never cleaned up or changed my bike filters due to which now my bike filter is choked and this is causing huge number of issues.
                                        Infact their mechanic Tarun promotes some pick up cool that it helps in power boosting and later I found that it just maintains current thats it and they just make changes in tuning and ignore what i complain about and now i found this issue.
