      Hi this is Baburao. I purchased Pulsar 150SD in October 2020. In first service bike have some minor issues. They have fixed the issue. Second service also same. In sudden Vehicle speed is decreased. So again went to showroom for service. They said need to change the clutch plate. I have one question, still date even vehicle not run more then 9000km. How come this issue is persist. And one I have one more issue after the third service. Vehicle is shaking in 60-70 Speed. After I have checked with this issue to my near by local service point. They said within 10000 this will not persist. Need to replace the bush they have said. And one more thing earlier I don't have headlight issue. Sudden issue came low beam light is not working.i have changed the light while service person told me that earlier light has been changed. That I don't know. These are the issue persisting now. They have told that also within its not possible to change the clutch plate. But they have changed that. I m not happy with the services done at ur service station. It's not satisfied me. Now I m feeling those bad services. Now what I m feeling is after completion of all free service. All the issues comes at a time. That means its completely service issue. After checking with the local garrage. Now I comes to the we will be cheated. While service we will leave the vehicle at service station. And after service will collect the vehicle. That's completely wrong. That time only they have changed the vehicle spares and fitted old one. Personally I feeled this they have changed my headlight without having the issues. And within 9000 kilometres. They have changed my clutch plate. And vehicle is shaking they have removed the bushes something that's why I m getting vehicle shaking issue. Now. Now I m feeling what are the issues will come in future, I don't know. These are my issues. Please help me with the satisfactory results. I will be waiting for ur kind response. Thank you

                I was purchase a Bajaj ct 100 bs 6 on 24 /12/2020 BHARAT MOTORS PATIA
                BHUBANESWAR now only 7 month after its issuing starting problem, I am talking Authorised service center BEHERA AUTO, BIDANASHI CUTTACK, BUT HE WAS NOT RESPONDING, HE SPEAK TO ME I AM SO BUSY. I THINK ITS A PERIOD OF WARENTY PLS LOOk at my issue other wise I am taking consumer case.

                    Not received any information so far. But when I made an query for purchase a new one immediately Dealer from Thanjavur contacted me. This shows that customer complaints are not given importance. You may known that Customer satisfaction is the prime thing for growth of an organisation. But mere advertisements in media and dailies not helpful.

                          I have bad experience from bajaj pulsar service centre Armoor, Nizamabad district, Telangana. As they refused my pulsar 150cc bike for repair three times and fourth day they took it and not completed my bike problem . Which has engine noise and hard handle movement .I asked them to do in response they said my bike repair can take much time and they can't do it . When you guys think about time consuming then stop doing the service for bikes and stop the sales .I hope bajaj company will serve their customers in better way .

                            Hello,

                            Mentioned subject service centre is not doing service properly.
                            I took my RJ14AJ1295 and they didn't check break shoe of front tyre which leather was completely finished, because of that my disc brake plate get damaged.
                            When I asked the to change my disc brake plate, the owner said it is not their responsibility to check break shoe on Service.
                            Their service has always issues and has to get back to them for some issues after the service.
                            Please take action against Surya Motors Chaksu.

                              I'm complaining about a service centre here in Thiruvananthapuram, kerala. My bike has some complaints on headlight, battery drain, cone and ball, and fork oil leaks. I had given it for service to Attinkarathai Bajaj, TB junction, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram. After completion (they claimed)of complaints, they returned the bike after 6-7 hours. When returning the bike from the showroom, they told me that the battery is dead and they have replaced a new one. And i paid Rs7570 and bought my bike back. But after a day, while travelling, my bike undergone missing and stops. All the display icons, including battery was on. I tried many times to start the vehicle again, but failed.
                              I'm very disappointed by the service they had given to me. I feel condempted and sorry to say, your service centres should be more customer satisfaction centres. I kindly request the authorities to take severe action against the service centre ASAP. The details of the service centre is as follows:

I have registered complaint many time about low millage. But every time showroom staffs say we rectified your problem. After I check the millage 50 only gave. I'm very disappointed with theri answer and not caring about costumer. Please take necessary action and rectify about milage problem. Or otherwise I'm very tired hereafter I'll not go to showroom..                                     मायने बजाज पल्सर 125 ली उसके पेट्रोल टैंक के उपर पल्सर का लोगो लगा था उसमे पैहले से ही जब मायने बाइक ली तब ही से उसमे पेपर टैप लगा हुआ मिला था हमने उस टैप को दो दिन नहीं निकाला ताकि न्यू बाइक की कॉलर ना खराब हो जाए जब तीसरे दिन निकाला तो उस टैप का गोंद लगा हुआ था पूरा 1 महीना हो गया कई कोशिश कर ली कपड़े से हटाया गीला किया फिर भी नहीं निकला दाग जैसे बनगया है जैसे कंपनी वालो ने फेवी क्विक लगा दिया है😡😡 पूरी बाइक की शान खराब हो रखी है पता नहीं ये बजाज वाले इतना बेकार मटेरियल कियू रख टे है आज तक हमारी किसी बाइक में ऐसा नहीं हुआ जब स्टिकर इतना बेकार था की टेप लगाना पड़े तो स्टिकर ही कियू लगा या वैसे भी ओर कहीं स्टिकर तो दिया ही नहीं😡 इसे भी नहीं देते दिया भी तो पूरा खराब हम्हे पूरा यकीन है कि आज हमारी कंप्लेंट को अच्छे से ध्यान देंगे मय फोटो सेंड कर रहा हूं तो सेंड नहीं हो परही
