I had purchased a Bajaj Discover bike from Alappuzha on 2006 August from Alpy bajaj

The loan has been paid in full long back as correctly & i got all the hypothefication paper from Bajaj Finance office ,Ernakulam ,I have given the papers & R C book to RTO office alpy on 23/11/09 for hypotheficatin cancellation.
The problem they are telling from RTO office is that they have send a letter regarding this to pune bajaj office.From pune office they are not responding.

Looking forward to a positive reply

    My husband late Shri Ravinder kumar Tomar was the registered owner of DL 5S Z3004 Bajaj Pulsar(180). He and his cousin satish was coming from Residance in Vijay Nagar Gaziabad to Office In Gaziabad (U.P.) on 31 March 2008 by his motor bike.Satish was driven the bike and Mr ravinder was sitting behind him . When they was in Bulandshar Industrial Aria in Gaziabad Satish stopped the bike and going to urinal but Ravinder was sitting in the bike meantime a truck came and accidented the bike from the front. Bike got damaged . Mr Ravinder has badly injurred. Mr Satish took him in the Hospital but unfortunately MR Ravinder was dead. After that we have file the claim towards Oriental Insurance Company through Mr. Chanchal In Rajiv Raj Bajaj in Durga Puri Delhi because I have Purchased the bike from Rajiv raj bajaj. After few days I contacted to the Mr. chanchal & ask about the status of my claim. He answered me that I have filed the claim & I will give you the actual report in few days. After few days that I again contact him he told me that the Insurance co. has appointed Mr naresh Thareja as a surveyor of our bike. I will report to company in next week. After passing near about ten days I again contact him, he told me that insurance company will give you the payment according to total loss of Bike. After passing few many days I have contacted to him & ask for the cheque. He said to me that you was going to the office and contact in the office . Then we went to the office and talked with Mr Ramesh he told after 15 days you will be take the cheque .Passes the one month in the same situation. After that we have repaired the Bike on my risk. . After passing the Two year we have not got any claim from insurance company . Please help me in this matter.

    Bajaj Pulsar — holding note

    sir, i had taken bajaj pulser register no tn38ab[protected] first three month i paid in bank in the fouth month i preclose my loan in bajaj finance (Coimbatore) after i paid the money they told to come and collect the no objection certificate after 10 days.. i ring them there is no response i went after 20 days they are telling you have pending two dues you have to pay. i spoken to them i preclose my account then how can i pay there is no response from them .. i dont know what kind of step have to take... still iam waiting for my certificate . kindly do needful to me

      Dear Sir,
      This is to bring into your kind notice that i purchased my Avenger-200 DTS-i from BAJAJ SHEIL AUTOS situated near Bhagwan Talkies Agra(U.P.) on 6th November 2009.

      [Engine No:- JMGAFG23006 ]
      Till one month my vehicle was running smooth but
      1:After then the performance of the shockers of my bike degraded.
      2:And also my left rear view mirror loosened up during my cruising and came out of the supporters along with its bolts.I was just saved by an accident due to this problem.
      3:After then my brake light got fused up. After sometime my speedometer light also stopped working
      Then i went BAJAJ SHIEL AUTOS for servicing of my bike and I asked concerned person at the workstation at BAJAJ SHIEL AUTOS about the faults in my bike but the only answer was to replace the whole part instead of repairing.
      I could have beard that also but sir "I HAVE CLEANED MY BIKE AFTER WASHING AS THERE WAS NO ONE FOR THE REQUIRED SERVICE".
      SIR THIS DISTRIBUTOR AND ITS WORKER ARE MOST IGNORANT AND UNCOOPERATIVE,THEY JUST WANT TO INCREASE THE SALE OF VEHICLE AND SPARE PARTS AND JUST IGNORING THE SERVICE AND REPAIRING OF PARTS.
      I hope you take some serious action against this problem which caused me mental as well as financial suffering.

        I Purchase a Motorbike PULSAR 150, the date of 13th of april 2008. I am facing a lots of problem in my bike for last 1 year and nobody give me a answer for my problem. 3 times I was change my bike engine kit but I am not saitisfied for services and kit. I service my bike time to time for 1 service station (Swadeshi Auto Pvt. Ltd.) 41, rama road, najafgarh road, Industrial area, new delhi - 110 015. I am continue facing the problems and they people asked We can't do anything for You.I

            i purchased bajaj pulsar150 on 15/10/09 from society motor Kanpur reg.no. UP78BX-1749 Engine no DHGBSG98116.last free service done 17/01/10.
            On 22nd Feb sudden a sound came from my bike, immediate i switched off my bike and checked for any parts looseness but i could not find .after that i try to start my bike but i could not start my bike.. At last by pulling my bike i reached service center there i come to know piston is broken in side engine.i asked works manager Mr deeepak Sharma how piston broken after 3500 km he told that wrong fitments of piston by the company .....
            any how he has changed the cylinder piston.After change of cylinder piston a different sound is coming but he told me that it is not problem
            May i know why it is happened why company has not checked properly.
            why company has putted faulty material.

              Dear Sir,

              I have Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI since 2007. There was no problem with me to ride this bike till last 3 months back as I used to go in this bike from my home to office and distance nearly between 14 km each side.

              However, since from last three months I’m regularly facing trouble to ride this bike. In these three months I have spend my 7000 rupees, lots of energy and time but still there is no solution come up. I have got it checked with Suman Auto (situated Noida Sector 2) and they are still not in the condition to give me proper value added satisfaction.

              Here comes in detail about the my main concern, in the month of January there was some problem with the bike pertaining to it’s light and horns. I complained about the same to Suman Auto by saying there seems to be some circuit problem and they have changed the BCU and some other parts now again after 15 days later all electronic equipments of my bike stop working even I couldn’t blow the horn. Again I went to Bajaj service center (Suman Auto) now they have again changed the BCU and few other parts but now this time after fixing all these things bike’s meter stop working and service center told me that it was already not working. Anyhow, I didn’t make any argue with them and came back to home but after one week I have noticed that battery of my bike (Exide Battery) got discharged. I got it re-charged again but after 1 week it’s again discharged. I have again went to Suman Auto Bajaj service center and talk to the General Manager (Mr. Goyal) about all the problems and he assured me that he will rectified all these problems by today itself but still the problem is as is even they have taken 1350 rupees from me and give new battery just for testing purpose as still they have not come in the conclusion what is the actual problem with the bike.

              All in all, I have spent my lots of time, energy and obviously the money but still not satisfied.

              BAJAJ AUTO/ PULSAR 150 DTSI — poor service of service centre

              i have purchased one Bajaj bike Pulsar 150 DTSI. I have many time complain that there problem whenever we go above 40 back tyre seem to punture which is acctualy not. Service centre Gus say it is nothing. Now problem incrreased and on my lat third free service proble still presist. I feel uncomfortable when i take a speed of 40. It seems to skid. Pls do the needful.

              I have bajaj pulsar 150cc bike.Always i keep good maintanance for this, and give all services on time to time by service center of Bajaj.
              But untill even 10% i am not satisfied with service of bajaj. I do not say that the bike is bore or pure.I am only saying that the services is not good.

              From last two years i really upset with your services ...i am using bajaj 150cc,180cc,220F bikes..
              last year i had sold my 150cc bike bcoz of your worst services..
              But still your services are not up to mark
              You services are just like flower with out fragment

                i purchase the 3 items of L.G. product (invoice no si-3047and ref no.71/3523)at anil electronics at opp anjana cinema agra. and finance by bajaj auto as per track. but the agent give the insurance without knowing me. and i am not agree to this insurance. so pls reduce the insurance amount on my E.M.I.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I have booked a bike on 11 Feb 10, Bajaj Discover (100 CC), with
                  Ganpati Auto, Baberpur, Shahdara & taken delivery on 12 Feb 10. The
                  first service of Bike was due between 500 to 750 Kms. On 21 Feb 10,
                  first service was done by Fair Deal Auto service, Patparganj, Shahdra.
                  On 22 Feb 10 in the morning, the engine of the new bike blocked. We
                  approached to the dealer and service centre but nobody is ready to
                  take responsibility of replacement of bike. Both the firms are saying
                  only repairing will be done but as we bought new bike in last 10 days
                  only, replacement should be done by the company. Why this type of big
                  fault appeared in the engine? After discussion with both the firm, I
                  compelled to take the bike after repaired the engine. Then I call on
                  Bajaj customer care and speak to Mr. Niranjan, Customer care officer.
                  He registered a complain against Fair Deal Auto service, Patparganj,
                  Shahdra as they are the authorized dealer of Bajaj for Ganapati Auto vide complaint no. 20222. Next day AGM of the said dealer call me and told me that bike
                  is ok and he closed the complained. He written in the reply that he
                  has seen the bike on that day but I did not go to him with or without
                  bike that day due to my busy schedule. I requested again to Bajaj customer care
                  officer and he has taken again my complain for higher authorities of
                  Bajaj on 25 Feb 10 but till now there is no action taken by the Bajaj
                  higher authorities. Even there is not a single call from them. It is my humble request to you to help me in replacing the bike with a new one from Bajaj auto at an early date.

                  I am having bajaj 150cc i found and heard that continuous shock absorbers failure and there is no sufficient service dealers for refilling of lubricant ie gas. one more issue is lack of service dealers in tirupur(dt) tamilnadu .Bajaj and customers depend on only one dealer who is not willing to provide proper response . Bajaj should take action on design of shock absorbers, vehicles to sustain its market position ..

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had Purchased a 150 CC KS Bajaj Pulsar in Bangalore.I have noticed the Muffler is getting rusted and leaking at one particular circumference and it looks it is going to cut off at that Joint I spoken to Khiviraj Motors service people but they tell me this happens in most of the bikes and the company has stopped fitting this Defective Muffler. I have seen and spoken to people who have similar problems in thier bike also I am not able to understand a company like Bajaj with Pulsar being a huge success and has been a fore runner in 2 wheeler segment for a long time now, as a sub-standard piece of equipment fitted on Bajaj Pulsar

                    I gave my bike to NICE BAJAJ , UDAIPUR for paid service .There services are totally unsatisfactory. they even didnot see my jobcard .Even they didnt wash bike properly.No body is ready to lissen u.i want company to interfere and bound dealer to give proper service and response to costmers.

                      I bought a Bajaj Pulsar 200cc DTC Bike from Probiking Showrooms of the Co. on 14/07/2008 of Ebony black color. For six months the bike performed with no problem. But after that the Engine Oil of the Bike started leaking from the head of the engine. I complained about the same to the service centre workman at Kirti Nagar probiking service centre. They told me that leaking of engine oil was happening because of oil seal cut. and they repaired the oil seal. After two weeks the same leakage of engine oil occured and at next service they again repaired the oil seal. The same problem occured after another two weeks. and the problem was told to kirti nagar service centre but they again repaired the oil seal and did not enquire into the bike for the real problem. now again My bike having the same problem of engine oil leakage from the head of the engine. I am afarid if engine of the bike collapse. The warranty of the engine of bike is five years. I request higher authorities to plaease look into the matter and solve the problem.

                      Bajaj Pulsar 200cc — It's gone within six months

                      I have purchased a Pulsar 200CC on 20 March 2009 from Suman Bajaj, Noida & only availed two free services till date as scheduled. I am still 500 Kms short of third service. Within six months from date of purchase which falls within time limit of Engine & Vehicle warranty, it started offering me a troubleosme ownership. When i ride it seems a am driving a tractor. I was not able to able to start it day before yesterday. However, i managed to do it yesterday. Still the ride is very uncomfortable with a weird noise. I have called Suman Bajaj outlet to report the same and they advised that a representative from their side will visit but not yet happened. I wish your complaint department would be able to sort this out for me.

                      pulsar 200cc is an excellent bike, but the problem lies with the service centers. no service center is good with that bike bajaj got to work on this, especially bajaj service centers are the worst. try out castrol service centers far better than bajaj service centers. one caution u got to concentrate on the front brakes as the service center people make mistake always that results in skidding.

                      some thing i follow:

                      every month i gave my bike for full service and oil change as i travel around 1000km.
                      use power ! oil from castrol.
                      its worthy spending rs 400 behind the bike for service + oil change.
                      tyre pressure 40 rare, 35 front.

                      be caution on wet and sandy road as this bike skidds.

                      REST ENJOY THE RIDE I ACHIVED TOP SPEED AROUND 115KM.

                      BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC ES — PROBLEM IN BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC ENGINE

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                      I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 200cc ES on 14/12/2007 from Bagga Link, Karolbagh, Delhi. After 6 months my bike had a problem of engine noise. I visited Bajaj service centre near by me which is in Kirtinagar, Near furniture market, delhi. They gave me back my bike by resolving the problem. But after every 2 months i am encoured with the same problem. It has been 1 year i m suffering with the same and till date i am unable to get any solution. The service man ensures me every time that this will not happen again. Recently i had my bike serviced a month ago and they changed a part called timming chain but today again i found the same problem. Please give me some solution at the earliest.

                        MY PROBLEM STARTED IN DEC 09 WITH LOW BATTERY INDICATION WHEN I START MY IGNITION, I WENT TO SWADESHI AUTO PVT. LTD
                        ON[protected] . THEY CHANGED MY STARTER RELAY AND SAID THAT PROBLEM OF LOW BATTERY WILL NOT COME AND METER WILL NOT SHOW THAT SIGN WHEN YOU TURN ON THE IGNITION BUT THE FACT IS MY PROBLEM INCREASED 1000 TIMES MORE, I VISITED THEM 3 IN 1 WEEK BUT THEY SAID EVERY THING IS OK BUT YESTERDAY [protected] I VISITED THEM AGAIN AND THEY ASKED ME THAT WIRING HAS TO BE CHANGED. SUDDENLY THEY FOUND SOME PROBLEM.

                        IT IS DUE TO THE CARELESS ATTITUDE , UNACCOUNTABILITY AND UNTRAINED MACHANICS THAT I HAD FACED SO MUCH TROUBLE THAT MY BIKE IS NOT IN PROPER RUNNING .

                        The authorized service canter of Bajaj (Saligram) have taken rupees 5000 as advance from me to repair my bajaj pulser 150 (AS06 K 0733) on December'2011. But till now they have not repaired my bike.

                          Mene Date 26/09/2009 ko bajaj Platina Bike (100 CC) Kush Automobiles, bhavnagar se purchase ki hai, (Regitation No. G.J.4.BA.1177) Uske bad muje bike me jo battry di jati hai wo purchase date ke 8 din bad me mili. Fir kuch 2 mahine bad battry me kharabi aa gai mene Kush Automobiles me complain ki. To muje bataya gaya ki apako so & so battry wale se certificate lana hoga ki battry kharab hai, me wah gaya to use bataya ki me certificate nahi de sakata, ye bat mene Kush Automobiles me batayi ki wo certificate dene se mana kar raha hai aur meri Kush Automobiles me kaha suni ho gai, bad me usne meri bike me se battry nikali aur bataya ki apa 20-25 din ke bad me ana me company se nai battry mangva dunga.
                          Aje Usa bat ko 1 mahina ho gaya hai magar muje meri battry nahi mili. Is liye mene Bajaj Company ke No.[protected] par Fon kiya aur marn bataya ki muje Upar likha hai wah kush automoblies se takalif hai ki meri bike ki battry muje 1 mahine se nahi mili. Ye bat meri apake respondaent Mr. Ajit Se hui aur unhone muje Complain No. Ref CR No. 20175 sms se bheja. Yah bat fon par hone ke bad Kush Automobiles se muje fon aya ki apne company me hamari complain Q ki , aur battry ki jemedari hamari nahi hai, Aur muje kaha ki apase jo ban padata hai wo karlo bajaj auto company mera kya bigad legi.
                          Sir mene company ko paisa deya hai to me company me fariyad nahi kar sakata.?                             Dear Sir,
                            I am Sudheer from sultan puri delhi I have purchased a pulsar 150 cc bike from bagga link from budh vihar at 25/12/2008 and I am regularly getting done my bike`s services from you authorized dealers like spike and bajaj royal now after 2 years royal Bajaj peoples are asking me for engine work and they told me it’s a 8000/- rupees work they told me your bike is engine is not working properly and it needs to be change or it needs to be repaired as soon as possible because engine is consuming a lot of engine oil.
                            Sir please tell me I have taken this bike on finance peoples by ( Bajaj Finance) and I belong to a middle class family I earn 9000/- rupees per month how can I manage this expense and every day I come out of my home with a feat that my bike is having a problem and in mid way it can be stop at any time.
                            Sir will you please tell me one thing when I am getting my all the services from your peoples on regular basis after doing this all required things within 2 years this bike is asking for engine work it’s really a bad thing you should tell the peoples when they purchased your bikes that they should be ready for this kind of expenses after 2 years.
                            Sir kindly do the need full at the earliest.

                            Bajaj — engine problem

                            i have pulzar 150dtsi purchased from gems auto nigdi pune which 16months old i had a clutch problem but when i took to nearest service centre he told me that clutch will not be replaced under warranty it is runned 18000km & that service guy says that engin piston rings have been ceased & need to be overhaul & they say no warranty for that as company gives us 2year manufacturer warranty this is absolutely wrong & if i spend 3000 thosand bugs for every year then the product has fault

                            bajaj pulsar 150 — regular problems in the Engine

                            My pulsar has lot of problems which occur frequently, I regularly give it for servicing which costs me a lot off the budget. But again some or the other problems persists by which the performance of the bike goes off the track.. I am not satisfied with the bike..

                              I am staying with Madurai – Sellur. I am purchasing in one Bajaj XCD 125 bike on 03.03.2008 along with Bajaj Auto Finance Loan No.[protected] in that mean time I settled with all installment in 15.02.2010. I required to my R.C book and related papers and my second key set of my bike in Bajaj Finance Madurai Office. There is call for 19.02.2010 collect the above particulars. I visit in Madurai Office they are hand over the document with out NOC one set of bike key. The bike key is not fit in my bike this is change. I required for your Madurai Branch Manager please rectify the problem he said “you comply our head office”. Any way please hand over the my bike’s second set key and rectify my problem

                                i had purchased a pulsar 220 , i had given the bike for 2nd servicing , they had returned the bike without pouring engine oil . without this knowledge i drove the bike another 20 kms.same incident happened to other custumers also. the name of these service dealer is sri vinayaka mobikes. their servcing very poor. they wont check anything , wont even clean properly.

                                    I am Anand Malli from Vadodara,Gujarat. I am having Discover k70. I am very satisfied with the performance of the bike till date.


                                    Currently I am facing very bad customer service experience from A.S. Motors (Chhani branch, Vadodara,India).

                                    Recently few days before kick shaft of my bike (discover k70) broke. so I inquired about the parts & job required to fix up the problem.

                                    Parts were not available @ A.S. Motors Chhani branch but was available @ A.S. Motors Salatwada branch(in the same city). but they asked me to contact salatwada branch to get parts from other branch in place of co-ordinate by themselves & .

                                    @ the end of 2 days after continous phone calls & in person follow up, they received the part from other branch (in the same city). and told me that it will take 2 days to repair this problem, so we can release the bike on[protected] by evening. I request them to call me for exact problem & job required to perform & cost to perform all these.

                                    In the evening I got call from A.S.Motors Chhani branch that we can't deliver your bike as they have received many bikes for regular service, so they can't deliver my bike in time. they will take the job on Monday[protected] & deliver me the bike on Wednesday[protected]. I had to argue them for 30 min how can they just ignore the major job & give priority to regular service, though regular bike service were after me in the queue. Today they asked me to come over there (@ their service station) if I want to complain anything.

                                    So what do they think, we are just free doing nothing whole day except making phone calls & follow up for parts & bike repairing.
                                    every time I need to take leave & go to their service station personally for follow up & inquire about the parts & now they want me to come over there if I want to complain.

                                    Still this is not the end. I need to wait till Wednesday[protected] to get my bike repaired. More than 1 week time to fix a single problem..

                                    now I realize what kind of service Bajaj is providing. This kind of service stations creates very bad impression of entire brand.

                                    I don't know how much effective this complaint is.

                                    FYI: I am also doing complaint to customer service of Bajaj along with this.

                                      I have purchased a Pulsar 150 dtsi from Barun Bajaj, Siripuram, Vishakapatnam, A.P. on Nov 08 through bajaj finance. The loan no. is[protected] and vehicle no is AP 31 AY 4099 and my all dues are cleared on Sep 09.From the last 4 months am contacting BAFL Pune and Vishakapatnam local branch (Pune to their phone no.[protected] for NOC. On 06/01/10 the customer care representative told me all dues are cleared, they are sending my NOC with in a week( request ID A0203234). The person took my residential address.But so far I have not received the NOC. Today I gave a call to locall BAFL office. Mr Rajsekhar told me that the NOC didn't reach to the office also. LAST 03 HOURS I am trying to connect the customer care representative at toll free no. But no body is picking up the phone.

                                      I am very sorry to say you that, the amount of harrasemant I have experienced
                                      regarding the NOC, is unbelivable. Now I am thinking to take the case to Consumer Court and claim for a compensation. If you can do the needful at the earlieast I will be thankful to you

                                      Pulsar 150 DTSi — Service not upto mark

                                      Hi,

                                      I gave my bike for service on 11.12.08 at a castrol outlet in velachery clearly telling them to replace indicator, indicator switches. Then again called then on Saturday and told then to replace Fork oil, But all they did was a gold service, replace engine oil, replace brake pad and brake shoes. Even the problem existed before giving for serviceing is also persisting in the bike i.e, carburettor block.They took 3 days for a gold service and brake shoe replacement.. Is this how Castrol is going to continue with these franchisees?

                                      I dont know wht to do . Wht type of service is Indian railway or railways employees are providing nobody knows , but it should be changed.

                                        Purchase a moter bike (DISCOVER 100 CC) on October 2009 from Shreeram bajaj ghatkopar Mumbai. But I facing a problam for GEAR PROBLEMS, SELF IN GEAR PROBLEM, AVERAGE PROBLEM (30-40), CHAIN COVER SOUND etc., and I camplaint so many times and go for it they solved my problams manually .but after two days my problam as it is .I purches this bike for inly Milage purpose but i getting avrage only (30-40) my bike no. is (MH-02 AU- 43) and my mobile no. is [protected]. so please solve my problams and change my bike as soon as possible. as well advice me how to submet complent against BAJAJ in consumer Cort.
