i serviced my motorbike on 28/12/2009 in Attingal bajaj service centre.After the completion the manager charged Rs.200/- for oil charge only and he refuse to give the bill.It is second free service.in the first free service it charges only rs.125/- in kazhakuttom bajaj service.very very bad performance from Bajaj Attingal service.It is a shame for the Company.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have purchased your new arrived XCD 135 bike on dated[protected], as I belive in the brand Bajaj, but after riding two three days bike is heating high with a knocking sound in the engine,The performance of bike is going slower while heating the engine, i have discussed at service centre mechanic but no one is giving me satisfying reply.I have already presented for servicing first time and proper checking of the vehicle but the problem still continues.

    Please properly advice me whether it is any manufacturing defect or any other problem.
    which needs a thorough checking or replacement of the vehicle.

    XCD 135 Motorbike — Engine

    My bike only having 15 months,but his engine was just get smoking and
    vibratng too much and when i was go the Warkshop of bajaj Then The exp,whichever they thougt me was too high.I was realy upset to purchase the vehicle XCD 135 it was just like a Bad dept too me, the maintenence cost was too high.

    So, Please do the needfull.

      Sub : Eleven Year old Case.

      Sir,

      I had purchased KB RTZ Motor Cycle bearing Registration No. WB-02M-2033, Chassis No. DBFDBJ-28139 and Engine No. DBMBDG-30237 from Auto Center, Kolkata. The Blue Book was issued by Registration Authority, P.V.D, Calcutta on[protected]. The motor cycle was brought under higher purchase scheme from Bajaj Finance Limited, Bombay, Pune Road, Akurali, Pune - 35. After payment of all dues on time through cheque facility of State Bank of India, Golpark, I received the Blue Book and the duplicate key from M/s Auto Center. However, till date I am yet to receive the "No Objection Certificate" which will enable me to transfer my namethe ownership of the motor cycle in favour of the undersigned. many attempts to get the same has met no result. I have been given several false assurances of getting the "NOC" but they were all vague replies.
      I am requesting you once again to issue the same in my favour so that I can transfer the ownership of the vehicle at the earliest. Hope to get a suitable reply to avoid legal action for non compliance by your organisation in issuing the "NOC" though all dues have been cleared.

        Hi,

        I have Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC with registration number as: AP09 BR 1671.
        I bought this vehicle on October 2nd, 2008. Bajaj Allianz insurance associate called to my mobile and came to my home to check the bike status and collect the reneal fee in the month of November, 2009. I filled an application form and he has taken the amount of Rs. 1150 odd and said they will not give any acknowledgement as such as i will be receiving the acknowledgement through post..
        Still now i didn't receive any document as such.

          i purchased last 14th months back Bajaj XCD-125. on 24/12/2009 i start the bike at 07:00pm its start and after 01 munit its off we tray to on but not star still date Same time i informed Mr. Vijaykumar Khiviraj Bajaj they told to rectify the immedatly i hope. but i want bikeimmedatly with good condtion. Please take neccessary action

          I have purchased XCD-125 two years ago.It has too many problems.It's balance is not good that it always slips in few mud. it doesn, t accelerate quickly, engine produces noise, chain slacking always creates noise and alters its speed.If any one tries to move bike quickly it firstly make noise and moves slowly.Bajaj has launched XCD-135 in which XCD-125 engine placed, this engine is totally worshed.I had seen everyone feels very uncomfortable with it.It has only 125cc to show not in performance. " SO PLEASE CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF BUYING XCD-125, 135"

            self start problem

            My pular 220 DTS-FI is giving very very poor performance its self start keeps running even when the key is of and the only way to stop that is to unplug the relay switch manually other wise it stops only when the battery is down ...Please some body help me regarding this problem as i have already changed 2 relay switch.......

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I had purchased Bajaj Platina 125 cc ,( Frame No: MD2DDDZZZNWJ70478 Engine No:DUMBNJ01793) on 22 December 2006 by loan provided by Bajaj Auto Finance.All EMI have been paid and the last installment was paid on Dec 2008 and there is no outstanidng amount on the loan.

            But i have not received my original RD book and NOC from your company yet. I am also surprised that the brannch of Bajaj Auto Finance company ltd is been shifted elsewhere and i am unable to contact your local authorities in Gulbarga/Karnataka.Please look into this.Let me know if you require anymore information on the same.

            This is to bring into your kind notice that, I have taken Two Wheeler Loan from your Mancherial office, Dist Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh, vide Proposal Number[protected].

            I have taken the loan on 05.10. 2005 and have paid all the installments regularly. The last installment was paid on 21.12.2008. But due to some problem from your side the receipts are not updated in your system and it was showing due from my side.


            I have been regularly following up with your people over phone and Customer care Number, few to name Mr. Shivram, Mr. Ashutosh, Ms. Jyoti, Mr. Paras, Mr. Ram, Mr. Amol, Ms. Swathi Jain (Pune). I have also given the Scan Copies to Ms. Swati Jain 09.10.2009 and she has assured that the matter would be sorted out in few couple of days.



            Now it has become the height that my Vehicle has been seized by your people. And they have demanded to pay Rs.27000/- to release the vehicle. They have also snatched the keys from my son and there by hurting him.

              I bought Bajaj pulsar from chalakudy (thrissur ,KERALA),On[protected]th insatlments of the loan happend in which i paid 18 insatlments.The ecs happening from my previous salary ac which is not using at the moment as i relived from the previous company.I told the thrissur branch about the same problem and they are saying that The Ac cano not be changed until the loan Closed.Also I havent received the RC book copy.When ever i made enquries in Thrissur bajaj finance pattiraikal office and the agency i bought the bike they said they are looking in to this matter..Since 1 year no solutions made yet.Also i want to change the ECS Happening ac to my current Salary account .i made the request several times but response from the company yet.

                This is to inform to you that I was purchase Bajaj Pulsar 180 DTSi from DEWAN BAJAJ Nawada Showroom on 13th Dec 2009. There your Sales Manager Mrs. Sahu done bad behavior with us. If they have no manners how to deal with costumers then why they are there.

                  Hello Madam/Sir

                  Through this mail , i want to bring to your notice what these agencies are doing while providing registration aid to the customers.

                  I bought Bajaj Pulsar 220 on July 29, 2009 from Hind Motors Chandigarh in full Cash. I had tolg them clearly that i do not have any residence proof at this point of time. They told me that you can submit Form 16 from your employer where your address will be mentioned. They have deducted 1700 for the same purpose previously in the payment. Then my file had been misplaced by them for around 1.5 months. Since then my 3 months were going to be complete when their executive called and said that your file is found and you can come to registering authority office. Again he took Rs 300 from me that you are late and all and then told me that your residence proof (Form 16) will not work. SO get a letter from your nearest police station and police report for the vehicle else pay me Rs 3000 and i ll do this for you.
                  This bug name is Naveen. These people are just there to extract money from innocent customers for their own pockets.
                  At that point of time i got the police report for Rs 20 only for that , that bug was demanding Rs 2500. But when i went to police station they refused to give me residence proof and i submitted application to SSP in Sector 9 , CHandigarh for residence proof. When after all this there wasno response i finally decided to go to the same guy and decided to pay him Rs 500 he was demanding for furnishing the address proof. But he realised that i am in problem and i am helpless. He demanded Rs 2500 for the same residence proof that he was asking Rs 500 previously.
                  Now please tell me where the common man will go after working hard to get something for himself and then to get it registered , feed these use less bugs who are there to exploit every one who is helpless who make their extra income and moreover Agencies like Hind Motors are supporting them fully inspite of knowing their deeds. Please explain me what should i do, feed these bugs who are saying aage b dena padta hai .

                      dear sirs,
                      i have financed a bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi, with registration number KA34S 2623, i have cleared all my dues in the month of march, my proposal number is[protected], i am asking for my original REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE and NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from bajaj finance office but they are not responding accordingly, every time they give me a new mobile number and ask to call but the person is not giving me appropriate response.i am strugling hard for the same kindly let me know how can i easily fetch my original RC and NOC or else im will be forced to apply in CONSUMER COURT.kindly take some quick action.

                      gave him 18 cheque pdc in favor of GE money.
                      The executive of Ge didnot put it in the sequence i told him, result, some cheque had been bounced, anyways i paid the complete amount to the
                      Ge still it is showing my name in civil, now my byk also been stolen in east delhi, thana shakarpur. byk no was DL 7S AZ 0155.
                      i need to finance a new car as i hv got good job now, pls take my name out from civil from
                      Ge money

                        SERVICING IN DEFAULT MANNER

                        I would like to draw your attention about the poor servicing I am getting from your authorize service centre at Dewan Motors F-1/1 Mahavir Enclave Palam Road, New Delhi-45.

                        I own a Bajaj Pulsar150cc vide Reg No. BR1AF 0840 purchased first hand from showroom in Patna, Bihar on 29 Mar 07.As I am working in Delhi so I used to servicing this bike at your Mahipalpur service centre, which was quite satisfactory. The last two servicing is done at Dewan Motors centre at Mahavir Enclave.The latest was on 27 Nov 09 vide job card no. 15113. I deposited my bike on 26 Nov 09 for usual servicing as i was not having (absolutely) any problem in bike rather than some oil leak. The supervisor argued about major servicing and i okeyed. The delivered my bike on 27 Nov 09.with a bill of Rs 2716 only.(The supervisor was Sanjay and job done by Kailash)

                        On 28 Nov 09 in morning, there was plenty of oil leakage and oil was poured on the ground. On starting the bike, it started smoking like chimney. I visited again at Dewan Motor workshop. They refused to see without making of job card. I requested the supervisor personally then he checked for few second and insisted that the fault is there in your engine, and again i have to deposit my bike for three days with estimated bill of about four thousand rupee more.The same time I routed back with red face and gone to local service provider. He just tightened the four screw atop cylinder and i am running fine. Also many screw were remain loose.

                        I am asking with great concern that if a customer is visiting with high expectation on your authorised service centre, so much of hefty amount is paid by him without mere quality of satisfaction, the real problems are kept in dark and too much of discouragement is faced by the same.

                          I have purhcased LCD TV thro Bajaj Autor Finance and the loan was closed a couple of months back. When I tried today for housing loan thro nationalised bank CIBI shows an outstanding of Rs.8000/-. In spite of our repeated attempts they have neither returned the doucmetns including the cheque leaf nor closed the outstanding. Becuase of this we are finding it diffiuclt to get loan. So be sure of getting the documents back and certificate for closure of loan.
                          Non return of original documents

                          I have purhcased LCD Computer thro Bajaj Autor Finance against the Proposal No. : 53582 Date : 26/10/2007 and the same has been closed a year back. after that I have tried many times for returning of my original document alongwith my security cheque but till date I haven't received the same. In spite of our repeated attempts they have neither returned the doucmetns including the cheque leaf nor send the closure letter with no outstanding. So be sure of getting the documents back and certificate for closure of loan.
                          Sir iam puchase bajaj pulser 150 cc byke.i had closed my a/c 12.8.09.But till now i have not received the NOC for your side.many times i am going to karur off they will not responding to me.

                            i purchased babjj xcd exactly one year back.

                            exactly after one year silercer was damaged and engine bore was completely damaged, unable to drive.

                            when asking for warranty they said i did one service in unauthorised service center and not ready to replace the parts.
                            so i purchased the parts outsede and i spent nearly 5000rs.

                            Specially the service center in annanagar chennai, is the worst, they asked 8000 rs to repair this brand new bike .

                            so do not buy baja products.

                              KA04-EL2446,
                              finance dby Bajaj Auto finance for 30 thousand as loan of 0% interest,
                              Loan is cleared long back and these people holding my CIBIL score unnecessarily,
                              this is not fare, I am not getting the Personal loan now because of bad CIBIL score.

                              Kindly solve this issue.

                                sir i was purchase a Bajaj Discover 100CC bike from m/s sidh motors,g.t.road sirhind vide b.no.268 dated 19.10.09.Now the engine head of my bike was leak and they are not solve my problem i was complaint so many times then they send me to Dada Motors Khanna after opening of engine of my bike they tell me that they cant have the gasket kit to solve this problem and i have to come again.they just aply the adehisive their andtell me to go.they are not interested to solve the problem and secondly the company assured me that bike give me average of 80 KM Per Hour but it give me the average of just 50 Km. I think their is manufacturing defect in the Motorcycle but they are not ready to lisen me i have to change my bike because it is in warranty please do the needful and protect the rights of consumer
                                i was bearing near about rs.2500.00 beacuse of the average and deduction salary of 1 day to go to the dada motorsto solve the problem but the problem is still their

                                  I had bought bajaj avenger 3 months back and the starter clutch,fuel gauge,and speedometer wire had been damaged and when i told this to company they said come after 1 week the parts are not available the company totally sucks.

                                  i have bought avenger on 09/09/09 an today ther was an problen in the bike sso went to the company showroom for servise but they say that there are no parts for that bike an have to wait for one week i came to know that the problem was with the stater cultch now what should i do to get the parts an whoom should i contact ???????????????/

                                      I Purchase a moter bike (DISCOVER 100 CC) on 08 October 2009 from TCS Bajaj Neelam bata road Faridabad.
