I had bought a new NS 125 on 29th Jun 2021 on cash around Rs 1, 08, 000. Out of which Rs. 95098 is ex showroom and around 5400 was charged for insaurance, remaing 7500 was charged for RTO. Now at the time of RC handovering they are asking Rs 2399 more as road tax has been revised. as per updated charges, ealier it was 6% of ex showroom (around 5800 but charged Rs 7500 )and now its 7% of ex showroom. So remaining amount should be 950 i.e. 1% of 95000. Also I had raised complaint regarding this in bajaj customer care with complaint number : ISR-965469 and ISR-965503 but both complaint closed without any resolution. I didn't got any calls from torrent or Bajaj end. Its a fake complaint closure. Torrent is doing fraudulent actvity.

I didn't got any call from bajaj and my complaint got closed. Wow what a resolution. Bajaj is doing fraud with their customers.

      I purchased a dominor 400 on 9 September 2021 from Pioneer Bajaj vazhuthacaud Trivandrum (Kerala). It has driven only 40 km that is from showroom to home and home to showroom. The bike is complaint from the day of purchase. It automatically switch off when we decrease the throttle. When i complaint to the showroom they said they can't find the error in the bike. From 10 september 2021 onwards the bike is in the service centre. Till now they can't fix the error and saying that they will fix the issue soon. Even one of the technician can't fix the issue. So i requested them to refund my money or replacement of the bike. They also refused my request. They said they can't do nothing about it. I don't know what to do. So please take necessary action about this issue.

        The old model pulsar bike was much better. The new model is too bad.
        bike are not okay without a service center.
        how many service center do you have?and look at the bike you are selling.
        if the bike runs, it will be bad, that is normal.
        but what will be do, if the bike is not right.
        will he take it with the help of a roller?
        bs6 is a very bad bike.
        stop this model.
        the old model was just right.

              Hello Team,

              I had purchased Pulsar 125 cc from POPULAR BAJAJ, Shop No.294, Kathriguppe IV Phase, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085

              I had got done first service done from them also, after purchase of the bike gear liver was not working properly so I informed the employee called RAJESH GOWDA, then he rudely said its not only your bike problem it is the same problem with all the bajaj bikes, I left without saying anyting but when I discussed the same problem with local mechanic he said it is just a greecing problem and got it done for me, So I had give feedback rating of 1 star later I got a call from service manager and informed me to do best next time.

              recently my second service was due and I got a call from teh showroom and I reminded them what had happend before so after collecting my bike from show room service manager came to talk to me as the another employee had informed about my talk to him, When he came to me to talk he called the employee RAJESH GOWDA he started behaving rudely and ruthlessly in front of the service manager and staff.

              He didnot value his manager only and manager himself asked apoligise on be half of him, in fron of him also he souted yes this problem is there with all the bikes if he wants let him check all the bike then left yelling.

              This behaviour of the employee RAJESH GOWDA has put me to worry did I made a mistake by purchasing the bajaj bike.

                Hi this is Abhilash

                I have bought new bike it's a dominor 400 it's my dream bike

                Now it's just 6 months old, I am facing a battery problem issues now wt should I do
                For whom I should complaint .?

                It's in warranty and even though I can't do anything to clim

                It don't have any kick rod to start I'm frustrated with that do and respond as soon as possible or else I'm gonna use social media to escalate about this. I'm serious about this

                    I am a customer of Bajaj from long time and on 7th July 2021 i am purchase new Bajaj pulsar 125 split seat. My RC and No. Plate ready for delivery dealership informed to me at 4 sept 2021by sms. At 6 sept 2021 i reached at dealership Akash Bajaj Nausad Gorakhpur for taking RC and no plate but i have not to carry challans hard copy. I am requesting to Manager cabine to see softcopy of challan and taking my personal id with bike at place of hard copy of challan . But any one not to listening my request and i am return back with empty hand. Please asked to deliverd my RC and No. plate with soft copy of challan.

                              Hi My bike Rs 200 2015 moble AP02BE2188 first i gave to service in amba bajaj in gb palya bangalore they made around 35000 bill i paid it and returned to my native. next week i got starting issues and oil leaks i came back and changes done with 15 days pickup gone and bike is giving jerks again i came to service center issue resolved they said some update done after 10 days bike not at all starting again i came back this time they said fuel pump need to be changed i paid around 10k after 2 days bike stoped on the way then i taken to local bajaj service centre they kept for one week and said ecu failed i paid 6k again after ecu change bike is in worse condition not at all getting full speed its 200 cc bike not even reaching 100 to 110 speed this service centre people all of them playing me like football i paid around 70 to 80 k just for bike in 3 months i am thinking to give my bike for service center to keep with them permanently 😔😔

                                  I had not completed my first service tenure and asked the show room team for a first service. They suggested that I come on Monday, that our showroom would open for servicing at 9 a.m., but when I arrived at 9:35 a.m., he told me that he would not accept my vehicle for first servicing, that we only take on 10 vehicles per day, and that if there are more than 10, we would do service the next day.

                                  Even though I drove 15 kilometres to provide my vehicle for service, the service technician refused to accept it despite my repeated efforts.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I bought a Platina bike in December- 2019. Since starting I have been facing issues with this bike.

                                      my bike's brake road didn't come yet and i am not able to use the bike anymore. however i have also gone for servicing multiple times with surjeet Bajaj Raisen road, Bhopal Ph:[protected]. But the issue is the same.

                                      I got an answer from surjeet bajaj raisen road, Bhopal that this bike has issues always and no break / break road comes with this bike. And now the bike is about to become useless for me.

                                      There are no headlights, indicators and brakes. All are in non working condition and i am not able to get satisfactory service or answer from surjeet bajaj. They always have a new excuse when I visit them.

                                      Requesting you to please resolve this issue asap otherwise please take my bike back.
