Hi this is Abhilash

I have bought new bike it's a dominor 400 it's my dream bike

Now it's just 6 months old, I am facing a battery problem issues now wt should I do
For whom I should complaint .?

It's in warranty and even though I can't do anything to clim

It don't have any kick rod to start I'm frustrated with that do and respond as soon as possible or else I'm gonna use social media to escalate about this. I'm serious about this

      I am a customer of Bajaj from long time and on 7th July 2021 i am purchase new Bajaj pulsar 125 split seat. My RC and No. Plate ready for delivery dealership informed to me at 4 sept 2021by sms. At 6 sept 2021 i reached at dealership Akash Bajaj Nausad Gorakhpur for taking RC and no plate but i have not to carry challans hard copy. I am requesting to Manager cabine to see softcopy of challan and taking my personal id with bike at place of hard copy of challan . But any one not to listening my request and i am return back with empty hand. Please asked to deliverd my RC and No. plate with soft copy of challan.

        I have done my bajaj bike service at espee auto, roorkee.
        The mrp on engine oil was 410/- and they are charging 490/- and are also giving gst bill of 490/-.

                Hi My bike Rs 200 2015 moble AP02BE2188 first i gave to service in amba bajaj in gb palya bangalore they made around 35000 bill i paid it and returned to my native. next week i got starting issues and oil leaks i came back and changes done with 15 days pickup gone and bike is giving jerks again i came to service center issue resolved they said some update done after 10 days bike not at all starting again i came back this time they said fuel pump need to be changed i paid around 10k after 2 days bike stoped on the way then i taken to local bajaj service centre they kept for one week and said ecu failed i paid 6k again after ecu change bike is in worse condition not at all getting full speed its 200 cc bike not even reaching 100 to 110 speed this service centre people all of them playing me like football i paid around 70 to 80 k just for bike in 3 months i am thinking to give my bike for service center to keep with them permanently 😔😔

                    I had not completed my first service tenure and asked the show room team for a first service. They suggested that I come on Monday, that our showroom would open for servicing at 9 a.m., but when I arrived at 9:35 a.m., he told me that he would not accept my vehicle for first servicing, that we only take on 10 vehicles per day, and that if there are more than 10, we would do service the next day.

                    Even though I drove 15 kilometres to provide my vehicle for service, the service technician refused to accept it despite my repeated efforts.

                        Dear Team,

                        I bought a Platina bike in December- 2019. Since starting I have been facing issues with this bike.

                        my bike's brake road didn't come yet and i am not able to use the bike anymore. however i have also gone for servicing multiple times with surjeet Bajaj Raisen road, Bhopal Ph:[protected]. But the issue is the same.

                        I got an answer from surjeet bajaj raisen road, Bhopal that this bike has issues always and no break / break road comes with this bike. And now the bike is about to become useless for me.

                        There are no headlights, indicators and brakes. All are in non working condition and i am not able to get satisfactory service or answer from surjeet bajaj. They always have a new excuse when I visit them.

                        Requesting you to please resolve this issue asap otherwise please take my bike back.

                              Tumsar Sai Motors service center owner (Vishal Jaiswal) totally fraud work he did not get original bill and get extra charge of servicing and after get object him, he told m "jo bnta hai wah ukhhad le aur ja nhi deta koi original bill, fraud kr rha hu jaha jana hai waha ja ..yaha rahega to do lagaunga aur marte hue bhagaunha, jo bnta hai wah ukhad" he did not get fear to anyone (i.e. consumer care )and my bike also repair not well.and my bike are warranty period but he not allowed any warranty service center.

                              Not it given original bill. No action taken Bajaj team and not any refundable amount ...worst service provide by Bajaj coustomer care, I really guilty feel now why purchase Bajaj bike, I will never think bajaj company bike and other also suggest please don't buy bajaj company bike because he never provide coustomer satisfaction...he totally froud work service center running not given original bill and cheat coustomer.my clutch block bolt are break in inner side at the time servicing.shown below pic.
                              Aaryan Bajaj auto (Bhandara), I am totally satisfied with your services, keep the good work...such a commitment to great coustomer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do bike services with "Aaryan Bajaj auto" Bhandara for years to come.

                                  I had purchase a new Platina 110 on May 2021. My bike not running more than 4000km and clutch plate automatically burn and service center complaint against clutch plate but he gave excuse and forward to Nagpur away from 100km to go and replace ...and near tumsar bhandara swaroom not get replaced my clutch plate ...it's worst service center, not manner to how to coustomer talk...and ignorance, annoying coustomer and said "jo bnta hai wah ukhad le"

                                      I bought Bajaj discover 125 S T vehicle getting two Wheeler loan from Bajaj auto finance in 2013 . But some reasons I am becoming defaulter of this loan.the vehicle was siezed and sold in auction on 2016 .When I see R C details of KA17EL1813 vehicle for some reasons on 2021, it is still in my name in RTO records. Iam stunned.because this vehicle is already sold due to default of this loan account as company records. So i immediately gone...
