Dear Team,
I bought Pulsar 220 F in july 2015 from narayan bajaj, amritsar (punjab).bike was doing well but when i got 2nd free service i started facing problems.on very next day there was free flow leakage of petrol through overflow tube .I rushed to same service center They checked it & gave me back after 3-4 hrs.problem was solved but i m facing another problem now. Since then my bike is missing i.e.it stops while running & gets started after few seconds or minutes even though it has been repaired 3 times at service center (narayan bajaj amritsar, from where i bought the bike).
I m really frustrated with the services and will never suggest anyone to purchase BAJAJ PULSAR BIKE as i m repenting on my decision of getting this Bike.

Please do the needful at the earliest.

    This is my repeated Request to register a complaint of my newly purchased Pulsar 220f from Deccan bajaj secunderabad Showroom, i bought it on 17th Feb 2016 evening at 7:30pm and took it home while riding home i notice vehicle was severely Jumping and Pulling at it left side causing Left Hand and left Shoulder Pain, next day i bring this Issue to the concern Bajaj Dealer they tried their Level Best by Changing Both Tyres Shock Absorbers but still extreme Left side pulling exist Jumping, i therefore request Bajaj to Kindly Replace this Vehicle with Good one i cant ride this faulty Pulsar 220F at the cost of my life if any accident occurs and if Die will bajaj take its responsibilty, i want my bike to be exchange for the safety of my life, i bought this bike for the Money Rs100514INR, and highly Disapponited with the service and customer Greviance Redressal is zero as i am running from pillar to post with this complaint but yet not hear from Bajaj auto regarding this faulty vehicle problem compaint.

    I would be filling complaint in Consumer Court and i am entitle to sue Bajaj for such trouble and mental abuse causing by Faulty Pulsar 220F.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      This is Akshay Patil from Mumbai, one of your loyal customer of Bajaj for over a decade and the one who never thinks of any other company when it comes buying a new bike even though there are various good options available in the market. However, with my below experience all my good faith about company has gone for a toss. Hence I want to draw your attention to serious issue and raise a flag for this issue that I have being facing because of the service provided to me by Bajaj Authorized dealer as I don't know how many more have been fooled this way but at the end of the day it's Bajaj whose brand name is getting hampered.
      Here's my experience below:

      My agony begun when I booked an Avenger 150cc bike from BikeWale who is official online registration partner for your authorized dealer, Executive Bajaj, Malad on 23rd of January 2016 (Registration mail attached for your reference). During my initial enquiry I was told that the waiting period for bike is 15-20 days and confirm delivery will be done in maximum of 20 days, so It was cleared that I will receive my bike by 2nd week of Feb and requested them to deliver the same on 11thFebruary and same has been confirmed by dealer that they will deliver the vehicle on 11th February, 2016 (attaching mail for your reference). I specifically wanted the delivery on 11th February as I wanted to give someone a surprise on thier birthday and This was clearly stated to the dealer at the time of booking. But you have not only given fake commitments but also hurted someone's feelings.

      As per my discussion with your GREAT authorized dealer (Executive Bajaj Malad), I did full payment (receipt attached) on 2nd February on the condition that they will deliver the bike as agreed. I was assured by dealer executive Mr. Ganesh that I will receive my bike on 11th of February without fail, which they failed to do so which came as a big shock to me. But more shocking n Most surprising was the fact that they give you fake promises and don't even bother to call and inform you about such change, you yourself have to follow up with them and reality is they will talk to you nicely only when you are going there for enquiry. So here came the first thought to my mind if this is what I get being loyal to BAJAJ Company. But I thought may be it's one odd time that it happened with me but won't happen again.
      Moving on, when I had a conversation on 11th February with the dealer he committed me to deliver my bike on 14th of February. Again like I told you they will not inform you, when I inquired on 14th was informed that, further delay of one week and again gave promise to deliver the bike on 20th Feb (Saturday). So this time I thought of being proactive and visited their showroom on Thursday, 18th and asked about delivery status for my vehicle guess what??? MORE DELAY!!! Again fake commitments (This is also documented please check the trail emails and about how many times have you people had courtesy to respond) was informed by GREAT Mr. Sushil and Mr. Ganesh that vehicle has not yet dispatched from Plant. Again one LONG week????

      So now to be frank today it is more than 30 days still waiting for delivery even after making full payment, how much more wait? How can you expect us to give you good feedback for service? Will company compensate Me for the problem I am facing??
      So out of frustration, I also asked the dealer for cancellation of my booking where I'm ready to bear a loss of INR 1000 and asked the dealer to give the feedback form where I can give my genuine feedback but he bluntly declined. Shocking but sadly that's the truth.
      Also, I know couple of people who booked a bike in Mumbai itself after me and are happily riding the bike. So I smell some RAT here and the said dealer is doing some kind of fraudulent activities to make some extra money at the cost of damaging the brand name of BAJAJ.

      So because of all the above mentioned points, Seriously I am feeling like cheated and it is causing lot of inconvenience and mental stress. I am highly dissatisfied by the service provided by your dealer and wondering if this is the case with before purchasing the bike what will happen for after sale service??? I have known Bajaj Auto as Sixth largest manufacturer of motorcycles, don't you need positive word of mouth publicity? For your Information I have attached customer review (from other customer) about Executive Bajaj Malad, Mumbai. It is shocking to know I am not the only one who is facing this problem with the dealer it is same for almost all dealer (attached file for your reference).

      It appears Bajaj is satisfied with its current count of customers and does not want to deliver the bike to me. If not so then deliver the bike to me as promptly as I gave the money to you.

      So here are the options left with me now, kindly suggest which one should I choose amongst below:

      1. Go to Consumer Court and file a complaint against Bajaj and it's authorize dealer.
      2. I'm open to option of cancelling my booking even making a loss of INR. 1000 & moving on to other motorcycle companies forever.
      3. Get me a resolution which would compensate all my mental stress, frustrations n torture I have being facing from the time since I booked the bike.

      Hoping immediate resolution to my problem and requesting you not to give any false commitment to your prospective customer.

            Bought platina 100 ES from Jai Bajaj, Pallavaram, chennai, TN. Right from the begining mileage issue, getting only 111 Kms from 1.677 Ltrs of petrol. Completed 3 free services still remains the same. It says 96 Kms in the ad. atleast I should get bet.80 & 85 on road. I am not a rash rider as I am 57 years old. Made complaints thrice with dealer, no improvement.

              I want draw your attention towards the drawbacks of the the Discover Bike,
              the main 2 drawbacks are
              1. Sound in the chain-box, no matter how tight the chain is it always make the sound,
              2. The low clearance of the bike, whenever we go over the bumper it touches the ground and sometimes get dis balanced.

                I purchased a bike CT 100 in the month of Jul 2015. After purchase of the bike two days after i feel that the tee of the bike is some bent and handle some slightly bow one side due to the bent. I complaint at the time of service but the same is ignore every time saying that there is no problem and you have the elusion of that. I am not elusion of the same i am saying true about the defect and the same is being ignored by the dealer Dewan Bajaj, Dwarka, Delhi (Near Bhagat Hospital)

                  My name is Rutuaj Joshi I have met with an accident before a month. Fiber parts of semi-fared bike are damaged. Insurance claim is passed. Since parts not available at dealers of Kolhapur and Pune, can't use bike since a month which is causing inconvenience. Where can I get spares of AS 150. Bike has launched few months ago still the spares are not made available. Quality of services after sale is very much degraded.

                    As I would like to bring to your notice that when I gave my vehicle for a paid service, I was estimated the charge would be Rs. 3500/-. But after the service was done, the total charged amount was Rs. 3900/-.
                    After service when I took the bike out and traveled 40 kms, I couldn't speed more than 70 Km/Hr and it was jerking and engine was turning off in between the ride. I thought the fuel was low, so even after filling it up the same problem was occurring again and again repeatedly which was pissing me off, as I was on a busy schedule and I noticed that THERE WAS NO ENGINE OIL AND THE ENGINE WOULD HEAT UP AND OBSERVED A FOUL BURNING SMELL with just 40 Km/hr. So as there was a mistake by the Service Mechanics, I want my total refund and the Bajaj Service is at fault.

                    I want my full refund of Rs. 3900/-

                    And if I do not get my refund I will take this to the higher authority and will take this matter to the Consumer court.

                    I am waiting for you to contact me regarding this issue as soon as possible

                          I had purchased Bajaj Platina es on 12/6/2015 through wasan bajaj nashik. today i.e. 6/2/16 i had gone for second free service in the morning. while filling the job sheet i had a complaint about loose chain. I was told that there will be a call when vehicle would be ready for delivery. at 2.35 pm there was a call from [protected] saying that vehicle is ready you may come before 6.00 pm. as i had work i rushed to wasan service center at 3.28 pm. but found that the vehicle was not washed properly, there was water in the diccy. so i complaint to the attendent, she call a fellow and told him to wash vehicle properly. i was told sit for 15 min & your vehicle will be ready. but after one hour i was told vehicle is ready you may take it. but when i saw it was still in dirty condition and found water in diccy. i inquired who is incharge, one heafty fellow was shown to me sitting on a chair. i told him to come and see the vehicle, but he didn't even took efforts to get up from chair. unfortunately i had to go to him, while driving my vehicle found that the clutch setting was disturbed. i told that heafty fellow (as his name was asked he refused to answer so its written in such a language) but he was staring at me and didn't even took efforts to get up from his chair as look to the vehicle. he called one fellow and told him why i am hear, attend his complaint. the fellow took my vehicle and came back after 15 min with clutch setting.
                          i am surprised that if such type of after sales service is there then thank god i would never give my vehicle for free servicing to wasan bajaj nashik for servicing. It is surprising that non of the member are taking care for after sales service. they are only behind selling the vehicles. do not take care of complaint. i am fed up with the service rendered by wasan bajaj, they have wasted my 1.15 min. if at all the vehicle was not ready then why did they called me to collect the vehicle. why have they wasted my such valuable time. will they compensate will that fellow be draged down from service, will i get proper reply to this complaint. these are the answers which has distrubed me a lot.

                            I have sent my bajaj spirit for maintenance to your showroom on 07/01/16 .now one month has passed down but I have not yet received my vehicle as there is some spares unavailable in your showroom.is this the way bajaj is giving services to customer.moreover your customer care desk is the most hopeless dept.why have u made consumer care desk ?I think it must be for customer but your desk is so much poor that they can't listen to customer complaints.now if my issue does not resolve in this week I will have to file a case against your company in consumer court.

                              i go to the show room and asked for the quotation for the above vech

                              the person in show room given the details to me - the scan copy for your ref

                              the vech on road prize told in show room - 54800.00

                              but in the inter net rate vech shows (on road prize -44517.00) - scan copy attach for your ref -

                              when i see that i have shocking for the above the mater

                              we serving for the nation - and retired

                              the people of shows rooms are cheating - to-us

                              he wants more amount from me[protected]------

                              how can believe your company - pl tell to me

Where if I go to service center n leave bike for service there is resolution for tat problem n again I have to ur again to get repair. Still I'm facing same issue

                                  i have pay total 73746 Rs & i got 71598 RS invoice from your showroom.

                                  before purchase Baja Showroom executive committed me you payed all amount (i.e accessories, RTO passing).

                                  but after purchased bike they will not provide any accessories and told me you have not payed accessories amount and also not give proper response..

                                  & also very rude & worst response from Amin Bajaj Showroom Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad.

                                    I would like to inform you that we purchase a scooter from your registered dealer Sang am Auto sales, 641 Thakurdwara, Palampur HP 176061 in 1990 and at time of purchase they given us a Cheque of Rs 25 k (Bearing Chq no 251609 ) dated 18th Dec 2015 in scheme signed by Okara Agro Industries Ltd Corp office. 803, Vikram tower, Rajindera Place, New Delhi 110008 (Copy attached). Last month we deposited the same in our SBI bank for clearance it will come back with the reason (05- Kindly Contact Drawer/ Drawer Bank) . After this I tried to contact on Telephone number printed on Cheque or through internet found that this company is closed long back . know please suggest to whom should we contact to get this amount . or we should contact Consumer court to get this amount

                                      My bike has got severe jerking problem. After riding the bike for 15 kms just after taking the bike out of the showroom, i noticed severe jerking issue. I took the bike to the service station and complained about this issue and asked them to give me another new bike.

                                      They refused to agree with my request and promised me that this issue can be resolved during the 1st service. Likewise i submitted the bike at the service station several times and the technicians did their best to fix the issue but they could not do any good yet over a year now as this is a manufacturing defect.

                                      It's been over a year now and the jerking problem still continues. I am facing ineffable problem with this bike due to jerking issue.

                                      I have escalated this issue to higher up several times and even wrote to the Bajaj Auto customer service to take action. Although, there hasn't been any action taken from the concerned team yet.

                                      When i asked them for re-sale of the bike at the service station, the sales guy coated the prices (28, 000) in just 12 months.

                                      I am concerned because i am paying 60, 000 INR to buy this bike but i did not get a bike that is worth of my money (60, 000).

                                      I am not happy neither with the bike's performance nor with Kalyani Bajaj.

                                      I am taking this matter legally to ask for claims.
