I been to bajaj service station on 19th for some break issue people over there advised me to go for servicing and they changed the break pad as they said that because of the break pad there is problem with breaks and they changed couple of things for the break reason and gave me a bill for 1100rs the very next day i had the same problem as whenever i travel 15kms the breaks stop working completely and went back to them again with the same problem and this time they said there is some problem with break disk plate and said have to change it and assured me that i wont face the same problem again and they also changed the break [ad again as it was been changed 7days back and they said it has to be changed as there are some lines on to it and i paid a total of 1355rs so in total i paid 2455rs for nothing because i still have the same problem i got my bike yesterday from bajaj and the advisor over there said confidentally that i wont face that problem again, today in the morning when i was travelling to office keeping in mind that the break problem is been resolved as i was late at work was speeding up suddenly when i was on 100km/ph the break stop working and i met with an accident because of your service i was about to die today i request you to look in the matter ASAP need a proper compensation on this and the work has to be done or have to forcefully take legal action against you guys Kindly get in touch with me on my cell phone [protected] or you can write me an email at jayesh.[protected]@gmail.com Thanks

    Hi, I had given my Discover 100cc bike to M/S SAI Auto Sales Sector 17 Gurgaon on 25th April. Mechanic Ajay told me that they need to do some work for engine and it will cost around 6500. I was little reluctant as amount was high and I was not confident whether they will do service properly. But Ajay and his colleagues told me that it will be handled properly and as it was Bajaj authorised service centre so I gave my bike for engine work. After 7 hrs of wait I got my bike. On 27th morning I was not able to start my bike. I had to take public transport for my office. I thought I will check with some local as service centre was quite distant from my location. 28th I got a call from Service centre regarding feedback (Mobile no. [protected]). They told me that they will send mechanic to my place. Ajay came for inspection and he said that water has flown inside petrol tank during washing and they need to clean the same. He said that they will send someone to pick the bike but that can be done after 10:00am next day. That was not feasible for me because of my office timing so for whole week I had to take public transport. Then Saturday 2nd May I called the service centre on the above number and spoke to Ajay he said he will come by 2:00pm. I called him again around 1:45pm he told me that he will be at my place within10 mins. But he did not come. I again called around 3:00pm then Dilip from service centre picked up the call and said Ajay is busy he cannot come. I told him the issue and Dilip said it’s not our responsibility. Ten I went to the service centre and Dilip told me that Ajay will come to my around 6:30pm and clean the tank at my place itself. Ajay came to my place around 8:00pm and said give me bike I will clean the tank and you can collect it tomorrow morning. I did not give my bike as they were not giving me any receiving regarding bike collection. Ajay said he will come to my place 3rd May before 11:00am but did not turn up. I called again on the same number around 11:45am someone picked the phone and said Ajay is not available call after 10 mins and then afterwards they stopped picking up my phone. I got my bike repaired from local shop. I do not want any claim from Bajaj just wanted to share this experience so that other consumers will think twice before availing services from Bajaj or purchasing Bajaj bike.

        Myself krishnaraj, i bought a pulsar 200NS from Ashtavinayak motors khargar, Navi-mumbai. Now it passed around 1 month & i didn't receive the registered vehicle number. i have approached the dealer two to three times. Still i don't receive any positive response. Please do the needful otherwise please take the vehicle back & refund me the amount which i have paid. Awaiting a positive response from your end to clear my issue at the earliest.

          I hereby want to inform you that I have a loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd for Motor Cycle and the EMI was Rs 2209. MY EMI is not debited from my bank account on 08/07/2013, 08/08/2013 and 08/09/2013 As a result I was made cash payment to Bajaj Finance Ltd on 19.09.2013 Rs 2209 @ 2 installment and Rs 2209 on 24.02.2014. Now PNB bank debited EMI of Rs 2209 @ 3 from my bank a/c on 07.04.2015 dated 08/07/2013, 08/08/2013 and 09/09/2013. PNB Bank asked me that on the above date bank was also made payment and due to some technical issue amount was not debited form by Bank account.
          Requesting you that please reconcile your account and arrange to reverse my fund as soon as possible. I am follow up this case since 7 April 2015 from [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and today is 22.04.2015. How much time it will take to resolve this problem.

              Hi, I purchase platina bajaj bike from dewan bajaj, lajpat nagar during nawratas. At that time i ask them regarding the fancy number for my bike, they told me i have to go to authority myself for that and i have to give them the order received from authority and they will process further. I went to the authority for number, they gave me the number and when i gave the papers to dewan bajaj manager, Mr.Kapil, he told me again that its not his duty to deposit papers, i have to again go to authority to deposit road tax and number charges, every time they give me wrong information, when i confirmed from the authority they told me its the duty of the dealer to deposit road tax and complete papers. but showroom people are straight away saying no.                 Dear Sir/Madam, This is Abhinay Jha from Pune-411014. I have been cheated from the Bajaj Service center on the name of service. Please find some time to go through the details of my complain and the issues mentioned. I am using Pulsar 150, 2005 model. On 20th Feb 2015, I went to Krishna Auto service center, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune with the complain that bike does not have good pickup. I was replied by Mechanic that the clutch and its related plates need to be changed. I had to pay Rs.1613. I could notice and reported the same back to the mechanic that the bike still had some issues like no good pick-up, engine stops on 2nd and onwards gears. The mechanic replied that because of many vehicles in queue, I need to get back the vehicles on some other day. Besides that fact that I am working person and I hardly find any time, I went back on 6th March and on 7th March, he had similar reply. Sorry We were busy and could not look into your vehicle. I was ridicule. Again on 20 the March I had similar reply form the mechanic. When On 17th Of March, I went and said the bike is in worst situation, please look into the issue. I got the reply that I need to change the clutch and it related plates . It was shocking for me. How come the issue can occur again? I have already paid you for the plates and services, why are you saying like this?. I had no-option. I left the bike there for maintenance and this time I am charged with Rs.1325 (approx). The mechanic now has many reason to hide his faults. Now Sir, it’s not about the money but about the fact that because of their faults and improper services, why should I pay and bear the loss. I had handed over the bike for maintenance and asked them to look into the complete issue along with servicing. After some time, they are asking me to pay for similar things. Many of my friends had complain about this service center. I am worried, is this an Authorized Bajaj service center or a fake one?. If this authorized one, the company should look into the issue and I need my money back along with the proper services done. So I would request you to assist me out of this condition. Such cheating propensities of service centers always cause loss to the customer like me. We are very general people and cannot pay our time towards going to police or court for such issues.                     LEGAL NOTICE Name and Address:- M/s. Subhash Tractors, Bank Road Gorakhpur. Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind notice that I purchased a Discover blue colour Motorcycle form Subhash Tractor which was authorized dealer for the same (Will be mentioned hereinafter as said goods) for consideration of Rs 54689/+ Insurance Rs. 1509 alongwith Teflon Polish of worth Rs. 400/-paid in cash vide your cash memo/receipt no.03166 on 25.10.2013. The said goods was purchased for facilitating the consumer for conducting his profession as Lawyer in Civil Court, Gorakhpur, but he was unable for conducting the same, because said goods had tendency to the defects elaborated as under- 1. That within a week of purchasing the said goods did not self start and after healthy efforts it could not be started manually, when consumer went to perches his medicine on Mahaveer Medical Store at 8 O’clock. Thereafter, he pulled his said goods and stood it in the stand of Star Hospital, Gorakhpur. On very next day said goods was sent to workshop Subhash Tractor for repairing the defects. 2. That Technicians of Subhash Tractor given whole efforts but failed to start the said goods on next day morning, then thereafter said goods was sent to service centre and consumer was asked to come at 3 O’clock (afternoon). The said goods was handed over to consumer at 7 O’clock on evening. It was informed that problem in starting was due to problem in corroborator and magnet and it was resolved now. 3. That Consumer complained to service centre of said goods, regarding the unnecessary and unusual sound generated by the seat of said goods low millage, as averred in it advertisement on 19.11.2013. It is relevant to mention here that the same defect has been found in all Discover Motorcycle, moreover Discover 125 T model has low ground clearance and therefore it hits speed breakers oftenly. It was informed that the defects aforesaid would be resolved after first servicing. After two days he went for servicing on service centre. During the servicing the technician told that since the quality of engine oil was very nice and said changing of oil was not required. The proposal of technician was against the norm of company, which stipulated that warranty of part might not be applicable if engine oil was not changed in each servicing. However, consumer told the technician to do everything as required and paid Rs 436/- after servicing, for the same. 4. That consumer again complained regarding aforesaid defects in said goods on 24/25.12.13 in its service centre and after one hour checking it was returned to consumer with assurance that the problems had been resolved. 5. That the second servicing was conducted on 19.03.2014. After this servicing alongwith aforesaid defects horn was not properly functioned. Thereafter on 05.04.2014 service centre told the consumer all aforesaid problems had been resolved. 6. That the engine of the said goods faced meantime a new problem of overheating. Moreover aforesaid defects in the said goods were not being resolved as assured to consumer. The entire grievances of the consumer again complained on 04.06.14 & 19.06.2014. The said goods again return back to consumer with same assurance, but nothing was done. 7. The above fact and circumstances clearly vindicate that you have not made goods the defects in the said goods which was your deficiency in services. The same is indeed regrettable and highly un business like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty, failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses as under – 1. The price of said goods Rs 54689/+ Insurance Rs. 1509 alongwith Teflon Polish of worth Rs. 400/-paid in cash 2. The mental exploitations and Physical exertions Rs 100000/- 3. In convenient to perform our routine business which ought to be performed with smart phone Rs 50000/- 4. The expenses of legal notice Rs 5000/- which you are liable to compensate me. You are herewith finally called to – 1. Remove the said defect in the goods and/or 2. Replace the said goods with new goods and/or 3. Return the price/ charges paid and 4. Compensation for financial loss/ injury/ interest suffered due to your negligence in the sum of Rs 211, 598/- with interest @ 9% per annum within 15 days of the receipt of this notice and failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for REDRESSAL of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal, as are warranted by law, filing a complaint under the statutory provision of t6he Consumer Protection Act 1986, exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.                       Hi Team, Recently i purchased one new bike ( Bajaj pulsar 150 DTS-I UG 4.5) on 13/02/2015 1st service done, current running KM meter is 2480, Next service due is 4500 to 500 KM, while drawing time engine making a noise immediately go and admit the authorised service center there 2 day team checked and found engine got seas, so i don't want this kind of issue bike please replace the faulty bike immedialty, please need your valuable support to get the new bike

                        I purchased a new Bajaj Pulsar 150Cc Bike on 29TH August, 2014; so w.e.f. this purchased date, I am continuously facing following problems even after Bike 1ST Service : - - 1. Gear system is not working properly as same is doing very much abnormal sound and all times gears stuck 2. Bike is doing very much abnormal sound while running including Chain Set 3. Bike Color is fading as same I keeps neat and clean even after 02 Nos. of Teflon Coating 4. Bike is giving average between 20 – 25 KM / Liter Your immediate support require for rectification of all above issues. Your immediate confirmation should be appreciated in this regards.

                            Hi My name is Meenakshi Anand and I am from Mumbai. I bought a new Bajaj pulsar - 150 cc bike for my husband last year (Jan'2014) and was really excited as Bajaj is our trusted brand and we keep suggesting the same to our friends and family. Also w were planning to buy the same bike for my brother to gift him for his wedding which is due in Dec'15. However our excitement and happiness did last for long and the journey of disappointed started when we started giving our bike for complimentary services. Every time when we gave our bike for servicing at Suryoday Bajaj Service Center, which is Bajaj authorise service centre located at Mira Road ( Mira Bhayander Road, Hatkesh Udhog Nagar, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayander, Maharashtra 401107) we face many problems. The service centre guys ruined the entire bike completely and even the pant got chipped from the engine, handle and main body and now the when we complaint about this they took the bike and again did the servicing and the next day we found that not the auto start button stopped working again we showed the bike to them and again the same issue. Moreover whenever we complain them the employees treat us badly and say "Ab kya ho gaya" as if they are doing some kind of favour on us and their attitude is so rude and unprofessional that we are forced to tell everyone they should not buy Bajaj bikes as post buying they will face problems for servicing. There at the service centre the bike engineers say talk to our manager and manager always remain out and speaks to us only over phone and never come face to face and lady at the reception is to disrespectful that she even make face in front of everyone. We are extremely disappointed and would request the Bajaj company to help us as both o[censored]s are working and don't have much time to again and again take the bike to the service centre and face their humiliation.                               Found scratches on petrol tank and on fairing on both sides. When asked it, the showroom person said that it is caused due to rubbing of plastic covers. Which means that the quality of paint used in Discover 150F is of cheap low quality which comes off just by hanging plastic covers and riding just for 3-5 kilometers. Very baaaad for a reputed company vehicle and the engine number is not carved on engine but is affixed using a number plate. Very baaaaaaad.

                                I had purchased Pulsar NS 200 in January this year. The bike was not thoroughly checked by their technical team while handing over to me. In couple of days the bike started giving trouble. (1) loose electrical connections due to which the bike used to switch off and on during rides. This trouble got rectified after numerous visits to Khivraj. (2) Bike engine switches off suddenly while riding. Still this problem is persisting. (3) Front suspension is making big noise even while going on small holes on road. (4) Though having 24 BHP i cant even touch 90 - 100 kmph and it takes lot of effort reaching 100. (5) Alloy rim's paint coating peeling off. Had discussed all these problems with Khivraj during my 1st service which they said will be resolved, but has not been till now and i am living with it. I regret buying the bike and suspect that i have received a faulty unit. Have been their customer since 2004. What can i do now ?

                                  Hello, I don't know if any of the intended personal read this or not. Howevere, I own a 2005 model bajaj wonder gear chetak 4 stroke scooter. The business strategy of bajaj auto has so changed as if they are in the market for next 10 years only and during this tenure they have to earn all that they can. Introducing a new product every year is an exhibition of failure of every previous product. The brand which appeared as a scooter dealer could not compete in scooter arena. Not listening to the customer complaints or acknowledging them for formality is a flop show. The pulsars could only be sold because every home had a positive feedback for priya, super or chetak but unfortunately the story will not continue long. I plunge into disgust when I have to search for spare parts like head light assembly, oil seal kit, ...or any other thing . Please try to understand the consumer who buys a conventional scooter is not at all intrested to indulge in the loop of buying a new product every year. We buy scooter for long term experience. I was happy to ride this scooter few years back as it was fuel efficient and noiseless . Now I feel like cheated When I spot a Honda Eterno, i feel to spit on my Bajaj wonder gear. Bajaj auto would not give a damn to consumer court but something that hits the business hard is reputation and I have so been hurt that I will never recomend anyone to buy a bajaj auto product . The dream of beating Honda and Yamaha will never come true .They are the leaders of their arena and bajaj has quit it's arena, the market of scooters. Contact me only if you have the spare parts .                                     Hi, I have purchased Bajaj Avenger in May-2014 from Gems Automobile, Pune. From the first day there is a problem of oil leakage in my Bike. I have completed 3 Services and every time the mechanic opened the engine and put some packaging but the problem is still remains. Due to this my bike's performance has decreased drastically. Please look into this matter as I have completely fed up with this issue. I have been suffering with this issue since May-2014 and I have complaint for this at the time of servicing of bike every time. If I won't get satisfactory action against my complaint, then I am left with no option than go to Consumer Court.

                                      hi, I am Imran from howrah- west bengal. I bought pulsor 220F 3 months back. i had my first service in January from salkia service centre in howrah and then after that i had many problems for eg horn, pick up and mileage... i had to go again for these problems. after few days again my horn was not working then i went there and get it fixed but of no use. i went there 5 times for my bikes horn problem and they were not ready to replace my horn and was asking for money and one of the mechanic named sandip misbehaved with me... he was not ready to replace the horn and was only fixing it... after the argument he changed the horn from that of an old bike... i want to complain...
