I had purchased an Pulsar 150cc bike from the CPL BAJAJ showroom in pathankot.The worst scenario is that when my bike was to go and I made all my payment they told me that the fuel is sufficient but only after covering 50 meters of distance the bike got stopped in the middle of road and it's too hot outside.Again I go to the agency and informing them about this then all staff starts laughing on me .I just want to ask is this is the customer satisfaction.Bajaj is just loosing their customer and just because of one customer they will loose many customers.I made an mistake by purchase bike from this showroom.     Decided to buy an avenger 220 Even tough all the papers are clear there is delay for delivery.due to ego problem between same company branches (KVR BAJAJ MALAPPURM & KONDOTYY) At first we checked the bike in malappurm and decided to buy from there but they can't make delivery in time so we go checked in KONDOTY branch and this incident happen so take further actions required ...

      sir, I am Deepanand, i bought an discover 150f (tn 66 f 4861) from the dealer jai krishna 100 feet road coimbatore, later few days the vehicle battery becomes dead i gave it to jai krishna authorised service centre 100 feet road coimbatore at the time of first free service on 01.06.2015, that the battery has one year replacement warranty card, the service centre man told me to wait for 5 days to replacing the battery, after 12 days he called me today at 10.30 (12.06.15) he told me "that the battery dealer refusing to replace the battery, so your battery cant replaced by us", sir i bought vehicle from the name trusted by bajaj, i request you to replace my battery as soon as possible and also requesting the service centre not to say chilli answers to the customers, i have attached the service centre battery replacement service card. with regards Deepanand

        I have bought my Bajaj Avenger from the Chembur Showroom address (14, Hira Compound, Mahul Road, Chembur East, Mumbai - 400074) on diwali 2014. The showroom has shut down without prior information. I haven't received my RC book till date i.e., 11-June-2015. See the shut down confirmation on Just Dial website also http://www.justdial.com/Mumbai/Shreeram-Bajaj-Showroom-%28Closed-down%29-%3Cnear... Whom to contact to know the status of my RC book? I don't know whether it is applied for, issued, dispatched etc. Could you (www.consumercomplaints.in) help me?

          I have given my bike for servicing in Manan Bajaj in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. Bike is 2 Year Old in excellent condition but on next day my bike suddenly got engine problem. Later on discussion with mechanic it is found that only 300 ml of oil is present in engine. I haven’t change oli after servicing because oil is full 1 liter I have filled just around 50 days back. Manan Bajaj after servicing has not put oil back in engine and which resulted in bike problem. I also have Annual Priviedge Membership as well.

              Excessive charges for bike servicing

              On 06-June-2015, i had given my Bajaj Pulsar 150 for paid service at Kalyani motors, Bangalore. The initial estimation amount was 2000(the advisor told it will even less than this) in the work sheet given. But after the service, i was informed that the total amount was Rs. 3, 102. After one week use we have observed some engineering issues like Petrol indication is not matching with actual, the pillion seat is open without key, just by pressing on back portion.Please see the video.Engine over heating for small distances.

                  Hi sir i have purchased bajaj 100 cc 4G bike on March 10 within week I have noticed that it has got self start problem.I have gone to service center they have nt responded clearly after first service again I gone their with same problem.on 22nd May they took battery and sent to the company it took a week to come back and they said battery is okay. on June 2 again I given for service job card no 1319. They till date haven't given back.I am a high school headmaster. I have gone s c for 7 times which is 30 km from my native. So what is the use of taking new bike. For company fault I have to pay.and spend my valuable time.I am fed up of bajaj

                    Hi My name is vinit udaykumar naik, in would like to lodge a complain for my bajaj pulsar mh48 m7004.I have visited the service centre in borivli east but i havent got good response from them.As i showed the mechanic there but he just said there is no problem with the bike which i totally disagree.My bike doesnt run above the speed of 70, i think there has been some issues due to which i had been to the service centre expecting to get cleared but still it havent been cleared as a result i had to mail and lodge a complaint.thank you and i expect a quick action and my bike issues to be cleared as soon as posssible.

                      I have purchased Bajaj Discover 150S Disc in 25th of March 2015 from Nitya Automobiles Solan. From 1st day is is not giving proper mileage. Its giving mileage of 25-30 Km/Ltr. only. I have told to service center many times but not get satisfactory response from authorized dealer. Description of Bajaj Discover 150s Disc about mileage is 70-72 Kms/Ltr. So Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                        We are regular buyer of your company's Motorcycles and purchase atleast 3 motorcycles together with every two or three years gap. We have recently purchased 3 bikes Discovery 100 cc. We noticed the Shocker of one of bike regn no. DL 6S AR 4405 (Engine no. JBZRFK64370, CHASSIS NO. MD2AZ1FRK53185) was leaked and asked Bagga Link to repair as same is under Warranty, they did the job but have charged us Rs.300/- for the same and also have charged Rs.117.90 for changing some rubber seal, stating both these i.e. Shockers and Seals are not under warranty. My question is that we have not purchased Shocker or Seal, it is Bikes which we have purchased and the bikes are under warranty. What parts are used, from where you are procuring are not our concern. If, bike is under warranty, why your dealer have charged under their bill no.CINV10047BRN[protected] dt. 30.05.15.

                                i have purchased my pulsar 150 byke on august 2013 with registration no. UP 64 R 7746, and have got my servicing done with the regular interval, from UDAY AUTOSALES PRIVATE LIMITED, it was commmon that the residual amount of engine oil was cosiderably low from the initial service and i have also brought it to the notice of the service guy once but he told me thats its was fine, today when i took my byke to service the residual amount of the engine oil was only 150 ml and they told me that there is some problem with my engine and it will cost me around 7000 rupees, as my byke is only 3 years old and i have took my byke to the service center at regular intervals and there is such a major problem with my byke, therefore it is possible that the service centre guys did not do their work and let my byke to just go even worst and when the warranty is over they just told me that it will take 7000, is it your company policy to charge the customers, and is it normal that a 3 year old byke can its engine briked, what about the quality of the product, you please tell me what i should do and what alternatives i have or i will find one thank you sriniwas kumar das reg no.                                       Dear Sir, I have a bought a Discover 125M bike on April 6th 2015, on the first day itself I saw the oil leakage on the rear right side and left mirror glass has been damaged partially and some scratches as well. I complained all these to the showroom manager Mr. Bala and Service Manager but no action has been taken for a month, even I met them directly three times, before all these I paid the entire amount in cash and waited for more than two weeks of time for the delivery and on the registration day the entire Jai Auto (Chrompet) team made a mess on my original documents and reply recklessly. At the time of 1st service, I have list down the following complaints but most of that are not taken care Self-start not working (even now) Gear shifting problem from 1 to 2 Engine noise Noise from the back wheel when driving in 3rd gear I have contacted them to discuss about these problems and to get the RC book but the staffs are behavior is ridiculous. Can I get justice, if required I may a complaint as well in Consumer Court since I am facing the discomfort and irresponsible reply’s from the Jai Autos Team in Chennai Tamabaram. Regards, V.
