I purchased a bajaj CT 100 bike at July 2020. From the day 1 am facing clutch problem and mileage issue. But still no problem solved. Really frustrating peoples in service center.
मैंने बजाज प्लैटिना मोटरसाइकिल ली और कंपनी का एवरेज 90 का किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर का दे कर के लिया जबकि मेरे को मोटरसाइकिल अभी तक 10000 किलोमीटर के आसपास चल चुकी है और 38 से 40 किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर एवरेज दे रही है बजाज शोरूम में जाकर के चार से पांच बार सर्वेश्वरी करवा दी लेकिन अभी तक कोई एवरेज में सुधार नहीं हुआ है मेरी समस्या का तुरंत समाधान नहीं हुआ बार-बार शोरूम में जा कर के परेशान नहीं हो सकते हैं अब मेरी समस्या का जल्दी समाधान नहीं हुआ तो मैं कानूनी कार्रवाई की करवाने पर मजबूर हूं

    बोले 2 सप्ताह लग जायेंगे
    बदले में स्पेयर बैटरी भी नहीं दी
    मेरी ड्यूटी कोविड वैक्सिनेशन में है
    मुझे बिना बैटरी के बाइक से प्रेसानी हो रही है
    मेरी मदद कीजिए, सीएसजी ऑटो रेवाड़ी या तो बदले में स्पेयर बैटरी दे, या बैटरी के पैसे दे

      I Respected sir I have bought vehicle Bajaj discover 125 ST in 2013 in harapanahalli, davanagere dist through Bajaj finance, due to financial and health problems I am unable to pay emi of bike loan. I surrender the bike to the Bajaj finance in davanagere. After they sold my bike without intimation on 2016 in auction to the dealer. After all this 4 years vehicle is still in my name. I saw bike is still in my name when checked.So what I do in case of bad activities done by buyer of bike.who are the responder. They cannot give any documents when bike siezing time. I am full of fear please help me sir

        I booked for a pulser 180 dagger edge model on 19 July 2021. I didn't get the bike yet.today is August 25.i try to contact the showroom they didn't response.i booked the bike for emi so the dealer didn't take care about that all documents are provided by me.i paid downpayment on 19 July.

          Worst service ever, every time I've visited Bajaj phugewadi showroom post servicing I have always made to visit twice to re-service my two wheeler for the same reason listed, staff not co-operative..basic intention issues among the staff Chandan & manager Pravin they take vehicle list out all things to be done but at the end re-service is every time needed

            I had purchased a new pulsar 125 on march 2020. Still my bike not get registered. Whenever i asked to showroom manager he simply says, wait for a month... it's been for one and half hour.. such a worst agency service.

                We purchased pulsar on 21/08/2021 at rama bajaj automotives at old Alwal, Secundrabad, Hyderabad.
                we moved on the bike to mahaboob nagar which is 100 KM from Hyderabad then the bike was started problem, the bike electric start was failed, i went near bajaj shw room in mahaboob nagar they said that the battery charging was over, and it was a old battery.
                i was called to the rama bajaj automotives regarding this issue, they are simple told me it was a just problem of label, it was a new battery.
                so i want to new company battery immediatly at the show room of mahaboob nagar.

                  My bike is dominar 250 I have a complaint about it it's sound issue I just takened so many times in showroom they just look and make it ready for two weeks then two weeks no complaint after two weeks sound issue comes again bajaj service very bad not only my bike my friend also owned a dominar 250 his bike stuck and missing after 5000 rpm I don't know what to do

                    What can I do why I am waiting for the replacement of battery.

                                The customer service at Bajaj showroom is extremely poor. I wanted to purchase a new avenger bike. We went to Devendra Bajaj Showroom. The dealer was I think not interested in selling new bikes. They didn't even asked for a glass of water. Even we wanted a test ride waited for twenty minutes but their was no response in the showroom. Now bajaj has lost a customer and business of minimum one las rupees and negative image is also on the coarse. Pls give some customer service training to your people. It's pathetic

                                  I have Dominar 250 which is 8 months old and 9000 approx. Driven. My bike has been admitted thrice in bajaj garage but the problem of missing in engine has not been resolved till now.

                                  Staff behaviour, workers' behaviour is completely rude and unresponsive.

                                      I'm facing jerking problem from last 1 year in my RS 200 bike. I have changed the fuel pump, throttle body and all other necessary parts which the authorized person of service center told me to do but still I am facing the same issue. I have spend almost 20k because of this and now I am fed up on visiting every month in the service center for the same cause.

                                        I have purchased a ct 100 on feb 12 2021 but my bike condition is very poor because my bike starting problem in first day on which date I can purchase a bike. I can lodged a complaint against service center but service center mechanic says that no problem in your bike.please suggest me to on matter of bike what I can do in this scenario.
