Battery draining issue

My bike is not working properly

Amount debited without my knowledge

My amount rs.117 has been debited from my account without my knowledge on 15th sept'20 mentioning "cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4580cd92317233"

For that, i have not received any kind of intimation through sms or email.

When i checked in the bank app, it shown the about details. It is kind of robbery since i have not taken any loans from bajaj auto finance.

The service rep from the service center ius the least bothered with the replacement of the battery and will take a weeks period time to replace the battery. I'm pretty sure that they damaged the bike before i gave my bike for service with...

Bajaj platina mileage issue.

I bought bajaj platina before 2 years. More than 3 times during service i informed the service station and the result was same. Here the company claiming 100km per litre. But from starting onwards my vehicle giving 50 to 55 km per litre. Its giving only half of what the company is claiming. Worst service by bajaj. Bajaj service centre too accepted that mileage fault. What should i do?...
