HI All, I am purchage my Bike on 20th Feb, 2015 with Reg NO:-- KA-51 EA-753. I have purchase it Amba Showroom Madiwala, Bangalore. I have very bad Test with Purchasing bike till Now. Last 3 Months, I have Self-Starter Issue. I am asking them to look into properly. They r suggesting, no it's common problem. I am facing it for Last 3 Months. Can someone look into matter.     I will give my bajaj pulsar 200 ns reg.no. RJ27DS3127 for normal servicing and compony takes too much time always although work is not proper. I have always bad experience at service workshop.they will not give proper response in good manners.

      Sir, I have bought this Kristal 5 years back I found that Kristal spare parts are not available in the market. Two times I met with an accident, but I did not change the spares. Present my accelerator cable giving trouble for that I searched all bike spare stores but I did not find it. Now! what should I do this, the company really making fools those who purchased this Kristal.I do not have chance to sell this or repair it.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is with reference of my complaint no- CR-167970. I would like to inform you that till date the problem has not been resolved and technician are not well equipped. They are not able to fix the problem. Sometimes they say there is issue of (electric self) sometimes CDI issue and sometimes magnet. They are compelling us to buy the equipments from the market. Sir/ Ma’am if the authorized service centre (Shri Ganesh Auto Bajaj Service Centre) is not having well trained technicians and not having equipments How could they are going to fix my problem. Almost is going to be 4th day of my bike at service centre. I would request to shift my bike to another service centre were this problem can be shorted out. However I am facing a lot of problem without bike. For the same I am not going to pay single penny. Please act softly.                 Dear sir, my name is Ravindra B Dabola. I stay in Mira road. I had purchased a new bike named Discover 150f from jairaj auto dealer in golden nest, mira-bhayender road. But when i started driving the bike, i feel some disbalanced between the bike'k Cluch and Accelerator. For this problem i complained to the dealer and he told me don't worry, you are new person driving the bike. There's nothing went wrong with the bike. Then again the same problem occured 2-3 times. Again he said the same thing, its you who can't drive bike well. iI asked the Dealer to change the bike and give me other Discover 150f. But he refused my request by saying once you will be done with your bike's first service the problem will never occur again. I agreed and then i went fot the sales and service centre nearby my house. They charged me some amount for the repairing work, but again the problem weren't solved. Then again i went to the Dealer with my friend and told about the same. He asked me why did you went to that sevice centre when its illegal. They have cheated with you. You keep your bike for two days in my office i will give you another in a exchange. But again he gave me the same. And when i asked him that this is the same bike you were given to me. He replied yes because once your number passed from RTO we cann't exchange the bike. And company will not exchange or refund your money. And am still suffering from the same problem. Now i just want to ask whether you the company is ready to help me in this matter to give me REFUND or either i should go through conumer court procedure to claim double amount of my bike.                     Sir/Mam, Since I bought the new Bajaj pulsar 135 from the dealer the front tyre was wobbling from the very first day and I was told that this is due to less air pressure in the tyre or may be the product has been there standing in the showroom for a long time and if the problem persists you can visit the Bajaj service centre and the problem will be resolved. I visited the show room at-least 10 times after that, and I also made a note every time I got my bike serviced. But every time excuses were made by the people at the care centre like first they said the tyre is not properly arranged with the alloy they asked me to go to a tyre shop and get it done. I did the same but it was still not fruitful. Finally, they told me that this is the problem with the entire pulsar 135 bikes every pulsar 135 has the same problem. How funny! If the company produces such bike with wobbling handle is must be shut before a loss of life of the user of the bike. Now it’s been 1.5 years and there is no scope of any solution in fact this is my last effort before filing a case in the court.

                      i had purchased new bajaj discover 150 f 7 months ago, and it's average it just a 25 kmpl, while your real average is around 50-55 kmpl.. I gave my bike to the service station 2-3 times, but my problem couldn't solve...n your after sales service is very poor, thats why I suffered a lot...,

                        mene aaj se 7 mahine pehle bajaj pulsur 135 finance karwai thi or starting se hi meri bike ka engine 1 k.m chalne par hi engine itna garm ho jata he ki bike awaj karne lagti he is baat ki comlaint mene bahut baar kar chuka hu lekin mujhe kahi se bhi kuch sahi jabab nahi mila or me bahut jyada pareshan hu meri bike se or agar mujhe 7 din ke andar koi jabab nahi mila to me company par wrong bike dene ka claim kar sakta hu

                          I had given my PULSAR 200 NS for 2nd free service. After servicing engine started vibrating more and even gear shifting had gone worse. Another thing is self motor was not working if bike in gears. It almost made a death trap for me in the middle of traffic anyhow service guys had fixed the issue after raising concern. but other problems are still there...1+ lakh bike is sounding and performing like a now.

                                i'm facing issue in my bike purchased on 10-10-13 Chain replacement done at 20000 km as facing friction noise they checked it ten time but u fails to find the issue every time checked it, i don't know what they did every time it work some tens of km. & creating same issue.

                                  Sir that I am good existing customer of yours company taking so much product from bajaj. That i take one Two wheeler Vehicle Platina 100ES on 13/04/2015 Bill No. 54 from Rampa Autos Hoshiarpur Bus Stand Road Opp Presidency Hotel Hoshiarpur. That I paid all the Money For starting Down payment and Documents like Insurance RC, . Temp No. but still i didnt get my RC because they said The Address is From Ludhiana and you have to pay more money for this. I agree to pay but they Demanded 1700 Rs for Applying RC. I already Paid 3750 Rs for RC and They Demanded 1700 rs more. Its going 1 months ago i feel irritated now. The Vehicle registered on my father name Davinder singh S/O Sr. Amar Singh R/o H.No 53 Simranjeet Nagar Tibba Road Ludhiana. Also i am going lots of time in DTO office Ludhiana for applying my RC but they rejected. I confirmed everything the actual price of registration is 2965 tax and 200 take for Rc charges by DTO Office. They already take 585 extra money for RC and demanded 1700 more.                                     Mere pass pulsar 150 hai 2007 fst digital modal. Lakin mujhe pure BHOPAL m kisi bhi showroom m parts nahi mil rahe hai. Aur jo hai wo appke yaha k showrooms m theek se nahi kiya ja raha hai. Mai pahle mp nagar zone 1 m bajaj ka showroom hai waha bhi bahut baar karwaya . Uske baad maine ko-e-fija m bhi karaya. Jo bhopal sabse bada showroom hai. Lakin paisa kharch kar wane k baad bhi . Bike waisi hi ho jati hai 1.2..2din baad jaise isme kuch karwaya hi nahi. Humare pass itna time nahi rahta ki baad m fir unhe dekhane showroom jaye . Uski maine aabhi cheez naya dalwa diya hai jo show room walo ne kaha, jaha tak us ki puri electric wairing 3 kara chuka hu. Last time 2 month pahle new wairing karai thi ko-e-fija k showroom par fir bhi abhi m pareshan ho raha hu . Unke pass to parts bhi nahi the local parts dale meri bike m .                                       Hi I have given my pulsar 200 ns for warrant second free service on Monday. When I called them on Tuesday they have asked me to come on Wednesday evening. When I went there on Wednesday evening at 6.30 the bike was not ready. They started servicing then and completed within 15 min and they gave me a bill for rs. 1300 when I asked for the details they said it includes chain lubrication charge of rs. 150 & its labour charge of rs.100 which...
