Bajaj Platina — Bad Service

hello sir
am sandeep i have purchased bajab platina a ten months ago from banglore bajaj showroom,
and unfortunately i met with an minor accident in which my bike wheel has gone completely,when i drives the wheel bubble
even i cliamed for insurance also bt till now am not getting one part that some seargam wheel part i dnt knw exactly what it is,
amba bajaj show room told me that they will get the part in some one week ,but still they are delaying ,i have been going to their showroom for the past one and half months ,but every time they tells that u have to wait,
really am very much dissappointed with the kind of service the Amba bajaj,hsr layout banglore 560034

I had availed loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for purchase of Bajaj Plantina two wheeler in 2008. of
loan no.[protected].

I have paid the loan in stipulated period of 2 years. But till date I have not received the NOC from the company.

Actually i have paid all the amont but one penalty is remaining of Rs. 500. but i
received the call from the pune offfice that you just paid the half of the penalty amount i.e. Rs.250
then you will get the NOC certificate in 30 days then i paid the amont still i have not got the NOC certificate.


i called many time to customer care about this matter but they told that you have to pay the whole amount this is not the good. you are not giving proper way to customer.


Is this the way to treat the customers? When 1 instalment is not paid on due date, the company sends its representative for recovery.

I am thinking of going to consumer forum against the company.

    hello,
    i[censored] r facing problem of stalls...then do not avoid this(this is problem with fuel pump cost rs 3500)
    i have done the same mistake and faced the problems.....

    pls read this
    pulsar 220fi consist of two filters
    primary and secondary
    primary is attached to the fuel pump inside the fuel tank
    and secondary below the fuel tank(white in color) that we usually change.
    I[censored]r bike is under warranty(2 years) then u r lucky.........
    i also had a same problem ,but my bike was not under warranty because i ignore this problem for 6-7 months.
    i changed the fuel filter twice......still problem not gone.
    Because,this was the problem with primary fuel filter that cost rs3500(because it is attached to the fuel pump and need to be replaced with fuel pump only)
    so my suggestion
    1) i[censored]r bike is under warranty take ur bike to pbk,first they will replace ur fuel filter....if the problem is still there tell them the problem is with primary fuel filter they have to replace it free of cost....

    2)if not in warranty then drive ur bike in same cond. keep fuel level above 4 liters......or spend rs 3500

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am Kiran Kumar MN, the owner of Pulsar 150 dts-i. I purchased bike in vst bajaj showroom in Rajajinagar Dr. Rajkumar road on 8-9-2008. I done all 4 free services and 1 paid service in this showroom only. I am not a fast rider, every time I just raise the accleartor 40 to 60 km/hr. But the result is low milage and engine problem. I changed the vechicle boar on[protected]. When I asked the supervisor they told its a manufacturing defect we cant do anything and they told we are going to change the boar and it will cost nearly thousand two hundred rupees. Then I spoke with the supervisor and also with service manager why I want to pay that much amount. The vehicle is in warranty period and I am not going to pay anything. But they didnt accept and finally they came up to 400 rupees. Here the problem is they done a very poor service. When i got the bike delivery on[protected] I found that they didnt adjusted the hydeling and milage one and also the break light systems and engine sound. Once again I complained the superviser and corrected all the mistake what they done. In fourth service they changed the parts like sparkplug and break set without any information actually the old one working good condition only. The vechicle is runned just 9000 kms. When I asked the superviser they told sorry for the inconvenience and now we cant do anything. In every service I got like this problems. the service they are given is very poor and they are not responding properly for the customers. This showroom service station is very worst and they are not functioning properly. They are given Late delivery. They took 3 days for boar change. Now I thinking why I choosen bajaj product. If they are going to continue the same thing definately one day show room has to be closed. They are going to charge for all the things nearly they cheated 1000 ruppes for me. they wont consider any warranties. the owners manual and the service books its for pooja purpose only. They wont consider mention things on that book. cheating peoples Beware of VST Bajaj in Rajajinagar.

      Really the service is very worst in the "VST Bajaj Cottonpet Service Centre" also. I own a Bajaj XCD125 vehicle, which is just a 1.8 Yrs old. I am paying nearly 2000 to 2500 for every services being done, and each time the spare parts are getting replaced. Just recently I had been billed 2100 Rs in the VST centre. When I questioned about it from the Manager upto the service engineer are just making a unhealthy arguments. When I talk about pulling this matter to the consumer court, the Manager is ready for some discounts. They are not ready to show the replaced parts when I asked for that. Its a hell to get serviced there. The same bitter experience has been happened to me in the Rajajinagar VST branch also. I suggest everybody to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles. If by mistake also if you had already gone with it, please dont choose the VST Bajaj showrooms. Even my 4 wheeler service doesn't cross 1000 Rs for every 3000 Km. Public should raise their voice and SUE such showrooms. And Government should take actions on such service centres. The people working here are also very rude in their behaviour and doesn't care for the customers. I request you all Readers to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles.
      I too agree with above comments. Last two month back I bought pulsar 150CC bike in VST rajajinagar. I done my bike 1st servive at my native bailhongal by paying Just150 Oil charge. When i gave it for second service they are insiting to do coating, and other unnecessary things. All together the billed 850.00 for second service which suppose to finish with 150.00 rs. Guys I request to don't go for rajajinagar VST ever. Showroom people does not know value of money how middle clss people are earning and paying service charge.
      I agree on above, it is a very worst service center which I have ever seen, from the low level management to top level management everybody is irresponsible. They change the parts and don't even inform us eventually when you go to take bike they will provide huge billed amount. When you object they will say they will give some discount on the bill.

      VST Rajajinagar service center has spoiled my bike (No mileage, Engine Problem, Gear Problem and Engine oil burns within 1000 KM).

      Dear friends it’s my sincere advice please never provide you vehicle to VST Rajajinagar service center.

      Yes. I agree with the above complaints. VST is one of the worst places to buy/get service. The first time I gave my bike for service I had to pay almost 3000 rupees. After 1 week again bike gave problem. When I took the bike to local mechanic (opposite to showroom only), he said the engine oil is very old and has not been changed from lot of time. But the showroom people said they changed the oil. The managers are rude and irresponsible. I will not recommend anyone to go here.
      Its the worst service centre I have ever seen. I used to regularly give my discover vehicle for service there. Last 2 times I had complained that the chain might have gone loose since i can hear the sound .. I paid them to fix the problem twice and those culprits used to say everything is fine.
      Last week I was driving in MG road the chain broke, I was lucky because of traffic i was driving slow otherwise i don't know what would have Happened.

      IF VST doesn't know how to service the vehicles Its better they shut down .
      Worst service. Mechanic is rude and , knowing nothing about even wiring. Supervisor is still bad, not even knowing about battery. They treat the customer as lay man and teach new theory about many things. They need proper traning on what they work and culture to not to cheat customers. When I gave my Pulsar for service, all electrical gadgets were working fine. After service, Indicator & Horn were not working. When asked they blamed the Battery, which is just month old and working fine. So I had to again go to different mechanic to fix them, which he did in 5 minutes. In fact he is not even company trained.
      When asked for quote the counter, Mechanic & supervisor gave all different figures with large difference.
      Unprofessional team of mechanic & supervisor.
      Delivery was prompt, with lacuna in service quality.
      Pricing is not known as we did not cross check anything and paid as they demanded out of frustration.

      Yes i agree they charge simply without doing oil change without cabling without correcting chain slackness.actually they just wash the bike and sprinkle some oil and tell us they have neatly serviced the bike and charge minimum above 2100.. but i think water wash your bike for 60 rupees.lube to ur bike chain.go to local mechanic and correct the chain slackness if any.and take castrol 20 w 50 engine oil and tell the same mechanic to change the engine oil.do this for every 6 months.you wil have to pay 60rs to water wash.390 rs to engine oil.and 40rs to local mechanic.totally around 500 rs.and save 1600rs and actually better Service than vst bajaj persons..

        Problem with my Pulsar 150 (Regn. No. DL 4S AL 5222 - May 2004 model) started in August 09. 1. Starting trouble, 2. Goes off when clutch is pressed and when stayed at traffic lights, more so when its lights are on, average went down. Piston (Cylinder kit) was changed through Bajaj sponsored (Gautam Auto, Mayapuri, New Delhi, Tel:[protected] on 12.08.2009. Went well till October, 09. Same complaint started in November, 09. Again went to Gautam Auto. RPM etc. were set. Went well. But same problem started after a week. Battery was replaced on 22.11.2009. Worked well for 2-3 days. Same trouble till now. Another thing is its RPM meter needle keeps flickering violently. To me it seems to be a electricity (stable current) problem. Anyway, Gautam Auto could not give right solution as explained above.

          Loan clear but not issues the RC book & NOC certificate

          I had purchased a Bajaj Platina on 12th Oct, 2007 vide BAFL from Bellary. My loan proposal no .was 590 / 348.

          Loan clear but not issues the RC book & NOC certificate

          The loan has been paid in full long back as per the PDC's handed.
          I have to sell my Platina for which the RC book & NOC certificate is needed urgently.The Bellary numbers are not known.

            I am purchase one Bajaj Platina 125DTSI-SI From SWADESHI AUTO PVT.LTD on Dt;- 22June 2009.

            But I am facing problem in my clutch. I repaired this one time on your Swadesi service center and they charged Rs 741/-. But the problem is still same. This will ride only 6000 KM.

            Pls tell me the solution where I go? Because if I go to your Swadeshi service center they will charged me again.

            This was a manufacturing problem for clutch. And this engine is also XCD.

            Pls give me the solution or replace this bike or buyback this.

            But I am facing problem in my clutch. I repaired this one time on your Swadesi service center and they charged Rs 741/-. But the problem is still same. This will ride only 6000 KM.

            Pls tell me the solution where I go? Because if I go to your Swadeshi service center they will charged me again.

            This was a manufacturing problem for clutch. And this engine is also XCD.

            Pls give me the solution or replace this bike or buyback this.

              I have purchased a bike (Bajaj Discover135cc) from (Dewan Bajaj, J-25 Central Market, Lajpat nagar-2, New Delhi-24) on 15th October.
              At the time of purchase, the dealer told me that the bike I am going to purchase is manufactured in the month of September and I was ok with that.
              But now at the time of registration I came to knew that my bike was manufactured in the month of April.

              Also I am facing some issues with my Bike.

              Sir, my only concern is to raise this issue, because I think these dealers are misguiding the customers.

                  I am one of the most irate & dissatisfied customer of Bajaj Auto and I want to lodge a complaint against your Bajaj dealer of Allahabad, Civil Lines branch, I have purchased a Pulsar 150 DTS-I on 17th of June 09 and I have availed two free service as of now but goes in vain as nothing has has been done on my mileage complaint till yesterday.
                  Customer service is pathetic in your civil lines Branch, there is no co-ordination at all between the employee & the customer, they don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction, they don't know how to attend the customers even how to talk to customers etc. however the Manager Mr. Manish Tiwari is very supportive but I don't think that he will alone can help all the customers. I have also met your area sales manager Mr. Prakhar but it seems that he did nothing on my complaint.
                  Today I come to know that there is a severe problem in my bike through the technician of the civil lines branch but it was not rectified due to inefficiency of the staff however my bike is in guarantee period and I want that it would be rectified as early as possible.
                  Again two weeks back the service team of Bajaj Auto has done some research & development in my bike for one whole day but it seems that problem has not been solved as there is some unusual noise is coming from my bike and for this the whole company is held responsible as might had been given a defective bike that is why these problems are arising now & then.
                  Now I don't want any more Research & Development to be done with the bike as I really fed up by visiting the Service center again & again.
                  Please look into the matter and do the needful on an urgent basis.

                  Seems Bajaj is compromising with its quality , which in result has been affecting us.I had bought a Bajaj Ecolux CFL (240V). The bulb is such that it goes off automatically and then after some time it goes ON again.Else when it gets off, if we put the switch off, and then switch on the bulb would glow. is this normal or abnormal.Your advie expected at the earliest.

From the first day bike has a lots of problem like vehicle vibration, steering Rod bend, Geer shift hard and jerky, Low mileage and many more. I complained my times online as well as customer care .i left the bike many times in service station but can not get any positive response And Service center representative saying that these are the common defect found in all bajaj vehicle. Please help me to get out from this problem.

                    I bought a bajaj 150cc bike from bajaj's dealer in lko pushpa bajaj(Head office: opp. Alambagh bus stand, Lko) from its branch office at Ashok Marg, Hazratganj, Lko. At the point of purchase they told me that the on road price of the vehicle including registration charges is rs.65279. I paid them the whole amount in cash to them whose memo no. is 1102,1103 resp. dated 25 oct. 2009. After four days when I went to them for registration no. of my vehicle, they asked me for rs. 1500 to get the registration done for my vehicle. after negotiations I paid them rs. 1200 recpt. no. 431 dated 09 nov. 2009. Now they are not providing me the registration no. of my vehicle as a result I cannot use it for my conveyance even after paying money. They are harrassing me and asking me to come daily to check with them for the registration no. of my vehicle.

                      I AM DEEPESH KUMAR SINGH, PROUD OWNER OF BAJAJ XCD 125. I HAD PURCHASED THIS BIKE IN JULY 2008, FROM VST BAJAJ,SARSWATHIPURAM, MYSORE. REGD NO KA-09-EN-1994.
                      I HAD TAKEN MY BIKE FOR THIRD PAID SERVICE TO VST BAJAJ SARSWATHIPURAM,MYSORE, ON 12/11/2009. MYJOB CARD WAS MADE AT AROUND 1115 hrs. MY JOB CARD NUMBER WAS- 82312, AND PROMISED DELIVERY TIME WAS 1600 hrs. BUT JOB CARD THEY MENTIONED 1730 hrs SAYING THAT IN ANY CASE BY 1730 hrs BIKE WILL BE READY FOR DELIVERY. FOR TAKING DELIVERY I REACHED VST AT 1630 HRS AFTER TRAVELLING AROUND 20 KMS.WHEN I GAVE MY CARD TO LADY THERE I WAS TOLD THAT MY CARD HAS NOT COME TO HER. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY. AFTER 15 MINUTES I TOLD THE LADY TO ENQUIRE ABOUT STATUS. SHE CALLED SOMEONE OVER INTERCOM AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT SUPERVISOR. ON CONTACTING, SUPERVISOR TOLD ME VERY RUDELY THAT, ONCE THE PLATINA IS SERVICED THEN YOUR BIKE JOB WILL BE TAKEN UP. I AGAIN WAITED FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, BUT WHEN I DID NOT SEE MY BIKE IN WORKING AREA. I ONCE AGAIN SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR, AND AGAIN I GOT THE SAME ANSWER. SO I SPOKE WITH WORKSHOP MANAGER AND HE TALKED WITH THE SUPERVISOR. BUT WHEN I DID NOT SEE MY BIKE BEING SERVICED FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK BUT TO MY SURPRISE NO COMPLAINT BOOK WAS AVAILABLE SO I WROTE COMPLAINT TO MANAGER VST BAJAJ ON A PLANE PAPER AND I MENTIONED IN COMPLAIN TO INFORM ME ABOUT ACTION TAKEN. BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT STILL THE MANAGER HAS NOT SPOKEN WITH ME.
                      BECAUSE OF THIS REALLY I AM PAINED AND I AM THINKING THAT WHY I BOUGHT THIS BIKE. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS.

                        I have purchased Motor Cycle (GJ-10-AK-6226-RTO Jamnagar) with help of Loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, Through their representatives at Yamuna Bajaj-Dealer at Jamanagar, furnishing All requirement including advance cheques etc. Anyway after registering my vehicle on[protected], No any entry found till[protected] in my passbook for deduction of installment Rs 3754/-. Mid between I telephoned from Poone to submit new cheques as they LOST! Finally I have paid Cash Rs11262/- On[protected] at Jamanagar recovery Dept, and got receipts of it.

                        I have fully paid my Loan on[protected] as per my passbook, I have applied to get Loan Finalized Documents Immediately but Till today I unable to get it. I have repeatedly cleared my case with your different officers at Jamanagar-Rajkot-Ahmedabad but They are using same cassette that Your 3 Cheques[protected] are bounced! Bank has no such records that my Cheques are produced and bounced!

                        I have attached copy of necessary documents for your perusal, I think this type of annoyance to customer is not Fair Trade Practice!

                        Now I request to send me appropriate Loan Finalized Documents with HPA termination at RTO, with in seven days.

                          I have purchased a Platina Bike (DL7SBE-1593) From Fair Deal, Jheel Showroom on 12 EMI installments Rs. 1980/-. The Period of installments is from Feb-09 to Jan-10. I have paid all the previous installments on time. I can give proof to you. But you all are disturbing me every month that my Feb-09 installments was not paid.

My installment clears at right time against the 2 wheeler vehicle UP-80-AY-2503. My loan complete on December 2008. We have contacted the office at Kamla Nagar behind reliance web world & Seal Auto Sikandra Road bay pass Agra and spoke to manager to arrange for NOC and he said will be arrange but till date there is no resonance...

                            I had given my bike on11/09/2009 in the service center for serviceunder the FREE service scheam provided by the company itself.
                            I found no. of complaint mentioned below after the service of my bike-
                            1>The self of my bike was not functioning properly.
                            2>The HORN of right side was not at all working,which was absolutely OK before service & no problem was mentioned in thier jobcard as such.
                            3>The average of my bike had gone down.
                            4>I paid for the BILL whatever it was,which included ADDITIVE OIL & it was not put into my bike.
                            5>washing of my bike was not done properly & dust scratches was as it after washing of my bike....when I made complaint for this DUE washing had being written on my bill.
                            6> many more.......
                            Due insufficient time due my class I could not visit the service center instantaneously after these problem came into my notice but had made a complaint soon into service center on phone into their REGISTER....
                            I went home in DIWALI after my exam got over & when came back, I visit to the service center with these complaint where they just corrected for the bike self problem & had put the additive oil in my bike.......when asked for the HORN problem one of the EMPLOYEE named(VIVEK MALYA) & MECHANIC (JAVED) start misbehaving with me saying- We r not here to solve problem & not to create problem & it's your fault we r not responsible ,Which was supported by MANAGER (JAIPAL) in their tone.
                            VIVEK also stated that-"consumer forum me jane se koi fayda nahi....hazaro case pade rahte hai ek aur sahi.....hame koi fark nahi padta"......& they start misbehaving......sir a lot of complaint r there but no is here to hear those complaint...pls HELP~~~THANK U

                            Hai, My name is Shyju.I am from kerala.I am using a Bajaj 200 pulsar and its been 11 mnths that i m using this vehicle...i am obviously screwed up by ur service centers...they are really lute and plundering ur customers...my friends and brothers are also facing these same problem...recently i had a front disc issue...a "tick tick" sound is coming from front disc and u can understand that its a serious issue...then i went to ur service centers to solve this issue in trivandrum, kerala(in DEEDI bajaj authorised cervice centers in Ayurveda college juncn)...its not the first time that i am facing this issue...intially i went to other one in kesavdasapuram(tvm).they told me that that is the problem of disc pad and i changed it...evn after that it repeats after 30mnts...pls take in to mind that i was there long away from ma home town...they are taking ma issue as a childsplay and acting like that.then without any hope i went to Ayurveda college DEEDI in tvm.that good for nothing service was trying to avoid me without checking ma prob.i tol him that i am coming from another district...he says that "we have no time to take care of it and we have lot of works to do"..even the technician was very rude to me...the manager told me that "u just go to nearby local workshop and find out what the problem then come back here...if the spare is available then we will try to arrange it and solve u"...pls understand that it will take just 5 mnts to findout ma problem..then i left that place...at last i wandered all over in tvm bcs of them and find a good local workshop.they checked ma vehicle and told me the problem.i paid for them...listen, even now i am having warranty period...then next day i went back to deedi in ayurveda college and told them ma prob.even then they were smiling at me with sacasm and told me the same dialogue that they dont have time...i told them abt the part that i wanna change...it was a "disc plate"(small two plates beside disc pad)...they told me that they wanna check the problem and they need Rs.100 for checking it...mind u that it is too small job by loosing two nuts...no matter whatever amtnt it takes...but they are still making me uncomfortable...at last without no hope i just went outta there without a solution...its very dangerous thing for me...even now in this very second i am still facing the problem and i am very unhappy with the whole bajaj service procedures...now i am ready go to any extend for solving this and to find a solun.no matter whatever amnt it takes...its really aweful...u r just making ur customers a clown...sorry to tell u that...bajaj is just pathetic...

                                Hi, i am Satish from Hyderabad, would liek to add some comments about my new Bajaj Pulsar220CC version F... recently (Oct'09) i've purshased Pulsar220cc and i found some issues with my Bike, the problem is the back wheel is kind of shaking, i mean while riding bike you feel like there might be kind of bend in mack wheel, so with this problem i went to service centre after 4 days and Engineer at service centre took a ride and gave me a silly reason saying that every new vehicle looks same (the back weel looks kind of bend) and another reason for y my bike goes shaking while riding is the Tyre is not adjusted to road (****** my god is that a reason to give to a customer.. bull is that a living thing need to adjust for road and area and that too after 700 KM of reading on meter),
                                And on the same say he gave me another reason saying that the AIR is tyre might be problem he checked AIR in tyre was (Front:25 & Back: 35) and he added 3 points to each (28 and 38) and said it shoudl be good now, (lol that is what a customer expect from service centre after client travels to Service centre all the way for 35 KM's carrying a big problem and he add 3 points to AIR and says its good now)
                                Still i am a customer had to belive them as iam not mechanical student unforunately (all though i can understand logical things about my bike), and i went back and tried my bike for couple of days and it still does same brack dance while driving (feels like ur driving a TVS Luns...trust me) and then i went to service centre for the second time and then they said that ther is some problem in handle setting and some tech language of bikes again... and had to leave my bike at service centre for 2 days... i am like what !!!, no issues on first day and all of sudden this problem turnes to be 2 day service?, and i didn't go to the service centre yet, when i checked with other mechanic out side (didn't opened bike, juss a ride) he confirmed that there is some bend in rare wheel needs to be changed... and also so many on road also commented on road while driving saysing "hey boss seems some problem in back tyre" and my dear engineers at services centre do not understand that... which is not a gud experience after spending allmost a lack rupees...

                                and NOW any one please give me process to write it to Bajaj Auto, i am not sure this will be red by Bajaj ppl... but wants to know if some one know how to put it to Bajaj auto directly... i am not the only one who is having this issue... but so many others are not satisfied with the way servicing is going on at Hyderabad location (@ begumpet) and thing is they do not know online complaint... any help would be appreciated...                                 I HAVE PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSER 220 AS PER ABOVE REFERENCE.
                                I FOUND THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS:
                                1.PETROL TANK LEAKING.
                                2.GEAR OIL FOUND ONLY 50%.
                                THE VEHICLE PURCHASED ON 13.06.2011, TILL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE AUTHORISED LOCAL DEALER M/S VARUN MOTORS.

                                  Sir/madam,
                                  I own pulser for the past 5 years and from the past 3 years my vehicle have been caught up with a terrible problem. The problem is that my bike stops while moving for some distance. And then starts the starting trouble. I wil have to wait for 10 to15 minutes and then have to start, only then it starts. And during these days my fuel consumption is much more. May i know the exact problem and acknowledge me the solution for this problem.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have bought Bajaj Platina in Oct 2006 and since day 1... the milage is very poor... infact I have told to service centre people to rectify the problem but till date nobody has turned up... in advestisement of Bajaja Platina on TV they have showed that it will give 109Km per liter... but the fact is I am getting below 50km per liter. Bajaj company is making fool to everybody and nobody is there who is taking action against them. So its a humble request to you that please take a immediate action against this company and I should get compansation on that or I want my money back. I have complained at company service centre many times but they are not taking any step regarding my complaint.

                                      I had given my bike bajaj pulsar 220 for the accident repair to Krishna Bajaj Service Centre, Old Dlf road, Sector 14, gurgaon. Based on their estimation of the damage to the bike, i raised an insurance claim request with the Oriental Insurance. Based on my claim request the surveyor visited to the service centre to take the pictures of the bike, for the approval claim. Now the service centre didnt care to show him the damages as this required de-assembling the bike and then showing the damages, due to which my claim got cancelled. Now when i spoke to the manager of the service center, he said that could be repaired without the claim as the damage was that extensive, to which i agreed. But even after that they havent been able to repaird my bike till date which was given to them on 26th October 2009 and the survey took place on 27th October 2009 and i agreed to get my bike repaired on 28th October 2009 without Insurance claim.

                                      I would request to look into the matter and take necessary actions.

                                      my puasar 220 dtsi model digital metre & metre light not working, exiot throttle when high often the digital metre & digital light working for 10 to 15 minutes, this problem suffering for last 1 year, but head, dipper & indicator lights are working normally and bike is running excellent, how can i solve the problem ? i have purchased the bike in december 2009.
