I had purchased Bajaj Platina es on 12/6/2015 through wasan bajaj nashik. today i.e. 6/2/16 i had gone for second free service in the morning. while filling the job sheet i had a complaint about loose chain. I was told that there will be a call when vehicle would be ready for delivery. at 2.35 pm there was a call from [protected] saying that vehicle is ready you may come before 6.00 pm. as i had work i rushed to wasan service center at 3.28 pm. but found that the vehicle was not washed properly, there was water in the diccy. so i complaint to the attendent, she call a fellow and told him to wash vehicle properly. i was told sit for 15 min & your vehicle will be ready. but after one hour i was told vehicle is ready you may take it. but when i saw it was still in dirty condition and found water in diccy. i inquired who is incharge, one heafty fellow was shown to me sitting on a chair. i told him to come and see the vehicle, but he didn't even took efforts to get up from chair. unfortunately i had to go to him, while driving my vehicle found that the clutch setting was disturbed. i told that heafty fellow (as his name was asked he refused to answer so its written in such a language) but he was staring at me and didn't even took efforts to get up from his chair as look to the vehicle. he called one fellow and told him why i am hear, attend his complaint. the fellow took my vehicle and came back after 15 min with clutch setting.
i am surprised that if such type of after sales service is there then thank god i would never give my vehicle for free servicing to wasan bajaj nashik for servicing. It is surprising that non of the member are taking care for after sales service. they are only behind selling the vehicles. do not take care of complaint. i am fed up with the service rendered by wasan bajaj, they have wasted my 1.15 min. if at all the vehicle was not ready then why did they called me to collect the vehicle. why have they wasted my such valuable time. will they compensate will that fellow be draged down from service, will i get proper reply to this complaint. these are the answers which has distrubed me a lot.

I have sent my bajaj spirit for maintenance to your showroom on 07/01/16 .now one month has passed down but I have not yet received my vehicle as there is some spares unavailable in your showroom.is this the way bajaj is giving services to customer.moreover your customer care desk is the most hopeless dept.why have u made consumer care desk ?I think it must be for customer but your desk is so much poor that they can't listen to customer complaints.now if my issue does not resolve in this week I will have to file a case against your company in consumer court.

to day i notified that i purchase a vech in your company at dharmapuri

i am an ex service man - indian army - the persons are believable person

i go to the show room and asked for the quotation for the above vech

the person in show room given the details to me - the scan copy for your ref

the vech on road prize told in show room - 54800.00

but in the inter net rate vech shows (on road prize -44517.00) - scan copy attach for your ref -

when i see that i have shocking for the above the mater

we serving for the nation - and retired

the people of shows rooms are cheating - to-us

he wants more amount from me[protected]------

how can believe your company - pl tell to me


pl solve the problem at the earliest ...

I am having pulsar220cc. I am facing problem in bike where high beam is not giving more power from the day I purchased bike and doom vibration. Where if I go to service center n leave bike for service there is resolution for tat problem n again I have to ur again to get repair. Still I'm facing same issue

i have pay total 73746 Rs & i got 71598 RS invoice from your showroom.

before purchase Baja Showroom executive committed me you payed all amount (i.e accessories, RTO passing).

but after purchased bike they will not provide any accessories and told me you have not payed accessories amount and also not give proper response..

& also very rude & worst response from Amin Bajaj Showroom Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad.

I would like to inform you that we purchase a scooter from your registered dealer Sang am Auto sales, 641 Thakurdwara, Palampur HP 176061 in 1990 and at time of purchase they given us a Cheque of Rs 25 k (Bearing Chq no 251609 ) dated 18th Dec 2015 in scheme signed by Okara Agro Industries Ltd Corp office. 803, Vikram tower, Rajindera Place, New Delhi 110008 (Copy attached). Last month we deposited the same in our SBI bank for clearance it will come back with the reason (05- Kindly Contact Drawer/ Drawer Bank) . After this I tried to contact on Telephone number printed on Cheque or through internet found that this company is closed long back . know please suggest to whom should we contact to get this amount . or we should contact Consumer court to get this amount

My bike has got severe jerking problem. After riding the bike for 15 kms just after taking the bike out of the showroom, i noticed severe jerking issue. I took the bike to the service station and complained about this issue and asked them to give me another new bike.

They refused to agree with my request and promised me that this issue can be resolved during the 1st service. Likewise i submitted the bike at the service station several times and the technicians did their best to fix the issue but they could not do any good yet over a year now as this is a manufacturing defect.

It's been over a year now and the jerking problem still continues. I am facing ineffable problem with this bike due to jerking issue.

I have escalated this issue to higher up several times and even wrote to the Bajaj Auto customer service to take action. Although, there hasn't been any action taken from the concerned team yet.

When i asked them for re-sale of the bike at the service station, the sales guy coated the prices (28, 000) in just 12 months.

I am concerned because i am paying 60, 000 INR to buy this bike but i did not get a bike that is worth of my money (60, 000).

I am not happy neither with the bike's performance nor with Kalyani Bajaj.

I am taking this matter legally to ask for claims.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a discover 100cc bike from my local branch. I really like bajaj bikes . I purchase with 25000 down payment and 25000 loan . First he tell me that its 0% fience but after that he tell this scheme is over . Thats the first problem After that give me papers after two months and he is saying its my responsibility that he give me papers last. I have purchased new pulsar 150 on 20/08/2015.there is problem in my bike's engine.it is only 4 month ago that I have purchased my bike from saideep motors.there is leakage of oil from Engine block . Hi, Myself Mr.Bhushan More, I have booked Bajaj Avenger Street 220 from Suryoday Bajaj In Goregoan West (Mumbai) on 04th of December 2015. During booking I was informed that the waiting period for the above mention bike was 30 days. considering that I requested to deliver me on 8th of Jan 2016. but they fail to their commitment with the reason that bajaj has stop allotting Avenger street 220 (don't know for what reason you stop doing that).Later after several follow up i was told that i will get my delivery on 11th Jan and again false service commitment by Bajaj, (this time new reason that RTO has lot of backlogs so registration pending) Today more than 30 days has passed I stand with no quality service and commitment. I request some higher authority to intervene and resolve this on priority or i can reach to Mr.Rahul Bajaj or Mr.Rajiv Bajaj through social media. Sir . i have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 in 2003. now i have to replace its fuel tank with new one as the old one is suspected rusted from inside. presently no authorised dealer is having such spare tank .i am presently working in nagpur. egar to hear from you early

Sir/Madam, I had purchased the Bajaj Platina 100ES through M/S ARASU AUTOS on 21st October-2015, almost three month completed till now they have not completed the vehicle registration process. I had called them many time even spoke to their manager as well but still no response from them. similarly there is no call from the dealer for service remainder this is really surprise for me. Just for your info last two years through me three vehicle were booked from the same dealership. now a days M/S ARASU AUTOS response is very very poor this is not only my complaint even few of my neighbors/Friends also saying the same. if there is no immediate action I shall go for legal action against this agency which will affect Bajaj autos name as well. Hi my name is suresh recently i buyed avenger 220 street in hyderabad (hubsiguda showroom) but service is not good from when i took bike from that time on wards my fuel meter is not working i gave complaint to manager and other staff till now there is no response, iam thinking that u will help me about this issue

I have purchased new bike bajaj pulsar as 150 pb 10 fl 2750 on the name of karanveer singh from dada motors dholewal chowk, ludhiana on 21st oct. 2015. But after driving, i found manufacturer defect in product within one month. Bike starts taking missing while driving. I was told by the service advisor that there is dust in the fuel tank, but even after cleaning the fuel tank problem not solved. Then they kept my bike by saying that they have to change the cdc part of bike which is out of stock & I have to wait for 15 days. After replacing cdc part, problem remains same, then they changed qolies and now they are saying that there is problem in filter. They accepted that there is manufacturing problem but refused to replace the bike. I want new bike because it is totally repaired. Please solve the issue as soon as.

I purchased pulsar 150cc. At Nov 29-15. Since 30 days very badly sound coming from. Iwent to local bajaj showroom.
