I'm complaining about a service centre here in Thiruvananthapuram, kerala. My bike has some complaints on headlight, battery drain, cone and ball, and fork oil leaks. I had given it for service to Attinkarathai Bajaj, TB junction, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram. After completion (they claimed)of complaints, they returned the bike after 6-7 hours. When returning the bike from the showroom, they told me that the battery is dead and they have replaced a new one. And i paid Rs7570 and bought my bike back. But after a day, while travelling, my bike undergone missing and stops. All the display icons, including battery was on. I tried many times to start the vehicle again, but failed.
I'm very disappointed by the service they had given to me. I feel condempted and sorry to say, your service centres should be more customer satisfaction centres. I kindly request the authorities to take severe action against the service centre ASAP. The details of the service centre is as follows:
