Defective bike n fraudulent dealers

I purchased Bajaj XCD 125 in jan 2008,n since then have had nothin but problems.The authorised dealer,Bajaj Auto House,Selimpur,Kolkata even went further to add that the bike itself is defective,n for every free service,i had to shed Rs.500 - 600,which they claimed to be for replacement of air filters n oil filters n engine oil.then the bike would stop suddenly on the road,the self start would not work,the LED display went blank,sometimes...

Engine Overheat & Oil leaks

Sir,

I have purchased pulsar 135 CC LS on 05.01.2010 at Palasa, Srikakulam District. I discovered a problem with this bike i.e. Oil leaks and Engine Over heat since purchase of vehicle and 1st service is done by Authorized service center, Palasa, Srikakulam District when completion of 500 K.M. but the problem is repeated.

Starting problem with my Pulsar 200

I own a Bajaj Pulsar 200, which I bought abt 18 mnths back. My bike has been giving a lot of starting problem, especially during winters. I have not been able to start my bike for over 1 month now. Even last winters I faced the same problem, though it wasnt so severe. Earlier it used to start after some effort of dragging it for a while and stuff. Butu nothing seems to be working as of now. I can't even take it to Kirti Nagar Service...

Faulty Parts - Silencer

Mine bike's silencer has got rust and broken i ve complaint about this in the Bajaj Auto Service station but no one has solved my problem.Bajaj Auto has agreed about its faulty parts and ve replaced such faulty parts in many of such cases. I ve not got the silencer replaced till now ...

Irresponsibility and Harassment by Bajaj Auto Finance

Hi,
I purchased Bajaj Platina on 2nd Oct 2006 using loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Loan No[protected].
I have cleared my entire ECS payments on time. Not a single transaction was bounced.
I have 3 complaints against Bajaj Auto Finance .

1) The loan was for 2 years & hence Bajaj Finance used blank cheques issued (as security) for insurance of vehicle for 2nd year.

Not getting No objection certificate

I had registered a compliant regarding my bike loss from my apartment parking to the madiwala police station, Bangalore, Karnataka on 02-june-2009. bike reg number is KA01-EF-9736 And FIR Number (Crime number) is 0525/2009. Police is not giving the NTC (Non traceable certificate), when ever i go to police station they say come after 15 days, its been more than 7 months. Can you please guide regarding further....
