I sahil madnani purchased my pulsar 150 saffire blue color on 28th september 2014 and my bike number gj - 01 - sp - 4072 from ahmedabad naroda patiya branch and now when i gave my bike for servicing in manan bajaj shah - e - alam ahmedabad branch.

I have complained regarding vibration in steering after servicing i am not satisfied with this service as vibration is still as it was.

As per my talk with mr. Anshul chaurasiya the so called general manager of your company.

He is not in position to reply me in proper way now what should i do? Where should i go?
Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible and let me know further.

    I debasish saha want to state the major problem of bajaj service center in kolkata.2weeks ago i was booked my 180bike parts(handle lock set)in rolta bajaj kestopur but still now the parts is not available in the showroom, even i visit your maniktala (i dont know what is the name of this showroom)there is also the same case.I want to know to the higher authority that how much day after i get this parts...?       My name is Manish sharma, I recently purchased a Pulsar 180 bike from one of your dealers in Pune named "Rythm Auto" Vishal Nagar. I really faced a bad experience as a customer which I havn't faced before. I bought my bike by giving a cash payment of 82, 200 which is really huge and I was not given any discount but was promised to give some accessories in the form of Helmet lock, petrol lock, seat cover and coating. Till the day I purchased, I was astonished to see the friendly behaviour of those guys ruling the agency, but soon after taking the cash payment things got worse. I visited 4 times for my accessories and for all times I was given useless excuses for not giving the accessories. Each time I visited the agency to get my free accessories that person not even entertained me well but simply ignored my presence, when asked about my accessories he told me to come next time as the service guys are busy. I even asked them to give me my accessories I can install myself from outside but that was also not agreed as he said it was against the rule of the agency. Please tell me what is this manner? I came 4 times whenever the agency people said travelling 30 kms from my home, and what i got was that lame and useless excuse. I am a true well-wisher of Bajaj who always want you guys to exceed and I also know how excellent your bikes are, but without customer satisfaction how can a company grow, seeing these conditions I am been forced to write this letter to you because its just spoiling Bajaj's name not any customer's I might not get my accessories but your small action against that dealer could save other customers facing these kind of bad experience

        Hi my name is ABUL KIASH ...i thought that bajaj auto is a very big brand and because of that i bought a bajaj discover from howrah liluah usg bajaj automobiles showroom...when they gave me the bike that time the self start and horn was not working... i told them that its not working and they told me that they will send the guy to my place next day for reparing...but its been more than 3 days i am not getting any support from anyside nither from showroom people nor from bajaj discover service centre side... and even from last night my kick start is also not working ...please help me or i will take some legal action or i will go to the concumer court... my contact number is [protected] bike discover 100 drum

          It's really a very bad experince of Bajaj, I have purchased Avenger Bike 220 and in terms of discount there was Rs.0, that is okay but when you are promised with bike they provide Helmet and seat cover, why dont you have in your stock. on 5th of July 2015 I have purchased a bike of around Rs.92000/- on cash and yet i am not able to drive just becoz of without helmet it is fine and more than 5 times i have called to this deleaer and always come to hear that next wednesday we get the stock of helmet, Dont know now when this auspicious wednesday will come for Bajaj and get the stock . If the same i have been told before making payments that you have to wait for so long, i would never go for purchased or i postponed my plan, go with all stcok avilability, however when i made the payment and ready to take my bike, i have been told we dont have in stock you will get on next wednesday. if you are not providing at least make us clear our company has not able to maintain proper stock and god knows if by your luck stocks recived once in a year then we provide Helmet.So we also able to make a mind that we have to purchase own helmet too, It keeps us in two mind whether should purchase own or wait for next wednesday. I am astonished on Bajaj, as a big brand value and on this competetive era how can you have a loop hole in terms of stock and service, A very small companies also understand and maintain their proper brand value, at least this kind of small issues are not come... I feel like i have purchased any goods from a Goverment Canteen

            Dear Sir/Mam, I am Vipin Tomar i had purchased the Discover 150F DL 5S BV 6532 from Rajiv Raj Bajaj on 21st Oct, 2014 and i am complaining about my bike digital meter, my bike digital meter is not working since last week and i have told at Suman Bajaj showroom in Greater Noida (UP) but they never give me reliable answer about my problems but they are asking for purchasing new digital meter at cost of Rs 2500/-. Secondly parts of this bike is not available on service center whenever I want change little part like rubber of wiser, they told me company made only bike not parts. I have faced many other problem with this bike like Clutch, lock & fuse problem and your people always asked for purchasing new parts. My question is that My bike is under warranty then why I am paying for new one. I am totally unsatisfied by your services, i think its not a small issue this is all about company goodwill and reputation, so my humble requested to you to please sort out my problem of digital meter as soon as possible and change my think about your company services.

              My pulsar 200 AS when i m riding over 20 km/h then the front disc or wheel giving irritated sound kwick-kwick like that i was told this issue to service center at first servicing but my issue not solved by service centre. Please tell me any solution for that Thanking you.

                I Have giving my bike to servicing to yuvraj bajaj auto Muradnagar, Ghaziabad U.p. I have discussed every time of servicing to manager about my bike problems but they never sold it.what should i do. my bike is runing with very noisy and vibration and chain is doing so khar-khar.its only 6 months old but he looks is very old type not looks its Engine(When Driving). I have doubt on yuvraj bajaj service center is that they are not register with bajaj. I therfore request you to please see the history of this bike being serviced in your stations and suggest me what i need to do now. as you have left no option just to go in the consumer court and claim my losses in financiacl terms and my mental pressure and un comfort inlast 6 months. I m also tell you that i am a employee in private Company not have in enough time to waste in your service stations. Waiting for your reply and quick action.                   This is in refernce to the service provided by bagga link kirti nagar new delhi. Iwould like to put it in your information that i had given my pulsar (DL6S AC 8261) 220cc dtsi on 18th january 2015 with complaint "both brakes of bike working not properly & chain set noising". After the request and suggestion of mr. manager, bagga link kirti nagar service station, we agreed for the complete bike repairing with full service @ Rs. 7000/-. according to him the bike needed the following actions for its complete corrections:- 1. Change of kit chain sprocket 2. Change of disk front dia 260 3. Change of caliper assembly brake front 4. Change of assembly master cylinder 5. Change of assembly caliper rear floating 6. Change of clutch switch 7. Change of lamp. and Etc. He said mr sneh (my name) you need not worry after doing this activities your bike will be ok and i willbe taking all the responsibilities hereafter. he made me several calls to me through his mobile no.( [protected])for taking approval for the final bill given to me Rs. 8300/-. When we visited kirti nagar service station and taking a trial ride brakes not working properly . I told the for the problem to the manager and he said that brakes are new properly worked in 7 to 8 days.but problem was not solved. On 18th july 2015 going to the service station kirti nagar for the brakes complaints but this time also complaint not resolved and bill given to me Rs. 1765/-. On 1st august 2015 going to the service station kirti nagar for the brakes complaints but this time also complaint not resolved. I'm highly disappointed with the quality of service provided to me at the authorised service centers and more importantly with the quality of products that have been fitted into my bike. I fail to understand why, even after repeated diagnosis by reputed engineers, management and mechanics . I've also attached the satisfaction vouchers give to me on these three separate occassions. I therfore request you to please see the history of this bike being serviced in your stations and suggest me what i need to do now, as you have left no option just to go in the consumer court and claim my losses in financiacl terms and my mental pressure and un comfort inlast 8 months. I m also tell you that im government employee in ministry of defence not a in enough time to waste in your service stations.                     I have giving my bike in servicing to Authorised Bajaj Service Centre (Unnati Motors Service Center) in Basistha Road, Guwahati since last One and Half Years. At the beginning I found the Servicing Staffs very friendly and also the Bike after servicing runs smoothly. But since last 3 servicing, I have having complain like Bike get breakdown on the very next day of Servicing, etc. Also whenever I give the bike for servicing, the mechanic called me up and says that there is problem in the bike and so I allow them to make changes in parts or repair the same. For that they charge extra which is not an issue to me. But it has become their trends of calling me up and asking for changing parts. And I have encountered that every servicing I have to make payment of around Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 4000/-. Also there are some people in the service center that ask for extra money for giving special attention in the bike servicing.

                      I have purchased a bajaj AS 200 vehicle number MH 04 HA 0104 Chassis Number MD2A36FZ0FCB01497 Engine Number: JLZCFB84388, Invoice Number: VSI[protected] from Suryoday Bajaj, Mira Road Dealer Code 10852. I have noticed that the bike sold to me does not have a proper engine. The bike according to the specifications suppose to have a Triple Spark Engine but to my surprise, when i checked the bike it has only a Twin Spark engine. I have cross checked with other bike owners and every bike has a triple spark engine but me and few others are also facing a same problem they have a twin spark engines in their Pulsar AS 200. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. I have also reported this to the dealer but he ignored and told me to report this to the company as it’s their problem and we don’t make bikes here and he was very rude and threatened to hit me. Therefore I hereby request you to look into this issue at the earliest and provide me the solution. We all who have been sold the same defective bike have decided to hire a lawyer and go to consumer court and media if our problems are not resolved at the earliest.                           Myself Ravindra dabola. I were purchased a bajaj Discover 150f past 3 months ago. But within a week i felt like something is not working properly. The gear and the accelrator wasn't working properly and it was heating automatically when i was going for long trip.So i get back to the dealer and asked to solve the prblem. He told me its happening just because of the bike is new after 500 kms this problem will not occur, or after first service it will be finished. But i was finding big troubles in going outside with the bike. So i decided not to wait too long for 1st service. So i put my bike in Bajaj suryoday nearby my residence. They gave me an appointment to come and leave the bika on that perticular day. I dropped my bike on that the day of appointment. Then the service centre people told me, you just come after 2 o'clock and it will be done. I said ok and left from there. After i reached there by 3 they told me your service work is still pending, just wait for another one hour. I went back on 4:30 and they again told me to give final half an hour. I cwme back by 5;30 and again they said that your work is under process. Suddeniy they told me its our closing time, so sir please visit tomorrow. I said ok and about to leave as they told sir your service work is done. At that time only i felt that there is a very big issue in the bike as they took so much of time. They charged me Rs-431, for changing the engine oil. I asked them this is a new bike how could you charge for engine oil? Then they told me its our company's service policy is there for first service we charge for engine oil, then you get 2 swrvices free. But after2-3 days problem remained same. Then i asked the dealer to change the bike with another discover 150f. S o the dealer told me that its company's policy that we can't change the bike before one and half months from purchase. Ita the company's rules and regulations. I said ok and were driving the bike on my own risk. But after a month when i went back to the dealer he told me now we can't change the bike as your number has been already published. I argued with him for half an hour, but he wasn't ready to change the bike. After finding no way for my prblem, i decided to semd mail to the company for my critical condition. So i sent a mailon company's i.d. and next day i received a call from bajaj customer care from [protected] number. And he asked me about my problem and i explain him about the problem. And then he told me we will refund you your whole money including deposite and EMI paid by you. So i feel relaxed, but after 15 days from that call i realised that there wasn't any proper response from company. I oftenly used to call on that number by asking when will i get my refund. He used to tollerate me by saying within 2 days we will refund you, within 2 days we will refund you. After waiting for a long time of 15 days i sent one more mail for the same prblem and whatever happened in those 15 days. Next day i got a call from bajaj from mr santosh-[protected], and he assured me to solve the problem. And again i went there in the service centre and dropped my bike. I dropped it on 28/7/15 and they returned it to me by 29/7/15 by 5:30 p.m by saying the problem was happening because of the tools kit sleeps from his place and it placed nearby the gear box. Wow for this just this kind of normal problem the took 2 whole days. And they were not ready to give test drive also.
                          Now am specially requesting you please help me. I want refund against the bike i have purchased from bajaj. This is my last mail to the company. Next time i will not send any mail. I will simply not pay the EMI amount. So it depends on you whether you want me to do that or not. I haven't anything like this before with anybody. But after watching such a irregular behaviour from bajaj peoples am feeling bad by doing such things. So sir am waiting for your reply. Will wait tiil monday night for your reply. Hope you will help me to solve my problem.

                                  From where i suppose to start.This is my second complain for the same vehicle Bajaj Pulsar 200NS. 1st complain id (CR- 161328) and it was resolved successfully.Now its almost 4 months and having multiple problem with engine. 1. Oil leakage from engine 2. Overheating issue 3. crazy vibrations and Noise from engine 4. Automatic bike stops when driving on the road at speed of around 60. I left my bike on GEMS AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD (HADAPSAR) Pune for 3rd servicing on date 21/07/2015.After two days of investigation they are telling me there are some major issues with my pulsar 200NS. They have tested bike and notified me on 22/7/2015 bike has stopped working and they have towed bike to service center.Even they are not able to diagnose the exact problem. Now what i suppose to do should i go to consumer court or Bajaj India pvt.ltd should look into this problem. I am absolutely not satisfied with GEMS AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD (HADAPSAR) Pune service center. The way they initiating towards this problem. Please look in to this problem ASAP and do necessary step.

                                    Hi, I am the owner of Bajaj 2OO NS. I have given my bike to Bajaj Service Center in Vishal Nagar (Rhydtm Auto) on 29th June 2015 to get my bike front mag wheel replaced, but still I didnt got my bike. Whenever I call them, they just say the part is not been provided by BAJAJ AUTO, every time I call they say we will receive the part in 2-3 days but that 2-3 days is still pending. I dont know if Bajaj is not having a single mag wheel to provide to the customer then why cant they shut there company only. I tried calling on there customer care number provided on bajaj auto website but the number is always not reachable. I have mailed them several of times but no reply for that even. I will suggest everyone not to buy Bajaj Bikes since then cant serve you in future, when you need your bike to get repaired. Please raise the complain for this. I am really irritated with this. I cant say daily auto bill of 200rs now, I want Bajaj to pay me for that even since because of them I am not getting my bike from more then 3weeks.
