Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Bajaj XCD 135 with ES bearing registration no. WB-24P-1682 form ROLTA MOTORS PVT LTD (ROLTA BAJAJ, Kestopur, Kolkata-700059) on dated 10.04.2009. I did not drive it much because maximum time of the day I have to spent in office. My byke was running very good, but after the first free service a problem occured i.e. Starting Problem with Auto choke, I complaint several time regarding this problem, they have checked my vehicle several times but that problem is not yet solved from that day to till date.

Request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis,

BAJAJ XCD — Bajaj XCD service issues

I skipped some of the paid services, will the warranty for the bike expire or not valid? I went recently to the servicing center as some of the parts were rust and he said as i skipped some of the services its no more valid and the parts cant be replaced.

Apart from these i have several issues with the servicing center. So I would like to know what options are available to avail warranty, if we do not want to continue with servicing center. To whom we need to report when we are not satisified with the servicing center service. Is there any governing body which checks the Quality of a bike.
I am not satisfied to my bike XCD-125, & Bajaj Auto Company & his network (Authorized Dealer, Service Center Eg.) Last 15th year I am regular & satisfied customer when this time I used bajaj-boxer . But I purchase XCd-125 Motorcycle in Dec-2007. And introduction to interfacethe real bajaj auto compony & his problemetic Products . This is very bad & harmful experience to me last 21 months my bike not working properly, starting problem, battery problem, self start problem, meter & wiring problem. You know definition of "problem", simple “ Bajaj Auto Limited” take a experience. Bajaj auto company very careless to customer services. Very poor service .

Bajaj Auto — Problem in Service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Bajaj bike(model-XCD 135 with
Disc brakes) 4th October 2009. Since beginning I have been told by the dealer that service book was not available with this bike and will get free service upto two years. But they gave me assurance that in future I will never face any sort of problem related to the servicing of my bike because of service book. Upto seven services I face some problem but they did it free of cost after some complaint. Now on my eighth service I paid the charges and one of the gentle man Mr. Madhab (Mobile no: [protected]) Manager of Fair Deal Bajaj, C1; South Ganesh Nagar, Main Patparganj, Delhi-92 told me that at the time of service showing RC will resolve the problem and you will get the service free. But now neither Mr. Madhab is picking up my phone nor the servicing people are considering my RC as valid proof to provide service.

All these things never expected from the company like Bajaj. As an esteemed customer of your product I just put a gentle complain regarding this and hope that my problem will sort out as soon as possible.

    I am a 23 year old guy.I bought a Bajaj Platina from Kolkata(Bajaj Auto House Jadavpur) taking a loan from the said company.For the first few months they collected the money properly through post dated cheques.Then there was a change of my bank account as the account from which I was paying the EMI was closed as I left a particular company and joined a better one.I had a discussion with the Finance company people and we settle for a decision like they will be collecting money from my home every month.The irresponsible employees of the said company started irregularity in collecting money.They didnt come up for 4-5 months.I tried to contact them for soo long but met with a failure.The employees used to talk very rudely and gave a lot of phone numbers which were of no use.Finally after a long time the again started collecting the EMI from my home.But they are such a fraud that they used the cheques of that closed account and made them bounce and hence they imposed fine without any information to me.The worst part is that they entered my name in the CIBIL list without my knowledge.The funny part is that during this process of charging fine and blacklisting me they were collecting money every month.What is this ??? I am working in a very reputed Multi National company as an IT Professional.I am responsible enough to serve for my company and my country.Should I expect this kind of acts from the Indian Government??? I want justice.This kind of Companies like Bajaj Finance should be sued.

      Bajaj Auto Loan — Regarding NOC

      The loan of my bike (Pulser) is already completed in april 2008 but so far could not recieve the NOC and original invoice.
      Pl help me out.

        Hi,

        I have been trying to get a headlight regulator for Bajaj Krystal for more than 9 months now. On approaching the Service Centers/Dealers, I am given to understand that this part is not readily available in the market. I had requested various dealers/service centres to get the spare part for replacement.

        However, I have not received any favorable response from the dealers till now. I had even logged in a complaint at the Bajaj Website. There is no communication from their side either.

        I would like to lodge a complaint against the Service Centre Amba Bajaj representing Bajaj located at HSR Layout, Bangalore.

          Hi,
          I purchased Bajaj Platina on 2nd Oct 2006 using loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Loan No[protected].
          I have cleared my entire ECS payments on time. Not a single transaction was bounced.
          I have 3 complaints against Bajaj Auto Finance .

          1) The loan was for 2 years & hence Bajaj Finance used blank cheques issued (as security) for insurance of vehicle for 2nd year.
          They didn’t issued me insurance paper & after 3-4 months (from expiry of 1st years insurance) they encashed that cheque.
          But mean time I have taken insurance from some other insurance company.
          I have to cancel 2nd insurance & bear the charges ( which was Rs. 580 ) because of them.
          2) After completion of 2 years of loan, with clean history, RC book was not returned to me.
          I have started follow up after 1 year from completion of loan. The RC book was returned to me after many email exchanges.
          3) I was suddenly stopped on highway, by Bajaj Finance person, saying that the loan is not repaid.
          He took the bike keys. I told him that everything is clear, but he was not ready to listen. I demanded his I card. I was able to read Bajaj Auto Finance stamp on card & view his photo. Before I read his name, he snatched the I card from me. Since he was authorized person, I explained him that it must be a mistake. He says the bike number is 7198.
          He didn’t remember the entire series of number. Finally he took out his papers & confirmed that the series is different. Later he apologies. But entire episode took place on road, which was humiliating for us. ( No need to mention the delay caused at office due to this ).
          Why not their person first confirmed that the person they are harassing is a right person or not ?

          I am fade up with Bajaj Auto Finance service & my advice to all is “STAY AWAY FROM BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE”.

          I purchased Refrigeretor from Sahu Agencies, situated at Kapoorthala, Aliganj, Lko on Oct 2009 using loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Loan a/c No 4560CD00006353.
          Eight installments of Rs. 1804/- p.m. I have cleared my entire ECS payments on time. Not a single transaction was bounced to till. EMI of Rs 2, 154/- p.m. dededucted on my account without my any concern or discussion against 1804/- i have no need your any policy. So pl. refund my eccess deduct amount Rs 350/- p.m. from November 2009 to march 2010 a.e. 1740/- otherwise myself deducted amount to balance three installment and paid rest amount.
          I have complaints against Bajaj Auto Finance . but no responce.

            I hsve booked my motor cycle last month[protected] from jalandhar to gonda by JAN NAYAK train .but i have not recieve my motor cycle till date .&CS officer dose not give me any responce.

              I had registered a compliant regarding my bike loss from my apartment parking to the madiwala police station, Bangalore, Karnataka on 02-june-2009. bike reg number is KA01-EF-9736 And FIR Number (Crime number) is 0525/2009. Police is not giving the NTC (Non traceable certificate), when ever i go to police station they say come after 15 days, its been more than 7 months. Can you please guide regarding further.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                This is to bring into your kind notice that, I have taken Two Wheeler Loan from your Mancherial office, Dist Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, vide Proposal Number[protected].

                I have taken the loan on 05.10. 2005 and have paid all the installments regularly. The last installment was paid on 21.12.2008. But due to some problem from your side the receipts are not updated in your system and it was showing due from my side.

                I have been regularly following up with your people over phone and Customer care Number, few to name Mr. Shivram, Mr. Ashutosh, Ms. Jyoti, Mr. Paras, Mr. Ram, Mr. Amol, Ms. Swathi Jain (Pune). I have also given the Scan Copies to Ms. Swati Jain 09.10.2009 and she has assured that the matter would be sorted out in few couple of days.

                Now it has become the height that my Vehicle has been seized by your people. And they have demanded to pay Rs.27000/- to release the vehicle. They have also snatched the keys from my son and there by hurting him.

                I request you to kindly issue NOC immediately

                I hope you really care for your customer and sort out the matter on top priority and will give me the NOC.

                    I have avenger-180 from last three years in Bombay. I have a complaint about the spares which are not available every time & also providing the wrong spares. My bike’s caliber assembly got damaged which is used for front break oil, when I asked for caliber assembly for Bajaj Avenger 180cc in Bajaj store in Kurla. They have provided wrong spare to me which is not matching with old caliber assembly & not even fitting properly. The main concern is if they are launching any bikes in market then why they don’t have extra accurate spares for the same bike, why they change the spare parts.
                    Since 1 month I am getting same excuse that spare in not available. Now what to do for same spare, how to get same spare.
                    Please help me to get right spares (caliber assembly) for Bajaj Avenger 180cc.

                      I am very sorry to write complaint like this, but these are the worst situations i am facing now with Bajaj Pulsar 220 CC.

                      First I would like to let you know about service providing by Hyderabad service station people. We have two service stations in Hyderabad, one at Kachiguda and other one at Tadband. Literally I have stopped to step in Kachiguda station. They are looking at me like why you have purchased Pulsar bike. They are behaving like they are the gods for us with sake of them we have drive the bikes, I cannot say more than that, hope you may understand the situation. I have completed 2 services at Kachiguda but they don’t know how to do service 220cc bikes, after doing service 2 times oil seal was failed and engine cover was come out twice. When I asked about the same they are forcing me like it’s your wish do service here or not. So I don’t have any option other than stopping of visit Kachiguda service point.
                      The other service point Tadband, this is second visit of mine. I have waited 1 hour to hand over bike to them. There is no rush no heavy crowd with bikes but still they are asking me to wait or else get lost. A small ex. I am giving here; I have asked your supervisors to adjust lighting but still my upper and dipper placing at same place.
                      The worst worst person I met at service station, that is none other than manager, actually i have lost my Service book i have enquired for any possibility to get a new one. But he is not the position to help to get book simply he said its not possible. Immediately I called showroom and they helped me with giving suggestion of writing a mail to manager of service station. Then he is asking me to submit a letter.
                      After submitting it i have waited for more than a hour to hand over bike for at least paid service.
                      I am holding one more bike Karizma of hero Honda product, I am very happy to visit Honda service station, the response i am getting there is very precious. Whenever I go there I am more comfort and I would like to speak with for long time. Earlier I am having bike same pulsar 220cc bike old model, god sake I have not purchased it in Hyderabad. If I could have purchased it here I never go again with pulsar model. Really I am crying to use it and literally getting scared to go for service station.
                      Comparatively old one the quality of new pulsar 220cc is poor, very frequently i am getting issue with it. I am having silencer problem with it but no is responding at service station for it. Really i don’t know what to do. Even I am not getting good price to sell it out. Everybody is getting weird to use it. I am not commenting it but this my friend’s opinion on pulsar, even while purchasing it so many of my friends suggested me to never go for it but as I have relation with Bajaj i have bought it.

                        I Chetan Sethi . resident of Delhi, 1442-A, Pocket B-1, Vasant Kunj want to bring to your notice about my bike (bajaj Pulsar 150-Dtsi) DL 3S BF 3838 which i had bought on july 2007.Its engine has been seized on March 18th 2009 and it still under warranty period .I have informed to the service station of the company...(Baga Link Mahipalpur New Delhi) and they told me that this is due to resaon that i had missed on service and they will not be cover under warrenty.

                          i serviced my motorbike on 28/12/2009 in Attingal bajaj service centre.After the completion the manager charged Rs.200/- for oil charge only and he refuse to give the bill.It is second free service.in the first free service it charges only rs.125/- in kazhakuttom bajaj service.very very bad performance from Bajaj Attingal service.It is a shame for the Company.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I have purchased your new arrived XCD 135 bike on dated[protected], as I belive in the brand Bajaj, but after riding two three days bike is heating high with a knocking sound in the engine,The performance of bike is going slower while heating the engine, i have discussed at service centre mechanic but no one is giving me satisfying reply.I have already presented for servicing first time and proper checking of the vehicle but the problem still continues.

                            Please properly advice me whether it is any manufacturing defect or any other problem.
                            which needs a thorough checking or replacement of the vehicle.

                            XCD 135 Motorbike — Engine

                            My bike only having 15 months,but his engine was just get smoking and
                            vibratng too much and when i was go the Warkshop of bajaj Then The exp,whichever they thougt me was too high.I was realy upset to purchase the vehicle XCD 135 it was just like a Bad dept too me, the maintenence cost was too high.

                            So, Please do the needfull.

                              Sub : Eleven Year old Case.

                              Sir,

                              I had purchased KB RTZ Motor Cycle bearing Registration No. WB-02M-2033, Chassis No. DBFDBJ-28139 and Engine No. DBMBDG-30237 from Auto Center, Kolkata. The Blue Book was issued by Registration Authority, P.V.D, Calcutta on[protected]. The motor cycle was brought under higher purchase scheme from Bajaj Finance Limited, Bombay, Pune Road, Akurali, Pune - 35. After payment of all dues on time through cheque facility of State Bank of India, Golpark, I received the Blue Book and the duplicate key from M/s Auto Center. However, till date I am yet to receive the "No Objection Certificate" which will enable me to transfer my namethe ownership of the motor cycle in favour of the undersigned. many attempts to get the same has met no result. I have been given several false assurances of getting the "NOC" but they were all vague replies.
                              I am requesting you once again to issue the same in my favour so that I can transfer the ownership of the vehicle at the earliest. Hope to get a suitable reply to avoid legal action for non compliance by your organisation in issuing the "NOC" though all dues have been cleared.

                                Hi,

                                I have Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC with registration number as: AP09 BR 1671.
                                I bought this vehicle on October 2nd, 2008. Bajaj Allianz insurance associate called to my mobile and came to my home to check the bike status and collect the reneal fee in the month of November, 2009. I filled an application form and he has taken the amount of Rs. 1150 odd and said they will not give any acknowledgement as such as i will be receiving the acknowledgement through post..
                                Still now i didn't receive any document as such.

                                  Dearb Sir,

                                  i purchased last 14th months back Bajaj XCD-125. on 24/12/2009 i start the bike at 07:00pm its start and after 01 munit its off we tray to on but not star still date Same time i informed Mr. Vijaykumar Khiviraj Bajaj they told to rectify the immedatly i hope. but i want bikeimmedatly with good condtion. Please take neccessary action

                                  I have purchased XCD-125 two years ago.It has too many problems.It's balance is not good that it always slips in few mud. it doesn, t accelerate quickly, engine produces noise, chain slacking always creates noise and alters its speed.If any one tries to move bike quickly it firstly make noise and moves slowly.Bajaj has launched XCD-135 in which XCD-125 engine placed, this engine is totally worshed.I had seen everyone feels very uncomfortable with it.It has only 125cc to show not in performance. " SO PLEASE CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF BUYING XCD-125, 135"

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    I had purchased Bajaj Platina 125 cc ,( Frame No: MD2DDDZZZNWJ70478 Engine No:DUMBNJ01793) on 22 December 2006 by loan provided by Bajaj Auto Finance.All EMI have been paid and the last installment was paid on Dec 2008 and there is no outstanidng amount on the loan.

                                    But i have not received my original RD book and NOC from your company yet. I am also surprised that the brannch of Bajaj Auto Finance company ltd is been shifted elsewhere and i am unable to contact your local authorities in Gulbarga/Karnataka.Please look into this.Let me know if you require anymore information on the same.

                                    This is to bring into your kind notice that, I have taken Two Wheeler Loan from your Mancherial office, Dist Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, vide Proposal Number[protected].

                                    I have taken the loan on 05.10. 2005 and have paid all the installments regularly. The last installment was paid on 21.12.2008. But due to some problem from your side the receipts are not updated in your system and it was showing due from my side.


                                    I have been regularly following up with your people over phone and Customer care Number, few to name Mr. Shivram, Mr. Ashutosh, Ms. Jyoti, Mr. Paras, Mr. Ram, Mr. Amol, Ms. Swathi Jain (Pune). I have also given the Scan Copies to Ms. Swati Jain 09.10.2009 and she has assured that the matter would be sorted out in few couple of days.



                                    Now it has become the height that my Vehicle has been seized by your people. And they have demanded to pay Rs.27000/- to release the vehicle. They have also snatched the keys from my son and there by hurting him.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I bought Bajaj pulsar from chalakudy (thrissur ,KERALA),On[protected]th insatlments of the loan happend in which i paid 18 insatlments.The ecs happening from my previous salary ac which is not using at the moment as i relived from the previous company.I told the thrissur branch about the same problem and they are saying that The Ac cano not be changed until the loan Closed.Also I havent received the RC book copy.When ever i made enquries in Thrissur bajaj finance pattiraikal office and the agency i bought the bike they said they are looking in to this matter..Since 1 year no solutions made yet.Also i want to change the ECS Happening ac to my current Salary account .i made the request several times but response from the company yet.

                                        Dear Bajaj Team,

                                        This is to inform to you that I was purchase Bajaj Pulsar 180 DTSi from DEWAN BAJAJ Nawada Showroom on 13th Dec 2009. There your Sales Manager Mrs. Sahu done bad behavior with us. If they have no manners how to deal with costumers then why they are there.
                                        So, request to you that take action against her, otherwise you will be lost your so many costumers..

                                        bajaj pulsar 180 dtsi — sound of engine or gearbox

                                        i have purchase bajaj 180 dtsi motercycle 14 of december 2009, after first service a cracking sound in ingen, i have many complent free & paid service, but do not no any work in my bike by service center.
