I'm Satya Prakash Vishwakarma I brought new bike Pulsar 125 neon Disc from Jaiswal Automobile from Sukrauli on 13 june 2020 every time I going and asking them about registration and number plate they telling every day same dialogue tommorow definitely it will come like that but still today date is 26 October 2020 almost 4 months over they're not provide anything they're not giving proper response..

    Not able to service my bike at this dealer. non cooperative staff and dealer replied sales is open but service is not and I came 40 km to service my bike . Asked dealer about servicing 2 days ago and dealer replied you can com on Sunday but now dealer says servicing department is closed and sales is open .fed up with this kind of attitude from dealer Mahesh auto center nalagarh. Dated 25/10/2020

      I buy platina comfortec 2 years ago...there is engine heating problem everytime at small ride also..then one day i noticed that when i buy bike at that time engine gaurd is wrongly fitted by showroom person..how disgusting peoples are there..not even know how to fit accessories...please check photo for the same ...i am not looking for bajaj due to such a unskilled and un-knowledgeable showroom person who not even know basic skills...at every servicing they just disppoint me abiut there work quality and way of fit and finish...the photo attached is showroom fitted with no changes

      If there is rating for that engine gaurd fitting i hardly give you 0.5...

        This is Muthu I brought new bike platina 110 from kalyai bajaj yelahanka old town on 26th August 2020 every I going and asking them about registration and number plate they telling every day same dialogue tommorow definitely it will come like that but still today date is 24 October 2020 almost two months over they're not anything they're not giving proper response also I am very disappoint with Bajaj next time I never ever not going to brought and I won't to be suggest to anyone

            Dominar UG left side Leg guard Joint always breaks and it is known issue to Bajaj. My vehicle is under warranty, still Bajaj is charging me to replace the leg guard joint. This is unprofessional and against company policy.
            Service centre is saying if I do not pay they will not replace Joint.

              I placed my vehicle (KL55AB2490)in kvr bajaj services (Tirur, kerala) two days before. And when I visited the showroom today they haven't solved the problems yet but also they have travelled the vehicle about 65 km for test drive without our consent. When we have questioned about this matter they are not willing to say why the ride these much. So we have asked for Job card then they refuse to give that card for taking a photo tho. So please take an action against this and try to solve my vehicle problem ASAP. Otherwise we will go through the way of law.

                I visited Mayur bajaj showroom, malegaon to purchase bajaj pulsar 150 twin disc bs6 bike.
                They charge more than actual ex-showroom price.

                    Today 20 Oct2020, I went to Bajaj shop (Nikhil Bajaj Showroom Varanasi) to buy Pulsar 125 CC byk. We were waiting for manager ( Hemant srivastava )15 minutes he was speaking on the call and did not ask to us sir please wait or some other formailty or you can say morallity did not ask for water.

                    And there were no facility to check the body temprature.

                    And I started to speak Manager and was asking to give details of byk and final price, he was very rude and was not speaking properly.
                    and he was not able to expend some time to explain about the product and price.
                    And when I was telling am getting this byk at other shop with 2000 less.
                    he asked me I am speaking wrong and if you are getting there you shold not come here.
                    Is that such way to speak with customers??.

                    Becasue of his attitude i changed my mind and bought other company byk.

                    was he speaking because post of Manager ?? Or Bajaj is very big company and he do not care customres ??

                      26जनवरी को बजाज पल्सर twin disc लिया है
                      जब से लिया है front brake system और starting problem नहीं सही हो रहा है हर 15 दिन के बाद एजेंसी पर ले कर जाना पड़ता है

                            Issueis regarding break is performing well after changing the master cylinder which is cost aout 750, after complainting same thing whithin 7 days of service, thye told me that it's looks like perfect there is no issue.

                            This is not acceptable at all and these owner has no time to talk for this issue..

                            I am ready to pay the money but they have not ready to slow my issue..

                              On 30 Sep 2020 I visited bajaj 2 wheeler service center at paltan bazar Guwahati. I was having some sound/friction problem from front tyre/handle of my pulsar 220 bike. There I clearly mentioned that my sole purpose of visit is of the friction/sound problem from front side which needs to resolved urgently because I felt of having high risk while riding. Accordingly they kept the bike for servicing and I went back to my office. The estimated bill they gave me was 4700 which was ok to me. But eod when I querried over phone they said 5000 but at the time of delivery they made me pay Rs. 6259. Which was way much higher than the estimate. But I paid the bill and took my bike home. But then I realised problem was not resolved at all and I was still having the issue. After couple of days I revisited and complained the same they told the problem was in handle bearing for which they ask me to pay another 376-400 rs. So if the problem was of this small why did they make me pay 6259 this is loot and cheating at their end. Please help me with this I am highly unsatisfied with the service. And I am still having the friction/sound problem and I am dependent on my bike only to go office and move here and there.

                                At first the service center avoids the car problem ... they don't listen despite repeated requests. Then give them the car for the problem. They say it will be okay. But the problem is not fixed.Then after the cover of the timing chain said it will be applied but 3 months have passed no reply.service was around 6000. But the crank problem was.

                                      I received a call from Bajaj telling that the approved my CV from shine and asked me processing fees and uniform fees and insurance fees and then now again they are asking for documentation fees which they have not informed me in the first period of time and now when u said if I have to pay so much money than I shall not do the job then they are not sending back my money the transfered details are attached herewith for your reference

                                        I have purchased my pulsar 220BS6 on date 6aug 2020 from kanchan Bajaj showroom at (Thana West)on second day there was an issue of fuel gauge.and barring problem then after it was recovered properly by service center. some days before my first service I realized the problem of vibration near fuel tank so I have discussed the problem with service team of kanchan Bajaj service center team (Thana)but that problem was not solved so again I have given my bike to solve vibration problem. While having the test ride by service mechanic member the bike was accident by him and many parts of the bike where seviourly damaged. They promised us to replaced all the damage parts within 6 days but they actually replaces my all damage bike parts after 25 days and after giving my bike in my hand on second day the bike faces the another problem such it was not getting start and the left mirror of my bike was not folding as it should be. Then I have contact the service branch manager at morning 10am but he have contacted another service branch team they repaired temporarily but after trial ride again the bike couldn't start.the bike is totally faulty peace so I want the replacement of another new pulsar 220 bs6 bike.
