Respected Conecern, I called Mr. Shailesh at Rajpal Auto Annapurna Road Indore for my bikes registration card issue. but call pick by any sales girl. They are not respond me. Only 28 days before purchased bike, done 1 service and they are not listening to customer.

    आप एक बहुत ही प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी हैं और आपकी प्रतिष्ठा को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह आवश्यक हो जाता है कि यदि कुछ बातें जो कि आपके ग्राहक आपसे या आपके डीलर से अपेक्षा करते हों और यदि उस ओर ध्यान न दिया जाये, आपकी विशिष्ट्ता पर प्रभाव डालती हैं। इस तरह की कुछ बातें निम्नवत हैं:- १. जब कभी कोई ग्राहक आपके शोरूम में कोई वाहन क्रय करने जाता है तो वहां का स्टाफ सिर्फ वाहन के विक्रय तक ही अपने को सीमित रखता है और अपने ग्राहक के लिए चाय-कॉफ़ी तक उपलब्ध नहीं करता जबकि दूसरी कम्पनियां इस तरह के शिस्टाचार का पूर्ण ख्याल रखती हैं। २. त्योहारों के मौके पर जहाँ अन्य कम्पनियां अपने ग्राहकों को वाहन क्रय करने हेतु विभिन्न भांति के ऑफर, पुरस्कार एवं गिफ्ट्स प्रदान करते हैं, वहीँ आपकी कंपनी ऐसा कुछ नहीं करती जो कि आपकी प्रतिष्ठा के बिलकुल भी अनुकूल नहीं है। मेरी यह पीड़ा इसलिये है क्योंकि मै आपकी कंपनी का पुराना ग्राहक हूँ और मैंने आपकी कंपनी की कई वाहन क्रय किये हैं और मैंने दिनांक ०९. ११. २०१५ को रसीद संख्या ११९५०१ (Rs.४००००)+रसीद संख्या ११९५०२ (Rs. ३५०००)+दिनांक १०.११.२०१५ को रसीद संख्या ११९५१० (Rs. २९५००)=Rs. १, ०४, ५००/- नकद भुगतान करके बजाज पल्सर-२२० SF एवं दिनांक १०.११.२०१५ को रसीद संख्या ११९५११ (Rs. २५०००) + रसीद संख्या ११९५१२ (Rs. ३६४००)= Rs. ६१, ४००/- नकद भुगतान करके बजाज/डिस्कवर/१२५ DRUM आपके इलाहबाद स्थित यूनाइटेड ऑटोमोबाइल्स, ४३/१०, सरदार पटेल मार्ग, सिविल लाइन्स, इलाहबाद से क्रय किया परन्तु धनतेरश एवं दीपावली जैसा त्यौहार रहने के बावजूद भी मुझे आपकी कंपनी द्वारा किसी भी तरह का पुरस्कार या गिफ्ट न प्रदान किये जाने का मलाल है। आशा है कि आप अपनी कंपनी की प्रतिष्ठा एवं अपने ग्राहकों की इस पीड़ा एवं आपसे अपेक्षा की ओर ध्यान देंगे. आपकी कंपनी का नियमित ग्राहक पीयूष श्रीवास्तव, ५९३/९५/२०, सर्वोदय नगर (अमिताभ बच्चन रोड), अल्लापुर, इलाहबाद -२११००६ कांटेक्ट nos. ८००४९०४९०३, ९७९५३३९५३३, ७२३८०४३१४६ E-mail : [protected]@gmail.com

        Very low pick up and mileage around 26 km/ltr after 25000 kilometres. Already engine decarbonisation done in 33000 but again same problem repeated at 35000.informed several times in service center. Not able to solve the problem please advise suju Stephen mob [protected]

              I Have purchased Bajaj XCD 125 cc two wheeler bike in the year of 2008 through Bajaj finance.
              Due to some reasons I paid some some installments and after that i didn't paid. After few months the recovery boys came and taken over the bike for not paying the installments.
              Then one day one person came and asked me that he had purchased my vehicle from the Bajaj finance by paying the balance amount which i have to pay at the time of vehicle cease.
              I didn't get any information up to now .
              Now I am unable to buy any consumer durable product through Bajaj finance.
              So I request you to look into my matter and and give me the NOC that no further complaints regarding my purchases through Bajaj Finance.

                I am manoj kumar from Delhi regular customer of Bajaj bike’s but after being your loyal customer i am facing so many problem with your brand. I want to share my painful experience with you. I purchased a Bajaj discover 150, that was my first mistake. After purchasing bajaj discover 150 work fine but after 6 months i got a sudden issue, my bike stop working in the middle of the highway i was travelling with my old father, the bike was not getting started, but i survived by crawling my bike to nearest authorized service dealer Royal bajaj in rohini. The person there who was handling the customers, he dont try to solve my issue and start saying why did you purchased this scrap, this bike is having many technical defectives from it manufacturing time. But after a long argument they start my bike, when i visited back home then i observed the self & lights of my bike stop working. This was the very shameful to bajaj that what kind of product quality is delivered by baja. Who would be responsible if any kind miss happening does with me due this manufacturing defective bajaj discover 150. I want urgent solution your defective bajaj discover 150 is standing unused at my home, now days i am travelling through public transport. I hope that you will do some thing with in a weak or other wise i should have to knock consumer court.

                  Dear sir/Madam, I am from satara I approach to Bajaj dealer, KANSE AUTOLINES in satara, Maharashtra by taken reference from the Bajaj Auto's official website for purchasing the BAJAJ AVENGER 220 bike. At that time they promised to me that they will deliver the bike on dated 03/07/2015 after taking 50% amount of in advance. But they fail to deliver the bike on time. They deliver the bike on dated[protected] with a faulty Bettery I.e was dumped after 20 days of the purchase dated of bike. When I asked to him about the bike's Bettery they give me supplimentry Bettery and promis to exchange the Bettery, but till now they didn't exchange the Bettery. And from the date of purchase of bike till now they didn't give full documents of my bike, while I have paid full amount of the bike I.e Rs 90, 655/- . From the date of purchase of bike I take proper follow up for getting my bike's paper and exchange of Bettery they didn't give me proper response and they mentally harrashed me by making excuse etc. I have previously lodged the complaint about the dealer on dated 07/09/2015 with complaints ref no. CR 170621 at BAJAJ AUTO. But no body respond me. I want to lodge a complaint about the BAJAJ AUTO DEALER, KANSE AUTOLINES SATARA, MAHARASHTRA for - 1- Delay in bike delivery 2- faulty Bettery that was not replaced by them 3 - till now I haven't received my full documents of my bike (insurance papers ) Invoice no.                         Damaged/Repaired Product. I Bought it on 06 August, 2015, after two week first it gives me the chain cover problem that would be bearable. but after that (almost a month back) it is giving me missing problem continuously after every 2-3 days.i serviced it four-five times from Krishna Bajaj Center, New Railway Road, Gurgaon but at that time being it looks good because it could just serviced but after 2-3 days it will again on same track(missing problem). I want to replace it with new one or i have to complain legal file against Bajaj Auto.

                          Dear sir, i have purchased a bike pulsar220 f and from the 1st day i am facing the problem of leakage in the bike from the engine. that i have informed in my 1st service to the service centre from where i have purchased my bike Arora motors, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, 121004. but problem wasnt resolved and they have commited me that now i can run my bike smoothly at the top speed. but that was also not happened. i have purchased pulsar 220 to run at a great speed as i am a speed lover but your bike is not crossing the limit of 80 km/hr. i have registered that complaint on my second service at TCS bajaj, Faridabad which is have a pro biking dealership. i thought they can resolve my bike problem if they handling bikes like that and there must be special engg. for pro biking. But there also i have faced the same problem they have serviced my bike and really don't know they have done or not bcz i was not allowed to see my bike while servicing. still the problem is there is leakage from engine once again, i am listing the complaints 1.Leakage from engine 2. Bikes coolant is not working, Engine got heat after driven of 15 km every time 3.bikes top speed is 80 km/hr. after 5500 km run.Even splendor can win a race with my bike, and Bajaj is claiming Pulsar 220 a indias fastest bike. 4. millage is also so poor. 5. After running of 40-50 km if i restart the bike it takes minimum 7-8 self's to start 6. Few elements in speedometer are not working and no one is able to understand the speedometer in bajaj centers every one is suggesting us to read the manual. If really some one is there who is reading my complaint i am requesting please do the needful. i am very much frustrated from these dealers now. If my problem is not resolved i have no option what i will do i never come to bajaj and never recommend anyone to go bajaj for any thing. Hemant Chaudhary Vehicle registration no.                               Mr jayantilal solanki working at executive bajaj showroom at link road, malad west.i gave him a cash payment of 50000 for bajaj discover 150f and my old scooter as exchange. he then comitted me to give the delivery along with registered number on 4th of october. he is now telling me that he cannot deliver the bike on the 4th of october. this was the second time he delayed the delivery.so for all these days i didnt have my old scooter and now i m also not getting my bike.i had to suffer because of all these.i cannot recomend anyone to go to that showroom.very bad service given to customer.i hope required actions are taken by bajaj to improve such problem which would indirectly affect the sales of bajaj automobiles.

                                    I had booked a Pulsar 200NS(Black) in June. Dealer informed me about the one and half month waiting period. Its been more than 3 months and still i receive no update. Dealer himself says he did not get any update. And some dealers says the production is stopped and when i called up customer care they also do not have proper information. And for those who have booked 200NS, they are insisting on buying 200AS which is not doing good in market.                                       I purchased bajaj pulsar 220 fi on 25/01/2008. the day i purchased this bike it started giving me problem.I am having self start problem in my bike from last 2 months.I went to bajaj service centre for this issue and they said that your bike is having regulator problem and we need to replace it and right now we don't have that product so we have to call it from company which will take 10 to 12 days.After waiting for almost 1 month they changed that part and said get your bike battery recharged from outside(so now i have to take my bike to some other service centre to get it into working condition).After 2 days my started giving same self start problem i again took my bike to service centre and this time they said that we are not trained for this bike and we don't understand your bike issue(WHAT AN AWESOME REPLY FROM BAJAJ AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE).So 1st issue is If they are not trained for this bike how can they change my bike part.After lot of argument they said leave your bike here only and we'll call expert from jaipur and he will look after your bike problem.This all happened on 27/8/2015 since than there is no reply from them.So i went to service centre again yesterday(28/9/2015) and i was shocked to see that THEY ARE TAKING BOLTS N OTHER THINGS FROM MY BIKE AND PLACING IN OTHER PERSONS BIKE. Now what the hell is that. They are cheating their customers, they cant even give service for this bike and over that they are using my bike products in other bikes. Please look after these problem as soon as possible.

My Bike No Already Generated I.E Cq-9330. I Visited Both Branches Of Bajaj GSM (Sohna Road/Khandsa Road) And Behavior Of Service Providers Is Very Abusive. Name Of The Person I Talked Is Karan And His Mobile No Is +91-[protected]. He Abused Me And Told Me Do Complain To Any One And Use Very Abusive Language.
