Issueis regarding break is performing well after changing the master cylinder which is cost aout 750, after complainting same thing whithin 7 days of service, thye told me that it's looks like perfect there is no issue.

This is not acceptable at all and these owner has no time to talk for this issue..

I am ready to pay the money but they have not ready to slow my issue..

On 30 Sep 2020 I visited bajaj 2 wheeler service center at paltan bazar Guwahati. I was having some sound/friction problem from front tyre/handle of my pulsar 220 bike. There I clearly mentioned that my sole purpose of visit is of the friction/sound problem from front side which needs to resolved urgently because I felt of having high risk while riding. Accordingly they kept the bike for servicing and I went back to my office. The estimated bill they gave me was 4700 which was ok to me. But eod when I querried over phone they said 5000 but at the time of delivery they made me pay Rs. 6259. Which was way much higher than the estimate. But I paid the bill and took my bike home. But then I realised problem was not resolved at all and I was still having the issue. After couple of days I revisited and complained the same they told the problem was in handle bearing for which they ask me to pay another 376-400 rs. So if the problem was of this small why did they make me pay 6259 this is loot and cheating at their end. Please help me with this I am highly unsatisfied with the service. And I am still having the friction/sound problem and I am dependent on my bike only to go office and move here and there.

At first the service center avoids the car problem ... they don't listen despite repeated requests. Then give them the car for the problem. They say it will be okay. But the problem is not fixed.Then after the cover of the timing chain said it will be applied but 3 months have passed no reply.service was around 6000. But the crank problem was.

Sir maine 1 bike palatena H gear 110cc oct2019 me kharidi hai . first service me hi 5th gear me problem thi.second service me bhe problem ka solution nhi hua.bajaj agency jata hu to kh dete hai ki spear part nhi hai.10-15 day bad aana.3service ho gayi hai.mgar ab tk problem ka solution nhi hua hai.

I received a call from Bajaj telling that the approved my CV from shine and asked me processing fees and uniform fees and insurance fees and then now again they are asking for documentation fees which they have not informed me in the first period of time and now when u said if I have to pay so much money than I shall not do the job then they are not sending back my money the transfered details are attached herewith for your reference

I have purchased my pulsar 220BS6 on date 6aug 2020 from kanchan Bajaj showroom at (Thana West)on second day there was an issue of fuel gauge.and barring problem then after it was recovered properly by service center. some days before my first service I realized the problem of vibration near fuel tank so I have discussed the problem with service team of kanchan Bajaj service center team (Thana)but that problem was not solved so again I have given my bike to solve vibration problem. While having the test ride by service mechanic member the bike was accident by him and many parts of the bike where seviourly damaged. They promised us to replaced all the damage parts within 6 days but they actually replaces my all damage bike parts after 25 days and after giving my bike in my hand on second day the bike faces the another problem such it was not getting start and the left mirror of my bike was not folding as it should be. Then I have contact the service branch manager at morning 10am but he have contacted another service branch team they repaired temporarily but after trial ride again the bike couldn't start.the bike is totally faulty peace so I want the replacement of another new pulsar 220 bs6 bike.

Hi i submitted my bike at the service centre on 2 august 2020 due to an accidental loss. I received my bike back on october 6. As they said it was due to parts shortage. After i received it back i rode it home just 10 kms away. There was a smoke coming from the bike near by the brake pad. The handle lock was not working. I also suspect that my engine was also compromised however there was no engine damage or repair because only my front end was damaged. This is highly unexpected. Worst service.

Before two days, i have done my free servicing of my bike. But now, it's loudly sound come from engine. And it's not done proper servicing. I am disappointed. I just buy this bike.

I bought bajaj compact re on 12/10/2019 from surya bajaj kottayam kerala, i noticed rust on front glass frame at delivery time, , shows to the executive. At the service time they painted the portion. But again same portion rusting. Again i approach the service center they said the part have no wattenty coverage and the vehicle have another complaint its front Pin & needle damage, i noticed it on first free service, service executive told no problems, again shows 2& 3 rd free service, same dialogue No Problems, , , ,
Now vehicle front loose. I approached the service center on 03/10/2020
for the 2 complaints they told me the parts have no warrenty, repair only by cash...VERY GOOD DEALINGS & VERY GOOD SERVICE ON BAJAJ RE CUSTOMERS.. DEAR BAJAJ WE TRUST UR VEHICLE. .. BUT DON'T BREAK IT.

My pulsar 160ns engine randomly stops during ride and do not respond to self and kick for about half an hour.
I am taking the same problem to the service for about 2 years and still having the same problem .

I gave my bike for general service and they tried to fix my shock-absorb which wasn't part of my general service.
They tried to fix it without even informing me about it and eventually made a mess of it .
My bike bolt was stuck, they did not try to use their power tools to fix it and later they took to welding shop and removed it .

upon asking they charged 600/- just for just fixing the bolt which service centre made the mess and I had to bear the cost of it .

they should have at least informed me about it and I would have taken care of it .
But, NO THEY TRIED TO FIX AND IT COSTED ME

And adding to that, the service center personnel were very rude towards me

On 24 September 2020, Bajaj pulasar 150 purchased by me, delivery time I got RPM meter is not working, that time technician was trying to repair but problem not resolved, he told me come next day I will repair, 2nd day too problem not resolved and bike was not starting, I want replace my bike but Shree kailash bajaj, baheri, ballia, UP not ready to replace bike, I also handover the bike to the agency, I don't want to take that bike, I want to replace my bike.

Sir tomorrow i will go to your service center for bike work and they said after the check i they will check amonut and tha did not call to. Me till know to informing anything than i go to worksho and then they said its done wait they make bill than they give me a maniually bill of amount 4347 and than i said plz give me computrirsed than they took 2 hour to make a computrirsed bill than he give me an bill of amount 3810 and then they said you will be paid to be 670 amount is sperelty than i ask him to plz also give me 670 bill then they said no i will not give this bill than i said plz singnature here than they said no i did not singnature and than i said plz put an seel over the amount of 670 but they cant do this they said they will no permission to seel and singnature and then i will took bill and give him 4480 to all and they did not give me bill of amount 670 and its chrge over for everything know i want my money back i[censored] did not give me than i go to thr consumer court
